The inauguration of the Agustín Orán General Hospital in Mérida, Yucatán, represents a significant advancement in public healthcare infrastructure, providing free medical services to the region's population after decades of inadequate healthcare facilities. The hospital, built on an 11.85-hectare site with 65,000 m² of construction area, features 669 hospital beds, 82 consulting rooms, 16 operating rooms, and advanced medical equipment including CT scanners, MRI machines, and a helipad for emergency care. This development addresses the historical lack of comprehensive healthcare in Yucatán, where the previous major hospital dates back to 1906, and serves not only local residents but also patients from neighboring states like Campeche and Quintana Roo.

alone. He is all alone. He is not alone. He is not alone. He is not alone. He is not alone.
The people rise up. Come on, [music] the people rise up. Come on, the people [ovation] rise [music] the people are.
[music] [music] [music] [music] [music] It is a stating love.
It's a steadfast love. He is a speaker.
[music] He is a speaker. [applause] [music] Good evening everyone, welcome back. How are you? Greetings from Mérida.
There's Ema barking. She is crying. They listen to him.
Good evening, Verónica Resendi, Soto, Dame García, Cuquita Rom, good evening.
How are you, Cuquita?
Moni Hernández, Milagro. Hello, my beautiful people. Goodnight from my little bunny.
A big hug. Thanks likewise, Moni Doc, Doc, good night.
Alfredo Nava has already arrived, and well, little by little they are arriving. They ask me, "Hey, Cone, you said you were going to fail, but you failed." No, I didn't fail.
[snort] In case you didn't know, here in Yucatán there's a huge problem with water and with electricity.
It's a problem that has been dragging on for a long time, yes, since previous administrations, because the city can no longer cope with all the people who are arriving. So, that's why sometimes when they come to visit we say to them, "Do you like Yucatán?" "Yes, it's beautiful, isn't it?" Yes. What do you want? What do you need to do? I'll treat you to a free meal for a week, but don't stay.
[laughs] It's already a big part of the Yucatecan joke, pretending to be visitors, but it has brought this problem that now, if before we had certain power outages very occasionally, now it's not enough. In the last 3 years, the problem of electricity and water has increased a lot.
Besides the fact that traffic is already a bit unbearable at certain times on the outskirts of Yucatán, there are the exits to the new housing developments.
It's really difficult.
So, yesterday I had no power, I had no power on Sunday either, on Saturday it went out for a while, it came back very late, so there are problems, they're not like, well, until 2 years ago we never had a problem with the power, unless it rained and then the commission would just trip the circuit breakers on these transformers, I don't know what they're called, and nothing else would happen, right? In other words, it wasn't a problem. Electric light wasn't a problem, nor was water.
Now [snort] it's a problem because the city is no longer big enough to bring those services to the whole city with all the people who have already arrived. So, the reason I didn't come is precisely because, uh, there was no electricity at home, right? And you can't imagine. You can't imagine, it's not just the lack of electricity, [sighs] it's the damn heat, which makes us suffer even more, because it's not the same as not having electricity at all, but come on, well, you're in Veracruz, you're in... No, I mean, you're in Mexico City, you say, "Ah, damn, well, a little candle and there's no problem."
No, no, you can't imagine the headache it is to be hot at night, not so much. I'm going to tell you something. [snort] Something very magical happens here in Yucatán because, I mean, I'm no expert on the subject. I'll read your messages right now, everyone. I'm no expert on the subject, but because of Yucatán's geographical position and the fact that it's surrounded by water, we're like an island, aren't we? The city of Miami and the entire Yucatan is like an island. It has nothing missing, it's just the back part, but well, there's Campeche.
If we cut it, we'd detach from the peninsula, [snort] but because of the way that little tail is, right? That little tail, well, it has its advantages and disadvantages.
It's very hot, but at night from 6:30 or 7 or 8 and as the night progresses the air improves because the winds, either from the east, which is where Cancun and all that is, or from the north where we have the beach, which Merida is very close to the beach, 28 minutes, right? Those westerly winds don't bring us any air, do they? Because it's like there's hardly any air there, but from the east and the north we get some delicious breezes.
And if you go out, for example, you don't have electricity, you go out to the door to sit for a while and have some fresh air, here we call it taking the cool air. There comes a time like 11, if it's a late night, 11:30. that you can't stand the air anymore, I mean, your body can't stand it anymore, it's gotten so cold, it's already so cold that you have to go inside because you can't stand the temperature anymore as a Yucatecan because strong and cold winds are blowing, I mean, you already feel cold as Yucatecans, for us it's cold, 22 gr, right? It's not that the weather is like that, it's that the wind arrives with that temperature.
That happens every day, in any season. [snort] So, during the day it's for enjoying the beach and at night it's for walking.
Yes, I am warning you about that.
There's a rich, cold air that can make you feel cold if you're sitting on your front door. On the street where the air is nice, but if you go walking downtown along Montejo, where the boxes are high and the air won't reach you, you'll be sweating like a pig. Let me explain. Okay. Well, we'll continue saying hello. Let's see what else has arrived.
Marco, good evening, how are you?
Greetings.
The dog is making a lot of noise, so I need to turn the volume down.
Greetings and congratulations to Marida in general and in particular on the new hospital.
Oh, I know a cool thing.
[clears throat] I wanted to go, I really wanted to go, but I have one, I had two, I had a car because I gave one to my son, then he gave it back to me, then I sold those two cars, I bought a truck, anyway, it broke down and I couldn't go and since I don't have a lot of money for those kinds of problems [snorts] and the hospital isn't that far away, the hospital is in Mérida, it's not in a small town, it's in Mérida, [snorts] but well, my support is there, but I couldn't go.
And yes, thank you, doc. We're going to the hospital right now.
Ale, Capricorn, good night. Dice Live 24, thanks, Juca. It rains a lot in the south, well, not that much, you know?
No, we can't complain. We get good rainfall during the rainy seasons, but I think it's getting less frequent because it's not a state you'd consider very rainy. No, no, not at all.
Patricia Flores.
Yes, thank you for your likes. Thank you, Patricia, for your like. I couldn't go with Claudia, I'll tell you what happened. When one falls into a pothole, it's like that dog is already bothering me. It's not mine, it belongs to the neighbor next door. It never barks, but you take it out and it starts barking. Awful.
Verónica Resendo. Applause for covering first place on the list. Come on.
Greetings, my dear Hugo Carnalito.
Good night. Welcome. Susana Hernández. Good night. Susana Herrera, I'm sorry. Good night. I send you greetings.
Thank you. Thank you.
Hey Dark, with the theme of Rocha Moya, the girl of the criticism of the pro 4 T basically in Morena. There are narco-politicians, but they wash their hands of it with a false sense of normalcy. Yes, that's going to keep happening.
