Citizens have the constitutional right to challenge police stops that lack probable cause, demand to know the specific legal basis for their detention, and refuse to sign admission of guilt documents; when police cannot articulate legitimate reasons for a stop or cite incorrect statutes, citizens can argue these actions violate Fourth Amendment protections against unreasonable searches and seizures, and may be entitled to civil remedies for wrongful detention.

Corrupt Cops STUNNED By Citizens Who Know Their RightsAdded:
You don't have problem.
>> Yes, we do. Yes, we do. Okay. Stay back.
Stay back. All right. To use my freedom of speech as viferously as I dare to. If you had understanding, you would refuse this job. What you have is a lust for money and power, a violation of my rights on a pretextual stop.
>> You're coming out here for sidewalk charge. Do you feel embarrassed? Are you going to tell your wife this? Your husband? You're messing with someone over sidewalk chalk. A citation for dangerous, scary sidewalk chalk.
>> Corrupt cops stunned by citizens who know their rights.
You think that as long as you're fully cooperating, you'll be fine? Just look at Oliver.
On December 9th, 2023, Oliver entered a university building, realized it was a private event, and left immediately upon request. He was 100% compliant. But for the Iowa City Police, that compliance simply wasn't enough.
>> Oliver, you >> mind hanging tight for me, bud?
>> What?
>> Go ahead and turn around for me.
>> What's up?
>> You're under arrest.
>> Yep.
>> No way.
>> Step back. Step back.
>> Interested.
>> Stay back.
>> It's fine.
>> Why explain to me right now? Why?
>> What's the reason?
your light.
>> Yeah, I got you.
>> I got you.
>> Can I um I have the keys in my pocket.
I'm just going to give that to >> car keys.
>> Yeah.
>> Number four.
>> Oh, just for my girlfriend's car.
>> You want to give it to her?
>> Yeah.
>> Okay. Yep. We'll take you back and we'll get we'll sort that out. Okay.
>> Um it's just in that pocket if you want.
>> Sure. Well, we'll go back here and search real quick. We'll get them to you. We'll get them to you. Okay.
1995.
>> Little more. Little more. Little more.
>> Hang tight.
>> You don't have probable causes.
>> Yes, we do.
>> Yes, we do. Okay. Stay back. Stay back.
All right.
>> Stand back.
It doesn't matter.
>> Yes. Orange code.
Orange code.
>> Listen closely to this exchange. The officers can't even get their story straight on what the actual charge is.
>> What's up?
>> For a little bit. We're going to close the garage. So, >> yeah, no worries. Uh This is the last one, right?
>> Yeah.
>> She or he?
>> No. Set it on your front seat.
>> We still got to write the charges for him. Okay.
>> It's going to be the same three charges though.
>> God, it's getting cold, man.
>> Can we add the rest of it?
>> Yeah.
Hey, how we doing, man?
>> This line here?
>> Yeah.
>> You working in the jail tonight?
>> Oh, >> just helping out. That's fair.
>> Is it just that group or is there another group coming?
>> No, this should be >> Yeah, this should be the last one. I don't think there's anybody else outside >> with that group of their friends.
>> No, they're not cuffed. They're just kind of standing outside, >> but that's it.
>> Not that I know.
>> Like I said, you want to give them a proper receipt via email? You also have Oliver W L E I N E I believe or W I E L E I N >> 150 I have his ID. I'll add it to the shortly.
>> You're all good.
And then a miracle happened. A call came in from above and just like that Oliver was free.
>> He needs to be arrested. There was some miscommunication. If he went back to Kinnick, he is to be arrested. Not that he was be arrested down here.
>> Oh my. Okay.
He went upstairs into their party and he was told to leave and he left and he said he's going to come back and be arrested but he didn't come back. So >> that's wonderful.
>> Guys, we got a miscommunication.
>> He's not to be booked in.
>> He's not booked.
>> Nope. All right.
>> This is from the top. Miscommunication.
>> All right.
>> I was not there today. I'm I was >> today.
>> Correct. I wasn't I was not at Kick Stadium today. I was giving getting orders from above me.
>> Okay.
>> So, >> but I get you out.
>> All right.
>> Nice to meet you. You guys >> What about my phone? Well, we'll get it back to you >> outside.
>> Yep.
>> Oh, sorry.
>> You guys have more coming in yet?
>> I just got on shift >> and this is this is what this is the the hand I was dealt.
>> So, 107.
>> Um, no.
