when your RSD, rejections sensitive dysphoria, is going crazy and your brain will not stop working and you're just thinking and catastrophizing and cannot get yourself out of these mental loops that keep going over and over in your head and until the point where you're exhausted and then you can't do a single thing until it's right before bed when your body has finally gotten into a state of rest and everything is quiet.
Your body's like, What that? I've got energy to think about all of the things I didn't do today cuz I'm finally remembering all of the things I didn't do today because this is the first time when there isn't so much stress and my brain could actually find and remember the things that I want to do.
