This video examines the case of Chud the Builder (Dalton Eartherly), a racist streamer who was charged with attempted murder after shooting a black man outside a Tennessee courthouse. The host explains that while freedom of speech protects the right to say offensive words, it does not protect individuals who intentionally provoke others into violence and then claim self-defense. The video emphasizes that self-defense laws require imminent danger and proportional force, and that those who deliberately incite racial hostility cannot use legal defenses to justify violent responses. The case demonstrates that emotional reactions to provocation, even when seemingly justified, can lead to serious legal consequences including attempted murder charges.

Definitely a huge trigger warning today.
And I wanted to come on a little early and say, guys, this is I mean, it might invoke emotional feelings. It It could invoke people coming on here and hatred and trolls. I don't know. But what I do know is that this racist streamer, Chud the Builder, he attempted murder in front of a courthouse for and shooting a black man after provide. I mean, he what he does is he goes on and he gives a rage bait, right? So, he'll go on he'll go to an area where there's a lot of black people and he'll go to that area and start using the n-word and calling them monkeys and chimps. So guys, I have my glasses on right now, but I'm going to put my shades in a minute. I just wanted to make sure you see me. We all see each other. Y'all know who Jay is from Guilty of Crime. All right. I don't I do not hide behind my shades. I wear them because I can't stream for two hours without my eyes hurting. All right, but I wanted to make sure you guys see me and understand my stance on this case. And there's people backing this guy. He literally purposely goes into black communities and starts calling them the n-word. And then he says, "Don't chimp out like a monkey would." Do you understand what I'm saying? So my whole point is I'm going to combat everything that's going on today. What I'm saying that I'm combating is the victim. Now, the victim in this case, you guys, is luckily didn't die. But people are are raising funds to get this monster. Well, first of all, this is our victim here. Justice for Joshua. This is the uh piece of garbage right here that you're going to see. And people are saying, "Hey, um I'm glad that he shot that nig." You know what I'm saying? Because because he's a pedto and a this and a that. So, we're going to clear that up. It never's okay to be racist or to shoot anyone. And now this guy shaking in his boots. All right. So, we've got Let's get this out of here. I just want to let you guys know what you're in for today. This piece of garbage and that and that's my stance. There's racist people that I'm going to show you today that are on his GoFundMe backing this guy. All right.
They were. But it's okay because you know when I first started streaming, I wanted you guys to to see me. I want you guys to see who Jay from Guilty of Crime is. I'm not hiding behind my shades because I um because I don't want you to see my eyes or because I'm high or whatever. That's just not the case. It's just my eyes hurt after hours of bright lights. So, someone's really giving me crap for wearing chains. My life has been miserable since my LA and I know I It's all good. I just want the new people that come in to know who I am and see that see who I am as a person and be as genuine as I can possibly be. All right? If those that are just trolls want to come in and talk crap, we're just going to get rid of them today.
That's not my concern um for those racist people and I'm not about that.
It's never okay. And as a matter of fact, before we even get into it, I want you to see who Chud the Builder is. Just real Hold on. You guys have probably seen this guy before. He and he's on a lot of different social platforms. All right. So, let me let me start with this and then I'm going to get into the complete episode. But I want you guys to realize that that person that he shot, the victim is a victim. And it doesn't matter what his background is. Chud Chud the Builder aka his real life is Dalton Earthy or something like that. Either Lee. And guys, he started out on YouTube as a [ __ ] fairy. All right. He started as a [ __ ] fairy. So, you know, a lot of times when I look at um True Crime or I look at these YouTubers, they started out as something else. It's like they've been trying hard for years.
They've been trying hard for years to get into that algorithm and become famous, right? I can say I'm proud of myself. I never did that. I did. I had my career as a tattoo artist and in the mechanical engineering field. I came on here, got caught the Maline Sodto case because they reached out to me because I'm Puerto Rican and I represent that community. So, I've never tried to do the social media thing. I got on here. I got on Zav's channel and then all y'all came. All right. So, before we get started, I just want you to hear who Chud the Builder is. So, you know that when people come in chat, we're not playing that. I I don't I don't entertain racists. And two of my very, very favorite people in the entire world are black. And that's my boss of 18 years and my nephew who did time in prison. That has nothing no consequence to me. Also, I'm Puerto Rican and Spanish. And you get black Puerto Ricans and white Puerto Ricans and middle. So, all right. Just so you guys know, and you can see my eyes. Yeah, you could see my eyes and see who I am and how genuine I am. And I'm not hiding behind anything. But yeah, you every once in a while y'all are going to see me in Vegas. All right, let's um play this real quick. This is what the episode today. Ched the Builder. This is what he does for social media content. All right. And we're going to talk about emotional response versus the law. Okay.
Now, I can have an emotional response.
You guys can call me gay or an old washed out lesbian or whatever else you want to call me. You can call me anything you want to call me, but I can't I have to create I have to hold my emotions and say, "Ah, who cares if you called me that. I'm not gonna shoot you because you're invoking my you're invoking me to get to rage bait instead.
No, I'm not gonna do that because I'm the bigger person. Well, he does this to people that don't realize that they are the bigger people and not to let him get to them because at the end of the day, you you just end up going to jail and looking stupid. All right. Thank you.
Thank you. Yes, we need troll spray merch. I love it, too. Thanks to Tiff.
My girl Tiff is our merch person. All right, so listen up and then we'll get started. I'm gonna play this clip and then I'll I'll start like I normally do.
What's up, Low Red? How you doing? Good to see you. Yeah, exactly. Hey, they do.
But you know what? I've got thick skin and I've been called all the names all my life. I mean, people come on here and don't know me and they're like, "Are you a male or a female?" And it's like, come on, man. Is that really like a question?
But do I let it do I let rage bait get to me? Nah, I'm I'm not I'm I'm a past that. So, let's check this out and put that message out there. Don't let people like this rage bait you and [ __ ] this Chud the Builder. I do not support him at all, but people do. He's got a GoFundMe for $100,000 and it's got $108,000 with a bunch of people supporting his n-word and calling black people chimps and they're chimping out. All right, listen up. I'm not even going to stop it. Just playing. on social media. He goes by Chud the Builder and basically his whole shtick is he goes out into areas where there's a lot of black people. He starts saying the N-word and then when they take offense to it and start getting uppety, he says that they're chimping out. And if any of them actually want to get physically violent, HE'S JUST GOT THAT THING on him like ready to go. AND HE SAYS THAT HE'S doing this in the name of promoting free speech, but we all know he's really just doing this for like likes and views on social media. But then you see these clips on social media and it seems like there's a whole lot of the black people that like [ __ ] with him. They think he's pretty cool, especially the women.
>> And y'all know that white guy Chad the Builder who goes around calling black men chimps and the nword. Hear me out.
He's looking kind of >> And he said that that's because Well, hold on. Here you go.
>> I think all these little Kishas like last night Kha's all run up to me. Oh, we [ __ ] with you. We know what you're doing. They understand there's no hate in my heart.
>> But don't get it twisted. There are a whole lot of people who are not at all tolerant of what he's doing. A lot of them are white, too. Well, I mean, you know the types. Some of those people went and deep dove his social media and found this older picture of him in a fairy dress with wings.
>> Guys, he's a flaming fairy. I'm sorry. I had to pause it for a second because when I'm done with this, I'm going to completely start the episode as normal.
All right, so do me a favor. Come on in, hit that like button, subscribe, get a membership. We have our goal up if anyone wants to help with the goal. But yes, this I just came on like 10 minutes early to kind of give you guys a a little heads up on what we're talking about today. And well, you know, you guys get to see me. Sometimes people are like, "Jay, why do you wear glasses?"
Well, because it's I need glasses to see. Sec. And secondly, it's bright AF in here. All right. So, let's continue.
Let's finish this and then we'll I'm going to just start like a regular episode. and he is getting hella roasted for this. Listen, I am absolutely an advocate for freedom of speech in this country, but at the end of the day, going out and building more racial division for clicks and views on social media just isn't it. There are plenty of white people that are racist. THERE ARE PLENTY OF BLACK PEOPLE THAT are racist.
We are all just being ruled and taxed to death by a bunch of elite pedoph.
>> All right, that's awesome. I just wanted to start it off that way, guys. I'm going to pull this down and we're going to get started per our normal episode.
All right, justice for Joshua Lavell Fox. We're going to start with the victim just so that I don't get people hopping in here and saying, "Jay, you're you're you're defending a pedophile.
Jay, he he he had he did this or he Now, I'll tell you who Joshua is. He was also in the military. Yes, he's had some runin with the law and so has this other piece of garbage here." But doesn't take away the victimhood from Joshua Lavel.
So, let's get started, guys. All right.
I'm gonna change my glasses because I won't be able to run a whole episode uh in the bright. All right. Yeah, I just you guys know every when I first started my channel, I didn't wear shades, but it's just too bright. I can't see. All right. And also blind AF, my friends.
I'm blind AF without my glasses. So, let's commence. How's everybody doing today? Good to see you. Sades mama, always a big hug. Saucy skin CBD.
Andrea, how you doing? Cut a few. Holly, I'm so glad you're here. Elephant, hit that like button. Thank you guys. I appreciate you. And I will be seeing a lot of you in Vegas. So, you'll see me.
I don't always walk around with shades when I'm not under a bright light situation. All right. So, check this out. We need just justice for Josh Lavell Fox. And the first thing I'm going to do before anything is play the clip of who he is and any misconception.
And then I'll come back and I will highlight Chud the Builder aka Dalton aka Ferry aka just wanting to get uh social media likes. And guys, he doesn't like those. See, that's the thing. See Google right here. See, there's a whole backing of people that want to free Chud keep exposing ninjas, which Google fears alt media. I put no hard nword. So instead of ninjas, this person obviously wants [ __ ] Ga, right? You see that? You see that Google account and that is, you know, that's their awful opinion. I don't even know why that you would be in here saying free Chud, you should go and like and subscribe to his channels and go donate and get him out of his $1.25 million bond. All right, Mr. Google, go donate to him and get him out because 1.25 25 million bond. He can't get out and I'll show you today. So there you go. Go help him out. Go help him out. Go help him expose the ninjas or whatever you want to call that. All right. I [snorts] don't see it like that. So here's our victim and and any misconceptions that people might come in with by saying he did this or he did that. Let me tell you who the victim is also. Luckily, he did not die.
Thank God. But he but now Chud the Builder is being charged for uh for not so not um he he's being charged with attempted murder. I'll get to that in a minute. This is the victim. Let's take a look at him and highlight because people are confusing him with a pedophile. Now, he has a criminal record, but he's not a pedophile. Chud the Build is still locked up and people are saying he did everyone a favor because apparently the guy that he shot was convicted of solicitation of a minor and a Wi-Fi warlord by the name of Tribal Elitism would leave a comment saying the black you are defending and saying is a hero is convicted of aggravated domestic violence and rape. Jake is cool with grapes. [ __ ] no. So I decided to do my homework as usual. This is Joshua Fox, the white version, who was convicted of solicitation of a minor. Now, this Joshua Fox is a disabled Army veteran who suffers from a list of mental health conditions and he was arrested for domestic violence after threatening his wife with a screwdriver. So, did he deserve to get shot? [ __ ] no. I did a list of [ __ ] to people. Got five felonies to prove it. And now I'm trying to give a message on the internet to tell kids to stay out the [ __ ] streets. Stop giving excuses for Chud.
What he did wasn't right. Chud the building is still locked up.
>> You guys, if we're giving excuses for Chud and especially people that are coming in here and saying exposed ninjas, what are you talking about exposed ninjas? Why in the hell would you go into a neighborhood where there's black people, a different community than yours, and start dropping the n-word?
Right. Right after this, I'm going to tell you in my own words what happened and what where we are and my take on this case. It's emotional response versus the law. And I'm going to tell you right now, this guy not only pushes the law, guys, but he uses the First and Second Amendment to hide behind his criminal activity. In my opinion, it's criminal activity, and he's a little flaming fairy that just wants to have attention on YouTube. He's got it now.
Viral video circulating online purports to show the chaotic aftermath of a racist streamer allegedly shooting a black man outside a Tennessee courthouse. Streamer Chud the Builder, whose real name is Dalton Etherly, shot the unidentified man during a scuffle on May 13th outside of the courthouse in Clarksville, according to the DA, who said Chud also accidentally shot himself during the conference.
>> He certainly did. How dumb is that? If you're going to go around invoking people and you're going to go around rage baiting, at least learn how to shoot a weapon. Okay, again, we're going to get into this, but this guy goes around and you know what, Dee, he didn't go into the right hood. You're right.
But you know what? He's so racist. Even the black women that like him, he doesn't even want them touching him. I saw a black woman touching him in one of his videos. He's like, "Ew, don't touch me." He doesn't even want to touch you if you're black. That's how racist he is. Okay. And when you're a member of some racist hardcore racist group, if you have sex with a black person, whether you're a man or a female, they will that they you can't be in their crew. So, I don't know how deep this guy goes. We'll find out. All right. This absolutely ridiculous. He was already at a court hearing already at the courthouse because he's already in trouble for other stuff. I'll show you his record after. And now this >> the 28-year-old has amassed an online following by filming himself spewing vile racial slurs such as referring to black people as chimps and openly saying the n-word to get reactions.
>> Yeah, there you go.
