And so, that's why people with darker and more deep skin tones develop wrinkles and fine lines a little bit later, a little bit less than non-melanated or less melanated skin because every single type of skin has melanin in it. In fact, it's not uncommon for someone with melanin-rich skin to look significantly younger than their chronologic age, right? So, we hear this a lot. And the main culprit, the main reason behind that is because of melanin.
