This is a big step forward, long awaited, the academic freedom, and therefore this will unlock another 2.2 billion euros of cohesion funds for Hungary.

[00:02:33]You know, we just started the negotiations 5 weeks ago, and now we are here just after 3 weeks the new Hungarian government was formed, and we have achieved already a historic breakthrough, an agreement really really important for the Hungarian people, for my beloved country, Hungary.