And now they're going all out against Morena and the president. Hey, give me a second, please.
Give me a second. Don't leave, okay?
Okay, I'm done with the puppy. I just tied him by the neck to the tree and I think he stopped barking automatically because of the suffocation, but he's ready now.
Greetings, little brother. Yes, good evening.
Good night. Likewise, Mauricio Díaz Castañeda, good evening. What else arrived? Let's see.
Yeah, they already told him, dude. If they did listen to him. Okay, tell me, did you hear the little dog or not? Because I went all the way in with the headphones. He was breaking her peanut. Imagine where he is, where the [ __ ] black guy is?
Yes, it could be heard. Of course, it's a huge scandal. Hey, is my microphone working properly or is the volume too high?
Tell me.
Microphone, by the way, courtesy of my little brother. Hugo who is here, Hugo Pop.
Hugo, Hugo, Hugo, Pepe and the Mixer and courtesy of our buddy, colleague and friend. It sounds good. Thanks, Marco. Well, let's start with the report. How many of us are watching in the chat? 30. Thank you, Cuca Romo, thank you.
Watching 30. Well, that's an advantage. We are not alone.
So, sorry I couldn't be there, it was because of the electricity issue. And well, here we are again. It's very hard for me to broadcast, yes, because sometimes one of my children tells me, "Dad, you 're just wasting your time as if you were making money."
And yes, sometimes I think about it and he's right.
Sometimes I think about it and he's right. I'm giving up other things, but well, here I am still thinking about the last attempt of half a year, so for half a year or I'll put other content on the channel that is, I don't know, what people like to see, right? The face of the bumbling fool, and Vicente Serrano with edited videos lying to people so that I can have a million followers and I can earn at least 150,000 or 200,000 per month.
That's what they do. So, if people like that, well, sometimes that's why I understand the other left-wing media a little, they have to fall in line with everyone, even Noroña himself, so that people will like them and watch them. And that's already convenience, it's already cronyism, it's already favoritism. You automatically become another hawk.
Okay, let's go. Welcome everyone.
Verónica Soto, bunny from a YouTube channel called Active Caffeine. I really disliked it because they really try to discourage people from following you.
Mm.
Let's test it. It's called caffeine.
[snort] We'll go look for him right now.
Let's see. Let's see. Caffeine.
That's what caffeine is called.
If you have the [snort] ring, nothing comes out with it. It doesn't come out as a channel, it's not called Active Caffeine. Okay.
Active Caffeine. Sorry. And who are they?
I think, I think it must be some idiot from Twitter.
Active caffeine. I'm very attracted to them.
If someone has, for example, right now that I got that report that a channel is hating on me, Veronica, when you see that, have you heard it? No, I haven't heard it, but when they mention me in a video or are talking trash about me, I'm actually going to ask you, Veronica, if you can find that video because right now it's going to be really difficult for me to find it, you know? So, I have the channel there, right?
How can I find where they're talking about me? They don't have me on the screen, do they?
Hey, that's live.
Let's go to those live streams [snort] to see who they are.
Let's see who comes out here. Just to see who comes out. I'll tell you where Alex F. comes from.
Because I remember you mentioned yesterday Alejandro Quesada, Pachecuate, Fel Hernández, Enrique Moreno, I've never met them in my life, I have no idea who they are. I don't have one, but since their covers don't tell me what they're talking about, I ca n't know. When I see a video like that, we're going to get rid of the damn thing, I'm not going to give it any publicity.
When you see a video like this, take note, say, this video is called this, right?
And that's what the active caffeine program is called, right? And it's at the minute when they start talking about you. Ah, I'm going to go, but no. A channel called Caffeine is talking about you. No, well, I wanted to see what they're saying there. I'm counting on you, okay? Since you brought the gossip, I'm entrusting you with the report.
That caffeine belongs to Professor Quique. I have no idea who she is. Or like Rafa Herrera. I don't know.
Enrique was with Rafa Herrera, but I think they had a falling out. Ah, that's why he's from that family of idiots.
[snort] But it's better if they just tell me, it's this video and this is what they do, right?
This is what they said in that video. That's cooler because I already have the full article. I'm going straight now. Okay, I mean, it's not gossip, it's a compilation of what they're saying about me. Hi Anita, how are you? What a miracle. If you are going to send your carrots, what would I ask of you, please? Yes, yes, yes I need it. This rabbit needs carrots. Banamex 5204 1662 7663 7594. Name of Miguel Alberto Buenfil Cabrera, a servant, political rabbit from media, Yucatán. The other one is Oxo 4217 470141 281 and the PayPal me, that is, my diagonal political rabbit.
You can send it any way you want. Super chat. I would appreciate it if you did n't send them that way because they take a very big bite out of those parts. He strongly defends the mountain man.
Yes, but bring me the note when you come. Okay, let's get on with today's topic. First, let's see. I am very happy because [snort] for many years, [clears throat] for many years, uh, for many years our president, our state did not have a hospital. No, I think it's from 1900 or something like that, I mean, really, very old. And for many years they hadn't built a large hospital for Yucatán, and this one that just arrived—let's see, let's hear from the president who tells us, "From today onward, all health services in Yucatán are free because they used to charge.
Yes, from today onward, everything is free because they used to charge. Of course, they charged for everything. That's why they didn't want Yucatán to be included in the welfare program. That's why there were so many health problems.
Now, with this, we not only have the Agustín Orá Hospital, which is a huge hospital, but it also puts an end to all those scams against poor people who came from their villages because they don't have a hospital there and had to spend money not only on transportation and lodging, or sleeping on the street, and food and everything, but also on paying for the hospital, not knowing how much it was going to cost, and they weren't told the price until the very end. Sometimes a social worker would give them discounts, but you can imagine, it's all a lie. Let's hear from the president. Now, as of yesterday, there were 40 people hospitalized.
The old hospital is... 1906.
Imagine, it was n't built, look, 1906. I'd been saying since 1910, but well, there it is. Since 1906 we haven't had a hospital. I go to a hospital this size in the southeast and now it's going to serve not only Yucatán but the entire southeast. It's truly impressive for all those who say that the IMSS-Bienestar program isn't a public health system.
The advantage of this hospital, and of many others with the Bienestar program, is that very few people know that, for example, if something were to happen to someone out here right now, if they were hit by a car, I can take them to any hospital, whether it's any public health service like the Orán, the IMSS, or the ISE, and they have to treat them, no matter what. It won't cost them a thing. People don't know this because they keep extorting people or scaring them.
No, that's not true. I'm not going to treat you. Go to your hospital. Where's your card? Do you have your card? No, I don't. It has. No, I can't attend to it because they're people who are still there from previous administrations, who already harbor that hatred against the president, against the movement, against whoever is carrying out this looting of the country.
