This is that good work.
You know, last last night I had a incident happen where I literally broke my juicer. I have a Namaj 2.
I don't know how this happened, but somehow I forgot the brush to clean it was in it. I turned on the juicer and it just ate up the brush and it got jammed in the bottom there.
Not cool, man. So, now I don't have the juicer.
You know, initially I was getting upset about it. Like, damn, I got to go buy a new juicer or, you know, buy the parts.
And then I was like, wait a minute.
Like, perhaps this is what I don't need in my life right now. Perhaps this is something extra that is not necessary.
And this is a way of my higher self, you can call it God, source, whatever you want to call it. This is a way of them letting me know this.
And I can either listen and let it go with ease or like try and hold on and be attached to it and feel all that tension.
Ease or tension. That was my choice.

No, there's no one in here. It's just me. It's like 4:00 a.m. There's no one in here.
People are sleeping right now.
People are sleeping while I'm eating breakfast. This is my breakfast.
In any case, I wanted to talk about self-trust. You know, you got to trust yourself. There's There's a certain feeling when you know it's right and there's a certain feeling when it's like, ah, something's off.
So, I decided to let my juicer go.
You know, I thought about it just the different like my lifestyle and I said, "You know what? I don't need this in my life right now."
And so, it doesn't fit who I am right now. It did at a certain point.
So, I'm letting it go. And actually it feels really good.
Yeah, it's lonely in here.
Just me, you, whoever else wants to join.

Pumping all that negativity, all that weirdness in the morning when you get up and you have these feelings of like, "Oh, what am I going to do today? Is everything going to be okay?"
All that all that garbage, pump it out.
Now, when I'm doing this, you see I'm not using heavy weight, very light, keep the pump. And also with this, I like to bring it to my neck. I learned this from Vince Gironda. He was called the the iron the iron trainer or something like that.
He was He was known for getting people into aesthetic physiques, especially a lot of Hollywood actors, and a lot of Olympic bodybuilding, Mr. Olympias, and stuff like this.
He trained a lot of these people and he had very unique ways, very unique angles to hit certain target muscles.
So, that you get that symmetry look and not just be big.
So, he said do a neck press. Bring to your neck and push it up and this also really get that upper chest.
That line right here.
Helps to really develop it.

Like Like, do you trust yourself?
You know?
Are you living the life you want to live or are you living the life that society is telling you or your peers or your parents or something that you think people want you to be?
Or are you being who you are?
Who you are, your authentic signature of a divine being that you are.
What do you Do you trust yourself?
When things happen in life, are you able to just be with it or you try to force and change it? Maybe it's happening that way because that's that's what's right for you, you know?
Maybe things are just perfect and they're hap- happening perfectly and if we just allow it that you're just going to move like a like a river or like a stream. You're just going to find your way to the ocean naturally. Just let go.
I mean, it's it's something you got to be conscious about, you got to be intentional about.
>> [sighs] >> Like, when I broke my juicer, I wasn't I wasn't planning to break a juicer, you know? I didn't It wasn't my intention.
That wasn't what I was thinking at all.
I was in a nice juicing juicing phase. I was juicing some sprouts.
Uh I was juicing some lentil sprouts and some microgreens and some fruits. I was just digging it. feeling so good. My stomach wasn't feeling so bogged down with the happiness of life food. It was just all liquids, you know, it was really nice.
And um and then it broke.
So, that was like, ah, I had all these plans of how I was going to like refine, fine-tune my juicing regimen, and then the thing broke. So, I was like, okay, well, it broke.
All right. So, that's what it is. I'm not I'm not going to be juicing. For whatever reason, it's not vibing.
And this is this is um this is the sign or this is not like someone is giving me a sign or something like that. It's just me at a higher level conducting my life, you know, and I'm trusting myself that way.
So, you know, when people come in your life and some people resonate, some people don't, and then sometimes we got to catch to wanting someone to be in our lives. It's like, let them go.
They're not meant to be in your life, you know? The people who are meant to be, you tell. You can tell. They come up to you, they're all excited, they want to have a You guys are having a conversation, it's vibing, you know, the energy's good.
What goes around Self-trust. You even got to trust yourself.

