In criminal cases, thorough forensic evidence analysis is essential for determining guilt beyond a reasonable doubt; when multiple independent forensic analyses (DNA, hair/fiber, surveillance) consistently exclude a suspect from evidence, this pattern of negative findings should be sufficient to establish reasonable doubt about their guilt.

THE REVEALING LIEDAHO EPIC PROOF OF INNONCENT BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT #idaho4Added:
If I wrote The Innocent Man as a novel, folks probably wouldn't believe it.
In small towns like like Moscow, >> prosecutors and the police were under enormous pressure to solve.
>> Ladies and gentlemen, thank you.
>> Listen to Pavarati.
Can I be your superhero?
>> Hello, welcome to the revealing. I am your host P Varati and I'm here to discuss the Idaho 4 case and you know I always like to do a video like this as it gets close to the end of the month and I'm really going to address this to everybody out there who has an opinion that Brian Cobberger is truly guilty of this crime and I ask you to watch this entire video because you obviously don't know what I know. I'm also addressing this to those out there that continually say, "I haven't been shown enough evidence to agree that Brian Coberger has been proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt." I hear that so often. So often.
And then in the same respect, I'm accused by many out there on the side that should be keeping an open mind that I am simply going through and saying things that I don't truly mean as it relates to Brian Cobberger's innocence because I clearly state over and over that I believe Brian Cobberger is innocent. Not. I believe that I haven't been shown enough information for me to uh know beyond a reasonable doubt that Brian Kberger is guilty. You see, when I hear that, what I'm really hearing from those folks is they truly believe Brian Cobberger is guilty. And they're just sitting back waiting on the evidence to go, "Well, I guess I've been shown enough evidence now because they don't know what I know. They haven't seen what I've seen. They haven't done the work that I've done." But by the end of this, I hope to change the wording in a lot of those people's mouths out there that say, "I haven't been shown enough evidence for me to truly believe that Brian Cobberger has been proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt." That should never come out of their mouth again if they watch this video. Because it's important, I believe, for those people to know what I know. And without doing the work that I've done, they could never possibly know this. Again, I implore you to watch this video until the end. if there's even a questionable doubt in your mind whether or not Brian Cobberger is guilty of this crime because let me tell you before the documents started to be released and all we had to go on was news reporting and basically trying to decipher what we could from the court record and from hearings. All we had was suspicions. All we had was theories. All we had was what we could put together without all the information. It wasn't until Brian Cobberger plead guilty and they started releasing the actual documents, the actual surveillance videos, the actual witness statements that we could actually take real evidence, look at it, and determine the truth of the matter.
But once that was available for us to do for those of us that did it, then everything else became very clear from that point forward. This also goes out to one of u my folks that comments a lot talking to you Tony.
One thing that Tony likes to say because Tony believes in frats and all that and I get that. I'm not dispelling anybody for believing that. But I do ask that when you make those statements about what you're posting, especially in the comments, Tony, because you consistently say that old Pav likes to believe those doctorred bogus forensic reports and those doctorred bogus uh police report, all the documents that are released. He said, "Why you believe that doctorred bogus stuff?" Well, I hope you keep an open mind and watch this video to the end. Then you'll see why I focus so hard on what's in that documentation.
Because if you truly believe that Brian Cobberger is not guilty for this crime, then to discount the documentation is like wiping your butt with a hula hoop. Sooner or later, you're going to get your hands dirty. This is Pob's dissertation on what has been released since Brian Cobberger plead guilty that I think proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that Brian Cobberger is innocent of this crime. Let me know your thoughts at the end.
Now, Lena asked me in our last live to put together all of the forensic reports that they had completed prior to the arrest of Brian Cobberger.
And it's taken me a while to put that together, but I finally got that done because most of the reports are where they took in evidence. Only certain reports did they actually do comparisons on evidence. Those reports are report four on November 20th, report six on November 23rd, report seven also on November 23rd, report five that was on November 28th that actually came after those reports. Uh report um the report on uh December 6 where they obtained the swab of Connor Chestnut, that was from the D2 investigations.
uh report 13 on the 17th and then finally report number 17th on the 28th.
This is all of the evidence that they actually had processed in the case where they could compare items prior to the arrest to Brian Cobberger.
And here's what I want people to understand.