That's the bad part. And my fellow countrymen, well, yes, in the southeast there's an abundance of that classic, that classicly weak, easily manipulated group that any idiot who appears can do it, and they end up hating because that's what they hear, what they consume. They don't get informed; they react to what they hear. They're easy to manipulate, easy. And that's what happens in Yucatán and throughout the southeast, right? Yucatán, Campeche, Quintana Roo, Chetumal, even Chiapas, I think.
But anyway, comprehensive.
Just seeing this hospital is impressive. Yesterday, the people in Yucatán were happy. Very, very impressive. Excuse me.
Yes, for all the Maya speakers, there will be people who speak Maya, and all the signs are in Spanish, in Spanish and in Maya.
That's great because there are many Maya-speaking people in Yucatán has a huge Maya-speaking population.
And keep this in mind, because in the hospitals there was no one who could help them.
So, they had to learn Spanish, or at least a little, and they couldn't complain, they couldn't do anything. But here, they'll be attended to by a Maya person from the moment they arrive. That's it, isn't it beautiful? It's moving, very moving. Very, very impressive. The old hospital and a maternity and children's hospital will be taken over by the IMS (Mexican Social Security Institute). We also inaugurated a new naval hospital and the old one.
That's another story. They inaugurated another naval hospital. They didn't just come to inaugurate the hospital, but also a high school. In the most terrible area of Yucatán, forgotten areas like the south and the east. In the south, there's the new hospital they inaugurated, which is enormous, and in the east, near Canaín, they inaugurated this new high school.
The ISE (State Institute of Health) will take over the Naval Hospital, and we're also expanding Pemex's services for all Pemex workers. So, it's truly very, very impressive. We also inaugurated a new high school, a new university, a Separatory, a new university.
Imínense, all in Yucatán, we visited the Progreso station of the Maya Train, also impressive, and the progress of the expansion work at the Port of Progreso. A very, very nice tour, and also very productive and with many results for southeastern Mexico.
Importantly, for example, the hospitals that existed before, that Orá hospital, still exist, that's why they made it bigger. It will remain with the ISSSTE, that is, it will be managed by the ISSSTE, and the maternal and child hospital, which is also part of the health sector, will also be managed by the ISE. That is, they are not going to disappear, no, they are not going to close some to open others, but rather they are going to change; the one will be managed by the ISSTE and the Orá hospital will be managed by the health center.
Good evening, Ángel Villalobos. Good evening. Congratulations on the hospital.
Thank you.
We have been forgotten.
Now well-being has finally arrived. Yes, but big time, huh? Big time. It was about time.
After many years. It was about time after many years.
Seriously, [sigh][suppressed scream] give me a second. Let's see, I just got a note.
Okay, I've checked, let's see.
I'm getting notes and notes and notes.
Uh, okay. Let's see before we get to the main topic, because there's also some gossip. Let's see.
Everyone. Yes, sorry, sorry, Cuca. Hello, thank you. Well, let's take a look at the hospital, shall we?
Let's see this beautiful hospital.
Okay, we're inaugurating the Orán Hospital of IM Bienestar in Yucatán. Starting today, all health services in Yucatán are free. This is a modern hospital and perhaps one of the largest in Latin America.
Thank you very much, Madam President, for your support of Yucatán. The Dr. Agustín Orán General Hospital emerges as one of the most important hospital projects [music] in the country to provide dignified, modern, and specialized medical care for the benefit of families in southeastern Mexico. [music] The city The city of Mérida, Yucatán, is strengthening its public health system with state-of-the- art, efficient, and humane hospital infrastructure, tailored to the needs of its population.
The new hospital was built by Mexican Army engineers in coordination with IMS Bienestar under strict standards of safety, operational efficiency, and architectural innovation on a 11.85- hectare site. It has a construction area of 65,000 m², equivalent to 1.3 times the area of Mexico City's Zócalo, distributed across 10 functional buildings over a period of 34 months, generating 1,643 direct and 1,250 indirect jobs. It has 669 hospital beds.
See the quality of the hospital.
Arias, 82 consulting rooms.
82 consulting rooms.
Critical care, intensive care, and hospitalization areas for the care of more than 48 medical specialties and highly complex services. Strengthening healthcare capacity in Yucatán.
The project integrates 16 operating rooms, emergency areas, outpatient clinics, and intensive care units for adults, pediatrics, neonatology, and obstetrics.
In addition, there is a helipad for emergency medical care. Tell me which hospital has it. How exciting!
High priority. The medical infrastructure incorporates state-of-the-art technology with specialized equipment that will allow for more timely and efficient diagnoses for the population.
Among the highlights are three CT scanners, an MRI machine, three X-ray machines, an angiograph, a densitometer, a fluoroscope, a hyperbaric chamber, and a mammography unit.
The hospital will also have specialized areas such as a Women's Clinic, Palliative Care, Wound Care, and medical units aimed at expanding hospital coverage.
This project was built by engineers from the Mexican Army in coordination With the IMS Bienestar program, it represents the technical, operational, constructive, and coordination capacity of the federal government for the benefit of the people of Mexico.
The new Agustín Orán General Hospital will strengthen... Look at the size, look at the size of the hospital.
And it's not just this, uh, there's everything in the back with a huge parking lot, and it's a huge project.
Dr. Agustín Orán will strengthen medical care in Yucatán and consolidate a new vision of public infrastructure [music] oriented towards well-being, national development, and dignified care for Mexican families. Because building hospitals is also building well-being and hope for future generations. This is how beautiful our Agustín Orán Hospital is. A real gem.
The building is enormous, plus everything it has, plus everything it has. And well, it can also serve anyone who needs it. The helipad is definitely an advantage, truly.
Never.
Yes, never. I have to say it like that. There has never been a hospital of this magnitude here in the state. [sighs] And the advantage is that it's not just for People from Yucatán can come from Campeche, from Quintana Roo, and they'll be taken care of.
If it's very urgent, they'll be brought in by helicopter. I mean, that's a huge advantage.
Let's hope that the doctors, nurses, and other workers treat people well, with respect.
[sighs] Look, I have a very important observation about that, Cuca.
Yes, the military did it.
The health service provided by social security, the IMS, without the welfare program, just the IMS [sighs] and the ISSSTE, was a horrible treatment of our fellow countrymen, of Yucatecans, of those entitled to benefits. [sighs] They yelled at them, they treated them badly. If they spoke Maya, they were treated like dirt. Horrible.
[sighs] Any damn nurse at Social Security felt like a director, right? Or a governor. Look at their nails and their hairstyles and their false eyelashes and their high heels and all those services, all those people felt... ah, because they were unionized and you... You know, that treatment was awful. There was only one place where they treated you properly, and that was the Orá Hospital. A different mindset, a different way of thinking, a different kind of people, always from Yucatán.
