A sharp reminder that legal self-defense requires "clean hands," not just a quick draw. You cannot engineer a confrontation and then hide behind the law when the violence you provoked turns against you.

CHUD THE BUILDER Charged with ATTEMPTED MURDER!!!!!!!!!Added:
Some breaking news to tell you about.
The social media influencer known as Chud the Builder is now facing an attempted murder charge after a shooting today outside the Montgomery County Courthouse. Deputies say Dalton Etherly, better known as social media as Chud the Builder, was involved in a fight leading to gunfire. Both men were hospitalized.
Deputies just arrested Etherly, charging him with attempted murder, aggravated assault, and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon.
>> I told y'all. I told y'all. I told y'all.
I told you.
This is why being a CPL instructor is so important, a concealed pistol license instructor, because I forewarned you. I forewarned all of my big shot army that this was going to happen. So, you know, it's your host with the most host finding Nemo aka you know I need more ammo, Mr. Take a Shot from Big Shot Ammunitions is in the building. And guess [music] who got charged with attempted murder?
Ch the butt plug. I kept telling y'all it's not you have we going to dive into all of it. But if you have not been on this channel before, I my name is Mr. Take a Shot from Big Shot Ammunitions. I have been a CPL instructor. What is a CPL? Uh concealed pistol license instructor for up to almost 10 years. I also run a pew pew company called Big Shot Ammunitions. And we've certified thousands of people from regular uh students to prosecuting attorneys, regular attorneys, former and active military, former and active police, all litany of different people, regular civilians, everybody, right? Because we want to make sure that you have the tools to be able to make it home safe at night, being your family's first responder, avoiding conflict at all cost unless you have no other choice. It was a situation that you couldn't [music] um escape from, and you know, things of that nature. But one of the main things that we usually teach people is that conflict avoidance is your most proven course of action. Beyond all of the training that we can teach you about firearms, teaching you the right way to shoot, um finger placement on the trigger, the right way to grip the firearm, the whole nine yards. We can teach you all that, but it means absolutely nothing if you don't know how to avoid conflict or if you instigate [music] the conflict like Chud did.
That's exactly why he's going to jail and then he's [music] going to prison and he's going to be somebody [ __ ] Let's get into it. We about to review um this video for my guy. Yeah, I'm Stacy.
Hey, y'all go and subscribe to Stacy if y'all haven't. I actually rock with Stacy pretty tough. Um I've been rocking with him on my other channel, my cool wrist channel, but also on this channel as well. Been rocking with Stacy for a couple years now. He gives some good commentary. So, I don't agree with everything, but he gives some good commentary. So, let's go ahead and go through it.
>> Oh, man. So, hey, bro. Hey, this is hilarious.
This is hilarious, man. come to inform you that Shut the Builder or Shutter Bob, which many people in my comment section are saying, calling this dude right here, he has been officially charged with attempted murder after shooting himself during an altercation that he incited by doing what we seen him do on social media, antagonizing a black man by calling him the n-word and saying that he's going to chimp out or whatever. Y'all know what he did. He did his whole spiel. We seen the situation leading up to this point and he felt like he was going to be able to walk free or he would be easily justified.
Nope. Nope. He's at least at least going to have to have his day in court and fight it from that point. And in that courtroom, you know, they're going to show all the footage of him antagonizing these people with hopes of shooting someone on camera or whatever. He was purposely seeking out this [ __ ] But I have the details for you. I also have the identity of the victim, the black man. And we also have his GoFundMe. I'm going to have the link in the bio. But hold on tight. Let's go and walk through the story.
>> Hey, what did I tell y'all?
What did I tell you? I know people going to be in the comments section, especially if you from the Big Shot Army and you've been following this whole little series with us. Boy, you gonna be like, "Hey man, you caught it all. You caught it all." Cuz I caught, man, I said the felony use of a firearm, attempted murder, the whole nine yards.
I started going down a whole list of different charges that he would end up getting. And dang near every charge that I said that he was going to get is what he got charged with. So yeah, Shud Builder has now been charged with attempted murder employing a firearm during a dangerous felony aggravated assault and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon and is currently being held in jail pending arraignment. You don't believe me? Let's get to the official news report.
>> Some breaking news to tell you about the social media influencer known as Chud the Builder is now facing an attempted murder charge after a shooting today outside the Montgomery County courthouse. Deputies say Dalton Etherly, better known social media as Chud the Builder, was involved in a fight leading to gunfire. Both men were hospitalized.
