“I’m a Diplomat” Driver Arrested After Refusing License Request

[00:00:00]A driver pulled over for speeding through a school zone insisted she didn't need a driver's license because she was a diplomat but when officers discovered her identification wasn't legitimate and her license had been suspended the traffic stop quickly headed toward an arrest.
