In criminal court proceedings, judges consider multiple factors when determining sentences, including the defendant's employment status, family responsibilities, treatment compliance, and whether the defendant has maintained distance from victims; courts may offer alternatives like treatment programs, community service, and supervised release instead of incarceration, while also addressing practical concerns such as maintaining employment and family stability.

>> Um, this occurred uh back in on the 30th day of September, 2025.
Um, and I really think that uh a big part of what our position is going to be would be based upon if there's [clears throat] been any further problems between the parties. Um, this looks to me like something that happened uh all in one day or a short period of time.
So, I I would like to hear from her before we would give a recommendation.
If he's left her alone since then, it's going to definitely have a more of a uh positive.

This is your state of Ohio versus Courtney Nelson.
CRB 26 232 Does she not want to go?
>> Yes, we'll do it. 90 >> 90 is Alexis Nelson here?
>> So what we do is running days I got to make sure.
[snorts] >> Well, here's the thing. Things change [clears throat] and you won't get to the back [snorts] problems.
Okay. Well, you can talk to the judge about that.
>> So, your honor, I have Alexis Nelson here, who's the alleged victim in this, and Alexis is uh urging me that we should dismiss the charges today.
Apparently, they're no longer in contact with each other. But what we're willing to do is a 90-day continuence with a time waiver and a dismissal after the 90 days with the payment of court costs if there are no further problems.
>> All right, D, do you have anything you wish to say about that?
>> Really just would like to dismiss if >> you won't have to come back to the hearing. This is a a buffering time to make sure there's no further problems.
Um, I've moved completely out of the house and haven't been there since the day of the whole incident. Um, and still haven't done none of my stuff there.
Moved completely out. So, um, >> do you want any kind of protection order?
>> No. Okay.
>> All right. I'll set it out uh 90 days.
If there's no further problems and a court cost, it'll be dispensed at that point. It'll be after hurricane court.
[clears throat] So that's going to be August 28th and you won't even have to appear. So there's no reporting of any problems.
You pay the court cost. Basically, it's just your appearance. [laughter] State of Ohio versus Charles Baldwin, TRC 26319, ABC.
Are you hearing more and better?
Thank you. Match.
>> Well, um, good news is that we're going to dismiss the possession charge into the case of the OVI charge.
Um, It's actually a sick but uh >> may we approach your arm.
>> Yeah.
They confiscate cost but all came back the uh >> [sighs] >> Thanksgiving.
on him. It says >> Oh, yeah.
burn.
Here you go.
[groaning] He currently is Mr. Hill.
Okay.
>> May I put your arm?
>> Yes.
I'm not familiar with this at all. Never heard of this place.
N E L here.
>> I It's against the law to go to treatment at two places. I've been seeing this place for 4 years. I've been seeing this doctor for 4 years.
>> Well, sir, he's not recognized by I don't know what else to do. Um I I thought it's illegal to see two doctors.
I don't know.
>> No, it's not.
or to get medicine twice from two doctors.
>> You're not going to be getting medicine twice from two doctors.
>> Oh.
>> Are you willing to be assessed by one of the providers that's >> credited by this court?
>> I I I just ain't understanding the process. I really don't. Well, if you're in treatment, it has to be by an agency recognized by this court. Your doctor is not recognized by this court.
>> So, you got to find somebody in the back here that's recognized by this court.
>> Okay. I don't know what to do. I can't pay for it or anything.
>> You have a medical card?
>> Um, a West Virginia medical card. I had I just resigned and I'm waiting to get my card back.
>> I have to do OBP Valley Health Crow all those state West Virginia and we're dealing with it looks like the main problem here is marijuana. That's what showed up in his test. It was over the over the limit for marijuana and he's doing bupinorphin at the same time.
So I'm assuming that's what he's getting for his doctor bupinorphin, but he's over the limit on marijuana at the same time. He's taking buporphin and he's got a prior ODI conviction in 2025. According to the stat, >> the best thing for you to do is get assessed by somebody here and get through treatment here.
