The Filipina Advice | One Filipina Barangay Worker Accused of Taking ₱350,000 From ForeignerAdded:
Hi everybody. In today's video, we are going to create a reaction video by Rafi Tfu. And if you have any question, just comment down below. If you want to watch more of Rafi Tfu, the link in my description below. And if you have any question, just comment down below. Well, several years ago, I had a relationship with a young lady in Zambuanga, Patalon, and our relationship ended, and so we settled on a uh a return of contributions that I made and uh I filed a case with the uh Broni and they suggested that uh she bring the money to the Broni and then the matter would be resolved. So she did that and uh we agreed with that and and our relationship uh for all was was done. So my uh at the time friend uh Gaga Musa was working at the Brangai and she said your money's not safe there. They're looking at it. They know it's foreigner money. tell them that um I'm a family friend and I will take the money and and it'll be safe.
>> There was an amount worth 350,000 that your exgirlfriend paid you.
>> Correct.
>> Okay. But that money was given to the barangai.
>> That's correct.
>> And now suddenly when you are to take that 350,000 pesos, another friend of yours told you that the money is not safe. So she wanted to be the one to get that money. Correct. She said because the Bron guy said it's uh how are you how do you want us to send this money to you? I said well send it Western Union.
They said well that's that's not up to us to do. I said well okay. So Gagamusa said tell them that we are friends and you you trust me and I will take the money and I will send it to you. And so at the time I did trust her and I said okay good plan.
>> All right.
>> So she took 350k from the Branga. Then did she transmit you that 350,000 pesos?
>> She sent me three uh payments or uh yeah payments of 50k each. So 150k. So that was 200k left. And the fourth month she uh was when she was supposed to send the money. She messaged me and she said uh robbers used a uh a razor blade and cut her bag and she lost the money and she would be sending the money at a later date and she then uh there was just no more money. There was just no no communication.
>> So she cannot give you back of 200,000 pesos. That's correct.
>> Because it was allegedly stolen.
>> That's correct. So until now de have you demand >> what you even working in one of the barangi facilities >> from her the payment of this balance.
>> Yes I did. I uh even uh went to uh I hired a lawyer in Zamanga and uh he wrote a demand letter and I asked him if he could represent me further. He said I needed to get a uh an affidavit from the Philippine Embassy in Canada, which I did, allowing him to have power of attorney to represent me. Uh that didn't seem to work out very well. And u Judelin Musa did not forward me any money even though she had a letter of agreement stating she would pay me 5,000 5K a month until it was paid.
>> So there was a letter agreement. Yes, there was >> where a recognition of the amount that she owes you.
>> She admitted to the lawyer that she stole it and she lied about it going missing. She told the lawyer that. So she admitted that. She then signed another letter agreeing me monthly installments which she never did.
>> When was the your last communication with her? Uh we actually spoke she sent uh a message to myself and my fiance here on uh I think Saturday saying can I speak with you and your ma'am? And I said sure. So I let my fiance speak because Gaga does not speak English very well. So I let the two of them talk and um my girlfriend said you you know you owe him the money and and you're you've never paid. you always have an excuse and so uh you you need to pay us like on Monday you need to send some money.
>> Did did she give you any plan of payment any particular day by which she can uh satisfy the 200,000 pesos?
>> Oh the 200,000 no never. But she said she would like send an installment on the 15th of August but she has said that many many times and my fiance said no Monday. You need to send money Monday or we will go and see uh Sir Jodeline 200,000 pesos sir may settlement but that was crazy. Why you steal that money in the first place not yours? when she was still with every month, sir.
>> Okay.
Agreement.
understand everything, all her allegation. She cannot get a work and job, but you should not steal that money. It's not even yours. And now you have a big problem rather than telling the truth with that man about the money that you steal.
But yes, you're still still lying.
That's why some people don't even have mercy on you.
Wow.
One of sign up.
Sorry guys, sir.
sir.
>> Well, she acknowledged that there is indeed 200,000 pesos owes you. No, but she also mentioned that when she was still with the Barangi, I think she was working then at the Barangai. She was able to give you monthly uh payments although lately she got sick.
>> She didn't make she didn't she did not give me monthly payments. She sent me three installments of my own money. She did not make five 5k payments.
>> The the the remittances that she made referred to the 150,000 pesos. After that, there was nothing.
>> Yeah, that was my money. All right.
upset me.
It been me, I will feel bad. You know, she's a single mom, but rather instead telling them the truth, but she's instead lying. Agreement, sir. 5K 5K.
Okay, sir.
for 6 months August to January 5,000 pesos 170,000 balance judin stated that she was able to remit uh 30 thou a total of 30 even though is that person working around the branch from August.
>> Don't trust Easy. Even though it's the person working around the Brang or something, don't even trust >> last year until January of this year.
>> She's wrong. Uh because what Gcash did she send it to? She did not send it to my fiance. I have not received 5K a month.
>> It's not your G-Cash.
>> I don't have a Gash. It's my fiance.
>> You have not received 30,000 pesos.
>> And neither has my fiance.
>> Okay.
Western Union.
