[00:02:48]Okay. All right. So, um as I was stating, um I since you already have the emails, I don't have to talk about it since you already have it. Um um and um so I already told you about the accident that happened on the 11th of October.

[00:03:19]Sometimes it takes with before co you could probably get them in a couple weeks but now everybody's working from home. So something that would have taken a couple weeks now takes a few months.

Um and some of the pictures that he gave them were pictures from, like I told you, from a previous accident, and the uh insurance person, I don't know if he's an adjuster or whatever he is, um uh he was stating that it seemed as though they were from two different incidents, which they were.

[00:04:01]>> Um, so I um I don't know if when I don't know if you talked to Detective Lin Court, but um I do have his because he has multiple phones. So I do have um >> the phone that has the pictures from the actual incident that happened. Um the pictures that he sent and I think I told you this were of a Chevy Impala >> and um we were in the Tahoe.

[00:04:29]um >> wasn't like just an oversight on his part like he clear like was it something he meant to do or was it I have so many obviously there's a lot of cars here there's something he >> it was something he meant to do because he'd already sent me those pictures before the Impala stuff but it was I think it was before the accident >> um and he just said you know um Alec someone who used to work here he was he said Alec had wrecked the Impala or uh dented it or something and he sent me pictures And so that's how I recognized the pictures. So I was like, "Oh, I've seen these before. They're from the Impala." And then I looked in his phone >> and he has like a folder for I guess all the accidents that have happened. So he has a folder for the Impala incident and then a charger was um totaled by someone else who used to work here.

[00:05:24]>> Um, as far as um, the whole insurance thing, I mean, I'm, like I said, I'm sure you have all the um, emails from insurance to them um, with Ra's name on it.

[00:05:39]>> Um, there was a a policy with the general, but whenever I search for it in the emails, I can't find it. Um, so I'm I'm guessing he went ahead and wiped all that out. Um just trying to think about what else is worth as that incident. I mean I don't know if there's anything else you need on that since >> I mean obviously the more we have is the the better. I'm not going to say no. I don't I don't want that information.

[00:06:08]>> Right. Um and then I was talking to you about um the tow truck insurance. Yes. Um, and so, um, we ended up getting progressive insurance and we got it through a guy named I can't remember his first name, >> but his last name is Kawuchi.

[00:06:28]>> Kuchi. And, um, >> so, um, we got the insurance because we needed it for the toy truck.

[00:06:44]um maybe a month or two after that >> and stated that it was fraudulent that he'd never done business with Kawuchi, which wasn't true. Um >> and um so I guess they credit it back and then they took it back >> and recently I like a week or so ago um he called him again um and I was here in the office >> and he was stating again that he'd never done business with them and he was trying to get their credit back >> again. Um, so I don't know like I don't know what um I don't know. I'm just trying to what I'll just give you the information and you decide what you want to do with it.

[00:07:22]But um so that was what happened with the tow truck um situation. Um you said that you deal with all types of fraud.

[00:07:33]>> Yeah, it's pretty much all we do all day long. That's what we get paid for.

[00:07:37]>> Okay. Um so there were checks. Um he well sometimes he pays cash >> um but then he'll write checks for people and um so once he is pretty much done with you or if you make him mad or whatever the situation is he will um dispute the checks. So he disputed multiple I think it was almost $1,000 worth of checks for um two ex employees.

[00:08:06]It's somewhere I I'll find it. Star something. And then Alec Ringall, um, he disputed the checks. Um, and I know they cashed their checks primar primarily at Amscott.

[00:08:19]>> Um, and Amscott was calling a lot trying to figure out, you know, why basically $1,000 worth of checks was um being disputed and he was st Jeremy was stating that they stole the checks from him, that he didn't give them access to it, but he wrote the checks for them.

[00:08:36]their last check they received. I was there at the old office um when they got it. Um so that was something else that happened.

[00:08:46]>> I'm sorry to cut you off for these like payroll checks. Like what are the checks for? Like what is he like why is he paying these these?

[00:08:51]>> Um they worked so they're on the Well, they were he didn't have Bank of America at that time. He had um Mid Florida.

[00:08:57]>> Um and so on their checks it says DBA Metro State special services on there.

[00:09:04]So I guess they're that's a payroll check.

[00:09:06]>> Okay. So like he they worked they did an SS escort or whatever it was and that's what they're the checks are for. Okay.

[00:09:12]>> Exactly. Um um and then when we were um at the old office um they there was an issue with the um the mailbox. So I guess the mailman because they all shared it's like a community mailbox.

