Isopods vs Dandelions

[00:00:01]Hey everybody, as you can see I have created another mountain. This time it is with dandelion plants and dandelions are considered a weed but they as many people know they are also highly beneficial as a food as a medicinal plant and just as a source of nutrition.

[00:00:27]So, I happen to be reading up on dandelions and planning to uh try some out for food, but I thought, you know, I add them to my isopod system and see what happens. And it's pretty interesting. This was probably less than an hour ago that I added this big heap of them to the system and they're already starting to congregate in certain areas. The flowers in particular seem to be a real uh magnet for them. It's probably all that pollen and other nutritional stuff in there. And leave it on the zoom. This is kind of like I don't even know what is. They seem to be concentrated around the root zones.

[00:01:31]So, I don't know if it's a nutrition thing or if it's a moisture thing or what it is, but whatever the case may be, it's going to be really really interesting to see what happens. Uh, I know this is going to add a bunch of nutrition and moisture to the system and it'll benefit the worms down below as well.
