You even showed a book in this Q&A that you have been reading. put that book down and read something about mental health issues or mental health so that the next time someone asks you this question you can give them a better answer of what you think about of mental health or don't answer at all simple as that what if you were on some radio station and someone asked you this question would this be your answer I think everyone has you know their own mind and they should be able to know right from wrong and they should you know control it They needs to control it. They needs to just control this mental health thing. What is it anyway? I don't know. I don't know what it is. What is mental health? I don't know. Um I don't I I don't know what what is it. What is it? You should be able to just control it. You know, control it. If you want to build a big house tomorrow, then you say, "Tomorrow I'm going to build a big house." And you build a big house because everything we do is in our mind.

Um I don't think it was the wrong answer either. But I don't think it was a fair assessment of what mental health is. So I implore you to go and do some research on mental health. So the next time someone asks you this question, you may be able to give a better answer. Okay? A lot of people get these brand deals to do mental health promotion on their platforms and one day someone may approach you to do a mental health promotion. And given the size of your platform, you'd really want to give more accurate and informed information on mental health topic. You do not want to look like a fool, you know, just spitting rubbish out of your mouth.
