This Could Be The Best Designed Luxury Floorplan in Florida (Great Inspiration)

[00:00:18]Hey guys, welcome back. We are in the beautiful Wild Blue neighborhood in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. If you don't know about this neighborhood, it's just south of Tampa Bay and just east of downtown Sarasota. And we're looking at a floor plan with a similar name to one we've explored in the past, but this is actually the original version of the floor plan. So, this is the Gardinia 1 floor plan from Stock Luxury Homes.

[00:00:47]And this particular floor plan is four bedrooms, four and a half baths, threec car garage with 3,713 ft of interior space and 5,633 total square ft. And this model really resembles stock homes signature architecture. So pretty subtle, pretty minimal, but definitely some coastal and transitional influences. As we walk a little bit closer, you can really get a feel for the height of this home. You'll see some very high ceilings on the interior, but that height is definitely visible from the exterior as well. You can see really nice detail work from the shutters to the base trim. And then, of course, the iron and glass door, which has become really popular down here in Florida for these waterfront homes.

[00:01:39]As we enter the interior, I'll give you guys a quick rundown of the general floor plan and then take a quick look around the living area so you can get a general feel for the flow of the home.

[00:01:50]To the right, you'll see the office and the primary suite and then the guest bedrooms, kitchen and bonus room are off to the left and that will wrap around the left side of the home. But yeah, just a beautiful home. You'll see a lot of really detailed lighting built in to this home. Each of these models kind of showcases something specific that Stock is really good with from a design standpoint.

[00:02:17]The interior design of this particular home is from Dan Rack Design, but it just shows the flexibility that Stock has. And even though this is technically a semicustom builder, because there are certain structural constraints, you can really customize the interior home to your liking. So enjoy the tour.