>> In footage captured by Clarksville now, Etherly could be seen tended to by first responders at the scene where he began streaming his interactions following the alleged shooting. Eitherly can be heard blaming his gunfire on the other man who was black. According to witnesses, saying the man confronted and threatened him over his vile online content.
>> He said, "You start saying all that chimp out to me, I'mma hit you." He hit me, started wailing on me. Even after I had to defend myself by shooting him, he's still wailing on me.
>> Elsewhere in the 16-minute clip, the streamer can be heard asking authorities if he shot himself amid the scuffle, noting a graze on his arm. The victim was medically evacuated and is recovering in stable condition.
Officials said the mustached antagonist was supposed to appear at the court for a civil case over unpaid debts, which comes just days after he was arrested for allegedly refusing to pay a $400 restaurant bill, even after he polished off his entire meal. Following the shooting, Etherly was booked into the Montgomery County Jail, while the local sheriff's office vowed those responsible would be held accountable. Now remember guys, this guy literally Yeah, he's in jail right now. It's a $1.25 million bond and his followers have raised over $100,000 to get him out. Okay, this is a big community of people that follow him and that are raising funds to get this guy out. And I and I really can't understand why because he just filmed.
If you guys paid attention to what we were just watching, he literally was at the courthouse and there were black people there and he went in front and rage baited them and then said, "I'm going to I'm It's self-defense. So, if I go up to a bunch of white people, I'm like, "You [ __ ] crackers." And then they come at me and I pull a gun on them. Is that defending yourself? Also, people raising money for There is. I'm going to get into that. They raised over $100,000 which was his goal. Somebody just came in chat a little while ago telling me to that that get free Chud, right? I mean I don't even know how this goes on this day and age. He's lucky this guy he's lucky he's alive >> to the fullest extent of the law.
Eitherly has been charged with attempted murder, employing a firearm during dangerous felony, aggravated assault, and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon.
>> Yep.
All right. So, that that just gives you a little bit of a of a understanding, but let me tell you what happened first.
Let's let's put this up real quick. I'm going to put the article up, but I'm going to read you I'm going to tell you from my own words quickly what happened.
All right? Because I haven't told you. I just came on and kind of gave you bits and pieces. This guy's name is Chud the Builder. Okay? His real name is Dalton Etherly. However you say that, I don't care. Now he's facing a sta a stack of serious felony charges after outside the courthouse in Clarksville, Tennessee escalated into gunfire that we just saw.
He was rage baiting them and then he pulled a gun out. Okay. Now, he also shot himself in the arm on accident allegedly. All right. So, what happened guys? Today is what what are we in May?
May May 18th, 2026. Well, listen. On May 13th, 2026, live streamer Chud the Builder, guys, he's only 28 years old, became involved in a physical altercation outside of the Montgomery County courthouse in Clarksville, Tennessee. Now, as the confrontation escalated into gunfire, which during that Etherly shot the other man multiple times and then also shot himself in the arm, apparently by accident. Now, this Chud guy was already scheduled to appear in court that morning for a civil debt credit dispute. Okay? So, he's already he's already got himself in trouble. He's already out there rage baiting. He's already using the n-word all over. I mean, he's happy to call people the n hard word. Okay?
So, I'm going to put him up there to show you that he just wants attention and he's going to take it any way that he can because he started out as a freaking fairy online. And I guess the fairy didn't take off like being a racist live streamer does, huh? All right. So, let's just real quick, this guy hides behind our our first and our second amendment. Okay. based [snorts] on all the the the available reports he he hides behind first and second amendment. All right. First amendment is the defend is the to defend his racist antagonistic live stream confrontations as free speech. So first amendment free speech and that defends him from calling people the n-word and chimp out and all the other things he does. Now, the second amendment, he uses that to openly carry and display his firearms while threatening lethal force in a confrontation that he caused. Okay. So, multiple sources described him as repeatedly framing his racist public confrontations as free speech. Again, it is we're in America. You can say whatever you want. his social media posts, they emphasize his willingness to use lethal force and free speech as a patriot. All right, that's what he's saying. His He also reports that he displayed his firearm during the live streams, reinforcing that he leans on that Second Amendment as his persona.
All right. Now, I don't think he was ready for this. I don't think he realized what he was getting himself into, but he's held on bond 1.25 $25 million and he's stuck. He's not getting out, especially since he was at court for already committing crimes. Okay, so he was already arrested days earlier for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after allegedly walking out on a $371 restaurant bill while live streaming.
All right, he's 28 years old and he's a controversial streamer. He literally filmed himself at a restaurant and didn't like something about it, so he walked out. All right. He's known for racially derogatory statements to black people in public places. All right. So, he was involved in a confrontation on the 18th at about 1:15 outside of the Tennessee uh Montgomery County courthouse. The DA uh district attorney Robert Nash told Newsweek in a statement that he was already there for that. All right. Now, the victim is Joshua Fox.
He's an Army veteran. Again, he has a bit of a past with some PTSD, but he's not a pedophile, and I'm not trying to justify anybody's behavior. All right, let's continue.
All right, I'm going to get into this article and whatever I didn't show you, I will. You guys do me a favor. That is our victim, Justice for Joshua. Now, I'm going to show you everything. Thank you so much Elvin for the guilty of crime membership and Foxy for the guilty of crime membership and Farqua for being a member for six months. You've been here way longer, my friend, but thank you.
Thank you guys for the memberships. It all helps. Vegas, baby. Vegas is less than two weeks away. All right, so let's look at this guy.
This is on May 13th. the man who instigated race racist disputes charged with attempted murder outside of the county courthouse. And rightfully so, right? He didn't think that he was going to he thought he was just going to un he was going to go out unscathed and just be like, "Yeah, I shot this dude cuz he attacked me." All right. until 28 years old. He's now been charged with attempted murder, employing a firearm during a dangerous felony, aggravated assault, and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon. He's been booked into Montgomery County Jail. It's unfortunate that the incidents like this are happening in our community. Of course, the sheriff says this kind of violence won't be tolerated and our office will work to make sure those responsible are held accountable to the fullest extent of the law. And this was the previous this was a previous um uh what is it? Hold on. This is the previous article where they talk about a a man known locally for taking videos of himself using racial slurs against black people and trying to provoke a response.
Now that he was involved in the shooting Wednesday afternoon on the 13th and um let's take a look at this outside of the courthouse so you get a little bit of uh what happened. So you can kind of see what happened out there. Let's see if I can get this to just so you can understand what's happening. This guy shot himself on accident and he thinks that he's going to be the victim. All right, I want you guys to understand that there's not sound, but he shot himself after shooting Joshua. And now he's sitting there and he's having this all recorded.
By the way, that's his people recording this to show, hey, I didn't do anything wrong. He does that quite often, my friends. He films things and then he provokes people and says, "I didn't do that." Midnight Lace, good to see you.
All right, let's pull this down. I want to show you what what happened to what happens when you uh [ __ ] around and find out. All right, so let me pull this up.
He was very very um we'll say I don't think he thought he was going to get in this amount of trouble. Let's watch Chud the builder get that $1.25 million bond on attempted murder. Check out him and his lawyer. They would they did not see that coming, my friends.
>> Good morning, Mr. Ely.
>> Good morning.
>> Mr. Eley is on bond apparently on uh several other matters when this matter was um allegedly committed. I'm looking at an A and really a super D, a C.
Really three C's and a and a A really for tracking kind of purposes is pretty serious.
>> Your honor mentioned criminal homicide.
I thought that was attempted.
>> I said, did I say homicide? I meant to say attempted criminal homicide if I didn't.
>> Okay, understood.
>> I thought I did, but that's still an a felony.
>> Yes, sir.
>> Okay.
>> Um, so bail's gonna we're gonna have a bail.
>> I'm I'm going to set I'm going to set just a bond right now. Do we have our bail hearing? and then I'll let you make all the arguments with.
>> All right, watch this response from him and his lawyer. And also realize there's one one there's 111 people in chat. Say a prayer for our victim Joshua and anybody that experiences this type of behavior. You guys know that it's the same type of behavior that is invoked when you call someone a [ __ ] or a whatever or whatever, right? If someone's doing that, they're trying to get you mad and they're trying to make you hit them so that they can claim that you're the bad guy, right? So, we don't do that. Emotional um emotional um over the law just doesn't work. And I'm going to show you what a emotional response is versus the law. You just can't do that. All right.
This is a he's a social media influencer and he has a [ __ ] ton of followers on a different platform.
>> Go through all the factors in the statute if that gets amended up or down.
Okay.
>> Yes, sir.
>> I'm on set initial bond at 1.25 million >> based upon the fact of how many people were in the courtyard were here at the courthouse >> and the seriousness of all these felonies >> and his bond status.
>> Did you guys see that? Did you see his reaction to that? This guy didn't think he was gonna get that and he's not even out. He's sitting there freaking he can't get out because he doesn't have enough money to. So, let's take a look at this and then we're going to see some different perspectives. And of course, I'm going to show you guys videos that he's been doing calling people the nword. The nword, the nword, chimps, whatever. Right, check this out real quick.
>> Chad the Builder proves a very important lesson about very specific groups of intel losses on the internet. And I'm going to explain how. But if you don't know, this guy basically got famous overnight by pandering to a whole bunch of alt-right weirdos by going out in public and spamming the hard R to literally any black or brown person he meets and basically just harassing people outside on stream. But not only does he prove that every single racist stereotype is basically just a projection that the individual saying them currently feels about themselves.
He also proves how many of them are incapable of dealing with controversy.
>> Now look, this is Chud the Builder. This is him trying to break into social media prior to prior to going out and being racist. And of course, you're going to if I go on a pl if I go out on a platform right now and start saying some really bad stuff, people are going to catch the attention. So, he went from a fairy to a cowboy racist. What's happening here? I wouldn't even call him emo. I think deep down he really wants to be a bottom. He wants to be bottomed and uh he can't get bottomed so he's going to be racist. Right. Exactly.
Thought criminal. This whole platform um all kick and YouTube and all that people are try to get attention with different roles and when it doesn't work they do something else. It's not genuine though >> and are also incapable of dealing with the consequences of their own actions.
Because even though his entire career is literally just rage bitting people and harassing them into reacting and doing something that could potentially threaten their own freedom, he is literally never going to fight a single black dude he threatens like this. The only reason he even has a fan base is because of the infinite amount of weirdos who are literally keyboard warriors who hide behind their screens to say whatever racist or bigoted statement they could possibly think of, even though they would literally never do that or even stare in my direction if we were in real life. And honestly, I'm not inciting any violence against this guy, but I know that karma is going to handle him, and I genuinely cannot wait until it does. Chad the Builder proves.
>> Can you guys imagine walking by a group of young men, black young men, Hispanic young men, anybody, any kind of anything, uh, Jewish people, uh, whatever, and just walking by and saying something like that. Just outrageous.
Yeah, Wyatt, you live in rural Texas, only Jewish family for miles. But could you imagine going to a Jewish family and just saying the worst things and then invoking your right to freedom of speech and freedom to the freedom to the or the right to bear arms, so to speak. Could you imagine? Could you imagine why why anybody would do that? I know. I know.
And rightfully so. All right, let's listen th Let's check this out because this guy just This guy's my guy. I had this is the first time I found him. But um this guy Colin Noir, he has like millions of followers. But my whole thing is he's all about what I'm about.
I am about our freedom to carry and freedom to whatever we want to do, but not invoke violence. We can defend ourselves and this guy does rightfully so. Let's check this out and then we're going to get into the law of this. What he says here is the message that you guys need to know. Let me let me go a little bit more. I did a timestamp on there because there's so much in this case. I didn't know exactly where to start. Um I think it's three minutes something in 3:57 in. All right. The message is clear here.
We already did this part, but I just Hold on.
Let's go here.
>> Random driver with monkey calls and slurs from the same steakhouse live stream. That was Friday. Wednesday, he's at a different courthouse in a different jurisdiction for a different case entirely, and he ends up in another shooting. This dude is on a one-man speedun through the Tennessee criminal justice system. Now, real quick before I keep going, Father's Day is right around the corner. It's June 21st.
>> All right, we're going to >> the >> get rid of all this typical provocation routine in that exact m >> again guys, you know, and we're all knowing that it's a it's a provocation so he can get on YouTube. Okay, now take a look real quick because I wanted to show you this and I hadn't ran into it just yet. I I had it on my document, but I want you to see the people that support him and I made sure to make make the mods. Hey, make sure there might not be trolls in chat. Just delete them.
Look at his go. It's not even GoFundMe.
It's give go send. And that means it doesn't take um uh it takes whatever fee out you wanted to. Look at his goal, guys. His goal was $100,000. They've raised $256,000 for Chud. They say, "Help Chud and his family." Dear friends, supporters, and champions of free speech, my name is Dalton, whatever your stupid name is, and I'm reaching out with a heavy heart.
Fighting to protect my family and my business. Just over a year ago, I started DLE Contracting out of sheer necessity. I was fired from my previous contacting job after the BLM activists targeted me over words I shared online.
jokes and opinions they twisted to end my career now with no other way to support my family. This is this guy, this I don't even know what to call him.
Just racist posos. All right, so he's saying he poured everything into his business and black people and black lives matter messed him up because he was making off-color jokes. He says, "But the dream is under attack, not for the quality of my work, but for what I say online. I've shared mild jokes, unfiltered thoughts, and yes, sometimes I've used the n-word in what I thought was edgy, harmless humor. I know it's controversial, but it's my right to speak freely. For that, hundreds of people in my city are slandering my business, spreading lies to tear everything I've worked for. So, he's literally crying now that he's locked up. He's received death threats.