Friday. Getting my chest.
Getting that pump.
Taking care of body, take care of my physique, take care of my mental, my emotional.
I'll have it right here.
I just love doing it.
Constantly refining, constantly refining, you know. The theory is nice, you know, you can look at the theories and they look all perfect on paper. Do these macros, take these micronutrients, get this amount of sleep, drink this amount of water, make sure you're thinking and feeling positive, get outside, you know, these these health principles They look good on paper.
It's excellent, beautiful on paper and theory.
But when you put it into practice, that's where the real fun is, you know, and it takes a lifetime really to refine and really understand your body, what your body really thrives on.
Taking time to really get a tune with that and then finding a way to incorporate those things into your life that flow seamlessly.
That's the beauty of refining the spiritual joy body.
>> [sighs] >> Progressive overload. I'm doing 70s today.
Still not the heaviest, you know, 70 is good.
Uh I was doing like 50s the last couple of sessions.
And just naturally, you know, I went up to 70. I didn't even think about it. I didn't plan like, "Hey, I'm going to go up to 70 today." It just just happened.
And I'm going to stay here for couple sessions.
See how it goes.
You know, it's called intuitive god body.
We exercising.
I'm exercising.
Woo, exercise.
That's a very interesting word. I love playing with words. Exercise.
You have what?
Exorcist exorcist exorcist exercise.
As an exorcist performing an exorcism on your organism.
Right?
That's what it is.
You're moving all stuff, blocked energies, stagnancies, emotions that are just stuck in the organs.
As you push, contract the veins, vacuum and sucking out the toxins.
Bringing it all up into the heart, lungs, whew.

Taking that life breath, renew, replenish.
Feed yourself with with that vibrant high frequency.

Like, there's this phrase I'm not Christian per se, you know, but I do read religious texts cuz they're inspiring, they're uplifting. There's this phrase in the Psalms somewhere that says um Well, the joy of the Lord is my strength. I don't know if that's a song, but I like that one. But, one that I want to say is um it's like the Lord is my strength and my salvation. Of whom shall I fear? Of whom? It's only one, you know what I mean?
Who else is out here? Who else?
You know?
This is not a I'm not sure.
I mean, I could go deeper into this, but I just want to keep it to the pumps right now. You know, let's get the pumps in.
So, essentially, there's nothing to be scared of. There's absolutely nothing to be scared of.
>> [gasps] >> Got to remember you are an eternal being.
We're not going to go anywhere. Your essence is necessary. Your essence, who you are, your the individual identity, which you probably might not even know, is very essential to the whole being.
Without you, it there is no whole. It is a missing puzzle piece. All of us are like puzzle pieces in this grand orchestra of life.
And you are very necessary. You are an eternal being because you're very necessary. So, right now we're on planet Earth. We're doing our thing here. Who knows what's next? But, whatever is next, you're going to be there, right? And you're going to be you.
That's why it's important to be you to fullest because your essence is needed by all of us cuz you have something that all of us don't have, you know? And so, by sharing it, you give us that that gift. It's like me sharing my gifts, I'm able to empower or give an insight to someone else that might not have that, you know? Or doesn't have that cuz it's unique to me.
So, you're not going nowhere. There's nothing to be scared of. You're taking care of. Look at the birds. Look at the birds. Look at the trees, right? Look at the animals. Look at nature. Look at the galaxies, the stars. They're not crashing with each other, you know? It's It's very organized. Everything is taken care of. You got to trust. Self-trust.

You know, tempted to take it up a notch, but I'll leave it right here.