>> The city paid Oliver $5,000, but not for the wrongful arrest itself. That money was the price they paid for intentionally burying this body cam footage for years. When officers can't agree on a charge, it's a red flag for a lack of probable cause. You have every right to demand to know exactly why you are being detained. Oliver was lucky to receive a lastminute rescue call, but the man in our next story wouldn't be so fortunate.
In March 2026, Rosi Officer Anderson pulled Shaw over, claiming his rear view vision was obscured by a curtain. It sounds like a valid reason until you realize that thousands of trucks, vans, and even police cruisers don't have rear windows at all.
>> Please, my body cam's going reason for the stop is the paper that you have on the back of your car obstructs your view. Do you have your license?
>> Actually, actually, my mirrors provide the side view and I'm not required to be able to see. I'm filming also. I'm not required. There's nothing in the in the vehicle motor code that specifies that you cannot have a opaque back window.
>> Nothing at all.
>> So all of your you have no view through the rear of your vehicle.
>> You know what? Nobody needs to see through the rear of my vehicle. I can see I and I drive full-time 8 and 1 half hours a day.
>> Do you have your license registration?
>> Oh, I absolutely do. I absolutely do.
Although I just I I really believe that what this is is a pretextual stop for you to be able to discern information about me and run me through the NCIC database and that your articulable suspicion of probable cause right now is actually not legitimate and you have no actual absolutely I I think you have no articulable suspicion of probable cause to detain me on the side of the road parking and you were wishing that I didn't use my turn signal. You had something more than >> supervisor.
>> Do you have your >> Oh, absolutely. Which may I get out just cuz I got a bunch of stuff on my person and I don't know which pocket my wallet's in. I just got a macaroni and cheese which is getting cold right now and and that bothers me. So, >> okay. I don't want you to get out right now.
>> Okay. Well, I'm going to set the camera right up here. I just I'm just really disappointed because you guys this is now and now what you're doing is you're using the plain eyes doctrine to see inside my vehicle and see if you can find some sort of way to build that artic. That's why your light is on.
>> You said you don't know which pocket your ID is instead of like watching people when they dig through their pockets.
>> It's right here. Perfect.
>> Yeah.
>> All right. And I'm sorry. Oh, and by the way, okay, my name is Shaw.
>> Nice to meet you. What was it? Shaw.
>> Shaz Shaw.
>> Okay, Shaw. And I am cops sensitive and I apologize for that.
>> I definitely understand that.
>> I'm a Saturday market member.
>> Oh, heck yeah.
>> I'm a permit holder. The city is fully aware of who I am and what I do. I've been around here for decades. I am on the Oregon Country Fair recycling crew.
I'm involved with the maker space. There is my driver's license. Here is my insurance. Although that card is expired. I can show you the digital. I just haven't gotten it printed. But there's the registration and and and really I want you to admit to me that this is a pretextual stop. How many times in the last year have you pulled somebody over for a obscured rear window?
>> Uh numerous times.
>> I didn't ask numerous.
>> I don't know an exact.
>> So I'm going to be able to look I'm going to be able to look on that database. I'm going to be able to do a foyer request and I'm going to see that you officer Anderson have pulled over multiple an iniccernable amount of people for a covered rear window. That is absolutely >> when he realized he was losing ground against the citizen who knew the law well. Anderson called for backup. But ironically, even his superior, Sergeant Tester, didn't seem to know that under Oregon law, covering the rear window isn't a violation.
And this is the rear of my patrol vehicle. So, this is where we end up um placing our custodies. And we put them in handcuffs. We put them in the back seat on the plastic covering. We also have seat belts to make sure that they're being safe, that we go ahead and put those on them as we get them over to the jail safely. So, this is the trunk of my patrol vehicle. We have a bunch of tools back here that are super handy for me. We have what we call stop sticks that actually stop a car from moving by essentially busting out their tires or popping their tires. So, that's my patrol vehicle. Um, it's here to protect everybody, including myself. Despite her rank, it appears that Sergeant Tester was not educated on the traffic code either, and not one of the three officers on scene did their due diligence to look up the Oregon Revised Statute and read it before issuing a citation that does not apply to the facts alleged in this incident.
>> Sir, I'm I'm Sergeant Tester. Just so you know, I do have a body camera.
>> That Yeah, I'm filming you in 4K, too, babe.
>> That That's perfect.
>> Would you like to speak at a rational tone away from the vehicle? Can I turn it off? My macaroni is getting cold. I'm justing pissed.
>> May I get out, please? I'm unarmed.