[00:09:29]>> Okay. So, I guess the mailman accidentally put one of the other um renters checks in Jeremy's box. It was a woman. Um I think I still have a voicemail and um uh she for some reason, I don't know, she was just really nice.

[00:09:44]She didn't she didn't call the police or anything. Um but Jeremy took her check and then um somehow he was able to cash her check. Um I don't know how he was able to do that, but he was able to cash it in at Mid Florida. Um and um the lady found out of course >> um and she kept contacting him um trying to find out um you know why he had done it and how it happened and he said it was a mistake but it >> it really wasn't a mistake. Um the mid Florida account you probably know is closed now. Um, and the reason for that is Jeremy was sell Okay, this is what he claims. He was selling a bike or something. He was selling a bike and these people sent him emails and I saw the emails. I think I still have them.

[00:10:34]>> Um, stating, "Well, if you It's like one of those scams where, and I think I told you where um if you cash a larger amount than what it's worth." Sure.

[00:10:43]>> And Okay, that's scam that everyone has heard about. So, um, he knew the checks weren't valid. Of course, he knew it was a scam, but he tried to cash the checks anyway at Mid Florida.

[00:10:57]>> And I'm I'm sorry, were these checks that he like who who gave him these these checks?

[00:11:02]>> Um, the the I guess the >> whoever the right Okay. Right. And so he knew they weren't good checks and um he gave the checks to Mid Florida >> and at first he tried to do a mobile deposit >> and they rejected it. So then he went to the bank um and I think I was with him that time when he went to the bank >> and um uh he tried to cash it and the manager, it was a male, he came up to the window >> and he said, "You know, these are a little older." cuz they were a little older than like 6 months.

[00:11:37]>> He said, "Oh, they're a little old, so we we can't we can't cash them." And I think that night, um, they sent him an email and stated that the account was closed, um, due to fraud.

[00:11:48]>> Um, and he continued to try to cash those bad checks until they just they told him that he had money.

[00:11:57]>> Um, they were going to close the account, but he still had like $1,000 left in there, and they were going to try to allow him to take it out. Um but they never did and and he got really nervous. He thought they were calling the police so he just left. And >> was this like months ago? Years like how how far back was that?

[00:12:12]>> I'm sorry. Um >> it was after he got out of jail the last time. So after December, it had to be December.

[00:12:21]>> So within the last month or two, >> right?

[00:12:23]>> Which which branch did he go to?

[00:12:25]>> Um the one uh on the east side of town.

[00:12:28]>> East side. He >> went to the one on the east side of town and then he went to the one in Lakeland.

[00:12:35]like out by like UTF or something.

[00:12:39]>> Yes. Um >> I can't like Rouse that. Yeah.

[00:12:44]>> That's the one I went to with him and then um when he was leaving an escort recently. Um he went to he tried to go to the one in Lakeland and they were the ones that were holding like holding him there.

[00:12:58]>> Then back to Mr. Kucci. Is he an insurance agent or what's his deal? Like is he a friend or is he >> I found him because I was trying to find it's really hard to find commercial insurance for a tow truck driver.

[00:13:09]>> So I contacted a guy. He said I don't do it but there's this great person um named I think it's Tom Kuchi anyway.

[00:13:16]>> And so I contacted Mr. Kuchi and I I dealt with him. So >> I think that was I mean I don't think I did anything wrong. I mean, I legit legitimately was looking for tow trucks and so um we he and I talked and um when it was time for the payment, that was like the only time he talked to Jeremy.

[00:13:35]It was on three-way.

[00:13:36]>> Um so, we were just looking for the commercial um auto or you know, commercial auto insurance. Um >> and I thought everything was fine. I like the guy.

[00:13:48]>> Um but >> Jeremy wasn't happy with the direction of the tow truck. Um, Copart, I don't know if you know who Copart is, but Copart is a um >> like a salvage salvage yard of whatever.

[00:14:02]Um, and they had done business with him in the past.

[00:14:06]>> Um, and they stopped. Jeremy says that >> Sergeant Vidler went to the company and told him about him >> and he they were just done with him at that point.

[00:14:20]>> Um, so um Copart decided to give him another chance. It had been like a year. Um, and they said, "Well, you need the 300,000.

[00:14:30]You need, you know, you need insurance."

[00:14:31]And so that's when I went and contacted Mr. Kuchi and then we got the Progressive >> insurance. Um, but then Jeremy >> told American Express, which I didn't even know he'd done.

[00:14:42]>> Um, that it was fraudulent.

