God, you know every single thing going on in their lives, in their marriage, in their family, in their finances, in their health, in their business, in their ministry, in their career.

[00:05:02]We pray that you give answers through the word of God. Bring direction. Show them how to get the victory for their family. God, as they stand strong in faith, honor every mother this morning. God, use this broadcast and the word of God to encourage them and strengthen them.

[00:05:29]Have your way, God. We rebuke the devil that's come against every mom, Satan. We curse you in the name of Jesus. No weapon formed against him will be able to prosper in every tongue that rise against him and judgment we condemn it right now in Jesus mighty name we pray.

[00:05:58]Well, good morning to you. So glad to be back with you. Amen. As we begin a new series this week. But before we jump into all of that, I want to say happy Mother's Day to absolutely all of you tuning into this broadcast. And a special happy Mother's Day to the love of my life, the mother of my seven kids, Pastor Amy Penda, a Proverbs 31 woman.

[00:06:29]Glory to God. That's worth putting some music there. A Proverbs 31 woman. Happy Mother's Day to all of you moms in the US, from the Caribbean, from Australia, from Africa, from Europe, from Asia.

[00:06:45]Come on, somebody. Of course, the Middle East, that's Asia, but the Middle East, all of you. Amen. Russia, all over the world. You that tune into this broadcast, happy Mother's Day. God bless you. Now, this this week, we are beginning a new series. God is your protector. Can someone say it? God is my protector. And on today, this is what I want to talk about. Even when surrounded, God has a way out. You may be surrounded by sickness. You may be surrounded by family troubles, financial restraints, attacks coming against your family and relationships, your business, your ministry, attacks from every different direction. But I'm telling you what, we serve a God who has a way out.

[00:07:37]Even when surrounded, God has a way out.

[00:07:42]And I want to read something to you.

[00:07:43]This is our scripture reference for this week and then I'll jump right into talking about Saul and David.

[00:07:49]How Saul attempted 21 times to assassinate David and he failed. Job 28:7 and 8 says, "There is a path which no foul knows and which the vulture's eyes has not seen. The lion's welps, that's the young kids, that's the lion cups, the lion's cups have not trotten on it, nor the fast line passed by it."

[00:08:17]Now in the book of Job chapter 28 right here when he's talking about how because earlier they were talking about there is a vein for the gold and silver and all that stuff. So what what what Job's referring to is how in the mountains there are these paths where you can find where you where men would dig deep into the mountains and they would find precious gems, precious gold. Of course they would have to refine it but they would dig deep into the mountains. And the point here is no foul as as as sharp as those vultures eyes are, they cannot see down through the mountain to see the silver and the diamonds, the thing that has to be refined to get it. And so how does that apply to us? There is a path where God can hide you and myself where the devil can't see what God's doing in our lives. Oh, come on. Talk to me here.

[00:09:11]The lion's cups have not tro on it, nor the fast line passed by. That lion as strong as he cannot dig into the rocks in the mountains and find silver and gold. And you know the Bible always compare the devil to a roaring lion who goes about seeking whom he may devour.

[00:09:26]There is a place in God where God can put you where no lion, no devil in hell can reach you. Ask Daniel as he laid in the lion's den. But he was so hidden in God that the lions did not touch him. He came out without a single scratch.

[00:09:45]That's the kind of God that I serve. And you will see this same analogy and principle at work in the life of David, a mighty warrior who King Saul was filled with jealousy and tried to assassinate him 21 times and fail every single time. I dare someone to open your mouth and declare it. Even when surrounded, God has a way out. Somebody say, "Amen." Glory be to God. Now, this brings us into 1st Samuel chapter 23, beginning at verse 13- 20 and 25- 29.

[00:10:24]Saul is in hot pursuit to kill David. And you know, sometimes when you want to run, you get tired and you get weary. So David and his men, about 600 of them, now left Kela and began roaming the countryside. Word soon reached Saul that David had escaped. So he didn't go to Kela. After all, David now stayed in the strongholds. Oh, come on, somebody. He that dwelleth. No wonder David pen these words. He that dwell in the secret place of the most high because the secret place is a stronghold. But David was in natural strongholds that make it difficult for Saul to catch him. David now stayed in the strongholds of the wilderness and in the hill country of Ze. Saul hunted him.