>> Okay, hang on. Can you give me one second here? So, when I hear that you're you're a little bit elevated, right? It sounds like you have concerns, right?
And we want to make sure that we're addressing that. Um, but if >> this is a pretextual stop, he's stopping me for not having rear visibility. I have clear rear visibility.
>> That's the bottom line.
>> Can I?
>> So, right now, what he's doing, >> okay, >> is is unconstitutional. He has no articulable suspicion of probable cause.
He's detaining me in my place and in my person and in my means. And there's multiple civil rights violations going on right now because of what he did. He wanted another reason. But he didn't get it because I'm aing good driver because I drive professionally on these roads 8 and 1/2 hours a day, 5 days a week for years.
>> Okay. So it it sounds like you want us to make sure that your your license >> Yeah. He told me that he has p pulled over innumerable numbers of people for this exact same thing.
>> Okay.
>> Innumerable numbers.
>> Yeah. He >> Are you familiar with that?
>> He does do a lot of traffic stops.
>> Yeah. A lot of pretextual traffic stops.
I bet he pulls a lot of people out and he screws over a lot of people's life and freedom because he made some up because he didn't have any real crime.
So he fabricates a crime.
>> Can I say something about this?
>> Yeah.
>> When we have traffic violations that we observe, we can stop people for those.
It's not a traffic violation. I have rear visibility.
>> Okay. Are you able to see through your back window, sir?
>> I don't need to see through my back window. I have rear visibility. How does a truck driver see through his back window?
>> Okay. That's a different type of class of view. So, you're aware that's >> How does a pickup truck with a camper on it have rear window visibility?
>> It depends on if they actually have >> Yeah. My Here's my point. It's fabricated pretextual stop. He's making stuff up.
>> Okay.
So, I'll I'll try and talk to him a little bit, too.
>> Yeah. I'm just I'm sorry. My macaroni is getting cold. He's just trying to You got drug drivers all over here. You got [ __ ] me scenes and [ __ ] corners full of [ __ ] criminals and you're [ __ ] with >> Mr. Shaw refused to stay silent. Having endured police brutality in the past, he knew all too well that silence is complicity.
>> And you're a new person. Well, yeah.
Okay.
>> Stop yelling. I can hear you. Thank you.
>> All right. Well, I'm going to use my freedom of speech as voseiferously as I care to. You guys created this disturbance. I'm sorry. It's a disturbance. You created it. You came to me with guns and badges and told me what to do and demanded under color of law a violation of my rights on a pretextual stop. And I'm not happy about it. And I don't have to be quiet about it. I want it over so I can eat my goddamn macaroni and cheese.
>> Thank you. And I apologize. Hey, I I I I I flipper. You weren't here when I Oh, you putting the gloves on. What are you putting the [ __ ] gloves on for, fool?
>> I'm a German folk. What kind of mac and cheese do you get?
>> The Mad Max.
>> Mad Max.
>> Yeah, you're putting the gloves on.
That's the next step toing get physical.
You guys areing motheruckers. Give me my paperwork and get the out of here.
>> All right, man. So, we always put gloves on cuz we're going to call.
>> That's [ __ ] [ __ ] with your pretextual stuff. I this is no longer a consensual contact. I am not being detained. I will refuse my right to remain silent >> until detention. A stop is attention. So for >> Yeah, it's a pretextual stop. I know you got a pretextual stop because I don't have rear visibility, but I have rear visibility just like a truck with aing camper on the back of it.
>> Sir, it's Sergeant Tester again. I just want to give you a heads up. I found out some more information. We're going to try and get you rolling here soon. Okay.
Um, like you said, you just want us to cut that site and then just get Are you >> You're going to ticket me for this?
>> That's correct, sir. Yes.
I'm being straight up with you and trying to be transparent. We're also trying to get you moving. Okay. That way you can eat your mac and cheese. Um, you'll have some options on on your citation, though, and that's something that I hope that you'll utilize if you choose to do so. Okay.
>> Yeah. This is just harassment. That's what this is. This is harassment. So, sir, also kind of just on top of that note there, um, you know, I haven't been yelling at you. I I >> YES, YOU ARE. YOU HAVE A GUN.
>> OH MY GOD.
>> THAT'S YELLING. You're bringing violence to me. You're bringing the power to kill, to restrain, to beat, to assault, which I have already experienced.
So you don't understand and I don't need to understand your feeble understanding because if you had understanding you would refuse this job. What you have is a lust for money and power.
>> Okay.
>> In the end they decided to write the ticket anyway. But here's the funny part. The statute they cited, O RS81522, actually only applies to the front windshield and the driver's side windows.
