[00:00:04][music] >> Uh I'm Bob Grove. I've been at Standard for 15 years.

[00:00:11]Uh I have very extensive background in in manufacturing for more than 35 years.

[00:00:19]Over overall as far as the quality goes, what I have noticed is a [music] lot of our products, if you can manufacture on the on the front end of the machinery, you control a lot of your process all the way through. So, it's very important to be able to do that.

[00:00:32]This place makes the the smaller components, the building components of the injector, and we were able to maintain our quality inside the facility in-house, where you have a little more control over the dimensions, and you can keep uh you reduce the quality part coming off the the machine process before we ever assemble it. So, I think that that has a lot to do with being able to create a uh the good part mentality all the way from the start to finish all the way out out the door. And if you uh have to rely on other people outside of your facility, you tend not to to get the quality set to suffer. So, I think we're able to control a lot of our quality because we're making things inside in under this same roof.

[00:01:12]>> [music] >> We can't outsource everything. You know, it coming from the overseas every time for everything we make just because we want to save a couple dollars is not necessarily the best sacrifice.

[00:01:24]You know, that >> [music] >> it it that's why I feel about it. I feel like, you know, that we've outsourced a lot of that. And we're we're at the mercy of those other countries that [music] are supplying us. The more we give them, it's very important to make it make stuff or you know, the country the United States.

[00:01:45]Well, like I tell my boss, it says I'm I'm getting up in my years, and as long as I still have fun I still show up every day.

[00:01:56]Control the front end of the process, control our dimensions, and make a quality part in it through the whole process. And you keep control of that and you can maintain a lot more of the American-made out of our plant and out As far as knowing you know, all the ins and outs of of the plant and how things are made. If you control it is inside the factory, you have you can make sure that everything's made with the right right amount of tolerances and clearances and make sure you have a quality part coming out there, you know, every day.