First of all, the only piece of evidence in the case that they claimed the match to Brian Coberger and all of the questions around that evidence, I've shown you this that on November 20th, they processed the DNA on the knife sheath into a what they refer to as a usable sample. And I showed you all of the errors and corrections and resubmissions around that before they could come up with that sample. But they never transferred that sample into the STR mix program to eliminate suspects ever until they created the final match to Brian Cobberger on January 23rd when they finally transferred that information into STR Mix, which is a big red flag. The only time they did a comparison other than that that we have record of is when they compared Kobberger's father to that same sample using a offline POP stats program provided by Kotus to the ID to the Idaho state lab doing the parentage match. And here's why that is important.
Because as you go through all of these reports, you notice the same language over and over that differs from other language.
And there's no report to verify any of this information.
For example, in the report on December 28th, when they compare Coberger's father supposedly to the DNA on the knife sheath, it simply says male E is not the source of the DNA previously obtained from item 1.1.
There is zero report showing that this comparison was made. It just says he is not the source. We have no way to know that he's not the source because there's no actual data on that. Then you go to the POP Stats report where it continues to say, "No, this isn't a Pop Stats report. This this notes the Pop Stats report, but they actually exclude people from this match. They were determined to be from an unknown male, Ethan Chapen.
Um, item one, that's Jack Schoalter.
Item two is Cole Baronburgg. They just say they are not the source of the DNA on this item. There is no actual report showing that they're not the source. It just says they are not the source. All of this was being done by eyeballs in the lab. According to my opinion, then you'll see Joseé Cruz is not the source of the DNA profile from item 1.1. There is zero report showing that this match was compared. And then finally, all of these people are not the source of the male A DNA profile obtained from item 1.1. Again, no report from from STR mix showing this comparison was actually made to this evidence. Unlike every other piece of evidence tested, Q1.1 is always listed as not the source, but no compar comparison sheet is provided until you get to the January 23rd comparison to Brian Cobberger's buckle swab, which I feel like is a major red flag in this case. Then you couple that with what we actually know about this case and what was compared to evidence.
And this is where me and the people who say they haven't been shown enough evidence to convince them that Brian Cobberger is guilty are on opposite ends of the world because I have been shown enough evidence to prove that Brian Cobberger is not guilty. And by the end of this I think you will as well because when we look at this report and it's report number four on item 1.4 four, which is the DNA found on the back of the knife sheath. Brian Cobberger was compared to this evidence and was excluded as being a contributor to this mixture. Why is that important that Coberger was excluded from this mixture? Because when you look at item 1.4, it clearly has a male in the mixture and Brian Coberger is not that male. That's what is so compelling about him being excluded.
The person that is a male on the back of the knife sheath in blood is not Brian Cobberger.
So how could you say that evidence on the front of the sheath in skin cells you're matching to Cobberger but then you're contradicting that same evidence on the back of the knife sheath when you exclude him from the being the male in that mixture.
This is where things go sideways for me.
And it doesn't stop there.
the DNA profile obtained from item 6.1, which was fingernail clippings under one of the victims. Brian Coberger is excluded as being a contributor to this DNA mixture. It's important because there is male chromosomes in Q1.1 as you see right here. Now, could those male chromosomes be from the victim? They could, but we know for a fact that they're not from Brian Cobberger.
Then we go to the DNA under the nails of another victim. Adam 9.1, we know that the person who is under these fingernails is at least in part male because look at the high concentration of male chromosomes in the DNA mixture. So 9.1 has a male in it. Brian Cobberger was compared and is not that male. Then you go to 10.1, the other fingernails.
Again, Coberger is not the male in that mixture, but there absolutely is a male.
Look at the high concentration of Y chromosomes in the mixture. It's not just that Cobberger is excluded from this evidence. He's excluded from evidence that absolutely has a male mixed in with the evidence, and it's not Brian.
Then we go to 13.1, which is DNA under the nails of another victim. And they tried to say it was inconclusive whether Kobberger was a potential contributor.
They tried to say it was inconclusive for about 10 other people as well. It turns out because when you look under those fingernails, you clearly see there is a Y chromosome. So there is definitely a male in the mixture. Now, they had to get an outside independent evaluation of this evidence from Gustavs and Sun Forensic Science Services. And once they did, Brian Coberger was excluded as being a potential contributor to the sample obtained from the body swab collected from one of the victims under the fingernails. So, once again, there is a male under those fingernails, and it's not Brian.