>> Hold on.
He's received death threats. Can you imagine? He's received death threats, people threatening to rape and murder him, even targeting his two young children. Again, guys, I don't ever condone any of that, but this guy is out of his ever loving mind. In the midst of his nightmare, his racist nightmare, he went viral on Instagram, gaining 23,000 followers that all support the that the hard nword kind of monkeys and chips and all that. Now he's broke and his bail is 1.2. I'm not even gonna say his whole side. Covering basic living expenses to help his family secure. What the hell?
Exploring legal options to fight the slander and protect my family. You guys, I'm going to show you videos of him walking up and poking the black community and calling them the most outrageous names. I don't know how anybody can support this guy. Yeah. I don't know how the Aryan gangs work. I don't know. I don't I know they don't take chomos. Yeah. But no, who's a chomo in this situation? Cuz there's people backing this guy right now. They they went above and beyond. I mean, and I know it was probably a troll that came into chat earlier saying free Chud, but are you freaking kidding me? Wow. All right, let's listen to this guy because this guy makes sense. moment and that distinction matters legally because though he may have done this in the past at the time when the attack happened, he may not actually have been the person provoking the situation. We don't know.
We don't have the police report. We don't have the witness statements under oath. We don't have any body cam. We don't have the other man's account. But the fact that he's been charged speaks volumes. It could mean the police and the DA have more information about how much provocation was involved than we currently have access to publicly. Or it could mean that even with what they have, they decided the attack didn't warrant from their perspective Chud resorting to deadly force in the way that he did. Either way, the system moved on him and it moved fast. So everything I'm about to break down is predicated on the exact details and the exact facts as we currently understand them. And the truth is some of this is still up in the air on the margins. If new facts dropped that flip this thing on its head, >> right? I'm going to go forward. I mean, the message is fantastic, but I've told you a lot of the story.
Look, >> I've told you a lot of the story, but the message here is guys, don't react to this stuff. You know, we it's all jokes and fun and games when we do and sometimes someone comes in chat and we call them a troll, but that's just being nice for saying you're a piece of garbage. You're literally a racist or, you know, homophobic piece of garbage.
Yeah, just the name Chud, right? Again, this is emotional. Your your emotional um reaction versus the law.
>> It is not easy to have a melting pot of different people with different cultures, different backgrounds, and have them come together to live under the umbrella of an ideology that is an imperfect America. Yes, some races clash at times, but at the end of the day, our difference is the beauty. Those differences aren't always positive.
Sometimes they're negative from all sides. That's the country. That's the deal. But when you bastardize a constitutional right like the first amendment and then you smear that bastardization all across the second amendment, that's where I have a real problem. Because every black 2-way person, every white 2-way person, every Indian, Mexican 2A person scrapes and fights every minute, every day, every second only to gain an inch and lose a mile just to protect this right. That is being attacked on all fronts. And here you go just handing them all the examples in the world to come after this right harder because you think you're standing on business by running around mindlessly insulting people and then screaming self-defense when you get attacked.
>> Yeah, I hope you guys do understand the concept of what he's doing. What's up mmclar? Big hugs and sad mama. And guys, say a prayer for Patricia NY. Just just say a prayer. She's going through the chemo thing again and she's got, you know, young children and it's scary. So prayers to you, Patricia. And even if you're not here, shout out to you. Yeah.
Hash Steve sucks. I agree. I just want the message to come across that this guy is literally walking outside anywhere where there's black people and causing trouble, calling them names and trying to provoke them. Now, we all haven't got to that higher level yet where we rise above what people say. Sometimes people get upset when others in chat come in and call me R. um, gay slurs. And I'm like, it's okay. I use that for my, "Hey, you want to call me gay? Here, check out my book. Go buy my book."
Yeah, I you know what I'm saying? And this guy says the same thing. He's saying the same thing. Do not let Chuds provoke you where you He almost died.
This guy almost died. He got shot several times by this guy just for provoking him on purpose for his YouTube channel. Everyone saying, "Hi, Patricia.
Big prayers to you, Cheeky.
All right, let's continue.
>> Apparently, from what I can gather, the guy Chud shot may not exactly be an angel himself. His name is Joshua Fox.
He's 31, disabled veteran, served six years in the army, and his past has some questionable things in it. There are domestic charges that he allegedly tried to set the house on fire with an aerosol can and a lighter and allegedly picking up a screwdriver in a way that scared his wife bad enough for her to back away from him. Cops named him the primary aggressor in that incident. There's even a tweet floating around with what looks like him saying he'd do it again. I don't really know how relevant any of this is in this particular situation.
Actually, I don't think it is relevant, truth be told. Could it be an indicator of his propensity for violence? Sure.
Yeah.
>> But that's not necessarily something that does anything for the legal analysis here because we already know he hit shut first. The question on the table is not whether Joshua Fox is a good guy. The question on the table is the degree of reaction.
>> 110%. And that's why in the very beginning of the show, I told you who the victim is. And I'm going to tell you again who the victim is. Justice for Joshua Lavell. He's the one that got shot by Chud the builder. He provoked him intentionally in front of a courthouse so that he could pull out his gun and shoot. Okay, this guy is not a perfect victim. And when I see the racist stuff online, the people on the other side are saying, "Good. Chud the Builder did a great thing. He's he's wiping out the black community of people that are No. Hell no. Hell no.
See, I knew someone was going to come in and say that, too. The dude who put his hands on Earl has crimes against children." All right. While you're here, Cash, let's check this out because that's not right. You guys got to do your research before you say dumb comments like that. Let me show you.
That guy did not have crimes against children. It's a different name, different guy. Here's our victim one more time, guys. Let's get rid of all the nonsense that we're talking about.
Chud is not a good guy. Racist people are not acceptable in my world. Sorry.
convicted of solicitation of a minor and a Wi-Fi warlord by the name of tribal elitism will leave a comment the build is still locked up and people are saying he did everyone a favor because apparently the guy that he shot was convicted of solicitation of a minor and a wifi warlord by the name of tribal elitism would leave a comment saying the black you are defending and saying is a hero was convicted of aggravated domestic violence and grape Jake is cool with grapes [ __ ] no so I decided to do my homework work as usual. This is Joshua Fox, the white version, who is convicted of solicitation of a minor.
>> So there you go. Do your homework, my friends, before you come off giving halfcocked BS. Okay? It it wouldn't even matter if he was that. He's still the victim. But that it is the case that he's not. That was not him. It's this white dude named Joshua Fox. Again, do your homework before you come saying stupid [ __ ] who was convicted of solicitation of a minor. Stop giving excuses for Chug.
What he did wasn't right.
>> Chug the Builder still.
>> No freaking excuses. But there are a lot of excuses for him. So, I'm going to show you some other things before we get back into the the real message today and the the [snorts] um the impact that you have emotionally versus what you your legal rights are.
Now, check this out. Seven hours ago, this guy named Tom Hennis, he says he got a new voicemail from Chud the Builder, aka Dalton. He's so grateful for all his support and he's in the fight of his life right now, guys. So keep rallying for a fundraiser. All right, listen to what he says. This is on the give send go. People are that people are Check this out. This racist mother >> It's Chud Dalton.
Tell everybody thank you for all the help and support.
>> Yeah, guys, it's uh it's Chud Dalton.
Again, I just want to tell everybody thank you for all the help and support.
And they're trying to put me away for 60 years.
>> Good. which would be the rest of my life.
>> Good.
>> I just need you guys' help as much as possible.
>> I appreciate all the help that you guys have already given.
>> Just pray. Just pray hard, man. Because uh they're trying to take my life truly.
So, >> bye.
>> I just need all the help I can.
>> Your call will end in one minute.
>> Hey guys, listen. He tried to take that other guy's life just because he's black. So now he's saying he's crying for his life. Look at this $1.25 million bond. He didn't think that was going to happen because he runs around and does [ __ ] like this.
>> Follow me in my truck, [ __ ] Like I mean you're pandering to the nigs, bro.
We already know that's what you're doing.
>> I'm going check.
>> Yeah, you too. Go chimp out.
>> No, you watch what you say.
>> Or what, [ __ ] >> You want to get mace right now or what?
Come on.
>> Come chimp out.
>> Come chimp out.
>> Come on. Follow us over here away from the kids.
>> Come on. Come chimp out, [ __ ] >> That's what I thought.
>> Come chimp out, [ __ ] >> Right here, [ __ ] >> Look, he didn't. He wanted to start chimping out >> or what, [ __ ] That's what I thought.
>> Sorry guys, but >> come on. Come do something. Come over here away from the children.
Come over here away from the children.
>> We want to get a good clip. Let's get a good clip. Come on.
Come on, [ __ ] Come on.
[laughter] >> We're going to prove freedom of speech to to a couple of nigs.
Share it. Yeah, share the chat.
>> I mean, do you guys see what's happening here? What I just told you, it can be explained to you, but it's a just it's a big fat wow when you actually see him doing this. This guy does this on a daily basis on his social media platforms.
Okay, you guys tell me. You going to come to San Jose and go find the most Asian area? Go find the most dangerous Asian area and go start calling them some kind of racist names and see what happens to you. All right? Go or go to a black neighborhood and or Mexican neighborhood and see what happens to you. I mean, me explaining it to you just isn't as good as you seeing what he's out there doing. And then he says those things and he's like, "Step up.
I'll mace you. I'll shoot you." That's what he just did at the courthouse. He started the fight on purpose. Shot the guy. He's lucky. He's lucky that Joshua didn't die. And yes, attempted murder is what this guy's being charged for. And rightfully so.
>> Come on. This way.
You gonna sneak up behind me like y'all like to do? Look at this [ __ ] chimping out.
Look at this [ __ ] chimping out.
That's the news team.
Y'all know his name now. Isaiah Wear.
[ __ ] ass [ __ ] [ __ ] He He talks a lot of [ __ ] on the newscast.
Come over here, chimp out.
>> Come here and chimp out.
Come on over here and chimp out.
We tried to have a civil conversation.
Y'all saw the whole thing.
Y'all saw the whole thing. You following me to my truck now, [ __ ] I >> We got 18 rounds for you. We ain't got nothing else. Don't follow me in my truck, [ __ ] >> Or he'll shoot.
>> I bet you won't follow me in my truck, [ __ ] telling you guys.
>> Look at them. Ugaboogaho.
>> Look at these [ __ ] chimping out. 931 Seville. They ain't [ __ ] Look at these [ __ ] chimping out.
>> Chimping out is what he's saying.
>> Hey, thanks for THE NEW TRUCK YOU BOUGHT ME.
>> HEY, make sure you get the truck.
>> He said put that mace out. Yes, way.
Look at him chimping out.
>> Look at this [ __ ] chimping out. Hey, there's kids around here. Why don't you keep chimping out somewhere else?
>> So that's what he does. That's his content, guys. People are asking to help him. That's his content. That's what he does. He walks around and does that. I mean, get off the ground.
>> I didn't do nothing to him.
Okay, so this is the actual audio of the victim that recently happened on May 13th. That is him and that is the victim and he went up to the victim and was like, "Hey, I might have to do a live on this piece of garbage." I I know I am definitely I definitely want to do a live on him as well, but you should do that. um whatever because uh people need to understand he was the one chimping out but he can't be chimping out Patty Pat because he's not black. He's calling these people monkeys and chimps and the n-word. So how can he be? He can't be he can't chimp out. He's white. Right.
Here's the here's the audio of what happened with him and the Joshua victim.
He that he is so lucky didn't die. All right.
Get him off of me. GET HIM OFF of me.
>> I didn't do nothing to him.
>> He does that to me.
>> Get him off of me. GET HIM OFF of me.
>> I didn't do nothing to him.
>> He didn't do nothing to him because he's invoking his right, guys. All right. I didn't do nothing to him cuz he's invoking his right. I mean, this is what he does. Check it out.
Rose, what you do?
>> I don't really remember you, but you do look familiar.
>> All right. Now, listen. This is his channel. It's pump.f fun/chadthebuilder.
Now, I want you to realize that when people go to other platforms, okay? Are you laughing that there's a victim? Are we laughing that there's a victim? Is that what we're saying? Cuz um there's a victim that got shot. All right. So, victim, lol. I'm not sure. I'm not calling him the victim. I'm calling the victim the victim. That's the victim.
Justice for Joshua. I don't care what he did. Nobody deserves to walk up and start racial slurs and then get shot. We don't do that. All right. So, yes, that's the victim. And this is in Tennessee, guys. This is in Tennessee.
It just happened. And now he's got a reality check, Mr. Chud. All right. He's got a reality check realizing you can't go around doing that, shooting people, and then not having consequences. So, here we go. This is his actual channel.
Chud.
>> Uh, no. I'm Dalton.
>> I've always been Dalton. But I am a Chud, >> right? But you're not my Dalton. You used to come to my house. I fed you.
>> Yeah, you were cool as [ __ ] I remember.
I don't remember you that much. But I do remember I know you. See, we got roots.
Hey, you scared me a little bit when you came up like that.
>> You helped me when you were following Liver King. But before you were following Liver King, you used to sell me. I fed you before.
>> It's been a long time. But I healed your stomach by teaching you how to eat real food.
>> Yes. Yes. So that's >> What was your name again?
