Major RFEs Have Started for I-485 / Adjustment of Status Cases

[00:00:07]Um, so what I want to be clear about is what we know as of today, and I'm filming this on Wednesday.

[00:00:16]Uh, the the issue is that honestly everybody is subject to this. You know, I know I've gone online in the past and said that humanitarian applications might be exempt from this. As of right now, it seems like everybody is subject to this.

[00:00:30]If you adjust under 245, section 245 of the INA, you're going to be impacted by this. So, if you haven't received an RFE and your case is already filed for a 485, you should be expecting to get paperwork on your case soon. If you haven't received it, that doesn't mean it's not going to go through. It's just a little delayed, but it's going to come.