I wish there was some other evidence I could show you that was Brian, but there isn't. Then we go to the item 23, DNA collected from this item. And this is where things make no ex no sense to me whatsoever because they compared Cobberger against this evidence. And of course, he was excluded.
It was two of the victims. But when you look at the evidence right here, Q23, which was blood on the on the uh outside of the staircase between the first and second floor, look, there's no evidence whatsoever that there is any male chromosomes in that mixture. So, they knew this wasn't a male, so why would they even compare him to that mixture? It doesn't matter because they did, and he's excluded.
Then we go to unknown male B blood on the handrail. Brian Cobberger. And this is where my hackles go up a little bit because it just says Brian Cobberger is not the source of the major male DNA profile from this item. Yet there is no report showing the exclusion. Again, it's a is not the source. So once again, the lab.
So once again, the lab is eyeballing exclusions for some reason, but when we look at the mixture, we know there's a high concentration of Y male DNA in that profile. Coer is not one of them. Yet, there were two other DNA mixtures in that sample. So trying to say this is one person's uh DNA that was left in blood from an earlier event would assume that the earlier event was also a a tragic unalivvening. Give me a break. Then you have Brian Cobberger's not the source of the DNA profile from 37.1 or 37.2. This was blood found in Jack D's apartment that could never be matched to anybody.
None of the victims, anything. Just random blood. very high concentration of male DNA in the blood. Brian Cobberger was not one of them.
Then we go to the partial DNA profile from 40.1 and the partial mixed profile from 40.4.
Coer was compared against it. He's not the source of DNA profile from this item. He's not the source. Brian Coberger is not the source of the major male from this item. Again, this had two different people's blood in the mixture.
So, is it a random innocent event? If it is, why does it have two different people's blood in it? But once again, it's not just that Coberger was excluded from being in this mixture. Both of these have concentrations of Y chromosomes, meaning there was males in these mixtures. And it's important to note Coberger was not the male in those mixtures.
Then we get to evidence like this, which again doesn't make a lot of sense because they compared so many people to it. But number 27, the blood on the stairwell between the first and second floor on the north side on the upper wall. Uh they call it item 72 at the lab.
Again, when we go to item 72, it doesn't have any Y chromosome. So why are they comparing a bunch of males to this sample? I don't know. But I do know Brian Coberger was excluded as a mixture.
Then we've got item 73, which again they compare it to the victims and a bunch of other people. Brian Coberger is excluded as a contributor to this mixture. This one's important. Number 26. This is blood on the half wall. Comes back to Major Kaylee minor Maddie. But when you look at Q73, you'll see there is concentration of Y chromosomes in this blood. There is a third male contributor and it's not Brian Coberger.
Now, if that's not enough, they continue to compare Coberg to every piece of evidence in the case. Not one match.
And we didn't know any of this until forensic reports came out. So, anybody that says they did not have an opinion about the evidence that's been shown to them before all this was released should now have a different opinion. in my humble opinion. But then we go to the FBI laboratory trying their best to compare everything in the case to Brian Coberger to find some piece of evidence.
The first report was generated on January 27th, 2023 from Quantico, Virginia. This is an unclassified FBI laboratory document and they're comparing trace hairs and fibers.
Microscopic examination of fibers is accomplished by using one or more analytical techniques including stereo microscopy, comparison microscopy, polarized light microscopy, fluoresence microscopy, and instrumentally using microctometry and for your transformed infrared spectroscopy. The microscopy characteristics and optical properties determined by these techniques are used for the examination and comparison of fibers also hairs.
When we go through the results of this exhaustive FBI examination, it tells you about all the items that were actually examined and they were examined for hairs microscopically consistent with the hairs in the head hair sample from Brian Christopher Cobberger. However, none were found after all of these comparisons. What did they compare? We'll go through it individually.
The laboratory evidence like item number three, debris from the right hand of Ethan Chapen. We know now this was hair in the hand of Ethan Chapen. It was compared against item 45 which was the hair of Brian Christopher Coberger and it was not a match. Debris from the left hand of Zanna. Debris from the body bag of Zanna. This includes hair and fibers compared to Brian Coberger. Not a match.