>> I'm Lana. But that's I'm confused. What happened to you? Cuz you're not racist.
I know that. I bet you.
>> But you believe in freedom of speech.
>> What do you mean you're not racing that's going on? Absolutely ridiculous.
Kelly says, "Who's this redneck?" This whole episode is about Chud the Builder.
All right. He was recently arrested. We just came on. Um, I've been on for a while now, so you'll have to look into it a little more. His name is Dalton, and just the other day, May 13th, he became involved in a f physical altercation outside of Clarksville, Tennessee courthouse. He did that by provoking a black man and then he shoots him. And when I say he, uh, Dalton or Chud the Builder shot the black man. Okay, I don't want to just call him a black man, but it's his name's Joshua. And look at this brainwashing. How could anybody even say that?
>> So, I should be allowed to say [ __ ] too. Right.
>> Right. But >> then that's the holy point.
>> People don't have emotional intelligence. They can't.
>> Is that my fault?
>> But listen, YOU GOT TO BE CAREFUL because >> I don't really remember you, but you do look familiar. He's full of [ __ ] >> I healed your stomach by teaching you how to eat real food.
>> Yes. Yes.
>> What was your name again?
>> I'm Lana. But that's I'm confused. What happened to you? Cuz you're not racist.
I know that. I bet you.
>> But do you believe in freedom of speech?
>> So I should be allowed to say [ __ ] too. Right.
>> Right. But you >> That's the holy point. PEOPLE DON'T HAVE EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE.
>> Is that my fault?
>> But listen, YOU GOT TO BE CAREFUL BECAUSE Hold up.
>> All right. So, there you go. I mean, I I like him much better locked up. I don't think he was expecting it. I don't think any of that. I don't think he um I don't think he expected any of that. He's going to hide behind his uh freedom of uh his first and second amendment. All right. And that's what he's been doing.
Yeah. Yep. Lives in Chicago. Send him there. Oh, you just missed the best of it, Kelly. You haven't even uh you haven't even saw what just happened a minute ago. All right, guys. Do me a favor. This is not going to get into the algorithm. Hit the like button, subscribe. If you're re-watching, please hype the video if you like the content that I provide. And if you could help get to the goal, that would be awesome as well. We only have two towards the goal. And uh whatever, either way. Um okay, so this is Chud. He has an active charge. He has three active charges with sentencing. The reason he was even at the courthouse charge one theft of services. That was just recently when he went into a restaurant and he didn't like what they had to say or he didn't like there was a discrepancy over I can't remember what. I'll play it in a bit but he walked out on a $341 bill. Then he got disorderly conduct with a misdemeanor bond 1500 bond 200.
So he thinks he's slick. So then he comes in here and we've got a white male. Um June 27th, 1997 he was born.
All right. There's his number, his criminal history. He's in downtown detention center minimum security. And we see the dates here. 510 510. I thought it was the 13th, but I I guess that's just that's just the criminal history of him and what he was doing at the court before this. All right. So yeah, Chud the Builder arrested.
All right. And then the comments are always good. Dude's been running around Broadway filming context of himself using racial slurs, macing people for weeks. He has been kicked off social media platforms and is banned from entering most bars. All right. Macing strangers in a state where where a pulse is about all one needs to carry a concealed weapon doesn't strike me as a great idea. All right. Luckily only out of state tourists go to the Broadway nowadays. All right. Can't say I've ever encountered such a creature. I was a kid and grew out of it. Thank God. Self-hate with an ego is a hell of a combo. Wimp blow. I'm bleeding making me the victor, right? Just I guess it's the victim they're trying to say. But, uh, he looks much better in these jumpsuits. And the fact that he can't get out on bond because he's bigger than he thought he was. Look at this.
>> Up or down. Okay. Someone said initial bond at 1.25 million.
>> 1.25 million.
>> Yes.
>> Based upon the fact of how many people were in the courtyard. We're here at the courthouse and the seriousness of all these felonies and his bond status.
>> He's 27 years old, guys.
>> Yes. So, uh the 26 at 9:00, I'm sorry, the 21st at 9:00 for a bond hearing and then the 26th at 9 for preliminary hearing right here. Does that work for everybody? Scum general. Does that work for the state?
>> Yes.
>> All right.
>> Just for the court's information and Mr. Finland.
the state is going to request to file a source hearing when and if there's an attempt to make bonds.
>> Okay. Is there any objection of us taking all those matters up at the bond hearing on the 21st?
>> No.
>> Mr. Finley, do you have any objection to doing it that way?
That's the most efficient way. I think >> Judge, we'll try and have everything lined up for the >> Okay.
All right. Anything else, Mr. Finley, from you today?
from the state.
>> Okay.
>> It's all fun and games until you got to pay 10% of $1.25 million that you're never going to get back. I hope you guys know that. When you pay a bond of that sort, so it's a let's say it's $125,000, right? Guess what? You don't get a penny of that back there. You're paying for time to be free. But he's the one that did this to himself. So again, I say I ask you the question or I I'm going to pose the it's not really a question, it's a statement. It's your emotional response versus the law. Okay? So we can't just go around letting this people and others that do rage bait, we can't let them get the best of us because we're going to end up in jail. And that's what this guy's banking on.
>> From Chud to Builder, how justifiable was Chud's reaction to the attack?
>> That's it. That's what we're actually talking about. So, let's [laughter] talk about the actual law. Tennessee's main self-defense statute is Tennessee code annotated section 3911611. And in plain English, it says this. A person can use force if they reasonably believe it's immediately necessary to protect themselves against another person's unlawful force. And a person can use deadly force only if they reasonably believe they are facing imminent death, serious bodily injury, or sexual abuse.
Tennessee is also a stand your ground state in most situations which means if you're somewhere you legally have a right to be and you're not engaged in disqualifying unlawful activity. You generally don't have a duty to retrieve before using lawful deadly force.
>> Flojo, have you heard of this case yet?
And mods, [clears throat] if you can drop Flojo's link in chat, I'd be grateful. Oh, look at Synth already on top of that. Thank you, Cynth. Go show love to Flojo. Go sub up to him. I like his content. I wish there was more of it, but I know he works. But stand your ground does not mean you can escalate arguments in the shootings. It does not mean you can provoke violence and then automatically claim self-defense. And it does not mean every physical attack justifies deadly force. The law doesn't ask who was morally wrong first. The law asks at the exact moment deadly force was used, was the shooter facing [clears throat] an imminent threat of death or serious bodily injury? And did the shooter lose or weaken that right by provoking the confrontation? In Tennessee, if the prosecution can convince a jury that you were the initial aggressor or that you initially provoked the confrontation, your self-defense claim can collapse unless you clearly withdrew from the encounter and made that withdraw known to the other person before re-engaging. Now, words alone usually do not legally justify physical assault. Meaning, someone cannot legally punch you simply because you used a racial slur. That is true. Joshua Fox, if he threw the first punch, may very well have committed an assault. But >> Exactly. So, let's make that let's let that sink in. After this, we're going to get to the law, okay, guys? Because what I got to tell you is don't let someone provoke you like that. That's what he does. This guy, and there's others, there a ton out there other out there in the world that want to see you get angry, that will come into our chat and talk crap about sexuality, what have you, to piss you off and make you gaslight you basically, and make you be the one that did this. So, it didn't work in the case and he ended up shooting Joshua and himself in the arm.
And I hope this shuts him up because if you provoke, according to our US knowledge Exactly. No, exactly. You're right. If you provoke someone, you're not allowed to defend yourself. But that is not that is not what provoking somebody means. You you got to that's common sense, iconic. So, for you to for you to say that then uh yeah, I mean I agree with that. Then if you're gonna provoke someone and they're going to defend themselves, then uh let him be.
That let him be. That's his bad. He gets to he gets to lose his business and all of his money and that new truck he got built off of racial tension and calling people names and and doing the most.
>> That does not automatically mean you can shoot somebody once they throw hands.
The law separates two completely different questions. One, did they commit an assault on you? Two, were you justified in escalating to deadly force in response? Different analysis, different burdens, different outcomes. A jury looks at the totality of the circumstance. They get to look at the months of live streams of Chud walking up to black people calling them chimps.
They get to look at the tweets from a week before saying his series finale was a dead chimp on a pavement. They get to look at the Friday before steakhouse arrest. they get to look at.
>> Oh, girl, the trolls are just giving me content to talk about right now since I already expected this and I I just didn't want straight up like [ __ ] Gas in my chat. But it the whole topic of today shows you what people support and how they think. So, I'm fine with the trolls coming into chat on this particular subject because then I could put them in their place on what how I feel on my channel. Okay? So there's nothing bad right now. If someone comes in and is like really slandering, then get rid of them. But if someone wants to say that, well, you can you can provoke someone, but you can't defend themselves. Yeah, there's two different things. You're hiding behind first and second amendment. And guess what? It's not ending well. It's sure not ending well for this guy. All right. I'm just making a point. I don't You're not trolling.
Nobody's trolling. We got to see both sides before we continue. All right, let me um let me see. I just totally kicked out of that one and I just wanted to show you [snorts] the last of it and then I got something else for you. Hold on. Let's get to that. So, in other words, don't don't provoke somebody. All right? Don't provoke someone and then pull out your gun on them and shoot them.
Hold on.
Hold on. This is perfect. Right here.
Right here, y'all.
Of pulling a firearm and firing multiple rounds in a public plaza at a man who was throwing punches at you was a reasonable response to the threat given everything that came before it. That's a much harder case to win than people think it is. However, it is also not lost on me that the DA may have charged this man heavy and charged him fast simply to prevent a riot. They may understand the optics of having a situation where you have somebody like Chud the Builder running around saying all this racist, disparaging stuff to black people, then shoots a black guy in broad daylight at a courthouse and then walks free 24 hours later. The optics of that are ridiculously horrible. And I would not put it past the sheriff's office over there or the DA from recognizing exactly that calculus and deciding, all right, let's go ahead and charge him with everything we >> Now remember guys, they're they're going to charge him with everything they can.
We're getting into that right now with the perfect person, Bruce Rivers. We're going to get into that because I want you to know what he's facing. And I want you to see that smirk wiped off of his ugly mustache face. Screw that guy for even putting people in that predicament.
All right, you're good with profanity.
There's We don't have a just just not the nigg. Hey, this is the guy that tried to be a fairy and he went online trying to be a a fairy and he he tried this and he tried that and apparently the only thing that worked for him was being a racist piece of trash and other people follow him. Other people like him. Well, exact. Thank I I don't even care what your name is. George B. That's not a sustainable model. But he's only 27 and he thinks it is. He already bought a whole new truck and he rolls around doing what he wants and nobody stops him. All right. Nobody stops him.
They're condoning this. So I ask you, why are they condoning this? And does he even is he even racist or does he just want to make money and his attention on social media?
[laughter] All right, let's continue. I just want you to see this Chud character and what we're facing and not to let people get you like that. I have to hold back very often from that.
>> Can on the top sheet and then inevitably let the facts lay out and he probably walks at some point. That is not lost on me at all. There is a lot to this.
There's a lot of moving parts to this case that make it hard to say with absolute certainty it'll go this way or that way. But as of right now on the public record we got, it ain't looking all that great for your boy. Now, here's the thing. I don't wish death on anybody. I don't wish pain on anybody. I hope Chud comes out of this unscathed. I hope he survives. I hope Joshua Fox comes out of this unscathed and survives, too. and to Joshua Fox and to anybody else out there who encounters this fool or somebody like him. [snorts] Look, stop giving your power away to people who are trying to get you life.
It ain't worth it. I understand the feeling. I felt that feeling in high school, but it is not worth it. There are bigger foes in the world that deserve your >> This is exactly why I wanted to do this episode today. I don't even care how many likes, how many scribes, how many anything. This is it right there. Don't give your power away, guys. Okay? Don't give your power away by letting someone gaslight you and taking your freedom, okay? Because now the victim, Joshua, which somebody came in here and laughing at him being a victim, right? He just he let the temper get the best of him. He let that guy gaslight him and say those words and then allegedly he punched him and he shot him. All right. Yeah.
Exactly. But don't what this guy is saying is very important. Don't give away your power to people by letting them get the best of you. Okay? We we learned that in many lives on my show where we say get rid of the troll. Oh, we saw that. We saw the the Nashville uh [snorts] the go give go send and it was actually uh $256,000 as of today. All right. Unless he found another link, but let's continue.
more than some rand.
It's elementary. It's basic. And it's cheap. Don't throw your life away over somebody using two cent words. One thing's for certain and two things are for sure. Politicians and tech giants don't want gun content to be recommended to you. And we're all fighting this culture war together. Now, you can help do your part by liking, commenting, subscribing to the channel, but most importantly sharing this video with it.
>> All right. And I in the description, I've got this guy all shared. His name is Colon Noir. Um, and his page is awesome. He's got like two million followers, I believe. And you guys know already. You guys know I'm all about the right to bear arms. Do I walk around um because I have the right to bear arms and threaten people and uh and gaslight them? Hell no. Because there's so many other things to do. It's not a free flame, Jay. It's cost politeness and some people that's too expensive. All right, check this out.
All right, so we're we're we just finished talking about the emotional side of things, right? Your your emotional reaction or your reaction versus the law. Just because someone comes up to you and calls you the N word or somebody comes up to me and calls me the f word or the G word or the L, whatever they want to call me, don't give your power away. All right? Because then this is what happens. You've got the the the victim that was a victim of racial slurs and um gaslighting. Now you've got you you've got this guy that would be the victim punching this other guy that shoots at him. And now who's the victim? I don't know. We got to let the court find out. We got to let the court decide when we get all the information. All right. Check this out.
