[00:00:08]On April 10th, 2023, officers from the Marion County Sheriff's Office were called to the Quick King Food Store in Florida after reports of a verbal fight.

[00:00:17]Here's what happened when they met the woman involved.

[00:00:21]I usually don't come to this store, right? I already had a bad morning. Came to the store, walked in the store. I said, "Ma'am, I had a $20 bill and I had a a dollar scratch-off ticket that I wanted her to cash.

[00:00:32]So, I said, "Ma'am, can you put $10 on part three?" And she gave me the $1 bill and she gave me $10 back and for my change. Okay. Okay, cool. I go get a soda and I said, "Ma'am, can you ring me up for this soda and a hot sauce?"

[00:00:47]But, I wanted to do the soda separately, that way I didn't have to pay $2.49 out of the $10 bill. You get what I'm saying? But, I had the the dollar right there for the soda, so I just wanted to pay the one dollar the one dollar whatever for hot sauce I had $10.

[00:01:02]She said something under her breath and I thought I was tripping at first. And she got louder. She was like, "I don't know why y'all kinds always doing this."

[00:01:10]So, I'm like, "Ma'am, who are you talking to?" You get what I'm saying?

[00:01:13]Like, I'm trying to figure out am I am I tripping or not. She's like, No, I said, "Ma'am, what did you say?" She didn't say nothing. I said, "Ma'am, what did you say?" She was like, "I said I DON'T KNOW WHY Y'ALL KINDS DO THAT." SO, I SAID, "MA'AM, you being rude as [ __ ] You don't know me." I said, "All I said was do this and do this and that was that. I would have been out your way." I said, "What you got a problem with me for? You don't know me." Boom.

[00:01:37]I get the hot sausage. Now, mind you, the whole time I'm getting the hot sauce she's calling me a [ __ ] the whole time. I'm letting it I'm I'm letting it slide to the most I can. From the counter to the hot sausage till I got to the hot sauce she's calling me a [ __ ] the whole time. I got that same hot sausage that I I'm not going to lie.

[00:01:54]Once she called me a [ __ ] that triggered me. You feel me? You don't, you don't do that. You feel me? You you just don't do that. If you racially profile, you don't need to be at a [ __ ] store.

Okay, I got that same Versace and I threw it at her. I'm not going to lie, I did. I threw it at her. I'm walking out to the car. I'm walking out to the car to pump my gas. She got that same Versace I threw at her and threw at the top of my car as you can see right there.

[00:02:31]NOW YOU OUT THE DOOR. Mind you, the whole time she's doing this the manager just sitting up, not saying nothing at all. You get what I'm saying? Yeah.

[00:02:42]He's telling me to get out. I said, "No, sir, I'm not getting out." I said, "I'm not finna fight her." I said, "But the thing is, I'm not trespassing from here, so I don't have to get out your store."

[00:02:49]I said, "I didn't do anything wrong." I said, "She's the one you sat up here and heard her."

[00:02:56]You you let this girl go on. You even went to the point to let her come out the door behind me. Yeah. Then like what what what I would have been in fear for my life. What if I would HAVE HAD A GUN?

Okay, so she handed me a lot of tickets that she wanted to cash and she came back and came back up with a came back up with a soda and her sausage. And I said, "Well, we can't fix grill. That don't Well, this is how I wanted to do it." I was like, "No, where is your whatever?"

[00:05:22]>> She's like, "You [ __ ] people." I said, "Oh, coming from the mouth of babes." Right. You know? And then when she called me a cracker, I called her a [ __ ] [ __ ] Oh, okay. Okay. Don't call me out my name, I won't call you out yours. Right. Right. Right. And then she threw [ __ ] at me.

[00:08:22]The woman was later identified as Deja Jane. She had been in the store for just 8 minutes, but caused chaos the entire time. She was arrested for disorderly conduct and battery, trespassed from the store, and her bond was set at $1,500.
