ALERT: Wipro's 4.67% Stock Jump Is Just the Start - Agentic AI Is Rewriting Enterprise IT

[00:00:05]Wipro looked at that number on Friday morning and announced it was deepening its partnership with them. The share then jumped 4.67% before the markets opened. ServiceNow's AI revenue has already reached $1.5 billion.

[00:00:19]The business is accelerating while the valuation has been punished. Wipro has chosen this particular moment to bet on the platform. The market apparently found that reassuring.

[00:00:32]Under the expanded partnership, Wipro will integrate Wipro Intelligence, its unified suite of AI-powered platforms, with the ServiceNow AI platform, enabling organizations to streamline how work is initiated, orchestrated, and executed across enterprise systems.

[00:00:50]Three new joint solutions arrive with it. Smart Procure handles procurement workflows through standardized intake and approvals.

[00:00:58]Telco Autonomous Networks manages telecom service operations. Cyber Transform improves how vulnerabilities and incidents are handled across security. But the part worth understanding is what this actually changes for the person inside a large organization. An approval that currently requires three emails, two follow-ups, and a manager's signature, well, gets routed, tracked, and completed inside a single workflow. The agentic AI does not replace the decision. No, it eliminates the administrative archaeology around it.

[00:01:36]The partnership targets financial services, health care, manufacturing, and energy and utilities. These are sectors where the governance layer embedded into the workflow matters as much as the workflow itself because in banking and health care, the audit trail of who approved what, under which policy, and on which date is not a nice to have. It is actually a regulatory requirement. The combination of ServiceNow's platform and Wipro's AI tooling is specifically designed to deliver that accountability structure at the speed these industries now need.

[00:02:12]Wipro set a target of building a $1 billion business with ServiceNow by the end of 2026.

[00:02:19]This partnership is I believe the most significant move towards that number yet. It also fits inside something larger.

[00:02:28]And here of course is the front page stake. So, Wipro's HyperVolt platform already has committed AI infrastructure capacity linked to OpenAI with potential scaling toward 1 gigawatt.
