[00:00:13]Using an AMS HT, insert a small length of PTFE Tube through the dedicated TPU outlet.

[00:00:26]The same can be done for the outlet of a filament dry box.

[00:00:31]Load your TPU and feed the filament through the PTFE tube.

[00:00:50]Use something like the dedicated spool stand shown here to elevate the TPU above the toolhead filament inlet.

[00:00:57]This reduces feeding resistance as much as possible.

[00:01:03]On the printer's screen, go to Control, Nozzle, and set the temperature to 250 degrees Celsius.

[00:01:19]Once the nozzle reaches temperature, feed the TPU filament into the filament inlet.

[00:01:34]Back on the printer screen, tap the downward extrude button a few times.

[00:01:44]And make sure the filament is being pulled by the extruder and eventually extrudes out of the nozzle.

[00:02:11]On the printer's screen, go to Control, Nozzle, and set the temperature to 250 degrees Celsius.

[00:02:26]Once the nozzle reaches temperature, tap the upward extrude button a few times.

[00:02:36]Gently pull the filament out of the filament inlet until it releases from the extruder gears.

[00:02:45]Feed the filament back through your AMS HT or dry box opening for proper storage.

[00:03:01]Cut off the deformed tip of the filament to make loading more reliable next time.