That's >> I don't know where the officer got that information, but there's no driving history attached.
>> He's going to be assessed with somebody authorized by the court judge.
>> Well, it's probably going to have to be uh ODP.
There's nobody here today from ODP.
We get him the information. Where do you live? You live in uh Virginia Avenue.
>> Yes. Hurricane.
>> In Hurricane. Yeah.
>> Oh, in Hurricane.
>> Yeah.
>> Oh, I was thinking it was Huntington.
>> No.
>> Well, I'll let you go to some place in uh this place that you say you're going to is in Huntington.
>> Yes. Uh, they used to be in Barber'sville and they moved to Huntington. Um, >> well, I don't recognize this Infinity PLC. I've never heard of them. I don't know this doctor. Uh, just from what I do know, and I deal with a lot. There's people out there that just hand out Suboxin.
You go pay them a fee, they'll give you Suboxin, buprenorphine, which appears that's what you're on. But the problem is when you got stopped, you're taking bupinor orphans and you were over the limit for THC. That's the active ingredient in marijuana.
So So I I don't know. Uh the state's willing to go to treatment. This case is drugging along too long. Something needs to happen. He's got to be set for Mr. Morford's retiring here. We got to set up for trial or do something on this case. This happened in February. Here we are. Really don't even have him set up in treatment.
>> You glad you?
>> Yeah, I'm I'm willing to do it. I just uh >> they might understand the legal process because they have a lot of locations.
Unfortunately, we it's an off day so we don't have anybody from OP here today.
What's the state's position on our >> Well, the state shares the court's uh question about the provider and the assurance that we would have that uh in in addition to receiving just the bupinorphine, he would also be getting counseling. So, we we would encourage that to be the result. Uh if not, we can set it for trial, but it seems as if maybe it's it's just a matter of deciding for this gentleman where he uh if he's willing to do that, have a different provider.
like we're seeing good OBP Hey.
Well, now we're going to get that to work. Um, just had plenty of opportunity. This is a This is the fifth pre-trial we've had on this case and we're just spinning our wheels, not going anywhere.
[clears throat] >> I'm just going to set up for trial.
Uh June the 18th for trial. Amen.
Yes.
>> State of Ohio versus Samantha Ferris. CR A 26130. CRB 26130.

>> May I have that report?
since it ain't no good.
>> Give me a lawyer.
>> Give me Samantha Ferris is Mr. Warper's case and free trial.
Thank you. Yes, sir.
I have a letter from the she was referred to the she appeared there but basically not >> she res this has a felony in it too. So state want to keep it here or take it to danger.
>> Which case is this, your honor?
>> Samantha Ferris. She has a shoplifting from Walmart and I'm going to guess a possession for sure.
>> Yes, she has an aggravated possession uh F5 and also the theft charge. Well, she plead guilty to and uh sentencing is still pending on that. We'd ask for a warrant from this court, your honor.
And she has a bond up.
So there makes her easier to get her back.
[clears throat] [snorts] So, I'll issue a warrant for her today.
Set a bond for hearing for June 22nd.
And I'm notifying Mr. S right now that she failed to appear.
[clears throat] state of Ohio recalls Britney Smith CRB 241 171.
Okay, screen.
Okay. So, this lets you since you screened well, you screened uh the last time you're here, your screen was good.
So, I won't require you to go back and finish. Give me a letter of completion.
Just finish up your final court cost.
>> Now, I'm done with that. Just do that and then I'm done. Yes. Okay. Awesome.
>> So, you got 180. I'm showing you $180 in fines and court cost.
>> Okay.
>> So, we'll set another review withdrawal for you. What actually are you sentencing now? But you got to you got to bond though.
So you come back periodically, monthly basically until you get this taken care of.
>> So if I paid all my um court cost, do I have to come back?
>> No, >> I don't. Okay.
>> So let's set it for June 29th for sentencing. Get it paid off and you don't have to be here.
