[00:00:00]Listen, >> not today, but this weekend. I work overnight today. And then tomorrow morning, I'll come home, get a couple hours of sleep. I'll go to one of my jobs. And then once I clock out of that job, I'll be going straight to another overnight shift. It just seems so damn impossible to find a job. What is the point of these interviews? And all I see online is just [ __ ] about how bad this [ __ ] job market is and how it's not getting better. I just want to be happy and live my life and not have to worry about paying the [ __ ] rent.

[00:00:31]>> The cost of living is spiraling and it's the same story, different countries. In this video, we're going to be going through stories from Canada, stories from the United States, stories from Australia, stories from the UK, and stories from Ireland to show you how it's the same [ __ ] different country.

[00:00:53]So, it gets kind of hilarious when people are like, "Yeah, my guy, he's going to come in and he's going to fix these problems." But anyway, let's get right into this, guys, and see what's going on here. I don't get how people afford life without a job. I can't even afford it with a job. I have direct deposits, schedule, responsibilities, and somehow the math still isn't mathing at the end of the month. I mean, every month I pay bills, and my account looks surprised like like where'd it go? Uh, I was there the whole time and I >> and so many people can relate to that, right?

[00:01:26]>> Meanwhile, there are people out there unemployed, calm, traveling, eating out regularly. I just >> at least that's what it seems on the surface. That's what you see about it.

[00:01:39]But the reality is a lot of these people are broke, too. You are broke.

[00:01:44]>> And they're living off credit or savings. Social media is just an illusion. It's what people want you to see. The parts of their life that are good, but all that is bad. Oh, of course they hide that far a far away. And then this guy has cracked the code on essentially how to make money. Take a listen to this.

[00:02:07]>> There are only four ways to earn a living in Canada. One, by fleeing the country. Two, by committing crime.

[00:02:16]>> Three, by engaging in fraud. or four by getting involved in politics and then stealing money.

[00:02:25]>> And that is exactly so true, isn't it?

[00:02:29]>> Yeah. Elbows out.

[00:02:30]>> Elbows up.

[00:02:31]>> How many people are like, "Yeah, that guy knows." And you could apply this to the US. You could apply this to the UK, Ireland, Australia, any of the places that we're going to be talking about today because as you get into the stories, you'll notice they're all of a similar theme. And now we're going to get into a really deep story here. And it just shows the struggle that some people go through. How many jobs?

[00:02:58]They're just essentially like a slave.

[00:03:00]It's like modernday slavery in the 21st century. Take a listen to this.

[00:03:06]>> I don't want to be alive anymore. And I understand that that's a very, very heavy sentence. And no, that does not mean that I'm trying to end my life.

[00:03:17]That does not mean that I have any plans or intentions to end my life because I don't. But I would be lying to myself by saying that I want to be alive because I don't. Being alive is expensive and I feel like I'm finding myself questioning often what is the point of being alive if I can't afford to live period. I got the red notice on my door yesterday and um it has really brought forward this I don't know this like sense of heaviness this breakdown that I've been having all week.

[00:03:54]>> Especially because this weekend is one of my busiest weeks for work. I go to two out of my three jobs today. Not today but this weekend. I work overnight today and then tomorrow morning I'll come home, get a couple hours of sleep.

[00:04:20]>> That is absolutely crazy. It's no wonder that she's questioning life right now when you've got that type of situation going on. But so many people are in that situation. And again, different country, same [ __ ] going on when it comes to Western countries. So many people can relate to this. [00:04:46]But essentially, it's like modern-day slavery. I mean, at what point do you call it being a slave versus a job? I mean, if you're working literally round the clock, barely sleeping, I mean, that's not sustainable. It's just not sustainable. And effectively, you're just a slave. Yeah. you're getting paid and they say you have your freedom, but what freedom do you have if you're working all the time and just sleep work, sleep work. I mean, that's completely crazy and shows how bad things are. And then, you know, a watermelon is $18.99.

[00:05:25]>> Yeah, don't worry about me. I'll just uh go buy a $18.99 watermelon.

[00:05:32]What the is going on?

