Close Encounters with Wild Animals - Only in India!!!Added:
[music] >> Hello and welcome to Paws Channel. Our video today is about people having an encounter with wild [music] animals in India. In the first clip, a tiger attacked fishermen in the Chilamari forest of the Sundarban area in West Bengal.
Fortunately, [music] fishermen managed to fend it off and got away with no casualties.
>> [music] [music] [music] >> In the second clip, a leopard attacked a cyclist on a highway along the famous [music] Kaziranga National Park in Assam.
The animal may have mistaken the passing cyclist for prey, [music] hitting his left hip and knocking him off the bike.
Luckily, the leopard lost its interest in the cyclist soon after he fell on [music] the ground and ran back into the forest.
The cyclist [music] got away with no injuries and rushed back home to tell the tale to his fellows.
In the next clip, a tiger tries to attack a tourist's [music] jeep. Tiger often attacks tourist jeeps in India and sometimes attacks can be fatal.
But luckily for the tourists, >> [music] >> the tiger lost its interest after it charged the jeep and backed off quickly.
>> [music] >> In the next clip, a sloth bear attacked a man in South India. Sloth bears are considered to be [music] one of the most dangerous mammals in India. The number of sloth bear attacks annually rivals and may even exceed the total number [music] of all bear attacks from the seven other extant bear species combined.
>> [music] >> The man was so lucky to got away with minor injuries. Otherwise, this attack could have been fatal for him.
>> [music] >> In the next [music] clip, a zookeeper was trying to touch the bars on tiger's cage and tiger wasted no time in jumping [music] and attacking his hand. He pulled away his hand quick enough to survive the attack.
>> [music] >> In the next clip, a tourist group barely escaped being attacked by a one-horned rhino while on a safari in Assam's Kaziranga [music] National Park. In the video, the tourists on a safari in the National Park can be seen chased [music] by a full-grown adult rhino. The vigilant driver was able to get the vehicle moving quickly [music] enough to save the tourists' lives.
In the video, the rhino can be seen chasing the vehicle [music] for more than 2 km. In the past, a forest service employee was killed by a rhino at the [music] Kaziranga National Park. Haiku Daulagupu, a game watcher, and Anil Kalita, [music] a gardener, were patrolling the Kohora range in March of 2020 when they were ambushed by a rhino. Daulagupu died on the spot [music] from his injuries.
In the [music] next clip, tourists were left stunned when a tiger approached their Jeep and spent quite some time investigating and playing with Jeep's side mirror.
Fortunately for the tourists, the tiger [music] was only interested in the side mirror and didn't bother much about the people inside the Jeep. People in [music] India are very brave. There's no doubt about it.
Who in their right mind would dare to pass through a tiger sanctuary on a motorbike? [music] Especially when you are aware of tiger attacks and people being killed in the past. Still, they have to go through these forests [music] on motorbikes on daily basis.
It's kind of becoming an everyday routine for them and slowly tigers are getting used to them as well. But still, you You never trust [music] a wild animal as it can switch to predator mode at any given time. Hats off to the people who have to go through this every day to get to their work and [music] earn for their families. At the end, we would say that sites like this are only possible in India.
Thanks for watching and please don't forget to like, comment, [music] and share.