[sighs] What was going on? The social security system was corrupt, they were n't working. Honestly, the times I used social security many years ago, when my job gave me that right, every time I went I made a scene. They know how I am. The directors of the hospital where they treated me knew me. I'd arrive, and I think the director would see me and immediately call them to make sure they didn't take too long to see me before I caused a scene, because if I made a scene, they wouldn't see me, they'd see everyone right away. The doctor would be out front eating tacos, and there weren't even any of the secretaries in the hallway who take appointments. It's a mess.
[sighs] It's still happening, you know? It's still happening. Well, the good thing is that the [unclear] is coming.
That new hospital arrived [clears throat], and I can assure you the treatment will be superb for people. I can say that without having been there because it's a different way of thinking. I do n't know if that happens in all states with social security, but they are awful people, very despotic.
Yes, they act like they own the place, like they're the directors, that I can't say anything to them.
Remember what happened with my son, huh? I had to make a huge fuss, and I do n't know, when I wrote on Twitter and they contacted me, a person called me, he didn't say he was Soé Robledo, but I could swear it was him. He told me, "So-and-so is going to take care of you." " Don't stop contacting me if they do n't attend to your son and the 11 people you requested who have n't been given a bed for a month. Please keep me informed." She didn't tell me who she was.
And yes, after a month and a half of waiting, they made my son and my son's mother go—she wouldn't let me go because she knew I'd make a fuss and she did n't want me to make a fuss.
And after a month and a half, they rushed about 11 people in, one of whom needed a pacemaker. It was a heart issue.
And when she finally got a bed, I mean, when they should have given her a bed, it was the same thing again.
Until my ex-wife said to me, "You know what?"
Go and fix it. Now you've really farted. " Now they really need it." I told you, "If I do n't go, nothing's going to happen." And I arrived, yes, to make a scene. I made a scene, I stood on a chair, and I said, "Hey everyone, how long have you been here? Okay, we're going to be seen today.
Today I'm going to make sure we all get seen.
Who are you? I'm just a citizen, don't worry, but do n't be afraid. Where are you from?" "I'm not from Villa Hermosa." "And where am I from?" "From Chetomal." "And where do you sleep?" "Here in the hospital hallway."
Imagine the messed-up people. I mean, my problem was the smallest one for my son.
So, imagine, my family lives in Mérida, and the General Hospital of Lima always treated them well, although they struggled with the service because it was for a lot of people, uh, it depends on the hospital, [snort] but most of them are crap.
Good evening, Juana Suárez. Look, Juan, at the clinic of The IMS in Lagos de Moreno amazingly provides care like a private hospital.
It's so cool, really. It's so cool, we have to applaud them for that.
[sighs] So there I was, dealing with that mess at the hospital with my son. I was making a huge fuss, calling the IMS and everything, I called the TMS and, like, it was a real hassle, and they weren't paying any attention to me. I just posted on Twitter and they contacted me immediately. But, how many people have Twitter, for crying out loud? Anyway, when I got the call, within 10 minutes everyone had a bed.
So there were beds available, and by 3 pm the next day, everyone had had surgery.
Imagine that.
Imagine that. So it was possible, right?
Everyone was so worried sick about me, but I didn't do anything. Of course, I wasn't going to speak up just for my son, with other people in much more serious condition, believe me. And one of them was in a wheelchair. On wheels, one was missing a leg, it was very serious, and well, I managed. So, [sighs] that's how social security works here in Yucatán.
Remember that stupid, magical thinking, PRIANista, is very, very prevalent in my state.
So here they hate, they hate the Chairo, they hate anyone who supports the 4T, they hate.
Here you can't say, I mean, you arrive at a party and they know, they know that I'm a doctor, that's why I never advertised in Mérida, they don't know I do this, right? Oh, you arrive at a party. Damn, the Chairo's here. I mean, and they're constantly bothering you about it. And I'm like, poor fools, right?
But well, with this hospital that really outdid itself, my president, truly.
[sighs] Well, no, my president, we have to give honor where honor is due, without taking anything away from the president, right? Without taking away her merits. You, yes you Don't you remember? This hospital was started when President López Obrador, our president, was in office.
So, it's not like the current president finished it, completed it. In fact, it was President López Obrador with Mauricio Vila, who was a member of the PAN party, but Vila was a bit more moderate, wasn't he?
They started it, and now it's finished with the current president and Guacho Díaz Mena.
That's right, Ángel, there's still a lot to do.
Thank you, Cuquita, for your report.
Well, on another note, before we get to the main topic, I want to mention that on social media we strayed [sighs] from the political subject. We'll be back to it in a moment.
I'm going to be touching on important topics on social media [sighs] that have to do with politics. Yes, I'll explain why in a moment. On social media there's a [sighs] character called Chiquilín, who invented the phrase " tazos dorados," "ya parió la cochi," among other phrases that are now very common when you encounter a drug addict on the street. Right? That's what he does. Let me tell you quickly, let me explain what this person is about, what he does. It's work I applaud him for, I really do, because nobody was taking care [sighs] of these addictions, right? He picks them up from the streets, already very addicted to the substance, attached to it, and the person no longer recognizes who they were before. So he has a clinic called Jireé. I don't think he'll see this video, I doubt it, but if you do see it, my dear Chiquilín, I'm sending you a hug, thank you so much for what you do, I mean, your work is huge. But he's already being attacked because a few days ago, just a few days ago, this month, he picked up a kid from the street who was trans, I mean, he was dressed as a woman [clears throat] and had things hanging on his head.
That doesn't mean the person is trans, because when you're If you're addicted, you're held captive by that substance; you 're not yourself.
So, maybe he dressed as a woman because it was the only clothing he could find, or I don't know, it's unknown, or he speaks like a gay man when he isn't. That happens a lot, right? After they get off the substance three or so months later and start to react, they say, "No, well, I didn't know what I was doing." No, whether they abused me or not.
Well, I don't remember either, it wasn't me.
So, [clears throat] [snort] uh the important thing is that this character is doing that job. What's happening?
What's going on with this character that he's already being attacked by the state?
[snort] I do n't know who he is, but they've actually been attacking him because they're saying that this kid he grabbed, who apparently is trans, that you know, the community got involved, I mean, they're attacking him, they want to arrest him and put him in jail for kidnapping, when that's not the case.
But ultimately, why are they putting pressure on him? Because some parties, someone, some politician is forcing him to run as an independent candidate. You know that you can't believe in independent candidacies because someone puts them there to divide or to win because the parties are too corrupt, right? So [snort] they're pressuring him to be an independent candidate.
Be careful, this is very important because [snort] this character is very powerful at a national level. The little boy is adored by everyone. We're going to listen to what I did because I want you to know what I 'm doing.
