And his reasoning for suing these three content creators were copyright infringement or maliciously stealing his content.

[00:00:21]And yeah, this this lawsuit is still ongoing between the content creators. Actually, I think one of them has ended recently, that being Casey Tron. Yeah, I have it right here. Casey Tron released an apology video to Ethan and Hila like in this back in December. My god, that's so long ago.

[00:00:41]And yeah, so the reason why I'm talking about this video talking about this today is because we have an update regarding one of the, you know, content creators that Ethan Klein's suing.

[00:00:52]And that being Frogan. But first, we're going to talk about we're going to look into why he's suing Frogan specifically.

[00:02:25]Now, for a while Frogan has not been responding to this lawsuit. I think there was like a chance that this could go into a default setting meaning that Ethan Klein could automatically win this lawsuit by simply doing nothing.

[00:02:43]First of all, I'm not that familiar with law, so you got to excuse me on this, but like why would you not do anything when it comes to like a why would you not at least respond to this lawsuit because cuz like wouldn't that like screw you over more in the long on the long run?

[00:03:04]So, here we have in the same motion filed saying plaintiff Ten Entertainment hereby request the clerk enter into enter default in this matter against defendant Morgan Komodo Majid pka Frogan on the grounds that the defendant has failed to appear or otherwise respond to the complaint within the time prescribed by the federal rules of procedure. Now, understand this is not asking much. All that will be required is a very simple filing. She could have told her lawyer, "Hey, I'm on a budget. Hey, I don't want to spend that much money. Hey, you know, try to keep this to a, you know, just a one page or the bare bones.

[00:04:23]Uh so, this was filed of course June 19th of last year. July 17th of last year Frogan got the complaint.

[00:04:31]And on August 5th of last year, they had a joint stipulation to extend her deadline from August to October and also give her time for these filings. Uh since then, they also engaged in settlement negotiations. Now, the counsel for both sides can't talk about the details of settlement negotiation.

[00:04:48]However, I would like to speculate here if I may. All right. So, basically Frogan's response is to like I guess not do anything and let it all, you know, dry up. Which this isn't like YouTube drama where people just forget the next day.

Frogan had a GoFundMe, and you know, people were donating to this GoFundMe, and there was a lack of clarity on where that GoFundMe money was going.