[00:05:34]>> But it's true. You got to ask that question as well because it relates to the last story that we just went through. Obviously, she's working a job and all these other jobs as well to sustain herself and sustain the high cost of living. If everything is so damn expensive, if there's so much stealing going on, if the government is telling you, "Hey, you know what I've got for you? I got some free money here." But I'm not telling you that we just printed all that money and we also printed extra which we're giving to our friends and the corporate CEOs and shareholders and yeah you didn't even realize that one but it's like this guy said right? He has just cracked the code. I mean these are the four ways to make money ways to earn a living in Canada. One by fleeing the country. Two by committing crime.

[00:06:29]three, by engaging in fraud, or four, by getting involved in politics and then stealing money.

[00:06:37]>> It's so true. And this happens like across the West. I mean, you're seeing crypto pump and dumps by certain administrations when you've got administrations like in Canada, they just create these foreign programs and create these programs for their friends and, you know, they're getting kickbacks off them. And in the case of Carney, I mean, look at him. He is literally of a massive trillion dollar asset holder, Brookfield. A lot of interest there. And even though his assets are held in a blind trust, I mean, he knows that some of those are related to Brookfield. Who cares? So, the conflicts of interest are wild and there's zero consequences for when people violate ethics policies.

[00:07:21]Nothing happens. So, why should they care? Nobody is getting caught and sent to jail. So why are they going to stop?

[00:07:28]Why are they going to care? Especially in the case of the West when the money that they can make from this is so so much higher because the governments are so so large and nobody no politician is coming out and saying hey we need to reduce the government size dramatically create massive reforms to get rid of this corruption completely and build up from nothing essentially similar to what Malay is doing even in Argentina. But there has been a lot of corruption there as well. So, you know, corruption essentially spreads everywhere. And then, you know, people who are unemployed, they can't find jobs.

[00:08:07]They're sick of it. I mean, jobs are going to AI. AI can do some phenomenal things, some fantastic things. But it's also completely useless for some things.

[00:08:18]And I think what you'll eventually see is some things will actually go back to humans after going to AI because AI just simply isn't capable. The creativity side especially. So take a listen to this.

[00:08:31]>> Job interviews mean nothing to me anymore. I go into them without even a glimmer of hope. Just got off a phone screening with a recruiter and he said if I get a call back there would be three more interviews and a take-home activity. Like at this point I don't even want the interview practice anymore. It just seems so damn impossible to find a job. What is the point of these interviews? And all I see online is just [ __ ] about how bad this [ __ ] job market is and how it's not getting better. I feel like my head is going to explode. I just want to be happy and live my life and not have to worry about paying the [ __ ] rent.

[00:08:59]>> So, people are just really frustrated.

[00:09:02]They just want a life where they can go to work, they have some free time, and they also have some free money. I mean, that is a very basic lifestyle that they're asking for. A lot of these people aren't even asking that they can afford a home. And you know, she could be in the US, she could be in Canada, she could be in Australia, she could be in the UK. So many people will relate to what she just said there because it's almost like it's an orchestrated collapse, isn't it? It's almost like it doesn't matter when you change the government or who you change the government to, but you get that same net result, which is lots of stealing, lots of corruption at the top, lots of broken promises. It all seems the same, doesn't it? I mean, that's the crazy thing that people don't realize. And then on a lighter note, this guy, I mean, he makes hilarious Tik Tok videos. Many of you have probably seen them, but this just shows the complete insanity.

[00:09:58]>> Life's so damn high, you can't even afford to die. Have you seen the cost of caskets and funerals? Man, when I die, just throw my ass in the ocean.

[00:10:08]>> I mean, and yeah, everything. Literally everything. You can't even afford to die now because of the cost of it. I mean, yeah, I'm with that guy. Just throw me in the ocean. And then so many people are just done, especially younger people, because they just don't have the opportunities. And for older people, it's easy for them to say, well, you know, it's just cuz you're going to Starbucks, >> Starbucks, Starbucks, Starbucks.

[00:10:33]>> It's just because you're having avocado toast. But everybody knows, and no pun intended, that that doesn't cut it anymore. Take a listen to this. If you're a young person in Canada watching this, I really want to know if you see a future here. Cuz everywhere I look, I see a bunch of disillusioned, disenfranchised young people that have no opportunities to grow in this country, to make money, to actually get a solid footing and start their life.