Deputies just arrested Etherly, charging him with attempted murder, aggravated assault, and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon. Tonight, he's being held in the Montgomery County Jail.
>> People love to say [ __ ] be click baiting and [ __ ] So, for another reference point, the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office also said the same damn thing on their Facebook page. You can pause and read if you need to, but the sheriff said, "It's unfortunate that incidents like this are happening in our community. this kind of violence won't be tolerated and the office will work to make sure those responsible are held accountable to the fullest extent of the law. He's the reason for the seasons. No matter how you want to cut it, he has been terrorized in Tennessee. My bad, Memphis. I don't mean to disrespect y'all like that. Let's just say Nashville. All right. Where he goes, drama comes, trouble comes, and we knew violence was going to come. We're going to get into more details, especially about who the victim is. But first thing first, listen, bro. I try to tell y'all this QR code right here, right now.
Okay. So, let's talk about the situation, man. Shout out to this dude right here in this page says, "According to a Facebook post by someone close to the family, Ch the Builder's victim has been identified as Joshua Love. Josh is married with two kids. According to the source, Love was shot in the shoulder and stomach and currently in surgery. A GoFundMe has been posted." So, this is a clearer image of him right there. This is a family member of his saying prayers for Joshua Love. He was the one shot by a chud and being that he calls me auntie. I appreciate everyone reaching out to me. As of now, his wife and children need prayers. One last update she gave me, she said that he was in surgery. Josh was shot in the stomach and shoulder and there are no further updates at this moment, but I will share the links to their GoFundMe account if anyone wants to donate to help his family in this time of need. If you aren't able to donate, just please say a prayer for my niece and nephew. They need them heavy right now. And she told this person, "I'm just a call away."
This is him once again. Someone said, "My dog Joshua Love whooped on Chad the Builder. Took a bullet in the line of duty, but hope you get well." This is his ladies page, I'm assuming. And here goes the GoFundMe. As of now, the goal is 10K. All right. So, I will have this link in the description.
>> You see, she's the organizer.
Clarksville, Tennessee.
>> Yep.
>> I will have this link in the description. Go ahead and tap.
>> Y'all make sure y'all tap in. That should be way higher than 10,000 or anything or even at 6,000. This mug needs to be at 50 50 or 100 cuz what did Chud get? I don't know if y'all seen it, but Chud was already at like I want to say he he was raising money through his GoFundMe and he had 100,000 for his goal and he was already at like 56. I know he had his up for a longer time period, but still you see that those races came out the woodwork for him. Make sure y'all come out the woodwork um you know to show good people what they do in the process of uh you know having to defend themselves legitimately like >> spend and go ahead and donate if you want to to go and show love to Joshua Love. All right, now let's keep this thing pushing. Now we can tap and see what some attorneys are saying that's on social media. Some reacting in real time to the new news and also ones that was talking about this [ __ ] before it happened. But first thing first to refresh y'all as far as this conversation that he had with police officers on the scene about what happened. Let's run that clip real quick.
>> He was sitting on the corner. I walked up to him because they they're pointing at me.
>> They're laughing. They're pointing at me and I said, "What's up, guys? How y'all doing?"
>> I said, "Y'all like the you like the new suit?" He said, "Walk away from me." I walked away from him. He came back up to me. He literally said, "I have PTSD. I feel like I'm in He said, "You start saying all that chimp out to me, I'm going to hit you." He hit me. Started wailing on me. Even after I had to defend myself by shooting him, he's still wailing on me.
>> Hold on. So, you was getting your ass beat even after >> Where's your weapon at?
>> You shot?
>> That's crazy.
>> It's like you know you ain't You ain't worth Yeah, he's >> talking You guys do your thing.
>> He has a grace. I call it a grace to the left arm. He has slight abrasion right here on his head. Maybe some scrapes.
Slight light headedness.
Dude, this is what happens when people are putting say rich people are saying you'll get rich if you hit this guy.
>> See what I'm saying? Saying if you if y'all this guy will make you rich.
>> You got a pair of shears on >> I don't cut his sleeve off.
>> All right, I'll get one.
>> See how the police are telling a pair in their bag.
I'm I'm going I'm going to cut the rest of your coat camera off.
>> Yes, sir. Yes, sir.
>> W camera.
>> Hey, >> I can walk, sir.
>> Sorry, sir.
