[00:00:14]I'm at Little Bollington, the home of the Bridgewater Canal Breach.

[00:00:27]Now, I'll start on the the earth dam.

[00:00:30]There was a a lot of heavy rain last night.

[00:00:36]So, quite expecting to see that bit quite full.

[00:00:45]Imagine if I follow the pipe down, there will be water exiting it.

[00:01:06]It's getting hard to find the end of the pipe now. It's getting overgrown.

[00:01:16]Yeah, you can just make out the water coming out there. I'll probably get a bit closer.

[00:01:29]Quite high.

[00:01:58]There you go, flowing out the pipe.

[00:02:13]I'll move along the along the breach, but I don't think there'll be much to see.

[00:02:42]So, it's that time of year now where everything grows and you can't see much.

[00:03:01]Water in the fields settled at that level again.

[00:03:07]Been no change.

[00:03:15]Breach filled.

[00:03:47]Cement this stone put in there, but nothing more's been done with that.

[00:04:04]Put that nice and high out the way of the pylons.

[00:04:15]And then we can have a look at the access road.

[00:04:32]Certainly nothing been done down down this end, apart from that stone they've put on that corner.

[00:04:58]There is a digger though where we'll move on over.

[00:05:07]See if we can see what that's doing.

[00:05:35]So, the length of that track that they've widened is definitely moved on.

[00:06:18]Should presume they're carrying on.

[00:07:06]All the way up to that corner.

[00:07:13]Nothing happening on there.

[00:07:18]Get to the yard.

[00:08:12]Some fencing around that bit now.

[00:08:28]It doesn't appear to be anything else further on.

[00:08:36]So, we did see a load of railway sleepers there.

[00:08:45]I think they're to do with the farm more than more than this, but there is There's also a track going through there.

[00:09:13]So, I guess it's it's coming along. It's getting getting nearer all the time.

[00:09:24]It looks like down here is where they'll be be working.

[00:09:37]So, I'll leave it there cuz that's a nice easy spot to remember where they've got to. I'll come back the next week now. It's not not enough to see to warrant another visit this week.

[00:09:56]So, yeah, but basically if it's scheduled to start in July like they say, the road's plodding along nicely.

[00:10:09]I imagine it's similar to Whitchurch Bridge where they've said people sometimes they have asked why why is it moving so slow and they said they could they could hire big more expensive machinery and do it quicker, but then they'll just be waiting for the next the next sort of process to happen. So, they might as well plod along slow slower and it'll still be finishing exactly the same time just because one section's finished quicker doesn't mean the next section's ready to be worked on as such.

[00:10:44]So, it could be the same here.

[00:10:48]That you know, if it's not starting till July, then why finish it in a few days?

[00:10:57]So, leave it there.
