In criminal investigations, the burden of proof rests on the investigative authority to demonstrate a suspect's involvement in a crime; mere association or contact with a victim does not constitute sufficient evidence for conviction, and courts require conclusive evidence before ordering continued detention of suspects.

Shocking COURT DECISION On DR JOB OBWAKA Main SUSPECT in MURDER PROBE!Added:
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome again to the analysis of Yule News TV. I hope you well for whatever you're watching this channel. Now, 2 days ago, I did share a story here concerning a woman by the name Beatrice Wangari. This This woman, ladies and gentlemen, >> [clears throat] >> was put in custody. She is a person of interest. I've gone through couple of her reactions ever since I posted that video. Many of you thought that maybe I was trying to cook something, but look here, I was only reacting to a story that was developing.
It is uh good if we go through the story concerning Job Obwakwa, the doctor, because this is not just any other person. This is someone who has assisted so many people medically. It was important that we go through the story because it was no way just going to assume the story. So, that's why I shifted my focus to this woman, Beatrice Wangari.
The residents where Dr. Obwakwa was last seen alive in company of a homeowner.
Now, she was already in court on Monday.
And uh in this court filing, based on what I'm going through, Beatrice Wangari is basically the woman connected to the final moments of Dr. Job Obwakwa. I shared that part with you, ladies and gentlemen. She was detained for 14 days. That is what the court directed that she be detained for 10 days uh as investigations continued into the death of uh Dr. Job Obwakwa. Now, actually, what you need to also understand is that Beatrice Wangari is the main suspect. I think she's the only suspect who was who was arrested. And because if you go back to that story concerning Dr. Job Obwakwa, uh I agree with many of you think that she was just a caregiver. Someone told us about a caregiver. Of course, she could be a caregiver, but there's something that people are also beginning to ask themselves, the time of this incident.
It was 7:00 p.m. That is what you need to understand.
Of course, I know someone of the caliber of Dr. Job Obwakwa would always have some aid.
One would easily say that she was a uh Dr. Obwakwa's personal aid. But you remember during the arrest of Dr. Job Obwakwa, there was someone by the name who had a name Obiyambo.
This person uh Dr. Job Obwakwa, the late, introduced that person as a handler.
You know, his handler. [clears throat] I mean, someone who, you know, manages his affairs, advise him on to do, help wise and everything. You see, even if you're a doctor, you need someone who reminds you. You're a doctor, yes, but you can always forget to do some things.
So, you need someone who keeps track of your, you know, affairs.
I want to take you back to the story of Raila Odinga. Raila Odinga had Okeyo Sala as his personal handler, personal medic. Okeyo Sala was was actually tasked with the responsibility of managing uh or managing Raila Odinga medically. That's why most of the time you'll see videos of the two of them, you know, in places in UK. There was a time we saw a video of them in a certain restaurant, you know. So, Okeyo Sala was tasked that responsibility of handling Raila Odinga.
Now, for this case of Dr. Job Obwakwa, Dr. Job Obwakwa did introduce someone, the one that I was telling you about, as his personal handler. I expect that that is the same person that was serving >> [clears throat] >> as who had the similar roles to what Okeyo Sala had in Raila Odinga. So, let us focus on the ruling by the the judge. The judge did direct [clears throat] the arresting authority to detain Beatrice Wangari for 10 days.
Remember, they had requested for 14 days, but they were given 10 days to do the investigation because, of course, what the judge will do if you don't come up with a conclusive, you know, report that can convince them that Beatrice Wangari simply played a critical role in uh the death of Dr. Job Obwakwa. If they don't do that, then most likely the judges are going to release her.
Or probably some bond. What the arresting team want is to continue detaining this lady because they believe there's something there.
Now, according to police records again, Dr. Job Obwakwa visited the suspect on May 1st, 2026 at [clears throat] Kitengela residence.
Now, there's something that you need to also understand is that Dr. Obwakwa drove himself in his motor vehicle, a black Mercedes-Benz with registration number KCM 222X.
So, the doctor went to visit the lady.
The lady stayed at Kitengela uh in area there. That's where she stayed. So, if the [clears throat] doctor went there, it was 7:00 p.m. based on the doctor's based on the DCI's report, it was at night. So, these events, there's no you can't really pin uh Beatrice for the death easily because you need to also provide some more evidence. Just the fact that Dr. Job Obwakwa visited her does not mean that she was responsible. But again, the detectives are doing everything possible to give us a report, but issue They have to do a lot. They have to be a very good connection between, you know, the doctor and Beatrice and Beatrice Wangari. That death must have There has to be a lot of connection there for the judges to just believe the story coming from the DCI.
Now, the doctor was a senior gynecologist. So, he had he had clients. Most of these uh doctors are fond of >> [snorts] >> home-based care.
I mean, I'm not trying to say that that was some kind of home-based care because the person was not a sickly person. But he Dr. Job Obwakwa deals with matters gynecologist.
You know, so, let's just hope that Kibera Law Courts magistrates will be either convinced by the DCI report or will be less convinced by the DCI DCI report. If the judge is not convinced by the DCI report, at the end of the day, something will have to be done. The lady will have to be uh The lady will have to be released because the investigative authority must convince.
They must convince the court that Beatrice is responsible or Beatrice played a role [clears throat] in this.
That must come from the DCI.
