[00:00:01]Good evening YouTube. This is Rebe Sharif with another video log. Okay guys, after quite a few months I'm actually you know uh posting another video here. Uh so today the 23rd of May 2026 I'm actually um heading to purchase uh you know XP0000 uh from this petrol bank in Bangalore.

[00:00:21]Okay. So um I'll just show you the uh exact price what is right now in Bangalore because from past 3 days I think 3 4 days uh there were hikes petrol petrol hikes for uh 3 days continuously 3 rupees and 1 rupee 1 rupee right now the x00 is right now 164 74 that is uh today's rate in Bangalore okay now I have actually picked up uh a little bit you know a small can like you know just 50 rupees fuel here like XP0000 so this is basically the reason why I'm actually um taking this fuel here is there are few influencers who are actually claiming that XP0000 uh they have mixed ethanol in it okay and they are just uh spreading false rumors maybe he's from ethanol lobby or maybe he want to confuse people because I use XP00 for my bikes because it is ethanol free and I can't put ethanol in my bikes and you know you know what's going to happen. It's it's simple chemistry guys. Ethanol is a low density fuel. It leads to corrosion. Phase separation will screw the bike or the car and that's it. That's about it. And eventually it's a slow poison. I don't want to give slow poison to my vehicles because I love my vehicles a lot. It's from the hard earned money. Okay. Like just like yours. So, end of the day, you know, I'm just actually going to go home and test this XP0000 and show you whether it is e whether it has ethanol or it doesn't have ethanol.

[00:01:59]Okay. So, this is a proof and I'm going to show you right now again the pricing so you can crossverify because XP00 was 149 uh few uh 1 month back now it is 164 74. So, Okay, just I'll be right back uh when I'm actually testing this.

[00:02:23]>> Okay guys, I reached home and uh I got the you know sample XP0000 as on 23rd of May 2026. Uh just to recap uh basically there are a lot of influencers uh who claim that you know who confusing people that XP00 is no longer ethanol free. Um well I don't know what to say about these guys. I don't know they just you know uh they just shooting arrows in dark. That's it. Without any concrete proof. If you have to say that XP0000 has ethanol, prove it. Do the test the way I'm doing it. Prove it. Otherwise, don't do that because you make fun of yourself. You look really really, you know, like, you know, I mean like uh you'll be ignored. As simple as that.

[00:03:02]When I'm talking, I have the proof in front of me. And one more thing, you may say that it's not a lab test and all that stuff. Okay? Pre check my previous videos. Whatever test I've done, I've done test on 13 different types of fuels. In fact, 14 different types of fuels including the most recent one which is speed 100 and whatever test I have conducted exactly the same thing.

[00:03:22]You know even autocar has actually sent those uh you know fuels to uh lab testing and they have matched my uh findings exactly. So you can just check my videos and you can you'll get to know uh just type in ethanol test on Google and you will find my videos on it which went viral. Okay. Now coming back to the point here. So we have the XP0000 uh right now it was 149. It was 160 it became 149 and now slowly it's uh rising up right now because of the fuel hikes.

[00:03:54]Right now as I showed you earlier in the petrol bank u machine it's 164.74 per liter. Okay. Now I'm going to do the test in front of you here to see let's see if it's uh like ethanol free or it has ethanol. Okay. So the same test uh so just to make things very very clear and you know uh just to get the math right here we are going to put 20 ml of water 80 ml of uh you know uh fuel XP0000 and this particular water again it'll be uh see it's actually plain water so I'm going to mix this particular uh green color food color so that you know the differentiation becomes very very easy I know this is similar kind of experiments I'm repeating. Okay. So, basically uh it'll help to you know negate the doubt whatever you have in your minds. Okay.

[00:04:48]So, let's quickly start this. So, I'm going to put this um 20 ml of water and remaining fuel. I'll shake in this shaking bottle and then again I'll pour it back. If this original 20 uh% line or ml line increases which means it has ethanol. So, we'll get we'll get we'll just check this out right now guys.

[00:05:10]Okay guys, let's quickly um get this done here. So, I'm going to first um mix the water with the food color because if I actually do the mixing beforehand, I might get comments saying that there was something in the water and all that stuff. Okay. So, we'll mix the green water.

[00:05:30]So, basically water is transparent.

[00:05:33]This particular food color makes it green. And one more thing guys, this will not have any impact because I got a you know comment saying that this foot color will increase the ethanol percentage. I don't know how to react.

[00:05:46]Maybe you can put it in the comments and tell me how should we react to these kind of comments. Okay. So let me get back to this here. So I'm going to put 20 ml.

[00:05:56]Once it reaches 20 ml, I'll stop.

