[00:25:11]So yeah, these police are here to come and see me because I've just reported the guy for making threats and then obviously causing alarm and distress.

[00:25:53]>> Well, I went I come from the canal cuz I'd been filming in Charlie today. I've been to Charlie police station and I'd been to that um um the other one a bit further down. Yeah.

[00:26:03]>> Um I forgot what it's called now. It's a mad name.

[00:26:06]>> You know which one I'm on about.

[00:26:07]>> Oh, the police station.

[00:26:09]>> There's another police station in Charlie.

[00:26:10]>> In CPL as well.

[00:26:14]>> Yeah. No, that's fine. That's not a problem. Yeah. So, I I've been to Charlie police station today. I've been to um Coppel. Everything's fine.

[00:26:22]>> I coming down Canel on me way home. I seen the old Botney Bay. So, I went to Botney Bay.

[00:26:26]>> And um there's a sign that I didn't go through these gates here. There's um >> Just going to come out the space just in case. That's fine. There's um I I didn't I didn't come um through the gates. I came off the canal and I went down the um little slope down the public path.

[00:26:41]>> Um they've asked me the security well the guys come out first. He's asked me to leave but I didn't know who he were.

[00:26:46]He said um security is going to come down in a minute. I said yeah not a problem. Security came down. We had a a little speak. Um he asked me to leave site. I said yeah that's not a problem.

[00:26:54]I'll leave site. Um he said you're trespassing. I said you're trespassing.

[00:26:58]It's a civil matter not a criminal matter.

[00:27:00]>> Yeah. I didn't go mad or anything like that. Didn't go air him. It's all on record. Yeah. From start to finish. I'll have a look at it in a minute. And then um when I left the when I left the site, the security guard come out of his cabin. Um come over to here um started mouthing at me. P basically pinned me into this corner.

[00:27:16]>> Has he touched you? Has he?

[00:27:18]>> He threatened He threatened to batter me if I don't if I don't delete my videos.

[00:27:21]>> When you say pinned, has he pinned?

[00:27:22]>> No, no, no. I pinned in the corner cuz his new security guard come his other one that's there now. He come down and he said, "Oh, just leave him to it. He's a crackhead." And I said, "I'm not a crackhead. I've got me I've got um medical problems and that's why my teeth are the way they are." I go, "I'm not no crackhead." But long story short, they were um calling me names. They pinned me to the corn pin me in that corner and that not the new one that's come. The other one I've got his car registration and I've got his picture, everything like that. And um yeah, obviously he's causing harassment, distress, cuz he was in my face going, "You need to delete the video now. Delete the video." Cuz they were going to batter obviously were going to batter me. There >> threats of violence towards you.

[00:27:57]>> Yeah. Yeah. They were going to beat me up. I'll watch it on camera.

[00:28:00]>> It's on the cam. Yeah. Um, so I I put the um what's it called? Um, as he as he was telling me to delete the videos, I put them into the recycling bin. So then I when he when he moved, I got him back out.

[00:28:10]>> Okay.

[00:28:10]>> So I Yeah, just for a formal record, we're going to have to stop the camera, guys, because obviously I need to show the officer what's happened. All right, guys. So I picked it back up. I've give a statement to the police um of everything what happened.

[00:28:29]At this moment in time, I didn't want to press charges because I don't want anything coming back on me, you know.

[00:28:38]Um, look at the guy's car that he drives. His Jeep thing looks like some gangster dude that come and bloody take me head off or something. Um, but yeah, long story short, I had to ring the police because obviously I felt alarmed and distressed and in fear when he pin when he tried boxing me and pinning me to that corner, not physically touched me, but boxed me into the corner and then there um trying to trying to trying to make me delete my videos in front of him, which I put them in trash.

[00:29:16]That's the thing he didn't know. Tried making me delete my videos, but they went straight into the trash. So, I just took them back out of trash.

[00:29:24]Um, other other than that, I've told him that to go around, have a word with them, let them know that in public, we're allowed to film in publicly accessible places. When asked to leave on private property, trespassing is a civil matter, not a police matter. and when asked to leave that I will leave in me own accord in a reasonable time frame not just bump there on the spot you know as long as you make your way off and do go and then it's all good but yeah so we're just going to wait now they've gone round to speak to the other security guard who was on like I said I had nothing against the other security guard didn't make no complaints against the other security guard I just didn't like his comments anything about the teeth, you know, there's no need for that whatsoever. I don't go around um ripping people or stating slagging people off or anything like that because of their appearance. I said medical conditions, medical problems.

[00:30:28]Um yeah, it is what it is, I suppose.

[00:30:31]Nothing nothing I can really do at this moment in time.

[00:30:38]So, they're around there having a word with him.

[00:30:42]And then hopefully then he'll ring his um mate, that other guy, and tell him that I've not um that I I I have stuck to my word.

[00:30:54]I've rung the police. The police have come, but I don't want to press charges.

[00:30:58]I just want them um educating that filming in public is not illegal and that we are allowed to film in public place or anywhere publicly accessible. And even if you go onto a private land, you can't act like this, you can't you can't do that to a member of the public just because they've walked onto your property.

[00:31:21]You know, everything was more more likely fine on the property and he's been butter after he tried ripping me. I got him back and he got butter and that's why he acted the way he did here most probably. But yeah, well, we're going to wait till these coppers come back for the van and then we're going to call it.

[00:31:41]>> So, it looks like we're back. Um, they've gone to speak to him and then we can make our way off and get out of here ourselves.

[00:31:47]>> We put my camera back on. All right, >> that's totally fine.

[00:31:50]>> Um, we've spoke to him. We've educated him.

[00:31:53]>> Yeah.

[00:31:53]>> Uh, we've let him know that you've told us you're not going to go back on site as well. Yeah. We've told him that obviously he needs to give you ample time to leave and obviously >> not that saying you would if you were sort of dragging your feet then it obviously changes the game a little bit but if you're if you're leaving in your good own time then it's not a problem.

[00:32:08]No >> uh he's well aware of that. I've said to him >> obviously we taking the pistol you're allowed to choose minimum amount of force.

[00:32:13]>> Well that's it. Yeah. As I say we we all know that you probably know the law just as well if not better than we do. So um you know it's one of one of those he's been been informed. Um the other bloke's not there. We'll come back and see if we can get his details from office, but we'll probably have to do a detail.

[00:32:27]>> Yeah. No, he went he he went as I as I was on the phone to you.

[00:32:30]>> Right. So, we'll probably have to do it that way to get his details if we're going to speak to him, but we've asked his colleague to pass it on. The one that you haven't got too much of an issue, but he he was fine with it. He just said as long as you don't try and go back on, he's not going to >> no >> try. And as I say, you both both in the in the know as it were. But he he now knows not to follow you and that if you are leaving sight, he's not to say anything further or whatnot or just sort of escort you out. Is that all right?
