If you've been sore for more than a month, and that Achilles tendon has been tight for more than a month, you need to be seen. If you notice any bump on that Achilles tendon, any enlargement or sharp sensitivity to the Achilles tendon, you need to be seen. It could mean that the tendon is being coming in injured, but it also can mean there's a muscle that attaches onto the Achilles tendon could be getting damaged. The quicker you get to something like this, the faster you get better and you just take this off your plate, go train.
