I actually think that the important part is not the language or the digits. I actually think that what's important is the structure. What are we looking at? That's the important question. It's not about deciphering anything. These questions are premature, might not even be relevant ever cuz we don't know that it's a language. So, deciphering what exactly? In order to decipher something, you need to understand what it's talking about. Case of human you have the hint that it's humans talking about things. This case we don't know the first thing about what we're looking at. What we should be asking is about the structure itself.