>> So, he's got a he's got a graze right there. Looks like goes in, goes out right there.
>> It's It's cutting the circulation off.
>> Mr. Got a gun. Don't know anything about firearms.
>> I don't know what he was.
We didn't. Okay.
>> You know what time you placed it?
>> Um, not the exact time. It's been 15 minutes.
>> We probably loose here.
>> Yeah.
>> We get a pressure dressing on it. Yeah.
>> We'll take it off of you. All right.
>> Yes, sir.
>> Yeah.
>> It went through and penetrating out. That's great. Great.
[clears throat] >> 10 minutes.
>> What's your name, sir?
>> All right. So, man, I don't know if you guys are familiar with Jon. He's a huge creator on YouTube, but now he focuses on catching predators and [ __ ] like that. But he does content with this guy right here, who is an attorney. Just to verify the information for you right here, this is Elaine CJ. I'm sorry if I'm pronouncing it the wrong way, but he is a criminal defense attorney from Houston, Texas. So he often discusses different things with Jidion on stream and he talked about trying to build a situation >> cuz he he said here that they were like away. They were laughing at me and he said he walked up to them >> and he just pulled his gun out.
>> So he he said he walked up to them and then they said, "Get away from me. You be saying all that chimp out stuff. If you say that stuff, I have PTSD. I'm going to start whailing on you." Then he says he walked away and he says that the guy sucker punched him and that's when he shot him.
and he's trying to claim self-defense.
>> He's trying to claim self-defense.
>> Okay.
It's hard. It's hard for him to claim self-defense. I have cases like that.
It's hard to claim self-defense. Um because the other guy didn't show a weapon. He didn't recognize a weapon. Um and it's going to be hard to try to prove it to a jury that, you know, I felt like my life was in danger.
>> What did I tell y'all yesterday? I just said this in the last video. I just said this in the last video. I told y'all what is it? And I'm going use the ter terminology that I stated, the disparity of force. The disparity of force of what he was able to do compared to what Chud is able to provide. Chud has a gun. The dude had his hands. He had his fist.
Chud can't fight.
So when Chud start getting knees put on him, when he start getting knees put on him, when he start getting knees put on him, he can't do anything else but pull the firearm. But he's so scared of dealing with the firearm, he accidentally shoots himself.
Do you realize how ignorant you have to be to be able to accidentally shoot yourself? Now, [laughter] I got my range bag right here. So, I'mma pull out one of my And this is one of the ear muffs that we got. You know, for like I said, y'all want to support y'all can go to bigshotammunition.com.
You can actually grab one there. But, let me see if I can find my training gun.
This is a training gun. All right. So you see that this is a fictitious magazine. You don't have anything that's actually there's nothing that you can actually shoot like everything is plastic, right? But if and this is me tell like finger on the trigger. I mean finger off off the trigger on the slide or on the frame but more so on the frame. You this is how you would usually keep it. Um but I don't know why I said finger on the trigger finger off the trigger and outside the trigger guard until you have made a decision um to shoot in which you still you cuz you don't want to have any negligent discharges. Nevertheless, and actually that kind of gives more credence into what I'm about to talk about. So once he actually went into u shooting the guy potentially, right? Once he started to shoot him, Chud probably started panicking, right? And then once he starts to panic or even if let's say if he was pulling it out, let's say if he was pulling it out this way, let's say if he had it this way and he was pulling it out, he pulls it out, he doesn't realize how to do a holster draw properly. If he doesn't realize how to do a holster draw properly, more than likely he had his finger on the trigger. And then as soon as he was trying to turn the gun to shoot at the guy, he already had the gun on the trigger and bam, shot himself in in his arm. Cuz as you heard the lady say, it went straight through in and out. So then once he continues to turn back to the person, bam, that's when he shoots him a couple of times or whatever. That's one way of how that could have went because when you do have your finger on the trigger, especially when you haven't made that decision to shoot, that negligent discharge is more likely to happen because you are scared.
What happens when you're scared? And if you've been in a fight or if you've ever gotten chased by a dog, you will understand exactly what I'm about to tell you. You lose. You lose feeling in your hand and feet during a time when you are scared or you have an adrenaline rush. Why? Because your body has this situation where it removes the blood from your hands and feet. So that way you can run faster than you ever run or fight harder than you've ever fought.