Give me a second, people. God bless them.
Chiquilín from the spiritual patrol greets you regarding the Karim issue. Karim Emanuel, everyone knows him, the one from the controversy I caught at 5:10 to give [clears throat] a hand. [snort] I don't know what is more sinful: dressing someone, tiring someone out, giving someone treatment, or leaving them completely on the street without will and without conscience. I 'm an activist, I don't want to put it on social media right now, who is making his moves, he's chipping away at the stone so that Manuel has an area isolated from other people, so that Emmanuel has dignified treatment, so that [snort] Karim has an area for himself within the clinic, because of his gender, because of his identity. Well, the rehabilitation clinics I run are male-only. Let me explain to begin.
An isolated area? No, it's not like it's a dog, I mean, not even a dog, right? In other words, I don't have the capacity for an isolated area right now. In other words, it would take up a lot of space for other people.
Emmanuel has not yet been given the opportunity to speak in his own voice and say, "Am I this or am I not this?"
Many people who are into the substance will know that when the ice, the crystal, is very lustful, that when they consume it, the mind is dislocated, they lose that will and they are on the street and many times they hang things and trinkets, I call them, and countless cases of people who have come to me with women's underwear, with bras, that when it comes to doing the 111 or undressing what is the search, we realize that they are carrying women's underwear, from the cousin, the sister, the mother. Who knows where it was stolen from? She wears it, since there is clarity in her mind, for they say with sorrow, "No, well, that's how ice makes you, right?"
But Emanuel is going through a bit of a process and despite that, no one has come looking for him, only his mother and father.
So, he's already had his evaluations, he's already had studies done, laboratory studies, thank God he doesn't have any disease and they want to keep chipping away at it, heart, they want to continue, not me, I'm not interested in converting him, in making a conversion, I mean, they manipulate information. I have many people who are my friends there inside the clinic and many outside, and they want to and keep chipping away at it, my dear. So I'll just clarify one thing: I'm not interested in converting anyone, do you understand? I try to do things right, and if there's something to learn, something new, I gladly accept it in order to empathize and be a better person to those in the community, because you learn something new every day, right? So, but the goal is to help him, the goal is to get him off a substance, and that person who is going to watch the video, well, that team of another person with whom he was at the march outside the clinic, that team of another person who was in a position of authority here in Tijuana. Okay. So, it makes me think about a lot of things. "Political infighting," he tells me. Political infighting, he still tells me. Okay, let's go ahead. I'm going to defend myself by doing things right. I'm not going to stop doing what I love to do because I know that the one above is in charge and I know that his protection is in the ministry.
He is a Christian, he is very Christian and the Jire clinic is under that, I mean, you have to go to mass, I don't know how to say it, you say to listen to the talks.
Well, that's not bad, is it?
No religion is bad. Everyone guides you, everyone guides you on the path of good. I won't criticize that. Uh, when he talks to people he says, "My love, my sweetheart," even if they are men, that's how he talks. There are many people who love him. As Arturo Ortega says here, "The young man's mother supported Chiquilín, gave an interview and said that none of those protesting ever helped him like Chiquilín is doing today." Of course, besides, people don't know, they just spout stupid opinions because they're attacking Chiquilín a lot, and the parents of this young man signed a petition to get this young man off the streets because of Chiquilín. It's called a scholarship, and the little boy gives scholarships to those people he chooses or who ask him for support because they are desperate and afraid that their relatives will die out there on the street. We're still listening to Chiquilín.
So I'm preparing for many things because I feel, I sense that they'll soon arrest me for illegal deprivation of liberty, and that's where they're going to awaken the monster of Tijuana, and that's where they're going to awaken society, and it's going to be necessary. No, it's okay. I already told my team, bring me coffee, you know what you have to do. Do you understand?
Because I'm not going to oppose that.
Because? Because it's going to happen. I am sure it will happen, I have a feeling it will happen, and that is when the people of Tijuana, the people of Baja California will wake up and it will be necessary. Because? Because Karine is stirring things up.
But I'm not an enemy of the community, on the contrary, today I had a meeting with someone, with Susana, who can deny what I'm saying. We talked, we agreed on something, and we're going to form an alliance. But there are others who take advantage of being in the community, who know about human rights, and since there's an alliance—yes, there's a Burgueño alliance with the rehabilitation clinic that's providing support, okay?
And they want to politically attack Chiquilín, the spiritual patrol. Let me make one thing clear, I'm not going to back down.
I'm not going to let this go, and I'm going to use the power of social media to expose them for the disgusting way they're doing things.
Okay. There's something else, they're pressuring me, they're making me run for mayor as an independent candidate in October to give them all a run for their money. heart.
That's what's important. Currently, the place is governed by Morena in the state government and in the mayor's office.
Those who are pressuring him are obviously the right-wing parties to run as an independent candidate [snort] and obviously because of his fame and how people adore him, because people really adore him, you see him in the street and people stop and take pictures and stuff, I mean, that guy is a sensation wherever he goes and they adore him for the way he's saving people that nobody was taking care of, not even the state, in any state. In fact, they're showing it all off in such a filthy way.
Okay. There's something else, they're pressuring me, they're making me run for mayor as an independent candidate in October to give them all a run for their money, sweetheart.
Be careful what you're doing, because I'm not going to let you get away with it, sweetheart, I'm not going to let you get away with it. There are many people who support me, people they don't know, people they know, and people who are their friends, who are also passing me information about everything they are doing, sweetheart. So, try to do things right. I'm not going to let myself be taken advantage of, sweetheart. And since so many people have told me, Chiclín, why don't you run for mayor? But as an independent candidate, we support you, right? I'm not cut out for that, kid. If you're doing that right now, you're doing all this [clears throat] with support from the house, with support from the godparents, with your own will, with your own financial support, because Burgueño only recently provided support, you know what I mean?
How many years? How many videos are in the back? Who do you think was sponsoring all of that? The one above, right? Take heart, then, the one above. So either you tone it down a little or I'm going to take all the information I have about the activist, about the people who were out there. You already know who you are, you know what I mean? I don't want to ruin your reputation because there's a certain amount of respect for your boss, but not much.
So, if they try to pull those stunts, I'm going to use the power of social media to expose them, to expose them, to expose them. There are many news outlet friends who have a lot of information about you when you did things wrong, and I'm going to expose them. Many want to launch themselves for this, many want to launch themselves for that. So, social media isn't for that. But if they want to attack me with political attacks and try to bring me down, I will defend myself like a cat on its back. Let me explain. The people of Tijuana know it, I 'm not a bad person. The people of Baja California know it, I am not a bad person. So, do they want to awaken the monster? Do they want to awaken the people?
Give it your all, I won't let you down. God bless you, people of Tijuana, and may the car keep producing, my love.
