ATS news was live about D4VD and I was in there for a little bit and then um you know uh doing bedtime and all that kind of stuff. And after that it was just on my mind. So I started watching other videos and I started going through Tik Tok. I was comparing his Tik Tok to the dates on the um prosecution's brief that they laid out uh with what they think happened that they're going to present during the preliminary hearing. And oh my god, I am blown away. I cannot believe the things on his own social media that point to what happened. Then I started watching videos of like people he did collaborations with and stuff and I found a bunch of clips I want to show you guys. Um I just went through and liked certain videos I wanted to show.

Um anyway, then I went even further down the rabbit hole because I saw that SF Investigates is literally he now he's been covering and investigating this for months and months. Um even while things were very quiet, but he's put up a uh some interesting stuff.

[00:04:07]He doesn't believe that it was D4VD last driving the car. He's had the footage of the car being driven for the last time and he put it out. Um, and so we're going to see a Tik Tok video mentioning this. I did go over to his Twitter where you can find a bunch on this, but I think the clips will give it, you know, the context that's needed. So, anyways, it's been crazy. Thank you guys for being here. We're going to go ahead and start diving down this this little rabbit hole. So, let me share my screen over to his social media. I've got his Tik Tok pulled up now. Now, also, I'm going to pull up the criminal complaint or the I'm sorry, the prosecution's brief because that's what it is. Um, that gives all the dates. I also screenshotted these couple particular ones because um this is like the the dates when everything was purchased. You know, Celeste goes to his house on the 23rd and um within 30 minutes he's already texting her, "Where are you?"

[00:05:07]Steve Fischer is trying to say, "What if this is true?" True. It's pretty interesting. I do not fall into his um theory or his line of thought and I don't think that I think that the police obviously are going to have more than what he's been able to scrape up regarding uh footage and stuff like that. So, just so that we have like the dates and what we're looking at here clearly, I've got this here. So, his last drive was July 29th, but we're going to go here. So, she was first missing in February. This is when the first time she went missing is when SF actually joined the case. Okay. And he started he was sending out emails and actually sent one to D4 VD which they forwarded to someone else or they forwarded to someone else who sent to Steve. It's a little confusing, but regardless, he's been on it since. And you can see all of what he has to say about that um and about that first time that she went missing. But he says this is proof that she he knew she was only 13 at the time. So defendant claimed he was unaware she was a minor. But we want to get to here when the crime took place. April 23rd is the likely date of the victim's death and when all of her cellular activity ceased. That the night prior, April 22nd, um David and Celeste engaged in a lengthy argument described in detail in their text messages. The messages reveal the victim's jealousy over David's relationships with other women as David led Celeste to believe they had a future together. She became extremely upset and threatened to disclose damaging information about her relationship with defendant to end his career and destroy his life. Um his first studio album was due to be released on April 25th.

[00:06:58]Okay. He had he was um making I was watching like what he was worth and over the years how that gained and this is during a huge point of growth for his career.

[00:07:13]Let's get to April 23rd. At approximately 8:40 p.m. on April 23rd, the defendant sent an Uber to transport the victim from her Lake Ellnor home to his residence. They communicated before and during the ride and she arrived at 10:10 and then at 10:30 he's already sending messages asking where she's at and this is when why they believe he committed the crime immediately.

[00:07:40]So we have April 23rd and he tried to contact her until the 26th. Okay. So now that we have that, let's go over to his Tik Tok. Now, I want to go to before the crime right here. Let's actually start with this one. Um, he's just sharing videos of him uh performing and stuff like that at Coachella.

[00:08:08]Then he said, you know, sharing his tickets. The tour is coming up. I'm not checking the chat, you guys, but just um I will in just a moment. So, this post here actually happened the day of the argument. Okay. April the 22nd.

[00:08:32]April 23rd. This is the day that Celeste was murdered that they believe she was murdered and it was the day that she went to his house. Um, as you can see, this is like during the day that day, so probably before. Now, um, in these videos, you can clearly see his hands, right? He's not There's I I can I cannot wait for you guys to see this. I couldn't believe I mean, how he's just hiding in plain sight. Let's go back to one more, I think.

[00:09:15]You can see his hand a bit there. You know, we see there's nothing on his hands. And there's a Tik Tok video that's gonna show this a little better, but I wanted to show you guys straight from his page. Okay.

Um 421 422 the day of the fight. 423 the day that Celeste comes to the house and prosecutors believe she was killed. 4:25 this is the day his album released. Now, he spent the last, you know, 24 hours uh taking Celeste's life and driving to Santa Barbara to dispose of her stuff.

[00:09:55]He did that multiple times, actually. Um throughout April and May, he went to [clears throat] this area. Now, I want you to look at his hand. Now, on his hand, he does have some pink pen. It appears that he's tried to draw on his hand, maybe to cover up a a wound because it clearly looks like pin and a wound to me. I'm curious what you guys think.

Especially like I took a million screenshots last night and I was zooming in because there's more than one um video that shows his hands like this where he's got this red pen and it looked what appears to be a wound or something on his hand.

Um, but I like I said, I went to I tried to do the research to fact check some of these dates and I found this video. As you can see here, it was uploaded live first live in Houston on June 5th.

[00:14:08]So, I'm not sure, you know, there are claims that it happened at the end of April. It was posted by June 5th, so we know it took place within two weeks of Celeste of her of him taking her life.