That's why when you have you've ever been chased by a dog, you ever noticed that that was probably the fastest that you've ever run in your life? You probably ain't never ran that fast before, but you could not tell because your adrenaline was constricting your blood flow from your legs, like the bottom part of your legs with the feet and your hands. Because let's say if you get into a fight, if you ever notice, if you got into a fight, you couldn't feel anything from your hands. When you punching a person, all that stuff like that, once you sitting up there punching dog, you can't feel it from your hands.
But wait until that next day. That next day, your hands hurt so bad, dog. You be sitting up there. But it's the adrenaline. your adrenaline uh blocks your pain receptors during that point in time. Right? So that's I just wanted to give you a little insight on how things operate mentally and why things like that can happen and how a negligent discharge can happen from doing a host draw. Let's say if you're doing a host draw like this or if you pulling it out and then you like I'm just surprised on how he shot himself in the arm on the other side. Like how how did you do that? Unless you were doing like a host draw from the shoulders and you shot yourself like that. That's the only way I can plausibly that you just didn't you just >> you know what I mean? So the only way I can think that he can get out of that is if he can show the jury that at that specific time at that specific point he felt that his life was uh in danger from a deadly weapon from the other guy. And if he felt that then he can try to you know try to tell the jury that I I tried to build it felt like my life was in danger because so I had to pull my gun out and defend myself.
>> Be a hard battle to win it. Now, Jittian also asked him what he would do in this case if he was the prosecutor.
>> What would I say if I was a prosecutor?
>> Yeah. Yeah. What would you say if you were a prosecutor?
>> I said this MF is racist. Like, he was looking to shoot somebody. He was egging somebody on. He's trying to get them to uh to throw the first hit. And of course, he's going to say like, "Oh yeah, this unarmed man, this unarmed big black man was about to beat my ass and knock my mustache off my face and um because of that, he you know, he pulled his gun out." Like, you know what I'm saying? Like, that's that's what the prosecutor is going to say. So, it just depends on how this jury's going to feel. I would like to see if this case goes to trial, how many black jurors are going to have and how many white jurors are going.
>> So, yeah, this going to be interesting, dog. But this dude right here was really adamant on social media as things led up to this point in saying that, yo, he's going to be arrested. I don't care what ink he's trying to come with my self-defense. But this dude, I'm I can't I can't think of his name.
>> I can't think of his actual name. I don't know if this is his page right here, but dude kept saying that he's going to be arrested and people was pushing back on him saying that now it'll be self-defense. So, he spoke to someone for legal advice. Let's tap in and see what the hell we say. Once again, this was before this incident because many people saw this happening.
>> Chud Okay, so his name's Chud the Builder. Okay, so he's he's this guy on um >> he's this guy on the internet. He does like streams and what he does. So, I just sent you the legal uh the Tennessee legal code for uh the the reason why I'm calling you. Right. So, you're you're a lawyer. Okay. Here's what this guy does.
He goes on stream, right? He's like one of those kicksters into into black neighborhoods. He's a white guy, right?
And he go and he goes, "Uh, do you agree with uh free speech?" And then um he goes, "So white people can say, right?"
And he uses like the hard R. And then when black people get upset, he's like, "Shut up. You're chimping out. You >> right." And hey, bro, you could have just said, >> "Yeah, you could have just said the N word.
>> Do the whole Quinton Tarantino reenactment, my boy. You get the point."
Like God, >> you wanted to use this as your little chance to my boy.
>> Take them, don't they? Give a white person a script with a hard R in that [ __ ] They going to be like Rudy Goar from the three-point line at the end of the shot clock. They going to put that shot up with confidence holding the mic sounding like the Rock finally >> with a smile on his face.
>> Damn, bro. But yeah, I bleeped all that [ __ ] out so y'all ain't hear it, but you seen my reaction. Damn, bro. But okay, let's get back in the scene.
>> Then he if they try to come at him, he he has a gun and pepper spray and he'll be like, "Yeah, come at me. I'll [ __ ] shoot you." So my question to you is as a lawyer, if he were to um get either assaulted, would he be able to cla and like or if he was to shoot them and kill them, would he have a self-defense argument?
>> Oh.
>> Oh. Um what state is it?
>> Tennessee. So basically the >> it's going to depend it's going to depend on the Tennessee code which I'm sure you probably looked up and are going to tell me but >> yeah I just sent it to >> you there's a certain amount of incitement of the violence and there's a certain amount of um uh >> well >> basic basically you're looking at did the person who came at them feel threatened by his behavior to the point that they they actually are defending themselves. That that's the question.