>> So, as far as the ticket is concerned, sir, that's something that you can argue in the courts. Okay, that's the appropriate time and setting to do that.
>> Thousands of vehicles every day. Yeah.
>> Under the same circumstances.
It's discriminatory.
It's ineffectual.
But, >> and these are all >> it would be but but I will say this, it would be potentially cightable in the event that because someone did not see what was behind them, they did something irresponsible that caused someone else some potential damage and that didn't happen. Okay.
>> That would be when a victim, somebody that was affected.
>> Mhm.
>> Now you got a crime. You're bringing me a victimless crime. How do you feel about that? You are creating victimless crimes while there are victimful crimes all around you that you can find >> all around you. Victimful crimes, drug dealers, drugs.
>> And this is something that you can argue in court, sir. That's what I'm trying to get at.
>> Is this a points violation?
>> I don't have >> that. That's typically in California or other states.
>> Yeah, I've had a license in Colorado.
>> Hey, Mr. Ridstead. Are you able to pull up proof of the current insurance that you have digital?
>> Yes, sir. Yes.
>> Perfect.
>> Although >> it's in your system.
>> Our computer is not always accurate. So, ours, but it's in your system. already shows that it's expired.
>> And the burden of proof is on you, sir.
>> The what?
>> The burden of proof for insurance is on the driver, sir.
>> Oh, you already put the burden on me.
Okay, I take the burden. I take the burden. You get to put all the burden on me cuz you're the power and I'm just a little surf. I'm just the guy that needs to do as he's told.
I'm 100% peaceful. I got no criminal record. I got no violent record. I didn't do anything. You guys are just making some [ __ ] up to screw with somebody because you can cuz you got guns.
>> So it's not >> You guys are wasting so much money right now just sitting here for nothing.
>> Anything up, Mr. R said? It's RS 815.220.
>> A legally informed citizen is an abusive officer's worst nightmare. Always double check the statute cited by police before you ever agree to pay a fine. However, if you think getting fined over a curtain is ridiculous, just wait until you see what happens next.
On April 10th, 2026, Joshua, better known as Leaky, was just a street artist trying to spread positive messages. But in the eyes of these defenders of justice, a piece of children's chalk was treated as a felony device.
>> Tell me your name again.
>> Leaky.
>> Huh?
>> Leaky.
>> Leaky. Oh, so you're not the uh the typical guy we deal with.
>> Well, I draw circles out all over the place, but I've been harassed by the police a little bit for it. Every case gets dismissed in court.
>> When was the last time you've been contacted by police?
>> Twice in August. I don't know. He's been a few different times.
>> Here in San Antonio.
>> Mhm.
>> Back.
>> What did they What did they give you a ticket?
>> Yeah. Yeah. They've done uh possession of sidewalk chalk. Okay.
>> Which uh and what's another one they got me for?
>> Well, all different kinds of them. But yeah, the judge is always like, "This is stupid."
>> Unfortunately, what the judge says and what the city ordinance. Uh >> I know the city ordinance pretty well.
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah. If sidewalk chalk is graffiti, man, you'd be locking up lots of kids, wouldn't you? Uh >> h yeah, but kids are at the mind that they don't know what's right or wrong sometimes depending on the kids. You know what I mean? So it's hard to tell a girl like her knows right from wrong regarding a person like you. Correct.
>> This is wrong. Sidewalk chalk in a public park is wrong.
>> Yes.
>> Why do you think it's wrong?
>> Well, because it's an ordinance and it's something.
>> What's the ordinance set?
>> Okay.
>> You're not the You're not the first one we've been down this road with. Oh, y'all aren't the first one I've got in here. We got >> Contras >> Alzando Rodriguez. What was your name, man?
>> Uh, if you'd stop running away from me, let me get your name.
>> I talk to you about something, >> huh?
>> Did I come and contact you or something?
>> All y'all came over here?
>> I didn't.
>> You're still supposed to answer me when I asked for your badge.
>> Was right there.
>> Okay. You got your pings in front of it, but you know.
>> Okay. Well, here. Let me move it for you. There you go.
>> Okay.
>> That better. You didn't have to be rude.
I've been out here being really nice.
Everyone's appreciating what I'm doing.
>> Yeah, you are being rude, bro.
>> Instead of feeling ashamed for wasting time on a case that any judge would certainly throw out, these officers seemed remarkably proud of themselves.
>> Citation comes, I would have my officer write you the citation.
>> Go for it.
