This video discusses a congressional hearing revealing alleged coordination between the Fulton County District Attorney's office (led by Fani Willis) and the Biden White House during the investigation of Donald Trump, including communications about bypassing speech and debate protections, waiving executive privilege, and providing financial support through grants, raising questions about prosecutorial independence and potential political influence in criminal investigations.

🚨"We have PROOF of Her CORRUPTION" - Fani Willis FREAKS OUT as SECRET Emails Come to LightHinzugefügt:
And we're back. And we're back, y'all.
Thank you for watching today. Go ahead and hit that like button, my peep boat.
You know that it helps us out a ton. And of course, it helps you because it helps us keep bringing you these stories every day. Now y'all, today on Capitol Hill, there was a hearing over the so-called Arctic Frost investigation, the Arctic Frost operation, allegedly, y'all. Allegedly run by Jack Smith against Donald Trump and many other Republicans. So, there was a hearing about that today, y'all. And they dropped all kinds of receipts today and documents for that matter, including against your girl Fonnie Willis, y'all, and her boy friend Nathan Wade. Now, after you hear all of this in this video, y'all, and we're going to make it short. We're going to make it quick and tight, but after you hear this, you have to wonder like, okay, they have all of this documentation. They have all of this evidence. What's next? Is it just more and more hearings or are they going to actually do something about it?
Because they seem to have I'm not going to say proof because proof is a strong word, but they definitely do have evidence, y'all. So, we're going to review some of the commentary by the lawmakers here on Capitol Hill today and also a an article that came out by Just the News that gives us more details, y'all. All of it has to do with how your girl Fonnie Willis apparently allegedly supposedly illegally colluded with the White House to try to bring down Trump. So y'all, without further ado, let's go ahead and get into it. Reached members of Congress. It reached people and groups whose real offense appears to have been associating with President Trump and the American right. And today, as part of this hearing, we're releasing new documents that make this even more clear. One set of documents shows Jack Smith's prosecutors discussing how to get around speech and debate protections as they considered how to obtain information involving Republican members of Congress. These are not abstract constitutional questions. The speech and debate clause exists to protect the independence of the judici of the legislative branch from executive intimidation. Yet here we have prosecutors looking at Republican members and asking in effect how close they can get.
In those messages, prosecutors discussed cloud data, phone records, notice, and whether they could quote get around get the cloud, not notify, and do the search without consulting the member end quote.
That should alarm every member of this body regardless of party and also the American people. Another set of documents shows communications between the Biden White House and Fonnie Willis's team in Georgia. Those records show Fulton County prosecutors reaching out to the White House council's office as they sought to interview former executive former executive office of the president officials and White House and the White House facilitating the executive privilege process. And in one remarkable email, a Biden White House official reacts to Fonnie Willis by saying, "Fonnie Willis is an icon. I can't help but st but to stand."
Let me say that again. The Biden White House was gushing over Fonnie Willis being an icon.
That is the language of political fandom. I wonder if the Biden officials found her embezzlement scheme iconic. I wonder if they stand F's removal and disqualification from the Georgia election case without any criminal conviction. So when we talk about coordination, we're not speaking in hypotheticals. We're talking about documents the committee is releasing today. We're talking about records.
We're talking about the machinery of government turned in one direction.
Here, just the news reports. Biden White House staffers praised Fulton County District Attorney Fonnie Willis as she pursued her racketeering case against Donald Trump, calling her an icon as they assisted her failed prosecution.
Emails obtained by Senate investigator show. The internal emails from 2023 obtained by Just the News provide more evidence that the Biden White House was actively supporting Willis as she tried to undercut Trump's comeback bid ahead of the 2024 election. Let's get it. For instance, for instance, Beth Mueller, an associate White House counsel, sent a sent a late August 2023 email flagging that the House Judiciary sent a letter to Fulton County District Attorney Fonnie Willis regarding the Trump indictment. Y'all, now in the documentation, they go into how the Biden administration did not exert executive privilege over Trump related materials. That means that Biden basically said, "Hey, for that stuff, y'all want to go after Trump, y'all can use that stuff." Because he could have exerted executive privilege and say, "No, we're not going to give you those documents." But he didn't do that. Here it says the Biden White House cleared the way for Willis's team to interview former Trump administration officials by waving claims of executive privilege, which traditionally protects communications within the executive branch. A move which made Willis's job much easier. You see how that works?
>> Devices, email accounts, iCloud accounts, the political organizations.
It became the foundation for Jack Smith's case. At the same time, Fonnie Willis's office in Georgia was pursuing its own prosecution. Her team coordinated with the Biden White House on executive privilege issues. Willis's lover and taxpayer funded outside counsel Nathan Wade build Fulton County for an interview with DC White H with quote interview with DC White House end quote on November 18th 2022 the same day Jack Smith was appointed special counsel. Then within weeks of Jack Smith's appointment in the White House contact with Wade, Matthew Kangelo, who was the number three top official in the Biden Justice Department, went to the Manhattan District Attorney's Office where Alvin Bragg brought a case against President Trump and it was revived.
>> And don't forget that the Biden Justice Department also awarded Fonnie Willis's office $2 million in a sole source grant. We can call that I guess you I don't know if you would compete for a grant, but they just gave it to her.
There was no competition for this grant.
And that was while she was investigating Donald Trump or during that time frame.
Y'all, >> Mr. Clark, I want to ask you, you've been you referenced the um um you being targeted not just by Arctic Frost, but uh in Fulton County uh m multiple proceedings in those in that proceeding in Fulton County specifically, uh you and your lawyers um sought documents, communications, including Nathan Wade's billing entries for his conference with White House counsel, uh interview with DC, the White House, but Judge McAfee placed certain materials reviewed in camera under seal. Why are those um could you explain to the committee why are those sealed communications so important?
>> Well, uh thank you for that question.
Look, we don't know what's in the communications until we see them. Uh you know, we obviously called for them. We think we have a right to to show them.
And we think part of the correspondence showed that uh the Justice Department did not give what's called TUI authorizations to uh Fonnie Willis so that she could put witnesses from the Justice Department in front of the grand jury. and we posed the obvious question of if she can't produce any witnesses from the Justice Department against me, then how could she possibly proceed with her case? We think the judge errored in not recognizing that that was a serious Brady issue. But uh and finally, y'all, don't forget that the Fulton County courts have also been involved in all of this. Even right now, Judicial Watch has a open records request before Judge McBurnernney. I don't think he's ruled on that yet. They're looking to get over 200 documents, confidential documents that should be produced under the open records request. They're looking to get their hands on those documents because they believe that some of those documents may help prove collusion.
Fonnie saying no that Judge McBurnney should not release those documents because they're relevant to the Trump Rico trial.
Judicial Watch is like, "Yo, Trump Rico trial is over. Give us those documents, y'all." So, even the judges in Fulton are playing a role. So, yeah, y'all.
This this whole We have three more years, y'all. Three more years. We'll see if anything's going to happen. You know, there's been a whole lot of huffing and a whole lot of puffing and a whole lot of kuruffling, but nothing's really happened as of right now. They the lawmakers saying they have documents. They're saying they they're speaking authoritatively that people did certain things, but nobody's gone down.
Nobody's even gone to trial at this point, y'all. So, let me know. What do you think? Do you think over the next three years you see Fonnie Willis in on trial for any of this stuff that the lawmakers are alleging? Now, I'm not alleging anything cuz I don't have the documents.
