A US District Court Judge upheld Trump's executive order requiring citizenship verification for federal elections and implementing strict mail-in ballot security measures, which represents a significant legal framework for election integrity that states must follow for federal elections.

A Court Just GAVE Trump Voter ID and MORE for the Midterms. Democrats are PANICKINGAdded:
We got huge news yesterday regarding elections. This was actually a massive deal. Let's talk about it here. So, US District Court Judge Carl Nichols denied Democrats' request to halt Trump's executive order about requiring citizenship and securing mail-in ballots. You guys understand that an executive order acts as law during the time that president is in and until the next president overturns it, okay? So, it's it's a flimsy way to do stuff. It but it works temporarily.
Trump passed this executive order and the big deal is is a judge just upheld it. So, this requires states to verify citizenship for federal elections, secure mail-in ballots with strict laws.
Agencies must create a state citizenship list and requires the Postal Service to propose rules for track ballots by late May.
Why wouldn't Democrats want this? Well, we all know that. However, so the judge declining to block this is huge. How many executive orders has he had blocked? Many.
Many, many.
And yet this one isn't?
This is going to This has got to freak out the Democrats. But what this also means is the Trump administration can now move forward on implementing this.
This is like making the SAVE Act go be implemented by uh by executive order.
Now, states will fight back. They're going to drag their feet. But you know what this does? Because this is now in place.
The Supreme Court's voting rights strike down is now in place and the government's trying to enforce that. No districting by race.
The other thing is they the Supreme Court may be striking down the mail-in ballots soon. Which gives the Trump administration another area to enforce on blue states and rhino states.
All of that together, this means they have the legal jurisdiction to not accept the election results from states that do not follow the rules. Do you understand that? These are federal elections.
The federal government gets the final say. The states can run them the way they want, but the federal government doesn't have to accept them if they don't follow federal law. Guys, this is massive.
This is absolutely massive. And we got this happening, which remember Trump said he'd get the Save America Act one way or the other. This might be what he was talking about.
The other thing is, yesterday, the RNC won a huge election integrity case in North Carolina.
A court ruling blocks never residents from voting in state elections, but that's not the whole story. It also found that several non-residents had voted in the last couple elections and held that up. So, now there's legal framework there that's going to carry over state to state. Eventually, this will make its way up to the Supreme Court. We'll get a ruling on it.
Guys, this is all moving forward. This is huge for the midterms. Don't black pill about the Save America Act. I've told you guys this many, many times.
We have so many things going in our favor.
And the Trump administration is much smarter than so many people give it credit for.
They know what they're doing.
They know what they're doing so much that Trump had this to say about the midterms yesterday.
Let me make sure this is up.
>> Their economy is uh in free fall.
They have 250% inflation.
Their money has no value. And their whole uh, economic system has broken down.
They thought they were going to outwait me, you know, "We'll outwait him. He's got the midterms." I don't care about the midterms. Look what happened last night. That was the prelude to the midterms. People understand it. They know that >> [laughter] >> very simple, Iran cannot have a nuclear >> Say that it one more time.
>> about the midterms. Look what happened last night. That was the prelude to the midterms.
>> I don't care about the midterms.
Look what happened last night. That's the prelude to the midterms.
Does that sound like a man who's worried?
>> [laughter] >> This This is the kind of thing that terrifies the left. Why do you think they're pushing so hard to make us think there's no hope? So we don't show up.
Cuz we show up, we're going to win, MAGA.
We're going to win. Trump knows it.
He knows it. I don't care about the midterms.
He was talking about uh Texas last night. That was preliminary.
A prelude.
In other words, wait and see. This is going to be I'm going to shock the world.
And here's something crazy.
Uh a economist YouGov poll, a left-wing poll. You Gov is one of the most left-wing polls.
Reporting that the people agree with Trump now.
What party do you think will win the House Senate? House Republican, Senate Republican.
The psyop that the blue guys are going to win it all.
They're going to win the House, definitely, maybe the Senate. They're going to sweep the midterms. Blue wave incoming. That psyop, guys, has completely failed because the primaries have woken the people up.
And in politics, friends, perception is reality.
Democrats, if they actually believe they're going to lose, there's going to be a lot of them not showing up. They're going to be so discouraged by Trump Trump Trump Trump, he keeps winning.
They're going to still get a lot of people out to the polls. Don't get me wrong on that. They're going to force it. But with those laws in place, they're not going to be able to get those fraudulent votes in.
Republicans on the other hand, this is huge cuz if they actually believe we're going to win, we're motivated. The primaries have fired up MAGA.
Fired us up. And now the people actually don't believe the polls. The people believe the Republicans are going to win.
I'm telling you, the people know better than the polls. These polls, the what do you think polls, have historically been much more accurate than the polls than the actual polls themselves, quote unquote.
So, telling you guys, we are uh I think we're going to shock the world this November. I I really do.
Uh it's getting better and better.
And you know, just just a reminder of how far we've come.
Cuz a lot of the things I get a lot of times are "Oh, the RINOs, you know, we're still fighting the RINOs. We can't get rid of them." Well, look at this example of just [snorts] how much we've been awakened in the last 10 years and uh and how little power the RINOs still have. This is a perfect example of it. We're going to let Harry Enten, my favorite New York Jew, tell us. Harry, what do you got in the polls, Harry? Here we go.
>> part. I just want you to look here. I mean, this just tells you everything that you need to know, which is the net favorable rating with the GOP. You have Donald Trump, you have George W. Bush.
Before Donald Trump declared back in May of 2015, look at this. George W. Bush's net favorable rating was plus 58 points.
Donald Trump was 45 points underwater with Republicans. Look at this. This is in a 100 over 100 point shift, I do believe. Donald Trump is now at plus 61.
That's an over 100 point shift in the positive direction for Trump. And look at what happened to George W. Bush. He dropped by 40 points from plus 58 to plus 17. So, George W. Bush has fallen through the floor since Donald Trump, of course, first really appeared on the political scene, first ran for president for the Republican nomination back in 2015, declaring in June of 2015. Well, George W. Bush, simply put, as I said, his Republican party is the Republican voters are very lukewarm.
>> Look at that.
Only 17 percent favorability for George Bush now in the Republican party.
Guys, that is that is massive, okay? That is an awakening. This is or was, I should say, the Bush party. He won two terms. He won the popular vote in his second election.
The first Bush won overwhelmingly his first term, lost obviously to Clinton because Perot got a lot of votes. But guys, this is massive. And just even in 2015, nearly like it was almost plus 60 with Republicans, Bush.
This is the Trump effect. Trump has woken up Republicans. You're He's never coming back from this. The RINOs are never coming back from this. Ever. It's done. Because at this point, there's no rewriting the past. There's no rewriting Iraq and Afghanistan wars.
There's no rewriting the crash of '08.
There's like the Bushes are done.
They're never going to be real able to rebuild their brand after this. Not in our lifetimes. So, this is massive, okay? The change. And then again, the people who thought Trump was a joke versus respecting him now. That is That's huge. So, guys, we are winning. We're going to win. And uh it's it's heading in the right direction. So, let's get excited about the midterms. Get excited to vote and be ready to to shock the world this November cuz if we win the I mean it we're already winning even if we don't win the midterms, but if we win the midterms, it's so over it's not it's not even funny.
And I think we I think we're heading in that direction.
