Now, according to No Jumper, Deen The Great was arrested in Miami-Dade County.

[00:01:48]According to jail records, Deen, whose real name is Noureddine Chebazz, was booked and is currently being processed at the TGK Center in Miami. Records show he was arrested on a charge of strong-arm robbery or attempted strong-arm robbery.

And from what I understand, it was Dean that put AB on to live streaming and essentially brought AB's career back. Not his boxing career, but his career as a social media personality. And the chemistry between the two, it's like brothers that finally met and everything just works. Their sense of comedy matches, their humor matches.

Dean the Great has been arrested in Miami after he had multiple run-ins during his live stream last night. TMZ reported that the official charge stems from an alleged incident on a yacht in which he tried to have a young lady removed. Cops say footage shows that Deen tried to take her phone and had her curled up on the ground while trying to prevent him from taking her phone. Prior to that, he also had a visit from the police at an Airbnb party where an unwelcome guest refused to leave and allegedly flashed a fire arm.

[00:06:14]This led to his security team confronting and disarming him. The guest's metal glasses were destroyed in the process. Deen also had a controversial encounter where he kicked a girl out of their Sprinter because she wouldn't tell them her age, which is the video we just saw.

[00:11:12]According to the police report, officers responded after a woman named Destiny Ailman claimed Dean tried taking her phone after kicking her off the yacht.

[00:11:19]She told cops Dean got upset because other men were allegedly trying to talk to her despite him warning her not to entertain anyone else. She claimed that once she got off the yacht, Dean grabbed her arm or forearm and tried snatching her phone, allegedly leaving a minor scratch in the process. Things apparently escalated from there. Police said the owner of the yacht voluntarily handed over ring camera footage from the property. Cops say the video showed Dean yelling for someone to grab the woman's phone and make sure she wasn't recording him before allegedly putting his hands on her multiple times while trying to take the device as she attempted to get away. Cops say the footage showed the woman curled up on the ground while trying to stop Dean from taking the phone before eventually breaking free.

[00:11:56]The streamer is known to collab with famous looks maxer collab but built his online following with viral live streams, internet beefs, and influencer boxing matches, becoming one of the most recognizable personalities in the crossover fight world.

[00:12:09]Up until late yesterday, DTG was still doing his thing streaming with Tekashi 6ix9ine, who Dean might want to hit up today for an attorney recommendation.

[00:12:18]So, as y'all can see, it was Dean, 6ix9ine, AB, and D'Shade kicking it in Miami. So, what this sounds like is an attempted strong-armed robbery, which I think will get bumped down to like a sudden snatching or something on that [ __ ] level because he wasn't trying to rob her. He wasn't trying to strong-arm >> [music] >> rob her. To rob something from somebody, you got to take it from them and leave.

[00:12:46]The intent is you're keeping their [ __ ] His intent was clearly to delete something off her phone that she recorded of him. Now, a woman's word against a man's word is always going to go in favor of the woman. That's why so many men get sent to prison on things that they actually didn't do, and then later it comes out they didn't do it.

[00:13:04]But once a man's career is destroyed, there's no recovering that. Which is why I'm not upset about the way he was talking to shorty that wasn't saying her age. It It doesn't matter how he talks to her. You want to play grown, you're going to get spoken to like you are grown. If you're a child, you're going to get treated like a [ __ ] child. Get out of the van. Simple as that. As far as the whole yacht situation, I wouldn't even believe that because they all be going for the same girls and passing them around. So, ain't nothing special about one specific girl. If he tells her to get off the yacht, that's it. Get off the yacht. Now, the footage that was handed over is going to be used against him because obviously he wasn't the owner of the yacht. So, anything that was recorded with the owner's devices, that's his property and he could turn that over.

[00:13:49]But, at no time did it say he hit her or anything like that. It sounds like he tried to wrestle her for a phone and never actually got it. So, this whole case is attempted. There's nothing that actually was solidified as happened. And um yeah, I think a lawyer's going to beat this case down. I'm surprised he hasn't been released yet. And today, most likely, he's going to be released on a bond because I don't see how they're going to keep him for a case like this.

[00:14:16]But, let's just look up the statute to see how severe the punishment could be.

[00:14:22]Now, a strong-arm robbery in Florida is defined as robbery committed without a weapon and is classified as a second-degree felony under Florida statute la la la. Under Florida law, robbery is the taking of money or property from another person or their custody with the intent to permanently or temporarily deprive them.

[00:14:40]Now, obviously, he didn't want to permanently deprive her, but temporarily might be the angle they try to take this. And it's by using force, violence, assault, or putting the person in fear.

[00:14:52]Strong-arm robbery specifically refers to robbery without the use of a weapon, deadly weapon, or other weapon relying solely on physical force or intimidation, such as fists or verbal threats. Strong-arm robbery being a second-degree felony is punishable by up to 15 years in Florida state prison and fines of up to $10,000.

[00:15:12]Probation of up to 15 years may also be imposed.

[00:15:21]Do I think he's going to get anything like that? [ __ ] no. I think if he doesn't beat this case entirely, it's going to get bumped down to a misdemeanor and this case is going to get beat. I highly doubt [music] shorty wants all this attention on her and you know, like you know, some of these girls will try to sue the death out of you whatever whatever.
