IT’S HAPPENING! 2 Roof Truss Lift at Las Vegas A’s Stadium | 4K Ep. 41

[00:00:02]Good afternoon and happy Sunday Las Vegas A's baseball fans. Today is Sunday, May 31st, 2026 and I am down here at the Las Vegas A's baseball stadium.

[00:00:13]Where they have made an enormous amount of progress.

[00:00:17]Um, but the big news, what appears to be happening possibly even as early as tomorrow, June 1st, is this would be the first truss to be lifted and it appears to be uh mounted up as you can see.

[00:00:37]We've got it bolted in there.

[00:00:41]It looks pretty good. Looks pretty sta- stable.

[00:00:45]Uh, and then they've got a back. So, they've got both of those hooks. So, this is one of those This is one of those projects where they need to do a double a double hook lift.

[00:00:56]So, they've got another hook over here.

[00:00:58]So, there's two two parts of this crane that they're going to be lifting. So, they've got one hook here then a a bigger hook here.

[00:01:15]Okay, so if all goes well, it does appear that they will be lifting this lift tomorrow.

[00:01:21]Um, I do notice something else, too. We have a a uh another lift. So, we have not just the one truss, but Big Red has also rigged up a second truss right here.

[00:01:41]So, this one, which is on the inner side of the stadium, is now rigged up as well.

[00:02:12]>> So now we have one two trusses rigged up.

[00:02:16]Now the other thing we have I noticed that they also have put up some telescopic boom lifts up on top.

[00:02:44]Now I imagine they'll be using those to they're going to continue extending. I don't know if they're use that this probably for something to do with this roof truss. I don't know.

[00:02:51]It'll be very very impressive to see how they do this lift.

[00:03:02]Man, it's really filled in since just in the last week. Remember we used to be able to see all the way to the infield from here.

[00:03:59]So, tomorrow should be a pretty pretty active day by all accounts.