There's more video footage of what went down.
>> He goes up and he says the n-word and people, you know, we can say whatever we want.
>> Well, I can say whatever.
>> Exactly. And >> what is it?
>> We can say Nick want.
>> Well, I'm going to tell you something. I don't agree with that.
>> Oh, these boomers.
>> I got blacks in my face.
>> It's okay. [ __ ] you, man.
>> Or what? [ __ ] you lover. Whoa, whoa, whoa. See, he said, "F you, you [ __ ] lover." You hear what's happening there?
I know. Of course. Of course. Joshua is going to be okay, but he probably is going to have he's probably going to get charges for punching um uh Chud. You can't do that, guys. You guys can taunt me all you want. You can come in my chat and say all the names. Sticks and stones may break my bones, right? But the moment I start throwing punches or stalking you or threatening you, then it's on me. Don't let that be on you.
Just rise above it.
>> You heard me.
>> I'm all for getting your clout if it doesn't mean you don't hurt somebody else. And if this guy gets his [ __ ] ass kicked because he's calling people names and really offend, you know, and a lot of the people that I know are are a little tougher than that and they don't give the word the power that it used to have at one point.
>> But still, you don't want to do that. I mean, I just don't understand it.
>> So, let's let's watch. He walked out on some bill and here, let's just take a look at at what he's being accused of.
>> You seem kind of upset.
streaming now.
>> We can leave.
>> All right. So, this is what it stemmed from. And this is what I wanted to show you. He's got the video of um of Chud and his buddies at a restaurant. He doesn't like something. I don't know if he doesn't like the maybe because it's a black server. Maybe because he feels uncomfortable that there's black people around him. I don't know. But he walks off with a big bill and that's what ended up making him go to the courthouse in the first place was because of that.
So check this out.
>> Hey P, calm down. Why don't you go [ __ ] in the street? Why don't you go poop in the street?
>> Oh shoot. Sorry guys.
>> Hey man, don't don't get aggressive. I mean, we'll get up and leave. Thanks for the free food. Hey, >> Bob Steakhouse.
>> Oh no, we're not paying [ __ ] >> Look, there's a black guy next to the to the white guy and he's telling him, "Why don't you go take a [ __ ] in the street?"
I'm all for getting your clout.
>> Okay, hold on.
>> Take a look at >> down. Why don't you go [ __ ] in the street? Why don't you go poop in the street?
>> Hey man, don't don't get aggressive me.
We'll get up and leave. Thanks for the free food. Hey, >> Bob Steakhouse.
>> I'll take care of >> Oh, no. We're not paying [ __ ] >> Y'all are kicking me out or are we staying?
>> No, you're paying.
>> Oh, you think >> for what you got? Yeah, >> buddy. So, you can't accept services from whoever and and just not pay them.
That's theft of services. And you go into a restaurant, you order food, you eat the food, you got to pay, >> buddy. [clears throat] I didn't get to enjoy my meal. You're kicking me out. I'm not paying for [ __ ] >> Just go ahead.
>> Yeah.
>> Meanwhile, he puts this all on camera.
>> Bob's Steakhouse. Check your Google reviews, little [ __ ] guy.
You're not welcome back. Okay.
>> Open the toilet.
>> And if you didn't have a stream going, it wouldn't be worth anything. Right.
>> Right.
>> I mean, you don't see me streaming everything I do. [laughter] We like to comment, you know, and be relevant and and entertain and and uh inform, you know. I have a life.
[laughter] You're not gonna see me chewing my steak. Want to see me chew my steak? Who wants Nobody wants to see that?
>> No, we don't want to see you chew your steak.
You hear me?
>> What are you?
>> What are you?
>> They kicked us out.
>> Tell me your name again.
>> Ch the Builder.
>> Love you.
>> Well, I would not eat here if I were you.
>> Cuz they just kicked us out because apparently my guest >> Chad the Builder. Now, Chud the Builder sounds really almost like a Chomo name.
Really? And with that porn mustache, tell me there's not a lot more going on there that we don't know about. I'm joking, of course.
>> I wouldn't be there if I were you.
>> Leave my guest alone.
>> This guy knows me. He just wanted to shake my hand cuz he respects America.
Unlike you, [ __ ] [ __ ] >> Who speaks like that? Unlike you, you [ __ ] [ __ ] I mean, uh, Well, that's where I'm going for my next meal. I'm going to Bob's steakhouse. Uh, >> what got him kicked out is he was being racist, right, folks? He didn't like the server. There was a black server next to the white guy and he was talking crap. I hear his family disowned him. So, he was starting [ __ ] and he didn't want to accept the food or what have you from the black server. He probably called him the n-word and then that escalated and he's like, "Screw you. If you're going to kick me out for my freedom of speech and saying the n-word, then I'm not paying for the mill." Guess what? It landed him in court. And that court where it landed him was where he shot Joshua. All right. Now he's locked up.
All right. Let's continue because I want you to hear how much time that he can get for doing this. And I'm talking about shooting somebody. He literally is facing a homicide charge. He was lucky that he that the victim didn't die. All right. So now it's not homicide. It's attempted murder.
>> Uh Bob Steak and Chop House. Don't come here.
>> They don't like freedom.
>> I know. I agree.
>> Make sure you get it one more time.
>> All right, let's go to the hotel.
>> I got a badass Airbnb.
>> You got a what?
>> I got a nice Airbnb.
>> Oh, really? I can't believe that [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] thought I was going to pay for the meal after they kicked me out.
They don't like America over there. They hate freedom of speech.
>> Okay, America. Well, you're not America.
You know, what does it take to be decent to folks? Honestly, I can't tell you the last time I swore at somebody. Um, and if I did, >> probably was last Saturday night, actually. But it was fun. In good fun. I >> And rightfully so. Right. We're we're we're all going to be in Vegas soon, guys. I'm not going to let somebody in Vegas come up to me in real life and be like calling me names, but I'm certainly not going to get escalated. I'll say, "Okay, cool. Thank you. Have a good day." All right. Now, Vegas isn't typically they're not homophobic there.
Luckily, you can walk around in Vegas and nobody says [ __ ] like that. Like you get on YouTube and the platform that he's on. Okay? But I'm not going to let somebody gaslight me and get me locked up because they feel that way. All right? And that's what we need to learn.
That's what we need to learn instead of trying to push the narrative of, oh, I'm using my freedom of, you know, the first amendment and the second amendment to justify my free speech. I can call you the n-word and to shoot you after I call you the nword and I piss you off. That's what he's doing.
We did a throw roast for my buddy for his 70th birthday. That was so much fun actually. So there's that's him walking out of his bill. Now watch let's watch him getting arrested >> right here.
>> This same one.
>> Hey sir, >> you're under arrest.
>> What did I do?
>> Yes. Yes.
>> Okay.
>> Can you lock it?
>> He's under arrest, guys. And he's not taking this seriously because he's a piece of garbage and he always gets out of trouble. Now remember, he's only 27 years old and he's probably a power bottom. That is him in the upper right hand corner. My friends, please pay attention to who you're following on YouTube and social media. A lot of people that you see in 2026 are not the same people that you saw in 2020. When people are trying to get YouTube famous or social media famous, you'll see their characters change, which then shows you that there's no nothing genuine to it at all. Guys, I don't even want to name other creators. But there's a lot of people in the chroma sector that started on YouTube or started on social media and they built up this whole character of one thing and now they're over here doing something on the other. That is not genuine. Do you really see Bob the Builder, Chud the Builder? Do you see him on the upper right hand corner wearing fairy ring, fairy wings?
Okay. Yes, he's a [ __ ] but he's tried everything it looks like in my opinion to get social media famous. All right, so again, be careful who you be careful who you follow and who you look up to.
Make sure you know because this guy, look at wearing fairy ring. Can you imagine? For a minute, I thought I was Freddy Mercury in the bottom picture, right? He's done all kinds of stuff to try to try to get a like likes and attention. He probably isn't even racist. Who knows? We know he's a power bottom in my opinion.
Screw you.
Hold on. Sorry.
>> You walked out on a bill. I mean, are you surprised that you got arrested?
That was him getting arrested for walking out on a tap. You can't do that.
Yeah. And if you had a dispute with somebody, you know, I I'll tell you, I get into court all the time and the other side can just be a stinker.
>> Yes.
>> A rotten rotten. Oh, you rotten little stinker, you know. [gasps] But guess [sighs] what? What did Michelle Obama say? You know, when they go low, we go high. You know, may sound corny, but I'm telling you, you [ __ ] gain a lot of credibility with the court or with whoever you you and you can dispatch somebody very easily or get rid of them without without being an [ __ ] you know, and I just I don't think you I don't think you should. So, guys, I'm feeling generous right now. I'm going to give five Guilty Crime memberships. I know that there's people in here that are in the bushes that have never been on my channel and I'd like to have new people come on in, especially if you're still here for the duration of this.
That's awesome. You're supporting the channel. So, I'm going to give you guys five Guilty of Crime memberships and um uh just make sure that you like, subscribe, all that stuff so you can get one. Okay? I don't have it's not the first of the month, so these are paid memberships that I'm paying for. At the first of the month, we get 10 memberships to give away per month. And I usually give them away in the first episode or two of the month.
>> He walks out of the bill. He gets arrested. Then he u he gets he gets arrested and and if I can't imagine how much the bill the bill is like $400. So I'm not sure if walking out of that was a felony where he was. But Tupi and so he he now keep in mind who this guy is.
He's Mr. Confrontation, right? That's his channel. That's his stick. And it's all, you know, uh about America. America first. You know, whites only. Yeah. Hey, man. You're the n-word. You know, I mean, give me a break. Man who instigated racist disputes. This is from what is this from? This is from the Clarksville now.com.
>> He doesn't have a job. He lost his job because of racial slurs. And now he's out there begging people for money. And I hope that he has to give a couple of [ __ ] in there. Relax. You wind with me. I hope that he I hope he is a bottom [ __ ] in there. He looks like he's crying in the courtroom, doesn't he? Cuz he's not used to being held accountable for anything that he does in my opinion.
And welcome new crime crew members.
Hashtud powerbottom. Right. Screw that guy.
If you're going to be about something, be about something. Don't turn from go from a fairy to a freaking racist piece of garbage because you want clickbait clicks and you're click baiting and rage baiting people. That's just harmful.
>> Uh man who in instigated racist disputes charged with attempted murder outside the county courthouse. So he's there trying to defend himself against this this bill. Two people were hurt in a shooting uh next to Montgomery County Courthouse in Clarksville. In Clarkville, Tennessee.
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah. in Clarkshire involving Dalton Etherly aka Chud the Builder. I don't know how we got that name, Chud the Builder. It seems so odd. Etherly, 28, has been charged with attempted murder employing a firearm during a dangerous felony, aggravated assault, and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon.
According to Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, uh he has been booked into the M. So, he booked again into the Montgomery County Jail. So, it's unfortunate that incidents like this are happening in our communities, said the sheriff. uh this kind of violence won't be tolerated and our office will work to make sure that those are respons who are responsible.
>> Hey, people justify this because they think that the black community is one person that did something, right? They just like when people talk about Hispanics, just because one person or two people out of hundreds commit crimes, it doesn't mean that, right? But I love that Tom Sull's mustache is better. I agree. [laughter] He chhated bobbed himself. The judge used used his right to freedom of speech when he recited. Yeah, he did. But he's still facing attempted murder charges >> or held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.
Okay. So, here's they're putting Chad the building. Now, every supposedly what he did was uh he got sucker punched outside the courthouse and he whipped out his gun and he shot and he accidentally shot himself.
I mean, [ __ ] your bus is leaving. So, here's him on a stretcher. Poor me. Wo is me. Um, and so this raises a bunch of issues. Um, >> a controversial Clarksville online video streamer is now facing an attempted murder charge. It's the result of a fight outside the Montgomery County courthouse. That >> now that guy took the rage bait. Okay, don't do that. And we're getting into that right now. Why? how much time he's facing for all the charges, including attempted murder. That the victim, Joshua, may not be a victim in some people's eyes because he took the rage bait and he punched he sucker punched um Chud. All right. And then Chud came back and shot him right in front of the courthouse. That's his right to self-defense.
Not so much. Good luck convincing anybody of that after seeing the content that he's putting out there.
>> Ended in gunfire. Good evening and welcome to News2 at 6. I'm Bob Mueller >> and I'm Haley Wilggas. Authorities say Dalton Etherly, also known as Chud the >> Chud the Builder. How do you get that name? [laughter] Also known as Porn Stash the Builder.
>> The Builder and another man were both shot during this exchange. News 2's Caitlyn Quizenberry has more on the investigation. Controversial streamer Dalton Etherly, known online as Chud the Builder, is accused of shooting a man outside the Montgomery County courthouse. The sheriff's office says both Etherly and another man were taken to the hospital for medical treatment.
After the shooting, Etherly appeared to keep live streaming for several minutes.
In the video, Etherly can be heard saying, quote, "Man, I just pray that dude is going to be all right. I tried to walk away from him." Court records show Etherly was scheduled for a civil debt appearance that morning in Montgomery County.
