[00:00:00]Hi. Hi, it's Becca. I want to show you how to easily get um plant out of its pot when it's fairly root bound.

[00:00:09]Root bound is when the the root goes around and around and around and gets quite stuck like that in the pot. You can't get that.

[00:00:17]And by yanking it out, you'll damage the root.

[00:00:22]Uh squeeze the bottom. You squeeze, squeeze, squeeze and then you suddenly feel it go and then gently pull it out.

[00:00:34]There you go.

[00:00:35]That's a root bound tomato.

[00:00:38]And we've other ones. I'll show you other ones in a minute, but that's how you get a plant out.