And let the sow keep giving birth. It's to applaud his [snort] work because, well, the truth is, he does many things for poor people, right? And well, there was also this issue, but the media, so you can see, the media are handling it, right? Yes, they're handling it like it's some kind of kid. That's why I'm telling you that it comes from the right. I think this is from the Yes, it's from the Herald.
He brought up this note again and the title says it here, that's why I'm telling you, Chiquilín claimed to be persecuted and says he could run for mayor of Tijuana.
[snort] In his note he never says that he wants the mayorship of Tijuana, that they will soon arrest me for unlawful deprivation of liberty. It's the same video, [clears throat] but now they're handling the story as if he really wanted to run for mayor, as if he were going to run as a candidate. That's not true, he does n't want to, does he?
Okay, let's get to the important topic today.
[snort] Why will they try to throw the proven title at the president in 2027? Because the campaign was already done with the bunglers, with the Serranos, and Serrano starts showing up again at the morning press conference trying to screw over the president, telling her she's weak, telling her she's too soft, telling her she's easily manipulated, and saying things like, but not directly, saying what they say, right? He's even a stupid and [ __ ]. We're going to hear what the president said to her and how she tried to lock her up. First, he talks about first, he always asks for official advertising, right?
If she's talking about that issue, it's because she's interested; she wants to get paid for that official advertising. That's why she's demanding it, as if the president were financing the right wing to attack Morena, the 4T, and her.
No, I mean, telling her, "President, then you're being silly because you're giving money to those who are attacking you, but it's not like Vicente is stupid. Or maybe I am starting to doubt it because [snort] they know that the money given to these television companies, Televisa and all of them, is for campaigns, not political ones, but for vaccination, education, I mean, it's not for [clears throat] it's not bribery. But Vicente tries to put it that way so people think, I don't know if it's Vicente's head or if he really is very stupid because I don't think his brain is big enough to rig his question.
Obviously, the president, very astutely, answers him, she turns Vicente Serrano's question around.
Let's see it so you know what I 'm talking about so we can get there. Very good, uh, President. A reminder, I don't know if I missed it, but I don't know if you gave the list of how the official advertising budget is being distributed among the media, and I ask you because it has been You're talking about a battle of narratives. [clears throat] Uh, I think many people believe that official advertising is also being used to finance or help these media outlets that appear on the lie detector test, or whose versions you often refute.
I ask you this also in the context of how internet access for all is progressing, because to the extent that this official advertising is being given to traditional media—just as an example, the case of Radio Fórmula, which I find regrettable, Madam President, since you refute many of the views of these figures almost daily here—well, it has a place in a Mexico that still doesn't have internet access for everyone, so people can decide where to get their information and not just consume whatever is available. Where are we going on this issue, Madam President? Are we going to ask Pepe Merino and CFE to come and inform the public?
Vicente, that idiot, meant that he's very interested in having internet access because television stations are reaching people in areas without internet, and when there is internet access, Vicente can reach those people, right? And now the The president says the police can pay him back with that idea. She turns the tables on him and tells him to go [ __ ] himself, like she's going to do now, because Vicente is really stupid about his financing of companies to attack the government. There are two ways the internet can grow : one with Altan and CFE, and they have their expansion program.
And another way we decided to do was with the change to the telecommunications law.
Telephone companies pay a certain amount for the spectrum.
So we proposed that they use part of what they pay for the spectrum to expand connectivity in areas where there's no connectivity from the telephone companies because they don't go to the poor areas where they wo n't recoup their revenue.
Of course.
So, that's why the state has to get involved to reach those areas. And what we also proposed is to install fiber optics or antennas or whatever you have to install with the resources that are paid for the spectrum. It was done in Brazil, and that allowed the network to expand a lot. So, both things will help, and we asked We're asking Pepe to come and CFE to provide information.
This year, for example, our goal is to connect all schools, all health centers, and all hospitals, because there are still schools and health centers that aren't connected, and we're also working in different places where there's still no access or 5G.
Right now, what Vicente is doing, since he got screwed over with his question, [snort] now he's insisting on official advertising, but now with an attack on the president. I mean, you didn't listen to me, so now I'm attacking you, right?
But like I said, it's awful because he does n't say it on his own, I mean, he says that others say.
Let's hear what that son of a [ __ ] has to say. What a pig.
He has an expectation that during his term, internet for all will be achieved, a commitment that President Andrés Manuel López Obrador made at some point. President.
Yes. We also changed the Constitution, and now CFE can contract directly. Before, they couldn't; they had to use third parties. Now, the State can contract directly. directly to the end user. So, all of that will allow us to expand the program. We're presenting it here so you can get to know it.
Uh, let me insist, if I may respectfully, is n't there an urgent need to rethink the issue of official advertising in this fight? It's that every time you go, Vicente, you're urgently looking for a plan, you're urgently looking for a reshuffle, you're urgently looking for money, you're urgently looking for them to give it to you, you're urgently looking for them to tell you, "Vicente, here's the official police." Don't be stupid, dude. Don't be a suck-up, you don't even have the ability. You don't have the brains, you don't have the team, you don't have the people, because everyone knows that you have inflated your channels with bots and trolls so that you think you get a lot of viewers.
Vicente, people aren't stupid.
You can't be an official channel, you can't be part of a communications team that reaches all of Mexico. You can't, they're not going to give you even 1% of the official advertising.
Never again. But we're going to listen to your nonsense.
Narratives, Madam President, because many people will think that [clears throat] I'm exaggerating, but for example, no one compared Ciro Gómez Leiva to Vicente Fox in case he leaves because of the issue of Maru Campos's removal from office, which seems to me a very, very, very [laughs] very analysis. See, did you hear? He says what they say, but he's attacking the president. And Leo Zuckerman says it's a pathetic spectacle to watch. The president's face shows she's realizing what Vicente is doing, you defending Rocha Moya. You say, wow, well, one is from Radio Fórmula, the other from Televisa, and the independent and alternative media continue to fight without internet access for all of Mexico, and seeing precisely how they continue to fight, the traditional media continue to monopolize the top spots in that advertising. official. Madam President, I say this with all due respect.
With all due respect.
Look, we're allocating a little less for advertising than even President López Obrador. That's the first thing. And how is it distributed?
Belmon and Paulina have that task in order to present it. They've been asking for a while now.
There are many media outlets that do not receive advertising. If they have debts with the tax authorities, then they don't receive advertising, and others don't receive it either because, well, we don't consider it necessary.
So there is a budget allocation.
Is your question or what you're saying relevant?
Look at the position we have taken in the case of Sinaloa. In other words, we have always said, we are not going to defend anyone, even if they are from Morena, if there is evidence that they committed a crime. So much so that there are municipal presidents who came from Morena who are detained today, the case of Tequila in Jalisco, because it was proven that he had links with crime and like that there are about 50 cases.