No match found. The necklace from Ethan Chapen was compared to Brian Cobberger.
Was not a match.
Then we continue to go through. They compared the earrings from Kaye. As we'll see through all of this up here. I broke it down for you. They compared the earrings from Kaye, fake eyelashes from Maddie, ring from Maddie, ring from Maddie, ring from Maddie, hair tie from Maddie, comforter from the King Road residence, debris from near the west bedroom door, debris from northwest bedroom on the second floor, debris from the half wall, debris is always hair, we found out most of the time, debris from the northwest bedroom, debris from the drying cabinets, from the autopsies, the left sock, right sock of Ethan. The left handbag, the shirt from Kaye, the left sock from Kaylee, left handbag from Kaye, Zanna's underwear, all of it was compared to item 45, the hair sample from Brian Christopher Coberger, and no match could be made.
Then they continued on with the shirt from Maddie, the left handbag from Maddie, the right handbag from Maddie, the right handbag from Ethan, the pants from Kaye, right handbag from Kaye, sweatshirt from Zana, shirt from Maddie, left handbag from Maddie, right handbag from Maddie, pants from Maddie, blanket from King Road, original packaging from item 20, comforter, filter in the dryer from the autopsy lab, catch paper from the dryer, security tags from the dryer, filter from the dryer, catch paper from the dryer, security tags from the dryer, catch paper from the drying cabinet.
That's all the things they pulled from the victims in the dryer at the lab.
Pulled the the evidence from the dryer and from the catch paper and from the from the um filter, compared it all to item 45, a hair sample from Coberger.
Could not match any of it to Brian Coberger. Excluded.
Then they went another route. They took items from Coberg's apartment at Northeast Valley Road. 26 through 30 and 61 were examined for hairs consistent with the hair head from the victims.
None were found. So they went the reverse. They went to Coberger's apartment, got debris from under his computer pad, got debris from under his computer pad, debris from his pillow, debris from the east wall in of the shower in his bathroom, debris from the broom head. Compared all of that against the victim's hairs. No comparison could be made. I mean, no no connection could be made. It was compared and it wasn't him. They continued. They took animal hairs consistent with dog hairs found on item 61, which was the vacuum cleaner from Coberger's apartment. They're microscopically dissimilar to hairs in the dog hair sample from Murphy. Dog hair sample from Murphy. 44. Accordingly, Murphy cannot be included as a possible source of these hairs. People have always wondered about the hairs they found in Coberg's apartment in his vacuum cleaner. They compared it to Murphy, no match.
Animal hair consistent with a cat hair found in item 26, which was debris under Coberger's computer pad in his apartment. So, Coberger had a little bit of cat hair on him. And it's of limited value for microscopic comparison purposes because there was no cat anywhere in the King Road house.
It didn't stop there. They did more.
They did another report February 28, 2023.
Again, microscopic examination of fibers is accomplished by using one or more analytical techniques. And I've already read this to you. What did they do? They continued trying to find something, an item submitted from Coberger's Elantra.
Item 65 through 75 right here. Headrest from the seat compartment. Debris from behind the fall down armrest. vacuum sweepings in the floor. Sweepings in his compartment. Vacuum sweepings in his floor. Uh in his seat compartment, seat compartment. Vacuum sweepings in the floor compartment. Seat compartment.
Floor compartment.
Then he then they took pants from his laundry basket in his room on Lamsden Drive in Pennsylvania.
Shirt from a laundry basket. Lams drive.
Shirt from a laundry basket. Land room drive. sweatshirt from a laundry basket, Lamsden Drive, jacket from a laundry basket. They took everything from his car, his apartment, his parents' house, and they compared it microscopically to the head hair samples of the victims.
None were found. They could not match anything after all of that effort.
Then they continued animal hairs consistent with dog hairs found in 67,71 74 and 76 through 80.
What are those? Vacuum sweepings from his Elantra. More vacuum sweepings from his Elantra. His Elantra. Then all the stuff at his parents house. They compared it all to a dog hair sample from Murphy. 44. Murphy cannot be included as a possible source of these hairs. How much looking, comparing of evidence did they do in this case? Not one piece of hair, fiber, anything and evidence in all of the case matches Brian Coberger.