[00:14:46]>> I The only way I found out is because Mr. Kuchi called me and he was like, "Jennifer, please call me when you can because I don't understand what's going on." So I talked to Jeremy and that's when um he did I guess a chargeback or whatever you call it. So um so anyway um the other thing that he he has done and I don't really know if like it matters.

[00:15:18]>> Um so whenever you all take his phones, >> he will make a claim with the um like what is it like a shirion or something like that?

[00:15:30]>> Yeah. Like the the warrant not the warranty but the >> Yeah. Yeah. So he'll make claims with them stating that his home was burglarized um or that um it you know he was on a fishing trip and it fell or something like that and um they will send him out uh new devices and things like that. Um >> there was a situation where he I don't know I guess he went into like a rage and he destroyed his own home. Um and he stated that he was burglarized that someone broke in and did all this damage and it was really him that did it and then he um filed something um saying that it was damage from these robbers.

[00:16:13]Um the other thing that he has done is um okay so when we were on Acme Street which is in the city of Orlando's jurisdiction um he made a report I was there was there >> I believe it was August or September of 2020 >> and he stated at that um Steven Negron and Victor Lopez stole um items from him.

[00:16:48]>> Um and that it was at that location. Um it was actually it actually never occurred. Um not that particular incident. It didn't occur and um it happened in the office before that. So it was Orange County's jurisdiction, but he didn't want Orange County to get involved. So he made the report. An officer came out. made the report and then I don't know after a detective was assigned, detective Blondon, I don't know her first name, um after a detective was assigned, um then he um told me he told me that it didn't happen >> on Acme, which I thought I didn't think it happened on Acme anyway because I wasn't sure if Steven was really working at that time. Um, but he told me it happened in Orange County and I don't know if that, like I said, I don't I don't know if that matters. I don't >> sure, >> whatever. So, >> I'm sorry to cut off. What did he say was was stolen? Was it like >> laptops? Was it motorcycles? Like >> he said he said um laptops were taken and he also said that um lights and equipment were taken. He said that was more of Victor Lopez's thing to take light >> because Stephen sorry Victor has stolen from him in the past >> but not that particular incident. Um he was doing that to be vengeful because um Victor Lopez had you know given an interview and was saying negative things about him. So >> he was doing that >> um out of revenge. Um, the other thing is when we went to California, >> um, the Dr. Phil show, they, um, they wanted him to pay for his tickets first and then they were going to reimburse him, which they did.

[00:18:33]>> Um, so the tickets were paid and um, then he recently disputed the airline tickets with American Express. Um, I don't know why since he got the money back, but I guess he wanted extra money, but that's what he did.

[00:18:53]Um, and yeah, I mean everything else that I know I guess has to do with more impersonation and you guys don't really deal with that. So, um, >> I guess seems like the sheriff's office is doing whatever it is they do with there's on the clerk's office. There's like all sorts of cases with impersonation and >> sure >> sheriff's office.

[00:19:34]Um, so yeah, I mean, like I said, I mean, that's all the information I can give you as far as anything having to do with insurance or fraud or anything like that.

[00:19:49]>> I haven't done anything. I haven't touched >> haven't raised the right >> the rates or the the coverage, >> right? To my knowledge, none of it has changed. Um, so right now he is uh I have I guess I have to talk to Lind Court. Um, >> right now he is headed to North Carolina like I told you.

[00:20:11]>> Um, and like last night he wanted me to go with him and so I I went with him. I got he he called me. He was headed to the office. I was here and he asked me if I would help him move like move a car.

[00:20:26]>> And I said, "Okay, yeah, I'll help you move a car. I mean, doesn't it's not that big of a deal." I said, "What kind of car is it?" And he was really secretive. He wouldn't tell me. I thought maybe he just like bought a car with credit or something like that. And long story short, we ended up all the way out at the airport >> and he was trying to get me to rent a car in his name, which or rent a car in my name, I'm sorry, which I didn't do.

[00:20:52]Um, and he got angry and I just left. I got in a lift and I just came back to the office and then I got in the car and left.

[00:21:01]>> Um, and then he brought out another employee. Uh, his name is Adrien Hernandez. Um, and Adrien did put the rental car in his name, >> but I don't think they were going to allow Jeremy to pick it up. So, he recently just went to um like the thrifty rental or whatever in CM.

[00:21:23]>> Um and he got the rental car um and he's headed off to North Carolina. So, >> is there a reason he wouldn't want to drive Ronnie's car or like is there some just out of curiosity?