>> Okay. So, hey, Johnny, the the picture I showed you the citation and so you can see as well, put it on your camera. This is the violation you're uh what law you're violating. So, put it on your camera.
>> Yeah. Where does it say sidewalk chalk?
>> It says chalk.
>> Where?
>> Chalk.
>> Uh, no, no, no. Let's bring that back up.
>> Paint chalk. We're not going to >> Wait, wait. A device containing those things. Sidewalk chalk. It's talking about a chalk marker.
>> Okay, we'll let the judge figure it out.
>> See a tip jar right here with money in there. So, you're taking that's a violation as well.
>> Write whatever ticket you want, bro.
What?
>> I'll get your ID, sir. All right. Boy, we you know why. Hey, Johnny. Sorry.
>> Hey, uh appreciate the cooperation.
You can put me on what you have to do, but >> I don't have my ID on me.
>> Okay. Could you give my officer information citation?
>> Uh it for the >> Yeah. Okay. You sir?
>> I don't.
I'm sorry. What was your name again?
>> Leaky.
>> Leaky. Sergeant. Hey, >> appreciate cooperation. It could have went worse, but I I >> Hey, you're you're wasting my tax dollars.
>> I'll get you on court.
>> I get your point. I get your point.
>> You're a sergeant coming out here for sidewalk charge. Do you feel embarrassed? Are you going to tell your wife this or husband?
>> No, they understand my job and they support me.
>> They will. Dude, you're messing with someone over uplifting wholesome sidewalk chalk. But like I said, Miss Ley, I appreciate your cooperation.
Okay. All right, sir. Thank you.
>> Don't touch me.
>> Okay. Please give me a citation.
>> This is Men San Antonio. Real quality men keeping you safe.
>> Huh?
>> Go ahead with your name.
>> All right. Joshua, >> there's no real crimes going on in San Antonio. City of 1.5 million people in yard dress and sidewalk chalk.
>> Right here. That's a That's a good use of our taxpayer dollars.
>> Okay.
>> The height of absurdity came when the police threatened to haul Joshua to jail if he continued to draw. They actually labeled this a criminal investigation.
>> Oh, they're not leaving because they're writing me a ticket. I'm wondering what this one's going to be. So far, every single case has gotten dismissed. But this being a new case means maybe I can do a lawsuit against him.
>> They're out here ticketing me for the sidewalk chalk, man. your tax dollars.
They spent four officers out here with guns to ticket me for sidewalk chalk.
He's going to have to go home and tell his wife or husband that today.
I stopped some sidewalk chalk today, sweetie.
>> Ain't nobody going to be chalking up the park now. You have your body camera on >> Joshua, you have a good address?
>> Yeah.
>> Looks to be passed out.
>> Let me explain the citation to you, Joshua. Okay. Oh, okay. First one's going to be COV, which stands for city ordinance violation 21-281.
I kind of made a mistake that corrected it.
>> Causing graffiti on probably unlawful.
Okay.
>> Didn't wash away before court or something. That'd be horrible.
>> Court set for June 1st, 2026 on that one.
>> Let me explain the second one.
>> 21-282. Possession of graffiti implement unlawful with the chalk. Okay.
>> Oh, I can't even have sidewalk chalk.
Y'all arrest people as soon as they walk out of Walmart >> by signing it. Not admission of guilt, only a promise to appear in court. Okay.
And you said you were 510, right?
>> Yeah.
>> 12 12. Let me get you 30.
>> Yeah. Okay.
Right down at the X again. Uh by signing an admission of guilt, only a promise to appear. Okay.
>> Okay.
>> You going to show up, too?
>> Oh, man.
They they keep dismissing the charges.
So, I'm excited to make you look stupid in court, man. cuz >> they got me for sidewalk chalk. These streets are dangerous.
>> But like I was asking, have you uh is this the first time you've given a citation for sidewalk talk?
>> It's not pertinent to this, sir.
>> It It is. Take them, man. I'm sure your boss is proud of you.
>> Questions, Joshua?
>> Well, you don't answer my questions. Why should I waste my time asking?
>> If they're pertinent to the to the investigation, I'll answer them. That's >> okay. So, Alzando 9874 wasting our tax dollars on this. A sergeant contrades 9587.
>> You keep turning, man. Why?
>> Right there.
>> I don't know how to pronounce that one.
He keeps his pins in front of it cuz he knows >> he right there. I thought he needs my badge number.
>> Yeah, man. Get some dental work done.
>> Joshua Hson.