>> All right. Awesome. Thank you. You're >> welcome.
Marine State Ohio versus Jennifer Bennett TRD 22 1611.
Jennifer Benner All right, here Jennifer Benn It's alleged that you had a hearing on August 23rd of 2022 on a >> driving without a license charge that you felt appear for and got the warrant because you did show up arrested on the warrant.
You understand that's the charge against you.
You have right to have an attorney on this. So it's not a jailable offense that you're charged with. The only reason you're in jail is because so that you failed to come back for your sentencing hearing.
>> You admit or die you failed to come for your sentencing.
Do you have an explanation why you didn't come back?
>> It's been so long. I know there was a saying was coming back over here.
>> It's a misdemeanor and on misdemeanor warrants they won't go out of state. So if you stayed out of state, you could have stayed in West Virginia forever. We would never come get you. on a misdemeanor. But as soon as you cross into Ohio, you're fair game. Even if you're in Cleveland on a misdemeanor warrant, they'll arrest you and send you down here. But not a mile away in Huntington. They won't arrest you on a misdemeanor.
>> How long you been in jail?
>> Since last Tuesday. over I think >> Saturday or [snorts] >> Saturday.
>> Okay. Well, here's what the officer said. And I think you'd already played with this. I'm just from my own stationary category one category 144 township blue GMC envoy. Drove past arena plates. Found them to be expired.
Returned to a different vehicle.
The driver didn't have a valid license.
She was given a warning [clears throat] for registration violation.
Okay.
Well, getting, you know, lesson learned. When you don't come to court, bad stuff happens.
It's not It doesn't go away.
>> It It may take a while before it hits, but you know, >> you need to be nervous about it. Oh, I missed that coordinate. What's going to happen to me? I better check it out and get it cleared out rather than ignore it cuz it's not going to go away. Or the other option is like, I know I got a warrant in Ohio. I better not go over there. I'm going to stay over here. It won't get picked up.
Which entails using this thing up here, >> your brain thinking about things.
Okay, I'll give you a $50 fine and court costs and I'll set it for review hearing on December the 14th at Well, let's make it on a Friday or a Wednesday.
So, I don't think up this doc with that. Let's set it for Okay. December the 16th.
He'll be in front of uh the probation officer, Mr. Major. Major.
>> So, you got plenty of time. Just get it paid for or here's your other option.
You're living in Huntington. I'm never going to pay that.
>> Stay over there.
>> Do you have family over here or friends?
>> Walmart's over here. Walmart.
>> There's a Walmart in Bersville.
>> [cough] >> I love >> everybody does. Here's the other thing I'll just tell you. Free legal advice.
If you're going to shoplift, don't shoplift at Walmart.
>> Don't do that >> cuz they will catch you.
>> I don't >> I won't say anything about the other stores, but Walmart will catch you.
>> So, don't do it.
>> I don't do that >> unless you want to go to treatment. And you want to go to treatment cuz I have that told to me. is like people go shop with cuz they know if they get caught there I'm going to make a better treatment if they're dirty. You can just walk in and say judge I need treatment.
I'll get you a treatment. You don't have to do the crime to get the treat.
>> Okay, good. A lot of people in our community are it's a epidemic proportion.
>> I I understand. Okay. So, you'll get out of jail today. Just take care of your fing cost. You don't remember what you got to do. You got a smartphone?
You can go on the court's website, put your name in, record search, you'll pull it up, or you can actually call and the courts will answer the phone and tell people what they don't remember they're supposed to do.
>> Okay? No excuses. In other words, we're not getting it done.
>> Absolutely.
>> Okay. You get out of jail once you get back down here and get released.
>> Okay. Good luck to you.
State of Ohio versus Amber Phillips.

Okay. And you're Amber Phillips.
Um, you had a review here on March the 10th of 2015. [clears throat] You were actually here according to my notes. I ordered you to do a drug screen that day and were able to do the drug screen. You left. So, a warrant got issued for you.