>> Sure. So, Tennessee Penal Code 90 39-11-611 says a person um loses the right to claim self-defense if they pro provoked or initiated the confrontation. So, he has >> Yeah. So, so there you go. So that sounds basically like a requirement to retreat type of statute where um you don't get to go and basically wind people up and threaten them to the point that they are afraid of how aggressive you are and then claim self-defense when they do act on on how threatened they feel. And just to pull the clip back one more time, when he's talking to the police officer, he says people talking at a distance, pointing and recognizing or whatever and then he walked up to them, saying things to them, starting the confrontation. They didn't pursuit him or close the distance on him. He did it. He initiated and did the [ __ ] that he usually does. And they're going to show that in the courtroom. They going to show what he does. I want to know with all the people that were speaking on Carmelo Anthony situation, the kid from Texas and saying that he did too much as far as his response to force. If everyone that felt like he wasn't justified, if you didn't come and say this dude is justified in the shooting, we already knew you was full of [ __ ] didn't. But right now, [ __ ] you're funky as hell. You're funky as hell. If you feel that way, I need consistency. Where's the consistency?
>> S you got to stop with that [ __ ] You just got to stop with that, bro. That's the one. There's some a few things I I disagree with Stace on is just that sometimes Stace the one thing I will say about Stace that I don't agree with is that he has a naive of always believing the most reprehensible [ __ ] Right. So, and and that's where I'll just be like, bro, why do you kind of give that stuff grace? Why do you think that that stuff has the plausible?
It's like a lot of stuff he just be kind of you just don't understand. It's like you just be like, "Bro, you don't you don't be getting the context clues buying some stuff sometimes." But regardless, everything else I definitely agree with. Um, but like I've been telling you, that's why I just looked in this camera like that. You I I've been saying this for a while. I'm not an attorney. I'm not an attorney. Don't not giving legal advice, but I've been a CPL instructor for almost a decade. I know what I'm talking about cuz I am trained.
And I also get trained by attorneys.
like they t they train us on the legal use of deadly force. Um how far like where things can stop it, how juries are going to deliberate on certain stuff.
There's a whole lot of stuff that we get certified on outside of just being certified as CPL instructor. But um that stuff, yeah, you not you you're not the innocent party. You're not the innocent party. You are an active participant and the instigator. And I've been saying that out, man. And I've been saying that since the first video I did with dog is that you are going to jail. You're going to jail. Like I I knew he was going to jail. Just going to jail. And then he's about to be somebody else's [ __ ] up in there. Bro, that's going to be so crazy that they find out that you used to get pegged and then you up in prison with nothing. But that was a 15-minute conversation. If you want to go ahead and watch that full thing, go ahead and check his Twitter out if you want to go ahead and watch that full thing. But we recently talked about academics going off on Sneo about a situation. And I told y'all about X's conversation with Myron Gains and Myin only wanted to frame things in the sense that this will just be self-defense if he does anything. He was definitely harsh on Carmela Anthony based on his use of force and his altercation.
>> [ __ ] my bro. Do you not This is what I say as far as this naive or whatever the case may be is that sometimes Stace will go and yeah like on a surface level agree with them or surface level listen to them and try to understand their perspective. You can listen to understand just from a a point of wanting to hear information, but there's no reason for you to ever like give that stuff credence. And sometimes he does.
I'm not saying in this point he's given it credence. He's not. But I'm saying in other instances where I've watched him over the last couple of years, he has given it credence. That's why I'm giving more push back on certain things that more so because I actually watch him.
But this Myron stuff of Myron is a bozo, bro. He's a [ __ ] My is a [ __ ] of all [ __ ] and he lost his job being in the FBI just because he's a [ __ ] Like he's a weirdo and he didn't have a top job in FBI in the first place. He was a goofball field agent if any if anything.
But that dude wasn't he wasn't a real law like let's let's be clear. He was in law enforcement but he wasn't anybody that was that was important, you know. So he was just another goofball that wanted to live out his fantasies of being a bigot through law enforcement. And this is how he got his little rocks off. Um, he's Somalian. He is a bootlicker. He kisses ass to the white people and he gets [ __ ] on on a regular basis. He tries to go to white spaces and they kick his ass out. They treat him worse than they treat anybody else. But yet, he still tries to go to those areas and those uh those parties and those all like the the level of weirdness that this dude be on.
