[00:10:46]So the decoy bible is a Google docs that they send to other decoys to train them up on how to do pre catching. And their head decoy is this guy named Santi. Now read this right here. It says if they ask for a dpick say that you'll show them in person and that you're scared.

[00:11:04]But if they keep on asking, don't rely on this. But you can send other predators defects when they ask. I have done over a 100 operations and have got dozens of convictions and arrests. And I can let you know right now, you cannot do that. That is super illegal what they're doing. But the reason why they're doing it is because they're on live and they want to get as many predators as they want. And now we're in this situation where his decoys set up an innocent man live on stream. So this is utterly ridiculous.

I went out with the absolute OG of all of this, Chris Hansen, and the Blunt County Sheriff's Office, and worked with them on one of their bus, and I could tell you there are strict guidelines that you have to adhere to to make a case so that the prosecutor can actually get that conviction. What Vidali did here was sloppy. It was reckless. It was illegal. And it not only hurt the dude that he was accusing, but it hurt the credibility of everybody who's out here trying to do good work to protect kids out in the streets.
