[00:01:36]What happens when Surya refused to watch a goat being bled to death? He was stabbed to death himself by a person who called himself his friend. And my point is this ladies and gentlemen, we do not want to even take the names of the accused in this case because you see the main accused is Assad. Others named are Nawab, Farhan, Atif and one more. Total five accused.

Some people are so secular they don't want to talk about it. Where was the president of the Jamaati hind malana mandi so loud often speaking about the politics of intimidation? Where was he? [00:05:51]What started as a festival day interaction ended in a murder case that shocked Gazyabad. According to police and witness accounts, Surya had gone to meet people known to him in Kora Colony on Bakri when an argument broke out.

[00:06:10]Friends of the victim claimed the accused asked Surya if he had ever seen a goat sacrifice and told him, "Come, we will show you." before the situation escalated.

[00:06:24]Police say the argument turned violent and Surya was stabbed multiple times. He later succumbed to his injuries.

[00:06:34]Days later, the case took another dramatic turn. Main accused Assad who police say was absconding and carrying a reort was killed in a police encounter during an operation in Gazyabad. Police claim he opened fire while trying to escape.

[00:07:25]The family says the fight for justice is not over because other accused are still under investigation.

[00:07:47]The big concern is no Muslim voice has spoken against this egregious attack.

[00:08:19]And the bigger question remains, how did a teenager lose his life over a dispute that should never have turned deadly?

Halal a goat or this is assertion of you know sort of Muslim superiority by some people on a 17year-old boy and if you disagree you will be killed.

[00:10:32]I am quite shocked Harish at the abject and pitiable silence of so many Muslim leaders on cases like this. I'm sure you were also quiet. Can you explain your silence?

[00:10:43]>> No, of course I wouldn't be quiet for all these kind of heinous crimes which happens in any form in any religion for that matter. It has to be reprimanded.

[00:10:52]It has to be given a stringent punishment at any given cost. There is no second thought about it. But the same unanimous voices should be heard for any kind of discrimination, any kind of lynching according to any kind of religion in India for the several years after the BJP come to rule and I don't have any I don't have to mince my words in condemning this one and the accuse has to be napped and they have to brought behind bars at any given point of time immediately without even giving a second fair chance.
