ZBCN on XLM Just Got Interesting After DTCC $114 TRILLION PLAN

And I want to be clear from the start. This does not mean that the DTCC is using CBCN nor they are working with Zebeck network. And it does not mean that the Stella DTCC connection benefits CBCN in any way. But it does show something bigger. Stella is now being connected to some serious tokenized security infrastructure. While Zbeck has been selected to bring real-time streaming payroll and payments onto the Stella network if Stella becomes a stronger institutional payment and tokenized rail, does Zbeck benefit from building its payron payment infrastructure inside that ecosystem?

The DTCC official May 27th, 2026 announcement [music] says DTC tokenization service will connect with the Stella public blockchain as the DTCC advances its multi-chain strategy. The DTCC says it and the Stella development foundation plan to enable tokenization of DTC custodied assets on the Stellar network which the DTCC describes as a configurable public blockchain used across securities, payment and remittance applications. The DTCC also says the firms expect DTC tokenized assets to be available on Stellar in the first half of 2027. The important part is what the DTCC says tokenization can unlock. Faster settlement, greater asset mobility, extended trading hours, lower cost and risk while keeping the same investor [music] protections, entitlements and safeguards as traditionally held securities. The DTCC also says it is evaluating allegible asset classes like Russell thousand constitutions, ETF, major indices and US treasury bills, bonds [music] and notes.

[00:02:09]So this is not a small crypto experiment. This is the DTCC connecting traditional market infrastructure with digital rails. So the first key point I want viewers to understand is this. The DTCC connecting its tokenization service onto Stellar does not mean it's using ZBCN and it doesn't benefit directly but it does make Stellar a serious institutional rail and the DTCC isn't a small player. This infrastructure sits behind a major part of traditional securities market and this matters for Zec network because Zbeck is building on the Stella network. If Stella networks being taken seriously for tokenized assets, payments, remittance and institutional grade rails, then Zbeck building realtime payer onto Stella becomes a lot more meaningful from here.

[00:02:53]That would mean Zbeck is positioning itself in a network that's gaining a lot of institutional relevance. Now let's look at how the DTCC describes Stella network. The DTCC say Stellar is used across securities, payments, [music] and remissance application. Dell Dixon from the Stella Development Foundation said Stella's compliance mined architecture, open infrastructure, and riskmanagement capabilities align with the market demands and that the network was built as a rail institutional grade markets can depend on. The DTCC digital asset leadership also said Stella's track record with institutional assets onchain compliance transaction output and lowcost operations were important factors in evaluating blockchain network. The DTCC is not only talking about tokenization in general. It is specifically saying Stellar has features that meets its standards which is compliance output lowcost operations and public blockchain access. That is exactly the kind of environment where real world payment products, remittance tools and payroll infrastructure can make a lot more sense. So this is where the connection becomes a lot more practical from here. Stella is not only being discussed as a retail crypto chain. The DTCC is describing it as a public blockchain that can support securities, payments [music] and remittance applications. And that is the exact lane Zbeck is building itself into real money movement. So if Stella network becomes a stronger rail for tokenized assets and institutional activity, Zbeck's role on the Stellar network can become a lot more valuable from its product fit perspective. Zbeck network does not need to be the tokenized security layer. Zbec can be the payroll, payout, card and infrastructure layer built around that ecosystem. That is a completely different role and I think that one is worth watching. Now let's bring Zbec Network into the second half into this.

[00:04:39]Zbec's own blog says Stella selected Zebec to bring real-time streaming payroll to its ecosystem, marking the first native development on the Stella streaming infrastructure outside of Salana. Zbeck says this came from a long-term collaboration with Zebec supporting Stella across card infrastructure for over 2 years before moving from access into a full native functionality. The article also says Zbec will allow businesses to pay employees and contractors on Stellar in real time by the second. Zbec explains the flow clearly. Stream earnings in stable coins like USDC, receive funds directly in a digital wallet and then spend or cash out globally through cards or local pickup. [music] It also says the rollout starts with core payroll functionality and expands into global payout [music] rails including fiat on and off ramping and remittance networks.

[00:05:29]That matters because Zbeck is not just adding Stella as the logo. It is trying to turn Stella into a payroll payout and spending rail for users. So this is where I think ZBCN holders should pay attention to Zet network already being selected by Stella Network to build its realtime payroll infrastructure into the growing ecosystem is already meaningful from here. But when the DTCC steps in and says Stella Network's now part of its tokenization service strategy in 2027 and the Stella Network ecosystem is a lot bigger than we think. Again, I'm not saying the DTCC has a connection with Zbeck. That is not confirmed. But what I'm saying is this. Zbeck is now building its payroll payout strategy onto the Stella [music] network growing ecosystem where the DTCC wants to connect itself into. And that makes the Stella expansion for Zbec a lot more relevant. Stella can be the public financial rail. While Zbec can be the product layer for payroll, payouts, card access, and stable coin funding. TBEC's article also explains why Stella fits payroll. It says Stella is purpose-built [music] for payment, specifically crossborder payments, and highlights daily transactions like [music] USDC activity.

[00:06:34]Zbeck says transaction costs are typically less than a scent. Settlement happens in second. Stella's global anchor network connects digital [music] assets to local banking systems across the globe. Zbeck's article says through Stella's money integration, users can convert digital dollars into local currency at more than 450,000 locations across over 170 countries. That means a worker paid in USDC on Stella could receive funds and potentially allow family members to cash out locally. That is where payroll starts to become more than just wages. It becomes remittance, card [music] spending, and global money movement. The DTCC connecting its tokenization security service onto the Stella network does not mean ZBCN is being used, but it does show that the Stella network is becoming a serious financial rail for tokenization, payments, and remittance applications.

[00:07:24]And Zbeck has already been selected by Stellar to bring its real-time streaming payer onto that ecosystem. For ZBCN holders, the real thing to watch isn't the DTCC headline itself. It is where the Zbeck and Stella's roll out becomes into real product usage, payroll volume, USDC streams, wallet activity, hard spending, super app activity, local cash outs in Moneygrams location, and global remittance rails.