[00:10:58]Now, some people want to blame young kids saying that they're lazy, they don't want to work, and I don't think that's true at all. There are young Canadians that are ready and willing to work. They just haven't been given those opportunities. It's very difficult when you've got a massive government like in the US, in Canada, in the UK, in many countries which just has all these red tapes and regulations that stop free enterprise entrepreneurial spirit and businesses make it practically impossible to do anything without major startup capital. So it becomes very very expensive very quickly. And how do young people even have that money? So business creation is effectively going to nothing because this is happening. So that's going to lead to even higher prices right in the future because less competition from other businesses that are being created means what? Higher prices. Who benefits from that?

[00:11:54]shareholders of these mega corporations that will continue to function, continue to take over the smaller players and continue to just monopolize prices which they can just jack up at any time. And that's the plan, guys. These people at the top, they own portions of all these companies and they have their best interests served through their government and that doesn't change even if you change the party. I mean, I think it's all a front personally just so people feel better because they don't realize. It's like a video like this.

[00:12:27]You zoom out, look at the problems in the western countries, the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia. They're all very similar, guys. They're all very similar. And then, you know, this is another funny one. Again, to lighten the mood and the tone here, we've got to have a lab. But, I mean, it's sort of dark here.

[00:12:46]>> I'm ready.

[00:12:48]>> Do it.

[00:12:50]do it. It's okay. IT'S ALL RIGHT. I'M NOT SCARED ANYMORE. IT'S OKAY. I'M A MILLENNIAL BORN IN THE 1980S.

[00:12:57]>> AND IF you haven't seen Final Destination, I mean, you haven't lived.

[00:13:02]You really haven't lived. So, you'll know exactly what she's talking about if you've obviously seen Final Destination.

[00:13:09]And you know, this girl, I'm happy to say that some Canadians are waking up, especially younger Canadians. And seeing videos like this, it does give you some sort of hope that at least more and more people are taking initiative to go to social media and say, "Hey, this [ __ ] right?" But take a listen to this.

[00:13:26]>> The vibe in Canada is you're going to work so hard. You're going to do your best, okay? You're going to focus.

[00:13:33]You're going to work hard. And you're going to lock in. And then you're going to burn yourself out. And then years later, you're gonna look at your life and you're like, "Fuck, I'm in the same place."

[00:13:45]>> And she is totally right when you really think about it. And this girl's story right here is so similar to that. I mean, that's essentially what she's going through. And guess what? It's not just the vibe in Canada because I believe she is in the US. So again, I mean, it's just showing you how these things are so related in different countries. And again, it's almost like it was planned. It's almost like it was orchestrated. But it's the same thing happening at the top. And that is the most major problem here. And people get very emotionally attached to different leaders. I think people have really just got to take a step back, zoom out, watch videos like this, which is showing the same thing happening in many different countries and you'll realize, hey, yeah, you know, how's it going to change if we change governments and the same thing is happening everywhere else? I mean, do it, do it. Change that government you at least want to change, right? But after that, people will be saying in a couple of years, oh man, nothing changed.

[00:14:51]Because again unless everybody unites and really wants change of the political system because that's the thing that is broken across western countries. The fact that there's zero consequences again that is another thing that is majorly broken. Governments can just break the law. They can do what they want and nobody faces consequences for it. So, who gives a if they make mistakes and do it wrong when there's zero consequences for it? And it's getting more and more extreme as time goes on because more governments are being authoritarian. And then take a listen to this guy. Very similar story.

[00:15:28]>> Somebody explain to me what happened to Canada. How is this normal? How is it that a single mom has to go out and work two jobs just to make ends meet? Barely seeing her kids, right? struggling still to pay the bills even with two jobs.

[00:15:47]>> And it's not just Canada. That's what I'm going to keep saying here till the cows come home because it's true. It's happening across the West. And people need to wake up. They need to realize that because then they start to think more critically about the situation. Hm.

[00:16:04]If that is happening in other countries too and their governments are changing, then how is just a slight change in the government here going to really change anything drastically? What's going on here really? And again, it goes back to what that guy said originally, how to make money. Number four is obviously stealing and corruption in politics, which is pretty much the truth. And just to lighten the mood once again, I mean, this is absolutely hilarious. Take a listen to this. The Australian dream right here.