So, if there is evidence, if there are documents, that is, we who are defending the law, the rule of law, if there is sufficient evidence for the Attorney General's Office, then we have to proceed.
Now, if there is no evidence, then no action is taken, even if the United States requests it.
Because? Because that's how our Constitution and our law are. The United States does the same. We have requested the arrest of people in the United States and the United States tells us, "You are not sending me enough evidence, send me evidence." That's what we 've done, the law.
Now, this thing they've generated about Morena having pacts with criminals, which is part of a propaganda that is indeed said every day, every day, every day by practically all the media, all the cronyists.
And the truth is, where is the evidence that is sufficient to be able to talk about it?
And on the contrary, they don't mention that we reduced intentional homicides by 40%. Do n't you think that's enough news? I mean, imagine a government if it had an agreement with some criminal group, if it had reduced intentional homicides by 40%, or if the National Security Council had decided to send 92 criminals already tried in Mexico to the United States from different criminal groups, or if, well, there are many examples.
So, there is no recognition of the results in security and instead there is a narrative, as you say, there is a permanent information of lies.
[clears throat] So it's true, we need more internet access and we also need more information. I'm going to tell you something in advance.
We're going to do a special program.
Look at the masterful way of shutting up Vicente Serrano and all the YouTubers, and watch those bills they've been waiting for since our president López Obrador was in office fly away.
That official advertising, that money that since Khalifa told them that they have well deserved it, they believed it and they act like fools because Khalifa told them so, so that they would demand it.
And they're like idiots because they believed they deserved it because it's the blessed social media.
According to them, social media is a blessing.
[snort] So this is when the president tells him, "I'm not going to give you a damn thing, and you keep barking like a dog and you're going to go hungry. You damn coup plotter, disguised as a 4T supporter. You can go to hell because what we're going to do before we give you the official advertising you're begging for because you're starving, you son of a [ __ ], what we're going to do is this.
In the afternoon, Luisa, who's the lie detector, but extended, will coordinate. Extended, because look, a story comes out in Reforma, for example, that's a lie, I mean, it has false information. And we'll say it here on Wednesday, because I can't be at the morning press conference just talking about the fake news that came out.
The corresponding secretary denies it, but it's just a small denial.
So, what we're going to do is a weekly segment where they say, "Look, this was said." And why did I do it, María? Well, because she's the advisor Legal matters and the right to information are among the most important things that must be protected, and that includes government information. There was this fake news story. Well, here's how it was debunked, because it's important since there's so much news out there that contains falsehoods, among other things that we're going to do from the government to increase the amount of information available, in addition to the morning press conference, so that the people of Mexico can be informed directly.
We're also working on alternative media outlets so that, with special regulations, they can be recognized by the Ministry of the Interior as media outlets.
One day a week. Yes, we'll present it soon.
I think one day a week is too little. I think so, you know? I 'm not saying the president is wrong. I think it's not enough. There should be a program in the late afternoon, at night, during prime time, so that people prefer to watch it and all the false information released during the day can be discussed daily. That's what I think.
Yes, we'll tell you how it will work soon. It's going to be very good, Madam President, if I may, because of what you 're saying and your commitment against impunity, against corruption. What do you say to the people who accuse—and I say this with all due respect—with lukewarmness? Did they realize? Didn't they give them, or at least give them the illusion, that they're going to get official advertising? Well, that's where I'm going to attack you.
You're lukewarm, you're this, and you're this.
Yes, we'll tell you how it's going to be. It's going to be very good, Madam President, if I may, because of what you 're saying and your commitment against impunity, against corruption. What do you say to the people who accuse?
[sigh] I say this with all due respect, with lukewarmness. I say this with all due respect, with lukewarmness.
Beware of the son of a [ __ ] who tells you, "With all due respect, I'm going to tell you this." No, that "with all due respect" guy is carrying a red-hot knife to screw you over.
That phrase, "with all due respect," is a warning that you're about to get the hell out of him.
And that's what Vicente does with all due respect to certain people. From the opposition. There 's Cabeza de Vaca Libre.
Ricardo Anaya only returned with immunity. You've said that the leader of the real estate cartel is Jorge Romero. There 's Lito Moreno and the Boquete case in Campeche, denounced by Laida Sansores. And it would seem that nothing is happening to the people who hope that the issue of Maru Campos, for example, and her treason or violation of the Constitution, won't remain in uncertainty.
What do you say to the people? Well, the prosecutor's office is there for that; it's not a matter for the president because it's not a political issue, it's a judicial one. We mustn't get confused. It's not that the president orders, 'Do this with the governor, do this with the former governor.'
These idiots like Vicente need to get politically informed, to know what each person is for and how far their jurisdiction or mandate extends.
The powers are divided, and each person is responsible for their department. In this case, the The prosecutor's office has to fix that. In any case, they have to ask the prosecutor's office for explanations, not the president.
No, it's not my place.
That's how it was with the previous governments.
If the prosecutor's office has evidence, let them proceed, and the judiciary too, but it's up to them. It's not the president's decision.
Madam President, to close, and I thank you very much for giving me the floor.
Um, I think this effort regarding this news that came out about them keeping an eye on the consulates... Well, now it's going to be so that now there's money for the Americans who send money. He always speaks in a way that benefits them so that they send it. Yeah, yeah. It's tiresome, Vicente Serrano, but it's something we shouldn't lose sight of, we have to be very aware of it because little by little they're going to continue. Chapucero is doing it on all his networks, on all his networks and in all his videos.
Tomorrow we'll talk about him. He's being a show-off, I have no doubt.
Right now Noroña is wandering around in a He's in a vegetative state and keeping a very low profile. You can hardly see him anymore, but that's because he knows their attack is starting. He's going to really tighten things up towards 2027, heading into 2027 he's going to really come down hard and get very aggressive. That's why we have to be alert.
Always remind Vicente Serrano in his chat that the more the government attacks, the less official money they'll get.
No, never.
[sigh] Attack or don't attack, they're never going to give him money. I ca n't understand it. I think Vicente is... no offense to children, he has the brain of a 9- year-old.
Really, he doesn't reason, he does n't reason. He's uncensored, with the bare bones of the donkey in his hand. He left the snake hissing, he says, right? By doing this in the morning press conference, he says he left the snake hissing. Poor fool.
[sigh] That's right. He says that's what others say, but really... He says it directly.
In short, Vicente is telling us that our government is failing us because it does n't put the traitors to the nation in jail, when it's the prosecutor's office, not the president, that takes them to court. That's right. But the people who see and hear him end up supporting Vicente's version of events, Vicente's way of thinking, the incompetent person's way of thinking, the Campechao way of thinking, the quarryman's way of thinking, the way—I mean, they support these idiots, and obviously, since they already have a certain credibility because of their number of followers—that's generally how you gain credibility—well, that's why people end up attacking the president.