Now, we just got you back. So, it's been a little over a year. So, I want you to do a drug screen today.
What's it going to show? You know, >> and I know I can do this.
>> I want to go to rehab. I need to go to rehab. I know I can do this. I've been great for the last 7 months.
>> Well, do you have a medical card?
>> No, I don't have a medical card.
>> And you have a medical card to pass?
>> Yes, but >> I have a question. Oh, but it's not worth like they need to rehab they get like you think you need.
>> Okay.
>> I'm willing to see they want to take me back. I called you.
>> Okay. Well, they've got somebody here today. I'll let them talk to you and they also have connections with the detox center so they can if they think you need detox, we'll get you to detox.
>> Okay, I'll recall you toward the end.
We'll I'm going to have her come back and talk to you. We'll figure it out.
Get you detox.
>> No, you admitted you're doing there's not much worse than fentanyl and cocaine. So, I don't know what else I can figure out. So, and you agree you need to go to treatment. So, let's get you at a good place and center is a good place.
>> Thank you.
>> State of Ohio versus Daniel Daniel CRB 261 193.

>> How about the counseling center? You go there.
>> And they're back there talking to another person. They're probably going to have to go to detox, too. So, we may have to call bus >> and take everybody to detox.
>> But a new one and since I sat in jail, >> I don't recognize a new >> Oh, I didn't do that.
>> Okay. Go talk to the lady from counseling center.
>> Okay.
>> And we'll have her come back after you do that.
I do [clears throat] have >> Ohio.
>> Yes.
>> Okay.
>> State of Ohio versus Steven Malone. CRA 26306.
Okay, sir. Are you Steven Malone?
I've got u some proof of warrants issued from the it's not a state, it's a commonwealth commonwealth of Kentucky for a Steven Malone with a 823 date of birth from Nicholas. No.
[snorts] >> Well, that's pretty close though.
>> From uh Lewis County Circuit Court.
Lewis County Circuit Court. What's the county? Is that Vansburg?
>> Okay.
Well, you think it's not you then?
>> Cuz well, what's you have a right to hearing, you know, and that's one of the things the hearing is for. Call an extradition hearing. When another state wants you brought to their jurisdiction and you're you're in uh not in Kentucky, obviously you're in Ohio, you have a right to hearing and it's called an extradition hearing. And it's a hearing to make sure you're the person that they want and that they're entitled to have you brought to their jurisdiction. And you can have an attorney appointee to represent you and have you can hire your own attorney if you wish, but you have a right to that hearing. But it wouldn't be about, well, did you do the crime that they're alleging there? It's going to be, are you the person? Is there a good reason to send you to Kentucky on these charges? That's going to be the issue before this court. You can wave extradition if you want to. Uh, which just means I agree to go to Kentucky and face these charges. And there some sort of criminal abuse charge, two of them in Kentucky that they're asking to be held for with a 20 They actually give me a bond. A lot of times they don't ask for give me a particular bond. They want a $20,000 cash bond on these charges. So, how do you want to proceed? Do you want a lawyer appointed to represent you in this court? Do you want to wave extradition and go to Kentucky? How do you want to proceed? Wave extradition.
Okay. If you want to wave extradition, I've got a waiver of extradition form right here already. I put an X where you need to sign. Read it over and you agree with it.
Sign it. And that'll wave your extradition here. And then I'm going to we'll talk about next.
Did you have any questions about that form? Okay.
They want So I'll set your bond at 20,000 and I'll make a cash assurity. So that means in Kentucky I understand they don't use bail bonds. Here we do. So, um, if you want to use a bail bonus, it's probably going to cost you 10% and you lose that fee. But if you got $20,000 that you can post with the clerk, the whole 20,000 clerk, if you post it here with the clerk and show up in Nicholas County, once we get confirmation you've been there, the whole 20,000 comes back to you. But if you use the bail bonds and you you lose the fee, but you get out. you want to try to postpone or you just want me if you can't postpone I'll give them a time frame say you got to come get this guy within a certain time frame and >> can't post any time on okay we'll start with a week and see how that goes so we'll put you on my docket actually we a little less than a week because this is a Tuesday let's put him on the docket for next Monday which is the 1st I think >> yes >> June 1st >> [cough] >> So, [clears throat] Nicholas County or is it Lewis County? I keep getting that confused.