[00:17:25]>> Oh my god. It's just absolutely hilarious. Is it? But again, just shows it. And now moving on to the UK. I mean, little is a budget grocery store. Take a listen to this guy.

[00:17:37]>> Right. So, people want to go on about the state of America and how much it costs to live in America and actually get your shopping, but let me tell you about the state of the UK. I've just been to little and spent $160 on a small shop to start us off for the week, and it really does not consist of much.

[00:17:54]Forgive the grace, guys, and absolute misery that is the UK. But anyway, look at this. I've got two bottles or two packs of water. Couple of big ones there. And I've got look, you see this?

[00:18:06]That bag and that bag there? Two mediumsiz shopping bags. And that has cost £160. Can you believe that?

[00:18:15]>> Yes, I can believe that. And then this is absolutely hilarious from Ireland.

[00:18:20]>> The cost of living crisis has got so extreme in Ireland that you have to save money in whatever way you can. So today I'm about to show you how to do one week shopping for €20. Let's get to it.

[00:18:30]>> Oh, wait. Let's see.

[00:18:32]>> Um, actually uh >> Oh god.

[00:18:37]>> Never mind him. I'm out of petrol. I can't afford fuel.

[00:18:43]>> Yeah, I can't even make it to the grocery store for €20. I mean, absolutely hilarious. And then she's talking about the prime minister of Australia, just to give you some context. But I mean, you can remove that, replace it with Mark Garnney, Donald Trump, K Dharma, whoever you like. And it's same sort of going on.

[00:19:02]>> Anthony Abanzy, I'm calling you out. I am calling you out. You are the reason moms and dads all around Australia can't put food on the table. Why? You're out chumming it with your pals at these rabbidos games. You're just creating.

[00:19:14]You're spending more of our money.

[00:19:16]You're creating this inflation.

[00:19:18]>> She's exactly right. And you know Mark Carney, he loves to enjoy a seven course meal >> around this dinner table. It's like a seven course meal.

[00:19:25]>> I mean it's just absolutely crazy. And then this is another story about just basic grocery shop and the price that they paid. And this is in the US or Canada. It's hard to tell.

[00:19:36]>> At the store yesterday I spent $336.88 on basics on absolute necessities.

[00:19:44]That's basically the same as the guy in the UK if you do the conversion. People are sick and tired of it. The cost of living keeps going up. But again, I see the polarization out there that is like, you know what the solution is? My guy, my guy's the solution. And that's why I'm trying to get people to take a step back with these videos and just see that it's actually happening in a lot of Western countries. you know, central banks. They all have central banks and the ability to print money for the governments to just run insane deficits and they all have like inflation targets. So, the government is actually trying to create inflation and they have a conflict of interest there because there's also the data. The data that gets supplied, the inflation data, the unemployment numbers, they come from who? The government and they are passed to the central banks to make decisions.

[00:20:38]So the central banks are making decisions off broken data to begin with.

[00:20:42]The data needs to be produced by independent institutions without the reach of the government's control. And until things like that change, nothing will change. Unfortunately, this has been going on now for the best part of over 20 years. So take a listen to this as well.

[00:20:59]>> The cost of living is at the moment. I pay close to $600 for a one-bedroom apartment. My lease is up in a few months. And I just know those [ __ ] are going to put up the rent. If they put it up again, I'm going to have to live on the [ __ ] street. It should not be this expensive. This is in Perth, Australia. This is not in [ __ ] like New York or London or Sydney. We have a housing shortage, so it's impossible to find rentals.

[00:21:23]>> And this is happening once again everywhere. I mean, Perth, Australia is very remote in Western Australia, but you know, Winnipeg is a city that's pretty remote in Canada as well. And we went through that as well. A lady in a small town near Winnipeg who was going through a similar struggle with the cost of living. So, you know, the real thing here that they want is you will own nothing and be happy. Everything is just going to be on a subscription, your rent till you die. And even if you can afford to buy, you'll be in debt forever for that purchase. And you probably will be even worse off than the renter, believe it or not. I mean, that is how stupid the situation is in many countries. Made a video about that a couple of weeks ago. So, what is going on is not really going to change unless people wake up and realize this is happening across the West. So, what is similar that's going on across all these countries?