And if you look at some of his pictures from when he was in college and laying in bed with men and doing all that stuff like that, this dude is a chug the butt plug type of person as well. He's I can I would not be surprised if he is pegged. I would not be surprised if he's a if he's part of the LGBTQ community. I would not be surprised if any of that stuff. Just being real with you. He's one of them. He's one of the chubs. He just doesn't go out here and commit violence. But he's a Nick Fuentes type of individual. act just and it's funny because act is more so starting to go the more things keep happening the more act is starting to be like all right bro I I thought y'all got me sitting up here sounding like Tariq Nasheed bro if if stuff is happening to the point where it got you sounding like Tariq Nasheed and you heavily favor right-wing um ideologies or uh thought processes or think tanks or whatever the case may be [ __ ] that's how you know [ __ ] is but was making all the excuses for this dude right here and also gaslighting and changing the situation into a conversation about law enforcement. I'm not going to play this clip because it's full of [ __ ] and he's currently right now being a raccoon like he always is trying to go ahead and defend Chuck the Buddha and all this [ __ ] I'm glad to see a getting fed up with his [ __ ] with the company that he's been keeping. I used to >> I ain't going to lie, I do got to just recant just a little bit to say thank you Stacy for not giving us any credence cuz that was just my main gripe with you just about 3 to four minutes ago and that was what I was about to say. That was literally my whole saliloquy right before then. And what did you do? You came and proved me wrong. Good job, brother.
>> A lot of academics content especially before I was very active myself in his face. But since he's been aligning with certain people and taking circumstances, that [ __ ] threw me off. But at least Myin's counterpart, Walter Weeks, the fresh part of Russian Fit, says freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom of consequences. I know he hates that he didn't push back harder on Myron and he just let Myron just ruin their [ __ ] with his weird ass views cuz I think Buddy just goes along to get along, but he don't wholeheartedly agree with many of the [ __ ] that Myron does. Like I said, Academics is realizing his friends are [ __ ] eaters. But in regards to Ch, he says, "I trick that effing [ __ ] off the streets who chimping out now. My finest work yet." Hey, you know, kudos academics. Kudos academics. Kudos to everybody that's been on social media being very very loud and calling this dude out and I know people been saying, "Oh, you're only bringing more attention to him." Listen, man. At this point in time, he's viral. He's viral and people are drawing the line in the sand. Now, unfortunately, unfortunately, this dude was harmed. He was harmed. I hope he has a full recovery. All right? But many people are proud of him for standing up for himself.
>> My boy.
>> So, once again, if you want to support him, his GoFundMe link will be in the description below. So, go ahead and check that out. Now, it's your turn. Let me know what you got to say in the comment section below me. I'm going go ahead and get up out of here though.
This >> shout out to you Stace man. You actually surprised me on this one, my boy. I was expecting you to um do your usual and you did not. You actually showed exactly um and people to the people that don't watch states that much. [music] What you saw was when I was giving the commentary of him giving credence to certain different thought processes and stuff like that. He does that sometimes. But [music] this time he did not because he understands that giving credence to that level of ignorance and stupidity gives a validation in certain ways and you don't want to validate that dumb [ __ ] [music] So you have to be mindful about what you're what you're giving uh validation to outside of that. [music] Um much much love to Josh Love and his family, his wife or fiance. I don't I think it was his wife. But um support them. Make sure you support them because that's like I was saying before, that would be more so seen in self-defense. And you heard the attorney. Remember I said that would have been a more legitimate self-defense. Why? Because he's instigating that with a firearm. He's instigating. He knows that he's trying to get a reaction. They know that what he's doing. And then they he still goes at him. I mean, they he he still goes at them. And then when dude tells them to leave him alone, leave them alone. They still I mean, he still goes forward with his antics. [music] He's still trying to provoke. He's still trying to antagonize and people keep saying this dumb intellectually dishonest [ __ ] of uh just because you say some words doesn't mean that violence should happen. That's not true.
I'm sorry. That's just not true. We live in the real world where your real words have real consequences and you will get your jaw reconstructed by talking [ __ ] to the wrong person. If you come up to somebody's daughter and you call her a little [ __ ] you got the freedom of speech of saying that she's a little [ __ ] But guess what? Her father, her uncle, and all her brothers got the right to whoop your ass cuz you sitting up here calling her a little [ __ ] You are creating a hostile environment where they feel like they have to protect her at this point. So even if you feel like, oh, no physical, no physical harm has been done. Assault does not have to be physical.