It's Lewis County. Lewis Circuit Court.
Uh should be wide [clears throat] to come get him. It's not that far away. I used to go through Vansburg all the time when I would take the double highway. I don't never go that way. Now, they got the horse back by pass. But one time I stopped there. you know where the marathon station is or the McDonald's.
And so I went in there in the morning on my way to the airport and somebody spoke to me and said, "Hi, Judge Capper." I sent somebody to that case in Vanceburg, Kentucky. So in the McDonald's, so you never know who's watching.
So uh let's let them know he's available to be picked up and hopefully by next Monday you're already gone.
Lanceburg, if you're still here, I'll see you either in person or on the teleconference and we'll figure out why didn't they come get you and what do we need to do about it. Okay. Do you have any questions, Mr. M?
That's all.
[clears throat] State of Ohio versus James Morris, CR 26139.
You hear James Morris?
>> Yes.
>> I'm Judge Cer. Mr. Morris.
>> My name is Don Cass. I'm the judge here and this is what's called an arraignment for you. So, we're going to go over the charges. You need to understand them.
You may not agree. You don't have to agree with them, but you need to understand what you're charged with. You have a right, let me go over your rights with you, which you've heard before from being in court watching crime shows. You have right to remain silent. You don't have to say anything. You do make statements though. Everything you saying today is on the record. It could be used against you. You have right to have an attorney and have one appointed. you can't afford one, [cough] can't have bail, and to make the state of Ohio prove this charge against you beyond the reasonable bound.
>> Do you understand those things?
>> Yes.
>> You're charged with possession of a fentanyl related compound.
>> States alleging that on November the 6th of 2025, so this has got a wage on it in Fet Township, you knowly obtain, disaster, or use a controlled substance having fentanyl. That's a felony of the fifth degree. Maximum penalty is a year in jail, $2,500 fine.
Do you understand the charge?
>> Yeah.
>> Do you have the money to hire a lawyer?
>> Not right now.
>> Okay. Do you have a job?
>> I just started one.
>> Doing what?
>> I running equipment.
>> What kind of equipment?
>> Heavy equipment. Escavator.
>> How much were you paid?
>> Huh?
How much were you getting paid? You get paid by the hour?
>> Yeah.
>> How much?
>> I get $9 $100 a day.
>> $100 a day. Who were you? Were you working for an individual or kind of >> working for an individual?
>> Okay.
>> Work a few days.
>> Oh, you only you just started. Do you have any money saved?
[snorts] >> All right. Mr. Stratton, I'll point you.
Yes, sir.
And [snorts] >> Masel, West Virginia. Is that where you're from?
>> Yes.
>> Where is that?
>> County.
>> What's the county seat?
>> West Virginia.
West Virginia.
>> What's the county seat of Clay County?
[snorts] You know, county courthouse.
Where is it in the Clay?
>> Clay County. Clay.
>> Clay is the name of Okay. They have trout streams there.
>> They have what?
>> Trout streams. Mr. Gil would know where it is.
>> Well, the Alp River flows through there.
That's a good small mouth and musky stream and farther upstream in there is good trout fish.
>> Okay.
>> What's the safe position on?
>> Well, we'd like to see Mr. Morris be assessed for some treatment. If he's willing to do that, we'd be okay with a new R bond.
>> I was will I was a treatment in Clay. I got picked up right where I put on side even doing good.
>> Was that by court order or how why were you going to treatment?
>> My own bond down there.
>> Okay. In Clay.
>> No.
>> Is that case still pending?
>> Uh yes.
>> Okay. Are you on probation or parole or >> bond?
