Did you know some islands have clouds that never seem to move? From far away, it looks like a giant cloud is perfectly hovering over the island. But, the crazy part is the island is actually creating the cloud itself. As ocean wind hits the mountains, the air gets pushed upward, cools down, and instantly forms clouds.
So, the cloud isn't following the island. The island is making the cloud appear.
