[00:00:02]Yeah, no you're you're you're an Everton fan. You're young again. What age do you start to feel that I'm no longer an Everton fan, I'm actually a Liverpool What was that point?

[00:00:14]When you flipped from being an Everton fan to a Liverpool fan?

[00:00:17]>> Yeah, I I was still an Everton fan when I was playing in the youth team.

[00:00:21]This is a really funny story. So, we win the Youth Cup and the next season, first game of the season, Liverpool are playing away at Middlesbrough.

[00:00:29]And it's 5 subs. The day Ravanelli got a hat-trick on his debut. It was Liverpool. So, I'm on the bench with little Tomo. It was Alan Shearer's first game for Newcastle, but it was at Goodison.

[00:00:39]And Everton were winning 2-0 at half-time. So, I'm out at half-time warming up.

[00:00:43]And me dad's in this crowd and I'm going, "It's 2-0."

[00:00:47]>> [laughter] >> You're playing for Liverpool. I'm supporting Liverpool. Do you know what I mean? So, even me dad said after that, "You've got to be You can't be This has got to sort of stop." But before that, to be honest, Ronnie Moran had pulled me and the youth team coaches. Do you remember when you're playing in the Central League and they always kick off at 7:00, didn't they? So, it's the same league. It's the same team. So, kick off at 7:00.

[00:01:06]So, we've played for Liverpool reserves away somewhere. So, we're getting on the coach and Everton are playing a replay against I'm not sure it was Stockport in the FA Cup. And Stockport score. So, a lot of the bus goes up, you know, the coaches are like, "Get in." And then Everton [laughter] score and I'm like, "GET IN."

[00:01:23]>> [gasps] >> AND THEN IT WAS LIKE, "WHO THE was that?"

[00:01:25]>> [laughter] >> Do you know what I mean? Ronnie Moran and you know, people like cuz they used to always go and watch the reserve game.

[00:01:28]So, even the youth team coaches pulled me and were a bit like, "You know, these things you're going to play for the first team."