>> On bond. Still on bond. Are you supposed to be in treatment now?
>> I was going through 3DS and I learned >> Okay.
>> So, did you get arrested down there?
How'd you get arrested on this charge?
>> Yeah.
The extra from West Virginia. I assume.
>> Yes, they brought me here Saturday.
>> Okay. How long did you were you in a regional jail for a while?
>> Yes.
>> Which one? Not western regional is central.
>> Central. I mean in western region. You sit there about 3 weeks before you ever had a hearing. Well, was it there in central?
>> I was at single. I've been there.
>> Okay. [clears throat] >> Well, I'm going to let you out on a signature bond. Here's the thing. This is a felony. Okay. So unlike you didn't hear what I said about you get a misdemeanor you can kind of hide out by going across state lines but there's no place in Iowa felony because a warrant's good anywhere you go I don't want to matter but it won't do any good unless you want to leave the country and go to Argentina [clears throat] you're go to some country that doesn't have an extradition treaty with the United States and Clay County West Virginia is not recognizable warrant are from Lawrence County. So, and if you're got pro trouble down there, I'm assuming you don't want anybody from here like a probation officer or prosecutor calling the folks down there and saying, "Hey, he's not doing what he's supposed to do up here." That probably will cause you some problems and you take up here.
>> Okay. So, you need to get into treatment, stay in treatment, and get me reports on your treatment when you come back. It's the way you're doing it. So we need a letter when you come back.
What is your [clears throat] >> 200 bonding back?
Thank you.
>> You want to do that June 12th day?
>> Yeah.
>> And if you Here's the other thing. If you will actually do your treatment and are making progress, I'll let you since how how far is it to >> you can appear by teleconference if you have you got a smartphone, don't you?
>> Huh?
>> You got a smartphone?
>> Yeah, I got >> Everybody's got a smartphone.
>> Yeah.
They can connect to the internet. You see your phone on the internet there.
You got people get a 12y old. They'll help you get connect.
>> Uh unless you got a really good report or whatever. Yeah. And it's got to be current. I can't be something every day.
>> Okay. June the 12th at 10:00 your next [clears throat] versus Dominic Snider 6307.
And sir, are you Dominic Snider?
>> Yes, honor.
>> Mr. Snider, it states alleging that on May 24th in FAT Township, you remotely transported a firearm in a motor vehicle in a manner that made it accessible to the operator or passenger without leaving the vehicle. So, the charge against improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle. was a felony of a fourth degree, carries a maximum penalty of 18 months in jail, $5,000 fine. Do you understand that charge?
>> Yes, sir.
>> Were you here when I explain I explain this to the rights defendants have?
>> Uh, yes, your honor.
>> You have any questions about your rights?
>> No, your honor.
>> You had to hire a lawyer?
>> Uh, no, your honor.
>> Are you working?
>> Yes, your honor.
>> What do you do?
>> I work at McDonald's right up the road.
>> You had a lot of McDonald's workers today.
>> Yeah. Yeah. So what what are you making per hour?
>> Uh 1150.
>> Okay. You're eligible for the morning council. Mr. Shrek. Yes.
>> State position on >> states.
Did you post? Okay.
>> There's not one in the file.
>> Did you post? He did, your honor.
>> Okay. You remember what the amount was?
>> Uh [snorts] 300. [clears throat] >> That's what it cost you. So it's 3,000 cash.
>> Yes.
>> I'll continue the bond.
[snorts] When do you want to come back?
>> Uh, ask. That's right. Um, at the convenient whenever uh is fine. Just >> 8 or 12.
>> Let's do the 8th.
>> Okay. June 8th.
>> He said a few on 12. Might as well set a few on the 8th.
>> June the eth. Let's >> step outside and talk for a second.
>> [cough] >> We're going to go back to the jails. The state of Ohio versus Vicky Price and Adrien Price.
Anything else?
>> That could have been captured.
