Pardon Wrongfully Convicted US Navy Sailor Tate Adamiak

Many of you who have been following the channel will know that we have been fighting for the release and freedom of a United States Navy sailor who was wrongfully convicted under the Biden Department of Justice of several crimes that he absolutely did not do. It is in fact provable that he is innocent in every single way. He was convicted of having an RPG that he did not have. He was convicted of having machine guns that he did not have. ATF and Department of Justice under President Biden even pulled out the old constructive intent playbook, which means you don't have something, but they alleged that you intended to have something in order to convict this man.

[00:00:35]His name is Tate for those of you who do not know. Again, he was a non-commissioned officer in the United States Navy with no criminal background and was collecting items for a future museum he planned to open when a confidential informant who was being paid by again Biden's Department of Justice completely made up allegations against him that he was selling machine guns as well as that he possessed an RPG, a rocket propelled grenade that he did not in fact possess. He possessed a demilled replica which quite literally had a hole drilled in the side of it to prevent it from actually working. It did not have a trigger group. In fact, where the trigger group was was welded shut so that way you couldn't put one in there.

[00:01:17]However, the Department of Justice under President Biden was looking for someone to make an example of and they made one out of him. As of right now, when you guys are watching this video, he is sitting in a cold cell and again he committed absolutely no crimes. Now, the reason I'm making this video in addition to the previous videos that we have made here on the topic is that under Attorney General Pam Bondi, myself, several other people were working on a docket to get up to President Trump for his pardon.

[00:01:45]So, the reason for this video is to get you guys to email and write the new acting attorney general, Todd Blanch. We will have down below in the video description, depending on where you guys are watching this, we will have a sample letter that you guys can fill out and have that either again emailed or sent to Attorney General Todd Blanch. This process has been in the works now for over a year at this point, but again with the removal of Pam Bondi from that office, we don't know where it's at. So, we want to make sure this gets some new attention, some fresh blood, some fresh fresh eyes rather, looking at it within the Department of Justice to free this man who was honorably serving his country and did not commit these crimes.

[00:02:23]The ATF in court admitted that they modified these items in order to make them illegal if he had owned them at the time, which again he didn't. He didn't own them at the time in the configuration he was alleged to have done so. And again, the Department of Justice in court under oath admitted this, but for some reason he was still convicted. this man needs to be freed.