Then the news media, all of the mainstream morons and their minions with their lies for three years. Like Coberger was seen putting his trash in his neighbor's trash can. Coberger was seen cleaning his car out with bleach. Coberger had SA PN on his phone. Cobberger had followed the victims online and liked on Mattiey's Instagram. This was talked about in every documentary, every newscast, every conversation over and over for three years. Then Gilbertson, Payne, and Thompson all come out and give interviews and explicitly are asked all of these questions and they debunk them all as false rumors of social media is what they say. They debunked all of these as false. These guys did. It's been lies the whole time. Then the most egregious in the case. They say that it's Brian Coberger's car at Nevada Street and Stadium Way at 244. They say it's Coberger's car at Damata Street and Stadium Way at 253.
They say it's Coberger's car on Floyd's cannabis shop video at 302.
We look at Coberger's car and there's no fog lamps. We look at all these videos and there's fog lamps at 244. There's fog lamps at 253 and there's absolutely fog lamps at Floyd Cannabis Shop at 302.
And we realize it's all been false.
Then the crutch of the matter, the vehicle that's shown here passing the sunset mart according to the timestamp of 32746 that they claim is the vehicle that doesn't have a front license plate. By their own admission from the FBI, that timestamp is behind 1 minute and 43 seconds. It's actually happening at 3:29.
So the vehicle that's passing the sunset mark that doesn't have the license plate that they claim is Coberers and the vehicle that they claim actually pulls into the neighborhood making all of the passes.
That vehicle that is claimed to be the one that pulls in the neighborhood and begins making all the passes at this time was passing Linda Lane on video.
not the same vehicle because of physics.
So when people ask me, do you believe that Cobberger is guilty? And I say no, I do it because I have been shown enough evidence for me to make my determination. And you should have as well if you did your homework. And it doesn't stop there because the final piece of this is the cell tower evidence of the night of the crime. Well, we know the state argued in hearings that Kobberger's vehicle was heading towards Moscow at 253.
The defense showed proof in the pre-trial hearing that that was a lie, that the vehicle was actually heading in the other direction at that time. And the response from the state was egregious.
Well, he could have turned around even more egregious was after the crime.
The map produced by law enforcement showing that Kobberger's phone pinged south of Blaine north of Jennese at 448 and they depict his route of travel back to his apartment when the tower could have easily put Cobberger where he says he was over near Wuawei Park at that exact same time. And what was their basis of evidence for this?
even more egregious and proven out in pre-trial motions to be a depiction of law enforcement's imagination.
>> So, you created that map. How?
>> Through PowerPoint, I believe conversation between he and I of pointing out areas of locations where the car was likely seen on surveillance footage. That's what I relied upon to create that map.
>> So, you created that map. How?
>> Through PowerPoint, I believe memory serves. You saved your work on that.
>> Yes, ma'am.
>> Let's go to the next map. That one would appear to be a trail or a path from south of Moscow back towards or back towards P. Is that right?
>> Yes, ma'am.
>> Where did you get that now?
>> Same thing. It was just created using open source satellite imagery and I think it was PowerPoint.
>> Did you create that? Yes, ma'am.
>> Where did you get the information to draw that trail?
>> So, that was used from the cell phone records referred to me by special agent balance on his interpretation of possible places where someone could have driven between the location that it starts there and then back to >> that sounds scientifically absurd.
So, when I go through every piece of evidence that's released in the case, and I see the words over and over, Brian Coberger is not the source, Brian Cobberger is excluded, when the FBI tears down every piece of evidence just to try to find anything, a hair, a fiber, anything.
Everything comes up, not able to connect this source, every piece of evidence that we look at in the case. They said it was his car. We prove it wasn't. They said his cell tower information showed this thing. We dive in. It turns out it showed the opposite. I for the life of me cannot even begin to fathom how people that can claim that they believe in truth and justice will sit there and continually say, "I have not been shown enough evidence for me to believe beyond a reasonable doubt that Brian Kber is guilty of this crime." Well, why don't you open the book, look at the evidence, then you can stop saying that. You can start saying, "I have been shown enough evidence for me to believe that Brian Coberger is not guilty of this crime."
And that should be the only statement that comes out of your mouth. Especially if you're going to accuse me of double talking because I have done the work. I have seen what I need to see to make my determination.
You should have as well by this point.