[00:21:35]>> He's not supposed to be leaving. So, >> so they don't want that, >> right? So, he wasn't going to drive a metro state anything and he and they know about her vehicle now. Um, so no, they um it's a like a 2020 Armada or something. I don't know what the brand is, but um yeah, I have like the tag and all that, but anyway. Um, >> so yeah, that's what he's doing. And he says to be coming back on Thursday.

[00:23:41]>> Did that bother him or is he he was fine with that? Like >> he didn't like it. He felt like it was an iron to stay here. So >> why why did y'all move from Orlando to like was it just the the lease was up or >> he stopped paying Mr. Wise.

[00:24:03]>> And then the lady, you said the check got in the wrong box at the mailbox. You know what? What her name was or >> I have to I have to go look at um I had to go listen to the I'm sorry, I'm not prepared. I had to listen to the voicemail. Um but um I can't remember her name, but yeah, she was just one of the people that owned or not owned but rented one of the little slots over there. And like I said, I don't know if the I don't know how the mailman did it, but I guess when you open it, you're just shoving stuff in. And >> so Jeremy got her check and then he was able to cash in. I don't know how he told me he did. And I'm I don't even know. I don't even know how he's able to do do things that he does.

No, we again we requested but what would have taken a couple weeks a year or so ago now takes months because everybody was working from home and nobody >> Yeah, I I I have pictures of it. Um he claims because I kept asking him about it as I was trying to get him to tell me what happened. He claimed um that it was um the lights.

[00:25:34]>> He because these lights, not all of them work, which we don't even really use them, but um so he was stating, "Oh, well that's what happened with the fire last time." And I said, "Well, okay, what happened?" And he said, "Oh, well, the lights weren't working properly."

[00:25:48]And then that's when the fire started.

[00:26:00]>> Isn't that very easy to >> see? And wouldn't the police have gotten involved that?

[00:26:05]>> It's easy for us, but unfortunately the insurance companies don't always >> they they pay sometimes when they >> obviously when we wouldn't have a job if insurance companies, you know, we look into that kind of stuff, but they they pay sometimes when maybe the facts of the claim aren't what they really were, >> right? I mean, I can send you the pictures. Um, they're supposed to be on the phone.

[00:26:28]>> Um, >> I mean, I saw the building. I saw the damage inside. So, >> yeah, I'll give you a card with my email on it if you wouldn't mind sending those.

[00:26:40]>> Okay. Um, what makes what can I ask? I don't I'm allowed to ask. What makes you think that it's not legitimate?

[00:26:48]So, just some of the we don't have obviously the whole claim claim file yet, >> but the the fire department from the notes that I have, the fire department never went went out there. So, that's >> that's obviously if you're going to claim several thousand dollars worth of damage and the fire department doesn't have any record of ever being out there, that's kind of a red flag for us.

[00:27:11]>> So, are you saying he started the fire and put out the fire? that I'm that's that's kind of my my issue is I'm not saying maybe he he didn't do that or maybe I I truly don't know at this point 100% what what happened but I don't understand how the fire department doesn't have any record of being out there cuz that's and this and in the fraudulent fires that we deal deal with that's kind of the first thing that we ask for well how long was the fire department there and if if the fire department never went that's kind of a red flag for us that I've never had a fire and not saying it can't happen.

[00:27:43]>> But as long as I've been doing this, I've never had a fire where the fire department did didn't go that turned out to be real. They're all fraudulent.

[00:27:49]>> And I keep an open mind. I'm not saying that's I'm I'm setting that, but it's that's a huge red flag for us that >> the fire department's not not there.

We've I've looked at the burgers at his house and obviously I mean the his house gets broken into pretty regularly which seems kind of strange that >> I mean know people are out to get him that often. I mean I know he's I guess he's big on YouTube. I've been told that he has a pretty big following. Maybe people don't like him. I I don't really deal with with any of that stuff. But >> that was um I don't understand. But that was the old house.

[00:29:18]>> As a detective, again, I obviously I wasn't there, but just from what I've seen, it doesn't seem maybe like it maybe he created that for notoriety or fame. I I mean, I'm not here to judge anybody.

[00:29:28]>> That's what he wants to do, then that's what he wants to do. But it just seems seems odd the whole whole thing. If I open an envelope and there's white powder, I'd want to wouldn't really worry about law enforcement. I'd want an ambulance and hospital and all that kind of stuff.

[00:29:41]>> Yeah. He sent me the pictures when it happened and it was all on his hands and I said, "Why did you even touch it?"