Man, life is so precious, you know? When you start really observing life, you know, stop watching so much TV, or scrolling on YouTube, and just think about life.
Look at the trees. Look at the water. If you have a ocean, you have a lake, whatever it may be. Go out. Go look at it. Go observe it. Go be with it. And think about how this is the beauty of it, and the origin of it. Try to like penetrate with your vision, you know, with your insight. See beneath what you actually see with your with your eyes. Go into that inner eye and really look at things, you know?
And then you come to understand the truth of you over time. Trust me, there's not There's nothing to be scared of. Nothing, nobody, nothing can hurt you. Nothing. Someone hurts you cuz you allowed them to hurt you. You thought they could hurt you when you gave them the permission to hurt you. Nothing can hurt you.
Nothing.
Like I noticed that for myself, you know, like especially with women, and and men, too, but like I really started noticing it with women where you know, some women are attracted to me and some are not. It's just That's what it is, you know? And I'm cool with it.
And instead of trying to chase the ones that are not into me, I just got I just got open to the fact that, hey, these other ones are just coming to me, literally. Like there's women who when you're on your path, you're doing your thing, they just gravitate towards you. And they start acting like men and like with giving obvious clues that they like you, that they want to be with you, they want to hang around you, you know?
They'll give you the obvious clues.
And those are the ones that I I go out with, that I I talk to, that I, you know, have conversations with.
Cuz why would I go for the ones who are not into me? And that's just what it is.
Like some people are going to be into you, some people are not going to be.
And surprisingly, some people are not going to be into you because you come across as intimidating. You know, you come across as like this man got his together so well that it it intimidates them, you know?
And so for me it's like yeah, I'm here to be myself though. I can't I'm not here to please everyone.
So, someone someone's not going to like me and they're going to hate me cuz cuz I'm I'm good at what I do. I'm good at being me, confident in myself, and they just can't wrap their heads around it their heads around it. They might think I'm being fake, you know, like I'm forcing like fakeness or being like positive positive, you know?
I'm just being me. I'm not being positive. I'm not being negative.
I'm just being me, expressing the joy that is me, you know?
Some people like it, some people are turned off. That's okay.

Have a dialogue.
I mean, if you knew how much potential is in this space right here in my hand.
How much potential? What infinite possibilities are just right here in this space or right here in this space?
You know, or right here.
It's infinite, man. Like people talk about loneliness.
I mean that's insanity. Loneliness?
Is that even possible? Like uh lonely >> [clears throat] >> This is if we've been trained so much to depend on our five senses, like see, hear, taste, smell, touch, you know.
And if you can't do that, then it's not real.
That's That's sort of like the basic basic program.
Now, of course, people do realize that like quantum physics now that there's the subtle the subtle phenomena happening that you might not even be aware of.
But if you just look even at the five senses, you can tell that they can't be depended on to give us accurate information. Or the the the way we interpret what they what they give us can't really be depended on. That interpretation has to be re-examined because we all know if you've been in a water and you put like a stick in the water, suddenly it looks like the stick is bending under the water.
But we know the stick is still straight.
So, what is that? What is that? You call it an illusion. What is that? You know?
And if we're just taking the evidence of the the the eyes, what it's giving us and how we're interpreting that, like it's bent, I mean, would that be the accurate description of that stick? No, the stick is straight.
So, now it's looking bent.
And then someone see that and and think that's the reality of it, you know?
And so, that's the thing with this this this existence.
The five senses are great to navigate, communicate with this world, people in this world, beings in this world.
But ultimately, this life The The physical is very changing, you know? Countries come, countries empires come, empires go.
You know, oceans or waterways come, waterways go. Snow comes, snow goes.
Summer comes, summer goes. Winter comes, winter goes. You know, it's like it changes. There's no permanency in in things, you know? So, it's like to trust that your your senses are giving you the most accurate reflection, you got to re-examine always.
Always.
What you're seeing, what you're feeling, what you're tasting, what you're touching.
And get to the bottom of it. Get to the the absolute fundamental reality of it.
Cuz I'm telling you this body so much so much crazy crazy abilities that we just haven't tapped into yet. I mean, most people it's like we're in 2026.
What happens in uh 3026, 4026, 5026, 6026?
Imagine the kind of beings, you know? If there's still basketball, imagine the top of athletes, let's say, that we're going to be having. It's going to be crazy, but right now we're like we're like babies in this body.
It's like I see that potential. I see Not even the potential, I see that reality what this body can do. And I strive to achieve it every day, you know? Just a little bit more every day.
Ultimately, I'll hand it off and they're going to Whoever's going to develop it every day.
And that's how by 4026, 5026, the human physiology is going to be on the next level.