>> There is you Joshua. Are you saying you're a Lakey or something?
>> Well, Lakey is what everyone knows me as. I gave him the name on the ticket.
>> Thank you, sir.
>> Thanks for wasting our tax dollars, man.
We could not waste our tax dollars better without you.
>> Have a good day.
>> He needs assist and assist. You can hang out.
>> Oh, I got to leave the park. No, you you won't walk in the park. You just can't be doing what you're doing.
>> I can't, Chuck. No. Y. This is a class C misdemeanor, right?
>> Yes, sir.
>> Okay. So, y'all take someone to jail for a fine only thing. That >> we have we have the director to take you to jail if you wanted to.
>> I know y'all do. Yeah. Y'all waste lots of tax dollars.
>> As long as you assist, we're good.
You're more hang out.
>> That's a good way, too.
>> You're more welcome to hang out with the part.
>> Okay.
>> In the end, Joshua received a ticket.
But this wasn't the first time. He had previously won a $16 $500 lawsuit for a wrongful arrest. Could this be retaliation from those wearing the badge? When police start viewing sidewalk chalk as a weapon, we know the system is fundamentally broken. Do you feel any safer seeing four officers securing the scene of a box of crayons?
We're starting off with the lightest encounter, just enough to ease you in before things take a much more intense turn. On August 15th, 2017, William Michael Rolley II was suspected of assaulting his father and damaging his father's apartment in Chico, which led to a police response.
>> You can leave me the >> Come here. Come on out.
>> 35 son walked back into his room.
Put that down.
>> Did not hear me.
>> 35. He's got some type of knife.
>> PUT IT AWAY.
>> DROP IT. DROP IT. GET BACK. Get back right now.
>> He comes at me with that knife, I'm going to shoot you in handcuffs. Go over there. Don't shoot him. Go over there.
For the love of God.
>> Go over there. He comes at me with that knife, I'm going to shoot him.
>> I don't care. Get down on the ground.
>> Get down on the ground.
>> After a tense standoff, Rolley finally complied, crawling toward the officers with both hands clearly visible. on your stomach. I want you to crawl out of the doorway. Start crawling right now.
>> I'm really scared. I don't care. Those guns scare me.
>> Crawl toward these guns go away as soon as you start crawling towards me.
>> I wasn't even near you. You pulled your gun out on me.
>> He's right here. He's proned out. Crawl towards us.
>> Crawl. Just crawl out here. The guns go away.
>> I'm right here. You guys are freaking >> Keep coming out.
>> You guys are [ __ ] >> Keep coming out. Keep coming out.
>> Keep coming out.
>> Right here.
>> Keep going. Keep pointing your guns at me, man. Come on.
>> Stop right there.
>> Jesus Christ. You are idiots. Three cops with guns out, too.
>> Yeah.
>> Oh, you going to press your knee in?
>> I'M JUST MAKING SURE.
>> YOU PRESS YOUR KNEE INTO MY HEAD.
>> GET YOUR KNEE OFF MY HEAD.
>> IT'S OFF. JUST RELAX.
>> YEAH. YOU GODDAMN RIGHT ON VIDEO.
>> YEAH. STOP. OKAY.
>> STOP.
>> YOU WANT TO POINT SHOTGUN AT PEOPLE?
>> You get ON YOUR STOMACH.
>> NO. STOP.
>> ARE YOU READY TO LISTEN?
>> NO. YOU'RE HURTING ME. YOU'RE HURTING ME ON PURPOSE. You hurting me on purpose.
>> The police body camera footage reveals that although Rowley was compliant and restrained, Sergeant Scott Ruple still grabbed him by the neck, causing him to cry out in pain and accused the officers of intentionally injuring him.
Guys, >> you guys like to forcefully hurt people.
>> Get in the car. Get in the car.
>> You like to forcefully hurt people.
>> Well, break.
Don't force me.
>> Sit back.
>> You are not in CHARGE HERE.
>> I CAN STAND MY OWN FREE WILL. I CAN SAY MY OWN FREE WILL.
KNOCK IT OFF.
>> Do you understand?
>> You're signing the citizen's arrest for battery, correct?
>> Yeah, you are.
>> Yeah.
>> The officer's actions can be seen as a violation of the fourth amendment, which protects individuals from unreasonable searches and seizures, including the excessive use of force.
Help. Help.
You guys are hurting me and you're coming out.
>> Stand by.
>> You guys are hurting me.
>> This side.
>> I am chill. I'm trying to move my legs.
>> Deep breaths, bro.
