[00:00:09]We have to start with the mother of all Friday cliffhers. Can you believe it?

[00:00:14]Lexi Carver is officially back. And in true iconic soap opera fashion, she woke up at the most dramatic jaw-dropping time possible. Um, the sneak peek photos for the Monday May Moy Mo episode are out and they are completely blowing my mind. The reading of Stephano Deare's will comes to a screeching, grinding halt when Lexi, played by the incredible Nikki Crawford, literally stumbles out of the secret Dearra tunnels. Just picture this scene for a second. You have Abe, Theo, EJ, Chad, Kristen, Tony, and Gabby all gathered in the de living room expecting some boring legal document and instead a woman who has been presumed dead since Hangen Lair Muhai walks into the room. Amazing. The sheer audacity of Lexi unplugging her own life support and dragging herself out of that pod is legendary. But but look at the psychology of this moment.

[00:01:09]In the promo photos, Lexi looks rightfully terrified and completely disoriented. EJ and Theo are rushing forward to talk to her and then her legs just give out. She begins to collapse, but EJ and Theo are right there to catch her and keep her upright. There is a specific photo where Lexi is lying back in a chair and Abe Chad and EJ are just staring at her and then staring at each other with this intense suffocating silence. Let's be real for a second.

[00:01:41]EJ's massive Oregon god complex has completely crashed down around him. For months, EJ has been playing Stephano High, keeping his own sister in a pod in a secret hospital basement. He thought he could control life and death, but Lexi is a carver, and she's a de. You cannot keep that woman caged. I think EJ's exposure here is the best thing to happen to this character in years. He deserves to be in the hot seat. And what about Theo? Yes, Theo knew EJ was keeping his mom in a pod, but knowing it logically and seeing your resurrected mother physically collapse in front of you are two very different things. The trauma this poor guy has endured since Hine and Lair Muhai is finally coming full circle. And and you won't believe what happens next. The photos reveal that Lexi is immediately rushed to University Hospital. Kayla steps in to give Paulina, Abe, and Theo the critical medical update. But the real gut punch comes from the images of Abe sitting by Lex's hospital bed. James Reynolds is acting his heart out here. Abe is so full of raw, unfiltered emotion as he sits beside his not so dead wife. Think about the history here, guys. Abe watched Lexi die in his arms 14 years ago from a fatal brain tumor caused by toxic gases in those very same deer tunnels. She was the absolute love of his life. But here's the kicker. While Abe is holding Lex's hand and reconnecting with his past, Paulina is standing out in the hallway spying on them. The look on Jackie Harry's face speaks volumes. It is pure unadulterated heartbreak mixed with sheer terror. A lot of fans think Paulina is just being selfish, but I actually think her reaction is deeply rooted in her trauma.

[00:03:46]Paulina survived horrific abuse from TR Coats. Abe was her safe harbor. He was the man who finally gave her stability and unconditional love. Now she is watching that stability evaporate right in front of her eyes. However, I have zero sympathy for Paulina on one specific front. Hina knew. She knew about Lexi being in that pod for months and she kept her mouth shut to protect her own marriage. When Abe finds out that his current wife knew his true love was alive and hidden away, it is going to be the ultimate betrayal. I think this move was a huge mistake on Paulina's part because Abe is a man of honor. He will never forgive her for lying about Lexi. This love triangle is going to be the messiest, most emotionally devastating story line of the year. And honestly, I am entirely team Lexi on this one. Abe and Lexi belong together. Meanwhile, elsewhere at the hospital, EJ is facing the music.

[00:04:46]The photos show Chad absolutely cornering EJ. The brothers do not look pleased with each other at all. Chad has really grown a backbone lately, and I am here for it. He is uh no longer the weak little brother, letting EJ run the show.

[00:05:03]Um but then Cat Green arrives right in the middle of their tense standoff. Cat manages to get EJ alone to have a little chat with her boss over recent events.

[00:05:14]We all know Cat is secretly spying for Ray Fernandez, trying to uncover EJ's medical mysteries. Now that Lexi is out of the bag, what else is EJ hiding? Will he actually answer any of Cat's questions? Knowing EJ, he is going to deflect, manipulate, and lie through his teeth. But wait, it gets even better. In true Days of Our Lives fashion, Leo Stark is right in the thick of all the Dearra chaos. Greg Recart is just brilliant in this role. The promo shows Lao eases dropping on a highly private conversation between EJ and Chad. Of course, he gets busted. Leo has to answer to both of the Demera brothers as well as Cat. But the weekly spoilers tease something completely wild. Chad actually has Leo's back despite his snooping around. That's crazy. Why would Chad defend a known black mailer like Leo? I'll tell you why. Leo is acting as a buffer to protect Cat's cover. Chad knows Cat is playing a dangerous game, and despite Thomas hating Cat, Chad's noble streak won't let him leave her to EJ's rat. The photos also show Leo and Cat having private conversations at the mansion and the hospital. I am calling it right now. Leo and Cat are forming a secret alliance, and it is going to be iconic. Now, let's pivot to the most sinister return of the week. Dr. Wilhelm Rolf is back in Salem. Richard Wharton is reprising the role of the diabolical mad scientist, and the photos show him looking absolutely shocked upon finding Lex's pod empty at the mansion. Both EJ and Kristen learn that Ralph is back in town. Considering the massive lethal tension between Kristen and EJ right now over Johnny's near-death experience, it wouldn't be a surprise if Kristen brought Dr. Ralph back for her own personal gain. Think about it. Kristen is currently losing her mind. She is hallucinating a bloody soaking wet Sophia Choy walking around the deme living room. Kristen's guilt and paranoia are eating her alive. She desperately needs Ralph's mindaltering drugs or his scientific expertise to either prove Sophia is a hallucination or to help her finish the job. Bringing Ralph back is going to severely test his loyalty to the Demra siblings. Will he side with EJ, who funded his recent basement experiments, or will he side with Kristen, who is completely unhinged and ready to order a hit on her own brother? Finally, while everyone else is distracted by Lex's miraculous resurrection, Tony and Gabby are facing off. The tension in these photos is palpable. Gobby can be seen aggressively pointing her finger right in Tony's face. She is likely referring to the last time Tony double crossed her and she is out for payback. Gabby crashed that will reading to announce she is Stefan's widow and she wants her cut of the dear pie. We know Philip Kuryakis just took a mystery trip to London to get handwriting evidence from Stefan's old boarding school days to prove Gabby's divorce papers were forged.
