D4vd required to take HIV test, felony complain RELEASED, Caleb new statement

[00:00:00]So, the conversation of David and Celeste, guys, the felony complaint, um, initial complaint where David was arrested has been released. And this is laying out what David could potentially face in jail if he was guilty. Hey guys, that's Rob. Hope you guys are all doing well today. Back at it again. Um, back from Greece. I was there for a couple of days and you know, haven't spoken on the David Celest situation for I would say a couple of days or so and I thought that we need to get into this. The last time we spoke about this was when David's brother, you know, of course, came to give a statement. Um, and I'm glad that he gave that statement. I thought it was very important that he did so. But before we get into this felony complaint, there are people online who are impersonating David's uh brother.

[00:00:43]He's come out to say, "These people that are impersonating me online. I don't have a YouTube account. My Instagram is this and my Tik Tok is this are my only accounts and I will be deactivating them after this post." This comes after Caleb spoke out about David and the ongoing criminal case. He said, "I don't want to make this a horrible situation about me.

[00:00:58]I want justice for Celeste and her family. I have not lived with my brother for years." So, I'm not really sure who is basically on YouTube accounts pretending to be David's brother, but anything people will do, guys, to try and build a following is by impersonation of somebody from Celeste or David's family to pretend it's them and put out these false statements to basically convolute everything. I think it's s such a shame that David's brother has to come out and say this, but I think that David's brother has a lot more credibility than David himself does. And it's safe to say that David and his brother Caleb are probably not going to have a relationship ever again, especially with everything that he's going through and that Caleb wants to be a musician and that, you know, he's not responsible for what his brother David has done. But I'm not sure why people online are impersonating him. It doesn't make any sense. I find it to be quite frustrating, but I can't imagine how Caleb feels. He must find it very frustrating. Now, tomorrow 12th of May, guys, is the status conference. I'm not really sure why it's been named the preliminary hearing. The preliminary hearing is meant to be happening on the 26th of May, but for some reason, it's named that, which could be just a simple bug error, but that is happening tomorrow to lay out more terms. And I think that during this day's conference, David's lawyers potentially will ask for another extension when it comes to what is going on um with the preliminary hearing and that perhaps 26th of May is not when they're going to be ready, that they actually want another day and that they probably will just, you know, ask for it to be in mid June. They're going to keep on delaying everything. This trial that was meant to start in July is probably going to start, guys, in um October, you know, September, November, around that range. which I wouldn't be surprised even if December is when this will start. The lawyers, David's lawyers are simply not ready for this. And I think that, you know, David's lawyers are going to bank on reasonable doubt.

[00:02:42]They're going to plant seeds of doubt into the juror's mind subject to this going to trial and that is how they're going to work with this case. I think that David's lawyers are well averse.

[00:02:51]They're very well trained, well qualified. They know what they're doing.

[00:02:54]And you know, she ain't worried about um David taking a plea deal. She's worried about getting paid. And that's what you know these criminal lawyers really want at the end of the day to be to be getting paid. And I don't think that David is going to be even offered a plea deal based on the evidence that the prosecution even have. So all of this is going to be revealed tomorrow at the status conference. So therefore, I'm keeping my eyes peeled and that is why I'm making this video about David and Celeste to also remind you guys that tomorrow is a big day in court and that we have to keep our tabs on this to find out what is going on. Now, if we look at the initial felony complaint where David was arrested, it's laying out the expected jail terms, but also that David is required to take a AIDS HIV test.

[00:03:34]Now, I do believe that, you know, everybody who in the state of California that is arrested, especially for cases of SA, are required to take a HIV AIDS test. So, I don't think it's anything specific that David himself was carrying and that therefore they are worried and that's why they need to do this test.

[00:03:50]No, I firmly believe that this is just a protocol. it's procedure and that you know that information is going to be private. It's nothing. It's none of our business to be honest with you. But perhaps that will be publicly revealed even if he did have HIV AIDS. We simply don't know. But it is revealing guys that if only convicted on the non-murder charges, it's only 4.5 years in prison.