[00:11:13]Watch this. Hunted him day after day.

[00:11:17]But God didn't let Saul find him. There is a path where no foul knows and a vultur's eye have not seen. There is a place in God where he can hide you beyond the reach of the enemy. It didn't mean that God's not going to allow you to be tested and tried. He will. But where there's a time and a period where God said, "I'm just going to hide you from all of this mess for a moment." Glory be to God.

[00:11:54]But God didn't let Saul find him. One day near Horus, David received the news that Saul was on the way to Ze to search for him and kill him. Jonathan, Saul's own son, who was righteous and knew that God had anointed David and he respected it. Unlike his father, Jonathan went to find David and encourage him to stay strong in his faith in God. Who am I talking to? Who who would say, "Pastor Sean, I'm dealing with situations. I'm surrounded." Well, I'm here to tell you, stay strong and never forget it. Even when you are surrounded, God has a way out.

[00:12:40]Listen to what Jonathan said to David.

[00:12:42]Don't be afraid. Jonathan reassured him.

[00:12:45]My father will never find you. Wow, that's powerful. My father will never find you. You are going to be the king of Israel, and I will be next to you as my father Saul is well aware. He's aware of it. This is serious. Jonathan, the son of Saul, knew David was destined to be king. And he said, he said, "My my father's aware of it, and there ain't a thing he can do about it." But now the men of Ze went to Saul, I tell you what, no matter how you help and bless people, they'll turn on you. Because David had blessed and rescued the people of Ze.

[00:13:26]The Bible says, "But now the men of Ze went to Saul, the same people David helped and rescue, and betrayed David to him." You can see the life of Christ and David right here, cuz Judas betrayed Jesus. The men of Ze betrayed David.

[00:13:41]Who's betraying you? Who am I talking to that's dealing with betrayal? It ain't over until God says it's over. God, I'm telling you what, I got news for your betrayers. Payday is coming. Glory to God. We know where David is hiding. They said he is in the strongholds of Horesh on the hill of Hakila, which is in the southern part of Jashiman.

[00:14:04]Come down whenever you're ready, oh king. and we will catch him and hand him over to you. I just It's amazing how bold the devil's crowd are. The two thinks that they can just do what they want with you. Jesus told Pilate his face, "If the authority wasn't given you from above, you couldn't do a thing with me." Glory to God. My my I mean, they bold. We going to hand him over to There are people planning your demise right now. But oh, God's got a shock coming for them. The devil works through people. Just how the Holy Ghost works through people, God works through people, Jesus works through people, the devil works through people. And he was sure working through this crowd as if they can determine when your end will come. My life is in God's hands. and he determines when it's time to call me home. That decision isn't in the devil's hand, nor is it in any man's hand. It's in God's hands. Wow.

[00:15:07]Talking about we going to catch him and hand him over as if they are in control of David's life. People can play. I'm anointed. I dare someone type below this video, I'm anointed. And there ain't a thing the devil can do about it. Now watch this.

[00:15:23]When David heard, watch this y'all. I want you to listen to this good. When David heard that Saul and his men were searching for him, he went even further into the wilderness to the great rock.

[00:15:37]That rock got to be symbolic of Christ.

[00:15:39]He went further in into the wilderness to the great rock. And he remained there in the wilderness of Mayor.

[00:15:48]But Saul kept after him in the wilderness. Watch this. Saul and David were now on opposite sides of a mountain. Saul was gaining on him. Saul was closing in on him. Who am I talking to? Who would say, "Pastor Sean, I feel like this situation is gaining on me.

[00:16:06]I feel like this thing is closing in on me." I got good news for you. Just watch this. Just as Saul and his men began to close in on David and his men, an urgent message reached Saul that the Philistines were raiding Israel again.

[00:16:27]So Saul quit chasing David and returned to fight the Philistines. Ever since that time, the place where David was kept has been called the rock of escape.

[00:16:40]Glory to God. David then went to live in the strongholds of Enghetti. Even when surrounded, God has a way out. I said, even when surrounded, God has a way out. I don't care what you are surrounded with. God has a way out. I DARE SOMEONE SING IT WITH ME. THIS IS HOW this is how I fight my battle. Someone lift your hands to heaven and give him praise. Sing it with me. Cuz this is how I fight my battle.