>> Again, guys, once the judge sees this, if this goes to trial and the jury sees this, they're going to see a compilation of his racial videos and the content that he puts out. You guys have been here. You guys watched some of it. You watched him provoking people that absolutely did not take the clickbait, did not take the rage bait. But this guy Joshua did. Now he makes a statement like, "I hope he's okay." Yeah, you hope he's okay because you're being charged with attempted murder. And you know what's even funny, life boy, is he shot his own self in the process. He's so great with a weapon to he can he right to bear arms, but he shot himself in the freaking arm. The reason he was on the stretcher is because he shot himself.
Jesus, right? Brokeback Mountain Fantasy. Jeez. County in Etherly's stream. He claimed the incident started after a man laughed at him. Etherly claims he walked away after interacting with the man. The man followed him and a fight broke out. That's when Etherly drew his weapon. The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office is pursuing charges against Etherly for criminal attempted murder, aggravated assault.
>> So, when you are a bombthrower or, you know, a um rage baiter, whatever you want to call it, you're going to invite this kind of [ __ ] on yourself. And I'm I'm shocked that he's shocked.
>> And reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon. Ether Lee is also facing a separate criminal case in Nashville.
He's accused of refusing to pay a $400 bill to Bob's steak and chop house downtown and screaming racial slurs.
Ether Lee has over 226,000 followers on X. All due >> wa 26,000.
That's a lot.
>> Here's the thing. When you're sitting there, I mean, you go out to dinner, you have you ever had a bad meal or bad service or the waiter was a dick or or they were just real uppidity and you really didn't like the place. Well, you don't just walk out. You pay your bill.
You don't leave a tip and you never come back. That's how you handle it. You don't call him a little [ __ ] prick or, you know, you don't sit there and basically try to fight him. He's not American. Blah blah blah. But you got to have it for your fans, right? Because if it's not on your fans, you got to be more outrageous than the time before.
Because if you're not outrageous, then you're not gonna get the views. You're not gonna get the clout.
>> Due to his live streams where he's shown in places like Broadway, Clarksville, and Gatlinburg, insulting and calling people racial slurs. In a G send post, Etherly writes, "I've shared mild jokes, unfiltered thoughts, and yes, sometimes I've used the n-word in what I thought was edgy, harmless humor." Okay, I want you to go up to the biggest black guy you can and the baddest ass you can and you just mildly use the n word and see what the [ __ ] happens. I mean, give me a break.
>> Oh, okay. Maybe I use I thought it was edgy and harmless here. Using the nword is not harm. You never hear me even ingest use that word.
>> I know it's controversial, >> guys. You know, I showed you a couple of videos and he was straight up just taunting the these three black young men and then even the black woman that said, "I don't think you're racist." And he's like, "Well, I'm not, but I have the freedom to say the n-word." Like, guys, he said it again and again and again and again and again. That was his whole content. It was basically him just rage baiting these guys and hoping to get them doing something back to him on video so that he can get these 200 and something thousand followers to pay him or whatever to get the views to get the content. Yeah. No, you you heard did you hear that Indy? I don't know if you heard that but yeah, he's trying to play it down and it's not you can't play that down.
>> But it's my right to speak freely. Ether Lee is booked into the Montgomery County Jail where he's being held without bond.
He will have his arraignment and bond hearing on Friday in Nashville. Caitlyn Quizenberry, News 2.
>> So, [snorts] how's that working for you? All because you didn't want to pay for a [ __ ] bill and now you could go to prison.
Now, we'll talk about, you know, self-defense here in a second because I I you got to know what the rules are.
But, you know, right after the shooting, he was streaming. So, let's take a look at that.
Let me call this self snitching.
>> Walked past him. He was sitting on the corner. I walked up to him because they they're pointing at me.
>> They're laughing. They're pointing at me. And I said, "What's up, guys? How y'all doing?" I said, "Y'all like the you like the new suit?" He said, "Walk away from me." I walked away from him.
He came back up to me. He literally said, "I have PTSD. I feel like I'm in He said, "You start saying all that chimp out [ __ ] to me, I'mma hit you." He hit me, started wailing on me even after I had to defend myself by shooting.
>> Now guys, this is Chud the Builder, and you got to remember the guy that he attacked was in the army. He was in the military, okay? And he literally told him like, "I got PTSD for this. I'm not going to just stop. Just stop whatever you're doing. Stop calling names. Stop throw." And he didn't. All right, but that happens. You guys You guys see it all the time. You see it all the time.
All right, you guys. If you're on my channel, you see it. I always say Bob the Builder. You guys see people coming into chat and being homophobic and us saying, "Don't let them get to you."
>> So, this is self snitching. I mean, he admits it. So, I think sometimes the easiest cases are the ones where there's no question as to what happened. And in this case, there's no question that he shot the guy. What's the issue then for the jury? Is it self-defense?
It's a word that starts with the letter R.
Reasonable. Was it reasonable? So, let's just go into the elements of self-defense.
So, first of all, you cannot start the fight.
Okay? You can't provoke a fight. You start a fight, you can no longer avail yourself of self-defense.
>> So, it's not available to you.
>> Second of all, um there has to be imminent danger.
So, someone in here earlier said, "Whoa, you so you can't defend yourself after you're provoking somebody." Wow. That's our country now. Some some BS like that, guys. That Yeah, just that period.
Straight up. And he's got it all on film. He's got it all videoed. You think the judge isn't going to see that? The jury, whoever, the prosecutor, the district attorney? In >> this case, there probably was. Before you can use lethal force, you have to reasonably believe that you were in danger and that a reasonable person in the same situation would have believed the same and acted the same.
>> Yep.
>> And here's the other part of it. You have to use proportional force. You can't just, okay, you slap me in the face, I shoot you. It doesn't work that way.
>> The force used to defend yourself must match the severity of the threat. Deadly force is generally only justified if you reasonably fear death or great bodily harm. And this guy looks like he's put together, you know? [snorts] I mean, why did you have to shoot the guy? Why did you Why didn't you punch him yourself?
You know, and in some cases, and I don't I'm I'm going to plead a little ignorance.
>> Guys, I'm going to tell you, this guy was waiting to do that. Okay, just like David that's in his own fantasy world here on social media. This guy was dreaming about the day that he was going to provoke somebody and they were going to hit him and he was going to shoot them. I'm telling you right now, this guy was walking around with a big giant ego and probably a tiny little peen, but he had he carries his weapon right there and he says, "Hey, you nword touch me.
Go ahead, touch me. I'll shoot you." We saw it earlier. He said, "Touch me and I'll mace you." This guy's been dreaming about the day that he gets to shoot a black person. That's all I'm going to say about that. Yeah, it does. It does.
But like I said in this episode, you got to control your emotional um you got to control yourself emotionally because emotional response versus the law just doesn't work. It doesn't add up. It doesn't matter what they call you. It doesn't matter. Sticks and stones may break my bones, right? We all know that.
It doesn't matter. Yes. And we need justice for Celeste Rivas, Hernandez, Nancy Guthrie, and we'll just say all of the Joshua's in the world. Again, Joshua punched him. He warned him. He said, "I have PTSD. You talking about chimping out is pissing me off. Walk away. Get away from me or I'm going to do something." And he did. And all he did was punch him. Okay? When I say all he did, a punch doesn't match shooting someone multiple times.
[ __ ] off.
Okay, let's continue. I mean, there's people that 110% disagree with me and they're all on this side of Bob the freaking builder, Chuck, >> because I don't know if if uh I doubt that Tennessee is a um a duty to retreat state.
>> It is stand your ground. And most of these southern states are stand your ground states. So you don't have a duty to retreat in Minnesota. You have a duty to retreat if it's reasonably um safe to do so. If somebody point a gun at you, you don't have to turn around and and give them your back. That's not what the law is in Minnesota. In this case, the the only real issue is was the amount of force that he used reasonable? And I'm going to guess that it wasn't. I I don't think it's necessarily an attempted murder case. I I just that that seems to me maybe it's going a little bit too >> I don't think it's too far. And I think if they can if prosecution can get in his prior acts of racism, which he has a ton of them on video, then they can go for the um they can go for attempted murder because he literally shot at the guy multiple times. He even shot himself. He's that dumb. What's up, Miss Mary? Good to see you. Thank you, Lifeboy TV. You guys, if you're new here, please do me a favor. Hit the like button and then all notifications. I'm here Monday through Friday at 400 PM Pacific Standard Time, 700 p.m. Eastern, guys. All right. You don't think it's too far? What? But the builder.
[laughter] All right, let's continue. I think he just did anything he could to get social media famous.
>> So, he shot a guy by the name of Joshua Fox, who's a 31-year-old Army veteran.
He was shot in the shoulder and and the stomach. He's a disabled vet who suffers from PTSD. And Joshua has a long list of criminal offenses including domestic where he tried to burn a house down and tried attacking his wife with a screwdriver. Oh, you see that so much to be honest with you. So Chud or Dalton as he's otherwise known has been docked and has gotten death threats. Supposedly someone killed his dog his dog. I mean here here's the thing. It seems to me a while ago we we had a check on this stuff and now we don't. Now it's okay to be, you know, white nationalist. Now it's okay to say white pride. Now it's okay uh to use the n-word. Uh now it's okay for somebody to have a channel and have people support it, you know, where it's where it's all just a a race thing. And you know, and I liken it to a traffic accident. What happens in a traffic accident? We have the gawker slowdown, right? Because we, oh, let me see. Is there a dead body in there? You know, let me see what's going on. It's the same type of thing. The more outrageous like Howard Stern, you know, and Howard Stern's mild today compared to some of this other [ __ ] but Howard Stern was a um >> shock jock.
>> Yeah, he's trying to be the ultimate shock jock. And a guy, somebody said earlier that Chud the Builder social media platform is not sustainable. And I agree. I agree. I think he's going to think twice if and when he gets out cuz cuz Wyatt, you had asked me earlier about the time he's facing. If he gets if he literally gets attempted murder, right? Let's say they don't drop the charges cuz they see that his racial slurs were rage baiting him and others, he can get 15 years to life. Okay? Now, I'm not talking about Joshua. Joshua will probably get I don't know if punching someone's a misdemeanor, but people use prior bad acts in a case like that. All right. His channel is not sustainable. Absolutely not. I wonder how he's going to move from here because all of these race racist people that are supporting him also financially supported him over this case. So, they're all looking up to him on X like, "Oh, that's my guy. He'll go out there and tell them monkeys, chimps, whatever.
All right. So, I wonder where he's gonna go from there. I don't know. I know. I know. You missed some of the baddest stuff, >> you know, doing all this stuff about sex and whatever. And, you know, and it was just, you know, to to be outrageous and to be not like anybody else. He's trying to be original, right? Fair enough.
>> But we But the what what he didn't do is he didn't hurt people. You know, that's that's the difference. Yep.
>> And here you go up and call somebody the N word, you're hurting them, you know.
Oh, it's edgy. No, you're [ __ ] hurting people. Period. Hard stop. End of story. See you the [ __ ] later. And then you then you're shocked when you got some unstable dude who's got PTSD from the war and and he decides to take a poke at you and instead of you poking him back or trying to deescalate the situation, you shoot him. My guess is his claims of self-defense are not going to hold up. But so guys, I'm gonna show you this after we're done talking about the the criminal side real quick. I want you to see the 226,000 followers that he has on X. Okay. Um I went to his YouTube channel. I don't see much activity, but yeah, absolutely. Um YouTube will take that down. No problem with that. He has a big following on another platform, though. He has he has the Chud the Builder. He's smart enough, guys, to realize that YouTube doesn't support people in the way of that. Check this out real quick. I think I think confusion is coming when we say this social media guy. I'm not saying social media because he's on YouTube. Look at what he look at the platform he goes to.
He goes to pumpf fun. All right.
Pump.fun.
That is also like, have you guys been watching the kroma sector on YouTube?
Have you seen um have you seen YouTube taking people's channel down one by one?
Have you guys seen channels disappearing? I think Indie has. If Holly were still here, she would say so.
These trauma channels or true crime drama that are invoking people to do bad [ __ ] are coming down on YouTube. And you know where they're going? They're going to places like Kick and Pump.f fun and places that it's acceptable to do things like that. All right, so there's his following. It's not on YouTube, guys. I never heard of it either, but you've heard of Kick, right? Have you heard of Kick? The people that got kicked off of YouTube are now on Kick torturing other creators. Okay, this is him. This is his social media following, guys. This is his 231,000 followers on X. And he's over here pinning the comment. Forgive Gent go.
All right. Supporting me through the battle. You're the one that did this, buddy. Respect for you standing up on behalf of the fatigued and the noticers.
Give me pride seeing others my age put the truth above else. What's the truth?
This app gave me a voice when no one else would. I want to thank X for this.
I pray to continue to stand on an objective freedom no matter the race. We all have the same right to free speech regardless of what color my skin is. We was never brought a bill, simply told to leave, never shouted or yelled in the restaurant like they claim. Completely fabricated charges in retaliation for the way I exposed their establishment's unprofessionalism.
The Lord is my bodyguard. Okay, I just want you to understand this. I was going to play this one, too. Let me play this for you. Jud, get him out the way cuz he trying Supreme Leader. See how Trump went out went out there and and like clapped that [ __ ] from um Iran, that [ __ ] Supreme Leader. That might have to be Chud. Get him out the way cuz he trying to start some [ __ ] We ain't trying to do it.
