[00:00:00]Yeah, so the state has made a structural investment in ECS the the base funding for education of about $20 million in addition to that they gave the city additional funding which we plan to use vast majority of it on education because that is the biggest issue. We're still trying to figure out the size of the Board of Ed's deficit. We thought it was $75 million given the state audit it may be over $80 million now we are hearing and so we we are trying to figure out exactly what that deficit is.