Battery is physical. Assault does not have to be physical.
So while you are sitting here creating this this posture or these narratives of saying, "Oh, people shouldn't have u violence happen to them because of their words." They shouldn't. But that's not the reality. [music] And the reality is you can say some irreprehensible things.
You can say some things that you will get your jaw reconstructed or get your jaw completely redirected in the other way.
Get your likes put out, get your face sunk in. Like y'all be people be way too quick to try to talk stuff, but then they want to and this is it. All it is is gaslighting. It's a gaslighting tactic to be able to say I want to be able to say what I want without getting my ass beat. And then what they'll say is you're not you don't have the intellectual prowess to debate me about my my my ignorance or you can't just let me go about my ignorance without having to physically do anything harmful to me.
Well, that's the consequences of your actions. Everything has a consequence to our actions. For every um for and this is what Newton's law for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
So, if you sit there and think that you going to be able to talk crazy to somebody by using racial epithets and denigrating people and going around and provoking people and doing all this stuff, please don't act surprised when somebody ends up knocking you the [ __ ] out and then try to and if you try to claim self-defense, you are going to spend the rest of your life in jail or at least 10 to 15 to 20 years at a bare minimum [music] because you started that situation again. You are instigating.
You are provoking. You are the main one, the antagonist. You are the antagonist.
You are supposed to be the innocent party when you are in self-defense. That is not self-defense. [music] You are being an active participant and slash instigator. So, you think that we're supposed to as a as as a and this is why sometimes they may not even go with the jury. They may just go with uh uh the jury may be the judge.
You never know. And the judge is going to look at it from the letter of law, but even outside of that, they're going to look at every [music] post that you don't put up there. They're going to look at everything up in your They going to pull up that you just had an interview with the FBI. They going to pull up every single situation that you just had that you were berating the police officers with uh insults and denigration that you went to the the you told the woman police officer go make me a sandwich. You told the black police officer you call him a [ __ ] and told him not to be chimping out. You call and said that he needs to be drinking a white cloud because that makes him act normal or act like an adult. And then on top of that all of the other antagonistic things that you've done with uh pepper spraying people, bare mason people. You you you pepper Oh, I can't wait until they show this. You pepper sprayed a woman until she had uh until until her water broke.
[music] You evil [ __ ] But here's the thing. The people that that have a viewpoint like him, that have a thought process like him, thought process like him, that that mind works in the same way like him, Iron and all these, these are evil people. Evil. I think y'all need to understand the difference between just pure evil. Like these are purely e like [music] you have a Trump level of evil where that's devil and then you have this level of evil where they're just little demons but they're still evil. [music] They're not righteous even in his home. Oh my god. It's like so much stuff that just But at [clears throat] the end of the day, like I've been saying before, the dude was going to be charged at some point in time. Um, like I was saying before, the police was [music] and because even when they were talking about the police being complicit and I said, "Yeah, there's a level of complicitness that they're going to have." But what they're doing is letting you get they giving you enough of a leash to hang yourself. And what did they do? What happened? What exactly happened as I I called this? If you you couldn't have called this month, you might as well call me off office officer coordinator of the I called every play that was going to happen. I called every every play that was going to happen. I was like, "Hey, man." Or defense coordinator, whichever one you want to call. I'm just I I caught every single which way that this was going to happen from the attempted murder, from him actually um potentially shooting somebody and then more so likely probably going to end up shooting himself, not not having the uh wherewithal of dealing with the firearm, and then also posturing like he has a firearm a lot of times when sometimes he may not. U also the fact of him not going he's not going to get the grace from the police because he also berates the police and denigrates them to a different level. You you've seen that multiple times. Then on top of that, you denigrate everybody else, but you're you're a person that's getting [music] pegged.
You're getting pegged.
Well, guess what, my brother? Well, not my brother. Guess what, you [ __ ] Your ass about to get pegged a lot more in that prison.
>> [music] >> They going to peg the [ __ ] out of you, boy.
But hey, it's your host with the most finding Nemo aka you know I need more ammo to take a shot from Big Shot ammunitions [music] and I appreciate y'all for taking out the time for this legendary video. I told you. I told you.
I [music] told you.
[ __ ] around.
All right, y'all. Let's see if there's going to be any other updates about this situation, too. Peace and love.