They're creating this snowball of hatred toward Morena and the president because she's so lukewarm, right?
And Morena is disgusting, and the president is so lukewarm, and Morena is a piece of [ __ ]. The president is so lukewarm. This hasn't been done, has it? The president hasn't put them in jail. Listen to Alito because he hit... Noroñia. That's how it starts to get set up.
When those who... That's right, yes, it's... excuse me, but look, uh... he throws a punch, right?
Ignorant manipulator. That's right, that's Vicente Serrano.
Well, I have something else to show you, which is [snort] ah, another important topic, very important, is that if [snort] you didn't know, there's a problem here with the company, uh, Royal Caribbean here in Majawahual, they were going to build a water park, I don't know what they were going to call it, some crap, and everyone was against that park because, well, it's going to wreck a lot of the area. I can't talk about the extent because I don't know the dimensions.
However, well, however, the statement made today has been very important. Let's listen, let's listen to what they say about what's going to happen with this park now, because as of today, they've canceled it.
Good afternoon to all the media. Well, allow me to inform you The Royal Caribbean Perfect Day project is not going to be approved. It was going to be called Perfect Day, and it's not going to be approved. That's what SEMARNAT (the Mexican Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources) says.
Good afternoon to all the media outlets. Well, I'd like to inform you that the Royal Caribbean Perfect Day project is not going to be approved.
[applause] Well, we know that the company is also looking to withdraw the project itself, but we at SEMARNAT are not going to approve it.
So they stopped them in their tracks, there's nothing going on, and I applaud SEMARNAT for that huge step. So they should be worried about that now.
The good thing is, Mr. Rabbit, that we, the people, are on alert with this crazy Loroña (a Mexican slang term for a certain type of person) and we think that even if Loroña wants to, he's going to screw us over, right? That's right. Saúl Mérida says, "Hello, fellow countryman." "I ask them, 'And who do you hate?'" Saul asks me. "In what sense, Saul?" Explain to me what hatred means, or in what way, or for what purpose. I don't understand you. I hate, I don't know, the guy who scratched my truck last week.
Uh, I hate the war that exists in all parts of the world. I hate Trump. I hate [clears throat] when it's hot and there 's no electricity, I'm sweating buckets, my balls are sweating.
I hate it when I burn my snout, and it doesn't warn me that the food is boiling hot.
I hate that I hate constipation.
Oio. What else? I hate a ton of things.
Cone, ever since I called him, he pulled out the little rag that Noronia offers a fair for infiltrating everyone with his questions. It is clear to us that the questions are closed.
Sure, sure.
So, this whole campaign is being carried out by him and those who are funded in Noroña, because it's not just Noroña, right? He appears there as the foreman, the captain, the big shot of them all, and behind Noroonia we know who's there. One of them is Salinas Price, the silver king, who has been known for a long time, right?
Who is its funder.
I mean, the thousands of dollars that come to Noronia via YouTube, which we have presented here as evidence, video evidence of donations of 200, 400, 500 from a single account.
This, they were presented here, they became national news, so [snort] obviously they come from those who are behind Noroña, that's where they pay him that funding. He doesn't have it anymore.
And look, that's the result, [clears throat] [snort] that's the result, believe it or not, of the work we do.
Because if that donation thing had n't happened, they would have continued. They've already taken it away from Noroña. Maybe they'll give it to him another way, but he can't get it anymore. He can no longer do it because he has no way of verifying if he will receive 2 million pesos tomorrow. Let me explain. [snort] There's no way anymore. There is no way to verify it anymore.
That was a perfect way, the perfect formula to be able to get money to him so that he receives clean money, which comes from those who are financing him to attack Morena and screw over the party and the president.
Now he can't because it was exposed nationwide that his illicit enrichment via super chats was beyond his control; there was no way for him to clarify that, he was going to have problems, and the investigation hasn't even started yet. I mean, it continues here. I'm not going to say much more, but anyway, there's another topic I want to talk about that's on social media. There is a threat.
Let's see it.
This is a message for Dr. Claudia Shan Bampardo and for the Secretary of Citizen Security, Omar García Harfush. We are in Sonora and we noticed more than a year ago that they said they were going to release the " well-being chocolate" and it hasn't been seen in any of the small stores around here. Through this medium we call upon the president to... Oh, they threw the R at me. Ah, no, it's not me, it's me, ma it's me, it's me.
Oh, you scared me.
Ah, I'm sending a message to the president and Albush, just to scare him.
So they don't send the chocolate to the welfare department. No, no, no. Start catching moorfish. What are you? But no more, let me send you a message so they can send us the wellness chocolate. No, no, I don't need you to mop, but come on Ramiro, what's up?
Oh my God. This character is great.
An actor I follow closely, and I found his threat hilarious. José Raúl Sánchez.
Excellent.
But when I said it, "Ah, damn, but when I started talking about chocolate wellness, I said, it's [ __ ]."
And this bastard always starts his videos, right? With a mask, talking like a man, and then he comes out gay, right?
Greetings, José Raúl.
I [snorted] waited for Saul Merida's question and I don't know who he is and he seems to be from the same country, but he didn't answer anything. [snort] Saul, are you there? Are you alive?
I was talking about the people of Yucatán a while ago.
It's good [snort] that you showed up, but tell me, reveal yourself.
This guy assumes you have good comprehension and also a perfect way of formulating your questions so that someone can understand you, you bastard. No way.
Who do you hate? I'm telling you, I hate kryptonite that screwed up Superman.
I hate Thanos, you bastard.
I hate a ton of things, to hell with it, [snort] to the chupacabra.
[snort] I ca n't tell you, but I am dealing with these money issues in my life.
[snort] I didn't get the notification.
Oila.
[snort] Well, if you want, you can still send money via Banamex, Oxo, and PayPal.
I think we're leaving now. I don't know if I have anything else. I don't have anything else.
No, no [snort] I have nothing else. I have nothing else. So, I say goodbye, colleagues, friends. It took us an hour and a half. Wow, we really messed up a good amount of time there. Okay, see you tomorrow at 9 pm sharp. Take good care of yourselves and if you can, send some carrots, okay? I will be grateful. Kisses to everyone and we're still here. We're leaving in exactly 3, 2, 1. Bye bye.
Only. He is all alone. He is not alone. He is not alone. He is not alone. He is not alone. He is not alone.
Hold on [ovation] the people rise up.
And [music] endure, the people rise up.
The people [ovation] rose up, the people [music] stood.
[music] [music] President is a lover. [music] It's a love, it's a condor.
It's an honor. It's a condor.
[ovation]