Can't find this one. [clears throat] Okay, this is uh Miss Price. So, we need Mr. Stratton back in the courtroom and it's not going to be here. Um, your honor, I spoke with Ta with Judge Ballard's office this morning. She uh like you said nothing about it.
Um and she said about that. She said she's going to call me back.
>> Okay. Well, let's just put these off to the end of the docket and we'll see make a conference call at the end of the docket and try to get that ball on hospitalization.
Congratulations.
Okay, I noticed that we've got some people been standing by for teleconference and a lady who just said Zoom user. Are you ma'am, do you think you have a file today? I'm going to ask you a case today.
>> Yes.
Can you can you hear me? Do you think that you have a case on the docket for today?
>> I'm speaking to the lady on teleconference. It just says >> I hear you.
>> Okay.
Do you have a case today?
>> Yes.
>> What is your name, please?
>> Stephanie.
>> Stephanie.
>> Yes.
I had >> I know. Okay. I mean, you have your file. So, >> okay.
>> So, just >> All right.
>> Okay. The other person, Amy, Eddie, we're not to you yet, so please mute your microphone.
Okay. So for Stephanie Plumbley is case number 2258.
>> Okay. I muted it.
>> All right. So Miss Blum, I've got your file now.
This was a theft offense from 2022. You paid your fines off, but you still had uh some community service to do for my record.
And it looks like you got a warrant.
>> You reminded the judge, but I don't know if they ever did.
>> Yeah, just October of >> That won't be a good enough answer.
>> 24 October 11th 24th fail to appear.
>> I think it's going to be okay. Do >> you understand the charge?
>> Yes, sir. Do you admit or deny you fell in peer back then? It >> doesn't matter.
>> I'm showing you still have about >> a little over two days. We count 6 hours as a day. You've got 14 hours. So, a little over two days of community service left to do.
>> Okay. I'm currently in recovery point in Charleston, West Virginia.
>> Okay.
>> And we do community service all the time here. Can I get somebody to maybe do a few hours paperwork on it or something?
>> Not at the treatment facility. You can do it at some place in Charleston for a charitable organization.
>> We work for our people here at the center. Yeah. And like we fix our home homeless for three baskets and stuff like that. We do clean.
Okay. Give me something on letterhead from one of the organizations that you go and help and we'll accept that.
>> Okay.
>> Okay. So, you're at recovery point Charleston right now.
>> Yes.
>> How long you going to be there?
>> Um I've been here since October and I've got like six more months to go.
>> Okay.
>> Where are you going to are you staying in Charleston after you finish or where you going to go after that?
>> Yeah.
Okay. So, I'm looking to see where [clears throat] Okay. Back when this happened, you were living in East Land, West Virginia, West Virginia.
>> Okay. So, what I'm going to do, I'll just give you another review date.
>> This is when >> and we'll get get your hours in and once you're get your hours in, you'll be finished.
>> Okay. Oh, now the $100 fine. Do you still pay that to my program for you today?
>> I think you got >> 225.
Stephanie, that looks like the right one.
>> She paid that.
>> Okay, you're correct. $100 is what was is what?
That would have been your warrant fee for missing the area. Okay, get that.
You got $100 and 14 hours community service. Your next hearing is going to be June 29th >> and it'll be at 9:00.
>> Zoom.
>> You can do it on Zoom as long as you do something between now and then if you work on a website we can go on and make a date.
>> Yes.
information call.
>> You can just Google Lawrence County Court and it'll pop up.
>> All right. She'll also get you the paper service, sir.
>> All right. Very good. Thank you.
>> Thank you.
>> Okay. We're at [snorts] That's uh there's some people still being interviewed in the back. Is there any other cases we can do here in person?
>> Um the prices we need to call Judge >> B.
Um Davis.
>> Davis. Is there a Davis?
>> I don't like sports yet.
>> Charges are still being >> Yeah.
>> I can try to call Judge Ballard's office back.
>> Let's go. Uh we'll take a recess. go in chambers and I'll have council and then we'll try to get a hold of judge B on the price case.
It's time.
