But now things have picked up again because DJI's Chinese social media teams have started teasing the Osmo Pocket 4P once more. While their apparent subsidiary XTRA Technology seems to be gearing up to launch a rebranded version for the US market, similar to the XTRA Muse. What DJI has done though is drop a new teaser, and this one gives a better idea of what they're focusing on. One big highlight, those hex codes you're seeing on screen.

Instead of just showing a nice blue sky or ocean, DJI is saying this exact shade is being captured by the camera. Um it's a subtle but very intentional way of highlighting color accuracy. This ties directly into the kind of [music] image quality DJI is likely pushing with the Pocket 4P. When a company starts showcasing specific color values like this, it usually points toward improvements in color science and color depth. In simple terms, the camera isn't just capturing colors, it's capturing very fine differences between shades.

Put together, it's basically saying this camera can handle both cinematic scenes and people without compromising on color with its dual lens setup. So this isn't just about hex codes as a design choice, it's DJI quietly showcasing more refined, more accurate color reproduction, and possibly consistent color across lenses as well. They're not outright saying 10-bit or pro color, but the way this teaser is presented strongly points in that direction. The teaser also hints at a new telephoto lens. Over on Instagram, XTRA Technology has seemingly revealed a few more details ahead of time. While there is still no confirmed launch date, leaks suggest influencers in China already have their hands on the camera, so an official release is likely right around the corner.