>> Yeah. I don't want to see that. I don't want to see people die over a word.
>> Well, well, he problematic. We might like somebody somebody might have to just do it. I don't care. I don't care who do it. Black, white, who cares?
>> I care. I don't want to see people die for a stupid reason.
>> Advocating for violence is not the way.
If you want to prevent racist, >> HE'S THE VIOLENT ONE.
>> YOU DON'T REALIZE HE'S VIOLENT ONE.
>> ISN'T HE majority acting in He's acting in self-defense, right?
>> [ __ ] no. Do Do you see what he's saying?
He's daring people to do something.
>> Words Words aren't violent. Act words aren't violent.
>> Um your rhetoric could be insightful.
Using a word, using an individual word is not an act of violence.
>> If you're using an >> So, if you want to stop racism, then we can't let words trigger something that makes us violent.
>> All right, play this.
>> I watch him pepper spray. I watch him pepper spray a guy who like flipped his hat off or something like that.
>> That's not equivalent.
>> Doesn't count as self-defense. He wasn't arrested for that. for flipping your hat off. You're going to m >> That guy should have blew his bra.
>> If you want to be alive, if you want to protect yourself, if you don't want something violent, >> he has a death wish. You know, you got to let that man live out his live out his goal.
>> Well, I don't want to see people have a death wish because I want people to be okay. I want >> All right. You guys see what that I mean, this is a person that that supports him. That's why I put this on because >> see how Trump went out went out there and and like clapped that [ __ ] from um Iran, that [ __ ] supreme leader. That might have to be Chud. Get him out the way cuz he's trying to start some [ __ ] We ain't trying to do it.
>> Yeah. I don't want to see that. I don't want >> So he's trying to Chud is the one that put this up and he's trying to say it blows my mind that however blacks can actively call for people to blow my brains out and they give zero [ __ ] All right. This guy is like just out of his mind and he's got a bunch of followers.
And you guys got to admit the moment Trump stepped into office and we had a race war again, I'm not blaming Trump.
I'm just telling you in the time frame to make America great again is to go backwards to repress the gays, repress the blacks. And now we have a race war.
And it's back again with Trump being back in office because it openly these people are openly racist. I'm sorry. I'm not a political person. I don't really care about I I I care about it, but I'm not going to sit there and talk about politics or who I vote for, etc. But this is happening right now. And it happened again. The Black Lives Matter movement when Trump was first into office. Everything became racial. Now I'm in San Jose and I couldn't even go past Santa Cruz because the street got blocked with Black Lives Matter people just uh taking up the whole highway or freeway. Have you ever gone to Santa Cruz? There's only one way to get in and one way to get out. Okay, again, I'm not going to sit there because I know some of my fellow friends like Trump or what have you and I don't want to lose subscribers because you like Trump or you don't. I don't give a [ __ ] But making America great again sends a message that it's okay to grab your your you know the the girl that works for you in the office. We should be able to tap her on the butt again. Why not? Little girls, we should be able to make them dress like girls again. We don't want We want to make America great again. Women are only women. There's no she, they, them, they that. Whatever. That's the message that's happening right now. I know BLM was a mess. Trust me, I lived in it. I was here in San Jose and my son that has green eyes and is white wanted to go out and petition wanted to or go out and and and have his signs up and I said, "Honey, it is not safe for you, especially looking white like you do to go out there." I I I literally paid him to stay home. Quantum RT, I'm in San Jose, baby. Um I literally paid my and and you we could say that. I'm not going to argue, Indie, with you or anyone. I'm saying when we hear when I hear make America great again and I see what's happening in this country, that's what's happening. Again, I I'll I'll um agree to disagree with you. That's my perspective.
I know. I That's what happens. That's what happens. I don't I don't care.
That's my opinion. You guys can have your opinion. When we start saying make America great again and we start going backwards, we start taking gay marriage away, we start taking abortion rights away for ones that should be right.
Obviously, you don't have abortion if you're six, seven months pregnant. But yes, vote, vote, and vote. When we start saying make America great again and and people are like, "Oh, let's go backwards."
And all I could say is if you don't agree, don't agree. You don't have to agree with it. But that's my stance on this and you have a different way of looking probably. Frankly, Paul, I know exactly. Oh my god. My Canadian friends can't even come over here. But my experience is different than your experience, Colleen. Right. I mean, everybody because America isn't great.
That's what really pisses me off about, you know, I've what I see in the message, what I've lived here in the Bay Area, what I've lived through, that's what I experience. I can't imagine coffee and dog studio having the same experience. Too many choices. What do you got to say? You're saying, "Bruh, what what are you saying? I'm all for guns and and rights and freedom of speech and right to bear arms, but what what do you have to say? What's bruh mean?" I mean, say what you're going to say. I'm just it's my channel, my opinion. Commie for experience. Ex I'm in California. I'm born raised in California. Commie not so much.
California, yes, it is a different experience. And I'm not going to I'm not going to downplay that. I do stay quiet a lot and let people say their [ __ ] about their politics, but what my experience is is different than your experience. Even if you're a YouTuber, if you're a streamer, look at Little Red. Little Red, do you have people coming on your channel and saying hateful [ __ ] to you because of how you look? Does anyone go on your channel?
Anyone you anyone of you that have a channel on this platform, does anybody come into your channel and start calling you names and and saying homophobic or racial slurs? Like I said, it's all about what your what my experience is.
We don't have to we don't have to agree.
We can agree to disagree. And I'm not saying it's Trump's fault. I would never say a blanket statement like that. I'm sorry. It's not one person's fault. It's 226,000 people that are supporting a guy that wants to bring racial slurs into into life and be okay with it and then shoot somebody after you they want to defend themselves or after you've rage baited them so hard that they attack you.
>> So, when you get a case of self-defense, here's what has to happen. The judge has there has to be some evidence of self-defense. You can't provoke it. And so if the judge winds up giving the instruction of self-defense, then it becomes up to the prosecutor to prove that you did not act in self-defense.
>> What? Yes, that is the law. So when it comes time, so it's almost like um they have to disprove one of the elements of self-defense. So it's almost that it's presumed that you acted in self-defense and the state has to prove that you didn't beyond a reasonable doubt.
So, I am so glad that I don't know this guy. I am I can't tell you how glad I am that that I don't have any friends like this. I don't have anybody in my life like this. So, let's take a look a little bit of a look at at his con. And guys, I do h I do have friends that will say have say off-color jokes, etc. Of course, we're all allowed to have our own opinions on things. It's just being respectful and that I agree with Quantum. Like you can agree to disagree as much as you want, but don't take my right to my experience away from me by getting upset. You know what I mean? M from Key West, what's up, Mr. He's on vacation right now. We're all here slaving away. What's up, M? We going to see you in Vegas.
>> Oh, by the way, he shot him [ __ ] himself, too. I mean, he shot himself.
Oh, nice. Nice job. might be the [ __ ] >> Are you on some some shrooms or something? What are you?
>> I [ __ ] told you I'm on your mama's sweet, [ __ ] >> You're a [ __ ] bro. Literally, all you do is TALK ABOUT YOUR DICK.
>> I'M SORRY. I'M A [ __ ] >> Come back over here.
>> Okay, let's not >> Come back over here.
>> Let's not fight. Let's not fight. I am >> touch again. Touch me again.
>> I don't want to get pepper sprayed. I really don't.
>> Go pick up my hat.
>> You heard me.
>> Looking that ain't okay. That's assault right there. That is 100% assault. He's provoking this.
Touch me again.
>> Touch me again.
>> That's what I thought. Thank you.
>> Don't hit me with that [ __ ] >> I ain't going to pray you. That [ __ ] wants to put his hands on me again. Go home with Let's go get his ass. Let's go get his ass.
>> You see, I >> mean, who is this guy?
>> Hey, >> hey, thanks for picking up my hat.
>> Get the [ __ ] out.
>> Look at this. Get her. Get her.
Let's go get that dude.
>> So, you understand that we all should have the right to our uh view of things.
So, you've had people say [ __ ] to your face. You're white, female, Catholic.
You've been given [ __ ] for all those things. And you've been given [ __ ] to your face for supporting gays. But exactly, that's your experience. That's not my experience. I know MM Clark has a different experience. And I'm here for it. Mm. Clar always tells me why uh Trump is doing the she gives me all the good stuff, right? Mm. Clar, you always give me all the talking points on why you think Trump is good for America and you're a total Trump supporter.
Hopefully you're not mad about that.
Hopefully you're not mad about me saying that because it's it's well known. But I have to agree to disagree sometimes. And and still yet you and I freaking love each other, right? We're like family. So there you go. You can have your own opinions, but yeah, don't don't let rage bait get you.
>> Didn't Didn't we fight the Nazis in World War II? I mean, didn't we try to eradicate that [ __ ] >> All right, that's enough of that [ __ ] Let's So, his bond So, he was set his bond is set at 1.25 million. Let's take a look at the bond hearing.
>> So, Bale's going to We're going to have >> I'm going to set I'm going to set just a bond right now. We have our bail hearing. Then I'll let you make all the arguments. We can go through all the factors in the statute and see if that gets amended up or down. Okay.
>> Yes, sir.
>> I'm on set initial bond at 1.25 million.
>> 1.25 million.
>> Bam.
>> If the road you traveled led you to this, of what use was the road? Where's that from? No Country for All Men. Oh my, that guy is so creepy in that movie.
But I mean, you ain't smiling now. You ain't using the N word now. Say the N word right in front of that deputy right there. Why don't you Why don't you do that and see what happens >> based upon the fact of how many people were in the courtyard. We're here at the courthouse and the seriousness of all these felonies and his bond status.
>> Yeah, go say that.
>> Yes, sir.
>> So, the 26 at 9:00, I'm sorry, the 21st at 9:00 for a bond hearing.
You know, this is a controversial topic, Indie. And I get it. I even put I I I pinned the um I pinned the uh trigger warning because I know this is an emotional topic and I get it. He say whatever. I'm pissed and I don't even know why. Still love you. And I love you guys, too. You guys can get past a lot of things that people can't. Hate speech is not okay. If you don't like someone, you don't have to go up to them and tell them. And that's what he's doing here.
I'd like to really see him say that to that guard. And I cannot wait until he gets into prison and they see that he's a fairy little [ __ ] that tried to make his channel off of one thing. Couldn't do it. So, he became the racist guy that got all the attention. All right? Even KKK members won't f with this guy. All right? You cannot stand for one thing and then before you were doing that, they're not they're going to see right through it. You will be their [ __ ] They won't even associate with you for the [ __ ] he does. All right. You're an orange person. I don't like illegal aliens. Yeah, we're all of course, right? None of that. I'm not into any of that either. Aliens can go home. I don't want the taking our jobs in the country, but there's a lot of things in between that, right? Transgender mutilation. I I have kids. You don't let your kids get mutilated by trans jet. What? That's different. See, there's a whole different like there's a whole bunch of context in between that. But if that's your right, that's your right to say that. And you're not trying to provoke anyone. That's just your feeling.
The channel that we're watching is Bruce Rivers.
All right, let's continue.
Shouldn't be such a thing as a hate speech. This is a free country. Yeah, but you didn't see that though, M. Did you miss that? He missed that. He called them niggs.
And then um the guy told him he he called them all kinds of black um names.
This guy Joshua and he told him, "I have PSD from the military. Back away from me. I'm going to punch you." So he punched him and the guy shot him. Guess who's sitting in jail on a 1.25 million bond? Not Joshua. That's for sure. All right. Well, my my children aren't. And that's I don't know what about kids being mutilated. What I mine aren't. So I'm going to go with that. And yeah, I know I absolutely synth. I respect you on that. It's not hate speech legally.
No, it's not. But when you provoke someone and then they hit you and you shoot them, well, guess who's sitting there with with a $1.25 $25 million bond lost his job and probably gonna lose a lot more when he comes out of this. He is >> the 26 at 9 for preliminary hearing right here. Does that work for everybody? Scout general, does that work for the state?
>> Yes.
>> All right. Just for the court's information.
>> Yeah, that's state request and file a source hearing.
>> Yeah. Right.
>> When and if there's an attempt to make >> Okay. Is there high school, >> they want to source hearing. So, what that means is we want to source the funds to see where you're going to get the money. Uh because if it's >> Mom, I was born and raised in California. We were all born and raised in California. But I got to say, no shoot vaccine. I've never seen a Democrat put a litter box in a bathroom.
So, whatever you're talking about, whatever areas you're talking, I'm not in that area. Both of my children went to the exact same school, raised all the way through. I've never seen such a thing. So, I don't know what they mean by these Democrats put litter boxes. I think people are sick. If someone's putting a litter box in a school bathroom and then using it, that's a whole different subject than what we're [laughter] not a big fan. Fine, dude. Now you are.
Right. All right, let's continue. That's crazy.
>> From illegal activity. No, no, no, no, no. Shame, shame, shame, shame, shame, shame on you.
>> Any objection of us taking all those matters up at the bond hearing on the 21st?
>> Mr. Finley, do you have any objection to doing?
>> Thank you.
>> That's the most efficient way I think.
>> Judge, we'll try and have everything lined up.
>> Okay. [laughter] >> All right. Anything else?
>> I've never seen it.
>> I don't.
>> All right. From the state.
>> Okay. That that'll conclude.
>> Tread the builder never hurt never sounded so good, did he?