[00:04:10]So, if David is not convicted of murder, which can also be likely because there's no actual video of him doing all of this stuff and you know, David's lawyers are going to plant reasonable doubt, which is what I definitely believe they're going to do. If only convicted on the non-murder charges, it's only max 4.5 years in prison. And if only SA of a minor, it's only 1.5 as a max, which to me is crazy that you've um been allegedly accused of SA minor. You've been officially convicted of that. And you're telling me that you can be out in basically 2 years and you can repeat that same incident all over again. This is what you're telling me is what is going on over there in the state of California. Because as far as I'm concerned, guys, that isn't, you know, the prison time over here in London when it comes to, you know, being charged for such a horrific crime that like I I'm I'm genuinely so like I don't understand.

[00:05:02]It's guys, it's a maximum um from what we say over here in the UK, um the guideline um is a 9-year prison sentence with a maximum sentence of 14 years in prison. That is what it goes over here over in London when it comes to being accused of stuff like this from basically what I'm seeing. So, why is it only a mere um 1.5 years max? Surely that can't be um what it is. I don't know. Uh perhaps I'm, you know, my research is wrong. Maybe you guys can correct me for those of you who may be in California, but I find this to be genuinely crazy. The sentence should be much higher considering the victim was even under 14 and the fact that they even met when they were 11. So, I'm really confused as to what the f is going on here that this sentence could be so low. And the reason why I'm worried about all of this stuff is because when we look at the PD trial, the fact that the man is potentially going to be coming out in the last quarter of 2027 next year, to me that is insane because I think that he is guilty of all the things that they were accusing him of. And I was there at the trial. It was horrific to see all the people coming to cry and how abusive and harmful did he is and he basically got away with all of it as far as I'm concerned um and only went down on the lesser charges. So if David is facing the lesser charges that man will be out and somebody as sinister and egotistical as him will come out of jail after convicted if this goes to trial and will jump back into the music and his crazy fans are definitely going to be there.

[00:06:19]Open up the Discord chats. expose all of these anonymous people who want to be talking about everything going on with David and when you know during his prime because he isn't the only one who knew about this whole minor situation. I also think that, you know, is her name Sakura? I don't know if that's her name.

[00:06:34]Run these people to the trial. Let them get questioned under oath. I think that Neo is very quiet right now because he's definitely working with prosecution.

[00:06:42]That man has not said a word. I don't believe he's posted anything. He's very quiet. Suddenly, he also refused to go to the grand jury. Then he had to be arrested. And since then, we've not heard one word from this guy. And I genuinely believe the prosecution have made a deal with him to basically come and testify against him. That is a big deal. the jurors will see that one of David's best friends is speaking up against him because he basically made a deal with prosecution that is screaming guilty as far as I'm concerned and that is why I think this is that David is basically outnumbered not basic not just on the own merit of his own actions and what he allegedly did and what the prosecution have but also because David's circle is probably going to be turning on him because they also could be facing some time in jail why because David isn't the only one who knew that she was a minor a lot of that circle did and so a lot of the circle knowing what David was doing dating as a minor can also put them in prison They don't want that reputation on their neck. They definitely don't. So, I can see this turning into an ugly trial. Obviously, why the prosecution keep pushing everything um the defense, sorry, keep pushing everything back because the lawyers aren't ready. They are scared as far as I'm concerned. They've got to run through terabytes of evidence and they probably will argue and admit that yes, our client was dating a minor. Boom.

[00:07:48]You're in prison for that. So, he definitely is going to go to prison, but they're going to contest the fact that he didn't murder her and try to put reasonable doubt into the juror's minds.

[00:07:55]I don't know how he's going to do that because nobody else is significantly in the picture. Unless the defense blame it on Celeste's family for being an incompetent family. They might do something like that. This trial is going to get very dirty, guys. In order for them to get David less charges and less prison time, they're going to be, you know, throwing the blame game out to so many people.