[00:06:20]Okay. Now what we'll do here is I'll quickly put remaining 80 ml because this is actually 100 ml tube actually and you can actually see that you know I've just mentioned the date as 23rd of May 2026.

[00:06:33]Okay. So this fuel was purchased on this day so that you don't have any doubts on this.

[00:06:43]So, I'm just going to get this up to 100 ml, but that 100 ml is including water and fuel.

[00:06:57]Okay. Uh just a little bit extra so that you know during evaporation we get the exact count. Now, what I'm going to do here is see we got this uh thing. Now we are going I'm going to pour this in this shaking bottle so that I can shake it properly.

[00:07:20]So this is petrol and water together.

[00:07:31]Okay. Just getting everything proper here.

[00:07:35]Okay. Now I'm going to close the lid and start shaking this properly so that if even a single percentage of ethanol is there in this XP0000 it should get separated and it should come back. See I've completely shaking it properly. Now I'm going to pour this mixture back in the tube here and let's wait for it to settle down and let us see if it has ethanol or not.

[00:08:14]Okay, now let's keep this aside and we'll wait for some time. I just closed the lid here. I mean like you know just kept something on top of this so that you know the operation doesn't take place. You can see it is 100 ml and let us see. So we'll just wait here and I'll just get back to you in uh say 15 minutes or 20 minutes so that let it get settled down and let's see what happens.

[00:08:44]Okay guys uh so I just left it for uh uh 18 minutes close to 20 minutes actually.

[00:08:51]I just came back as I told you earlier with confidence it is still ethanol free it is it doesn't even have 1 percentage so now I'll just show you closeup can you see I just put 20% of water and it exactly staying at 20% not even little bit it has gone up yeah so XP0000 continues to be ethanol free okay now they will not advertise it as ethanol free because it goes against the interest of um our government. So they will actually mark it on the fuel as MS. MS stands for motor spirit. MS E20 is motor spirit with E20. So this has MS just MS. No E20, E10, E1, E2, nothing at all. You can just check the invoice. Okay. So it's just a good to know information. So basically XP0000 even today the 23rd of May 2026 even though the government has said from 1st of April 2026 mandatory all the fuels should be E20 minimum E20 should be there avoid I mean except ultra premium fuels like XP0000 power 100 and speed 100 rest all the fuels are E20 including shell V power everything is E20 guys somewhere some petal bunks you may have little bit of uh deviations maybe 17% 15% because they might not have got the sufficient load of ethanol from the farmers. So that's the only thing I can say. So apart from this please I mean if you want to use XP0000 continue to use it without any fear and just please share this video with those influencers who actually just thump until it is no longer ethanol free.

[00:10:39]These people are confusing people and XP0000 or Indian oil should book a defamation case against them because when a company is charging 164 rupees and 74 uh 164 rupees and 74 I say per liter and you expect them to do uh these this daylight robbery or cheating saying that it's no longer uh ethanol free. The main purpose of selling this fuel for such a high price is basically because to ensure your premium vehicles, superbikes, supercars are actually safe from ethanol corrosion because you can't play around with these vehicles. Okay, so these are in a very limited quantity in in tier one cities, not everywhere.

[00:11:22]And if you want to maintain your high-end vehicles, you can use this.

[00:11:26]Otherwise, you have E20. Right now, government is planning for E30, E4, E50.

[00:11:30]The people are happy with E20 now it's a time for you to get worried because E30 is going to come and when E30 compatible vehicle comes in they have to get worried about it. So some people say flex fuel will actually work wonders.

[00:11:43]Unfortunately guys nobody talks about phase separation which is the killer in ethanol blended fuels. Phase separation can happen anytime in your tank. If you don't use the vehicle for more than a week or two weeks it's gone. You get phase separated fuel and you might ask you might ask actually Brazil how they are doing it. Yes, Brazil actually use up to E27. They have flexi flex fuel engines and it's a it's a weekly routine for them to drain out the water which settles in the bottom of the fuel tank.

[00:12:11]There's a plug which they have to drain out. Okay, even flex fuel engines are not spared with this uh phase separated fuel. If the uh the the bottom of the fuel tank will have the sludge and uh you know uh the phase separated water and ethanol if that gets pumped and obviously that will get pumped because the fuel pump will be in the bottom most part of the fuel tank and that actually sucks and uh you know uh pushes the fuel uh into the um injectors and uh combustion chamber. So obviously even that will start having jerks and that'll also uh stop while you know running. So yeah, choice is yours. You have this at least uh we have it in Bangalore. As long as it's available, we'll use it.

[00:12:54]After that, the only option what we have here is um going on bicycles or use electric vehicles if they have a proper uh range. Otherwise, you know, uh whatever is coming in our way, we have to accept it. That's that's about it guys. That's about it. I'll just come with more videos and uh see basically I put videos only when they make sense.