H, you know, and it's just so [ __ ] cool to just be, you know, that outrageous person. So then, so then on May 7th, he post Okay, so you're saying he's playing Sasha Baron Cohen's straight Dave a-holes for [snorts] he is pretending and cosplay. Yeah, but this is this was him cosplaying before he adopted this persona. So people started to dig up who Chud the Builder is, aka Dalton, and they found him on social media trying to gain a following in that way. Okay, it wasn't him doing that on this platform. It was him trying to get a platform. So that's two different things of him doing that and doing that.
He basically was just trying to get into break into social media and get a following. All right, so it doesn't matter. I don't I'm glad you called out what he was doing or playing, but I assure you he didn't want us to know about this with his Chud the Builder channel, right? He wasn't playing that >> on Acts, I will defend my life with lethal force. Do not approach me with the intent to threaten bodily harm. And then he also says a series finale is dead chimp on the pavement and you monkeys rioting when I walk free. Stay tuned. Why? Why?
Why would you do that?
Why Why would you go there? Let me just tell you something. I have uh many black friends and many black clients and many people from all kinds of different ethnicities. I mean, when you're in the legal profession, you get everything right. you know, Joe Blow down the street, whether he's white or black, he's American, you know, and and that's what I say to these people who when we're dividing each other with our politics and with our race, I mean, give me a break. Put your armor around you, brother. And, you know, if you're an American, you're an American. I don't care if you support Trump. I mean, I wish you didn't, but who [ __ ] cares?
You know, everybody's entitled to their opinions.
>> And you have the right to have >> I didn't even watch this video earlier.
I watched everything else and then I was like, "How can I get a perspective on the law?" And Bruce Rivers is like legit. He's he's he's a criminal defense lawyer, but he's like, "Hey, stop snitching. Give me a call. I'll defend you." All right. And Right. I don't care who you Wait, what is Nisba? I'm confused. What are we confused about? I think people hopped in partially in here. Yeah, I don't get the litter box thing, too. That's not even correct. He doesn't have a YouTube channel. He has a channel on X and then he has a channel on some other weird platform that doesn't have boundaries. Yeah. So, I think you miss some of the context. He's inciting violence and then when someone gets mad, he um when he get when they get mad and they fight back with not words but fists, then he pulls out his gun. I want you to understand the context.
>> Free speech. You can say what you want pretty much anywhere. I mean, you can't really yell, you know, um, I just [ __ ] your mother in a crowd of theater. Um, or I mean, fire in a crowd of theater, but you can you can go off and say some nasty [ __ ] to people and you have the right to do that. Is it advisable that you do that deal?
>> No, it isn't. It's stupid. It's cruel and um, and you know what, and it's unamerican. America America was supposed to stand up for those who couldn't stand up for themselves.
>> You know, what did we do in World War II? We we we rescued, you know, well, we killed a lot of people, but we also rescued a lot of people. I don't know. I you know, this [ __ ] is just so dumb.
It's so unnecessary. Yep.
>> And chud, god, chud just sounds like such a dirty word. And let's be clear as to what the first amendment really is.
It's a check on the government.
>> And it's check on the government to prohibit time, place, and manner of speech.
>> Amen.
>> Not and and to prohibit the content, >> you know, from them regulating the content of speech. The First Amendment is designed to protect us from the government. It doesn't protect you uh from another citizen. So, I can't just go up to, you know, a black person and yell the n-word. Nor would I want to. Um if you're that kind of guy, then you get what you get and you don't have a fit.
You know, I mean, he's a big guy. He looks like he's a big guy. can kind of take care of himself. But he's he's there >> baiting people into a physical confrontation and then he sprays him with that with that maze. Wow, you're a big man. You're just a big man full of big ideas. You know, all you're trying to do is just be outrageous, you know, so that you can get views. And >> yep, now your bail's out 1.25 million.
So, like I said, you know, if the road that you traveled led you to this, of what use was the road? So, here here are his charges. Attempted criminal homicide, uh employing a firearm during a dangerous felony, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, and he's facing up to 54 years in prison. No, I don't think he's going to get that. But, um, and his only defense is self-defense. I I don't know what his chances of self-defense are.
You know, the only real argument is that, you know, he felt like he was in fear of great bodily harm or death and he felt like he had no choice. And you heard him in that in that clip where he says, um, you know, I tried to walk away from him. That's probably just all designed. I guarantee you he's read what it takes for the defense. He knows he knows what he's saying on that and and he's already plotting and it looks too cute by half. And guys, I I mean, if anybody excuses that, if anybody that follows his channel or or or agrees with this, then you're probably on the wrong channel anyway. But um M, if you're still here, let me show you some context. Okay, this is Chud the Builder's ex channel, and he's baiting, rage baiting black people, and he uses the n hard n word.
>> All my life, I see this [ __ ] ass [ __ ] right here. What should I do? What the [ __ ] should I do? Should I smack the [ __ ] out the back of his [ __ ] head or should I just chill cuz I got my kids.
I think I'mma chill. I'm with my family.
But that's that [ __ ] ass [ __ ] right there.
>> Thank you.
>> [ __ ] ass [ __ ] He got his hat took. He got his hat took. Little bro running out with his hat. [laughter] Little brother that ran out with his head.
>> [laughter] >> He trying to catch He trying to catch on me, [ __ ] >> All right, check this out. Thank you uh for putting Thank you for sending that to me. I'm going to put that one up real quick just because it demonstrates a little better of who he is and what he's doing. [snorts] So, thank you. Check this out. Chud the Builder admits to using having sex. What? Okay, let's listen. So, I'm only bringing this up because Chub the Builder's cameraman put our conversation on Broadway on YouTube.
Now, millions of people know what I look like fresh off work. Great. Um, but in the caption, it said that black woman who used to smoke mid and get raw dogged by Ched the Builder. Well, he's not lying. I already told y'all we used to smoke. He used to sell me weed. And we did raw dog a lot. Me, him, and my ex-wife. I am a professional peggger. It is no secret that I perform prostate massages, if you will, for men. I've been doing it for a very long time now.
Most of my clientele is white men. We sign NDA agreements. I talk about me pegging.
>> So, listen, he is a bottom [ __ ] Okay.
Hash powerbottom. She's literally saying that she used to peg. So, she's she's telling and you guys know what pegging is. If you don't know what pegging is, pegging is it means a woman. I don't know how. Maybe she straps it on for him and gives him prostate pleasure. He's a power bottom. Now, he's the one that brought her on video earlier and I showed you um he was acting like she was supporting him and she was saying, "Well, not really. I don't understand what happened to you. You used to be cool. Now you're using the n-word." So people see him on there or see her on there and they're going after her because she's black and she's supporting it. Yeah. Prostate massagers. Wild and she's a transgender. Okay. So she didn't strap it on. She just pulled out whatever size dick that she actually has and she pegged him. He's a power bottom.
All right. So there you go. I love it.
Thank you. Uh Flojo >> all the time. I never tell you names because discretion is key.
Confidentiality is why my client list is so long. But Chud mentioned it first. I think that he said it the way he said it because the white supremacists were probably like, "Ew, you used to hang out with a black girl. Shame on you." See, I had to make it sound good. But see, here's the thing. I'm an Edgraore, too.
Lily Venus, hi. Hail the great mother.
So, I am all about enlightenment, controversy, occultism, witchcraft, and of course, love. So, me talking about this, this is what my brand is about.
Let's expose it, bro. So, yes, pretty with a big dick. Um, I have Dalton since like 2015.
>> Oh my god. Did you guys see how big that was?
>> I wish I would have caught that at the very beginning. And if it's too much, right now, this is the time to laugh. We can shake it off and say this racist piece of garbage got pegged several times by this chick with a dick.
Whatever. I don't know if I don't know this person. I don't transgender. She still or he still has his parts. Look at that. She literally grabbed it up, swooped it up. So, you can see this is worth uh this is worth watching. And then we'll uh let you guys uh class will be dismissed. I know it's a hard topic, but [snorts] >> with a big dick. Um, I have Dalton since like 2015. Um, he was a little chubbier then. His cheeks used to clap in such like the cutest way. Uh, now Chud, he doesn't even have a little chubby butt no more, so I probably wouldn't him again. But I'm wondering, did you bring that up because you want to spin the block? Now, when I started he was a virgin and I'm having a hunch that he probably hasn't been since me and my ex-wife.
>> We can start small, buddy. I got you.
But you don't have toing >> Yes.
>> Cap. Like, if you're going to say that we say the whole truth.
>> Yes, ma'am.
>> Now, with that being said, why do I peg?
Because it's a hustle and it helps me get through college. I'm still in college, but now I don't have a choice.
I will forever be a top because I had a surgery three years ago. the doctor and chopped my coochie off. You don't believe me? The link is in the bio. I have been this way my whole life. My ex-girlfriends can vouch for me. I am a top. I [ __ ] men and I [ __ ] women with my dick. My dick is bisexual. The [ __ ] is gay. Um, >> I love this. Tell it how it is. I love it. I wish I would have started off this episode with this, but I still think it's funny on the on the way [laughter] out. He's gonna be fine in prison. I tried to tell you. I tried to tell you he's a bottom [ __ ] He's a power bottom. And she's verifying it. And guys, that happens in in America everywhere. It happens. I hate to tell you guys. I hate to break the news, but men, especially the most homophobic ones that are like, "Ew, those are the ones that are getting power bottomed and they hate themselves for it, so they're homophobic." I'm telling you, it exists.
I know it exists. Project. Projecting confession. You got that? That's That is a huge population. There's a ton of guys, sports players, football players, baseball players, basketball players that love getting pegged. All right, but they keep it on the download because they don't want people to think they're gay.
So, whatever. It's still a power bottom.
And that's just that on that. [laughter] I don't know what else y'all want me to say. So, I'm not going to give this any more attention. Today is Sunday. Happy Mother's Day. Okay, I'm not bringing this into next week. [ __ ] asking me where can you find Chud. He's on Broadway the same way I found him. You can go find him, too. Bye.
>> I love it, man. You guys go sub up to uh well, I he pulled it on this channel.
Joker Army. I'm going to subscribe to this. Uh wait, I'm already following it, I guess. I don't know who I don't know who this person is or did he share? But uh guys, this happens over and over again.
This is happening over and over again with his videos. And uh look, that explains his obsession. Chud really loves BBC.
One more big black [ __ ] B C [laughter] What the [ __ ] Yep.
All right, you guys. You guys remember the Olympics? Um, I don't know how many years ago it was, but guys, let's This guy's getting no more attention right now for me. Hashjustice for everybody that this guy has come in contact with and abused or done wrong to. Okay. And I hope that Joshua um doesn't get too I hope he doesn't get a real amount of time for this. He told him, he warned him. He said, "I have PTSD. Get away from me. Don't call any of these names.
Don't call me a chimp or monkey or the hard nword." And he didn't listen. All right. So now this guy's sitting behind bars and he's crying with a $1.25 million bond. I know. I love it. I I love it.
She busted the [ __ ] wide open. But that happens. That's real. You guys remember when the Olympics came? Uh the Olympics were I don't know remember the last time that where the Olympics were. Foxy, you might know they were having the Olympics and uh a a um journalist went undercover and opened a grinder account and attracted the um attracted the um Olympian or that didn't know that we didn't know he liked to get pegged.
Okay. So, this Olympian um went on to Grinder and hooked up with the journalist. Now, they never really hooked up, but Grinder, I believe, is a man for a man. All right, so this journalist exposed the Olympian as wanting to get pegged. That's not cool.
All right, but it happened. And I don't know if anybody remembers that. All right, does anyone remember that? Foxy, you remember that? Let me I just want to look it up real quick. Olympian Olympian exposed by journalists about Grinder. That is like really messed up. That's a messed up thing to do. That's a horrible story. Okay, so this was in 2016, guys. It was the Olympics grind 2016 Rio Olympic Grinder scandal where a journalist named Nico used Grinder inside the Olympic village and he outed multiple closeted Olympians, some from countries where being gay is illegal. No Olympian exposed themselves. The journalists exposed them and the backlash was enormous. Okay, that could have gotten them killed. That could have literally gotten them killed. That can get sports players killed on the field. All right.
Um, that's what I'm saying is doing something like that can literally mean life or death. All right. You did receive some education today. You never heard of that? Well, he got backlash.
This journalist Nico is very straight and very married and he he exposed them on Grinder and uh he did not disclose that he was a journalist creating a news um article, right? But instead some of the athletes from countries where LGP LGBT is criminalized put them at real risk. And it also could put them at real risk on the football field. If everybody thinks you're a F A and they want to attack you, then you're going to be more prone to getting beat up because, well, guess what? Homophobic people take out hate on other people that are also homophobic or right out gay. That being said, yes, prison will be fine for him.
You guys, this was a tough topic. Thank you guys for being here. 2 hours and 20 minutes. Like, share, subscribe, and if this is not the right channel for you, sorry to see you go. Have a good night.
See you guys tomorrow. Love you. Good night. Oh, so messed up. Athletes where it's illegal in their country to be gay.
It can literally mean a hanging death or a death or or being jailed. That is messed up. All right. No, we won't. Guys won't tap everything. Gez. All right, guys. Have a good night. Like, share, subscribe, and maybe you learned something new today. Yes, don't spread hate. Love you, too. Mmclar. Oh, by the way, I talked to uh Oh, Sharon. I talked to Sharon. She's doing okay. I'll let you know. All right. Good night, guys.
Love you.