It is supposed to be um written about his grandma like or he's supposed to be telling people he gets emotional because of his grandmother. Um just take a look.

She put together all of his social media post before and after.

And I'll tell you what, it is super common for people who take someone's life with a knife for them to cut themselves because obviously once blood gets on the knife, I'm sorry this is gruesome, but th this is just the facts. Um once blood gets on the knife, it's going to make it a bit slippery, right? So it people will slip trying to hold it and cut themselves.

[00:19:13]And it's one way, you know, that investigators are obviously paying attention to, especially if they're with, you know, see the person immediately after a crime has been committed. They're going to look at the hands.

His f fascination with this stuff was long before um what happened to Celeste, right? Like those u the merch that he was selling with the blood all over it. That was before he was just sick and twisted anyways. Had a very dark and a lot of people might have a dark um sense of humor or a dark um side to them. They might like dark arts, stuff like that.

[00:21:21]And I even like that stuff. Um I do depending on, you know, what it is and stuff, but specifically when it has to do with like psychology and a person's mind and everything. Um a lot of us do pay attention to c true for one reason or another. Some people had something in their own lives happen. Some people like are just like the psychology of it.

[00:21:45]There's different reasons. But so there's nothing wrong necessarily with having this like dark sense of self and style and whatever. It's just when you have this and you go on to commit brutal crimes like he has like he did uh >> the video of David.

[00:22:12]SF investigates a lot of times finds himself in the center of drama uh like with Bullhorn Betty uh in the Sebastian Rogers case while he also does some pretty serious private investigation stuff, right? Um he thinks that investigators have it wrong.

[00:22:34]Hey Flower Girl, I do not agree with him and I think we have to wait and see. I truly believe that they are going to have access to much more security footage and stuff than he would. But that's just my opinion.

I know who he is and some of his stuff, but he is the one who lost his life because he swallowed the drugs boarding the plane, right? Or am I wrong about that?

Like, huh, with some of it, but I did go to Steve Fischer's Twitter and fact check just like I went to find the date of that video and stuff. Um, I'm not here to do something like extreme or shocking. I want I just want the truth. I want to find the truth. So, Oh, okay. Oh, wait. That was uh Juicew World, wasn't it, that I was thinking of. and uh he was killed by being robbed in Florida. Okay. See, why do I don't know why I confuse those two, but I know that my son uh like likes both of their music, which I mean, he's almost 18, so Okay, here's the lady's Tik Tok. [00:26:05]And this one wasn't released by the cops. It was released by the private investigator, Steve Fischer, who has claimed he had this video for months from a ring camera.

[00:26:42]Let's Let me let it play. know that Steve Fischer has been talking about this video for months and he has always said that David was not the last person that drove this Tesla and also alluded to the fact that it was David's best friend Neo and was constantly calling him out and it seems like after Steve Fiser has been constantly calling out David's best friend Neo. He's the one he's one of the people in the video that we watched that they mentioned the smell in the home.

[00:27:11]Um, Neo was arrested for refusing to show up to a grand jury and he claims that now he's been legally cleared of everything. I think we might see that in this video. Let's see.

[00:27:26]>> The last person to drive the Tesla that this private investigator had different thoughts and he released this video. He also said, "Now that the prosecution has released a briefing for the preliminary hearing in the David case, we are releasing the surveillance footage of the Tesla being moved on July 29th. The driver is light-skinned with long hair wearing a red jersey. Even though he didn't name Neo by name, we all know that he is talking about Neo because >> I mean obviously dude >> the last photograph that was taken the night before the Tesla was parked for the last time Neo had on this red jersey. So this makes this all very confusing. But I am going to be 100% in that uploaded video by Steve Fischer of the last person driving the Tesla. I cannot make out anybody driving the Tesla.

I live in the middle of damn nowhere. Okay. And I had that car parked that was wrecked here that police were were told about in the middle of nowhere. If you guys don't know that story, you'll have to look on my channel about when um I was accused of a of vehicular homicide by local police for a period of time. And nobody drives by here. This is not a place where you drive through to get somewhere else. There's only a couple neighbors and some delivery trucks who come anywhere near here.

Something that could get him caught um in his car and just be moving it around in different parking spots near his house and leaving her right there with him or something. I don't know. I find that so weird. Why would he do that? Would he not think that somebody might would call or report like with it being a busy area?

[00:30:00]You literally have all this evidence of a very serious crime that's could put you away for the rest of your days and the body of a person you claimed to have loved at one point as being part of that evidence. Uh because I want to be sensitive to that.

[00:30:18]I you know this was a a young girl. This was a a kid. Um, and you just park it outside your house and leave it and move it around like move the car around.

[00:30:34]I just find that so weird. I'm curious what you guys think about that. But people reported that smell coming from the car four weeks before it was moved.

[00:30:52]It is weird. They probably have the Tesla recording. Yeah, I know there's um some cameras and stuff and I You know what? Isn't there a camera in the Tesla?

[00:31:08]They have a lot of crazy uh security measures most vehicles don't. My cousin had one. He was here last summer on vacation and in the middle of the day I just heard it out there running and I called him. I'm like, cuz his car was parked like right by my front door and he was in my mom's house. And I'm like, "Hey, your car's running." And he's like, "Oh no, if it's over 80ome degrees in the inside, it turns on."

It's still very possible that police do have video footage that maybe this PI doesn't have because neighbors have reported that David's car kept moving around for a while. This random YouTuber caught David's Tesla in the same exact spot it would later be towed from. And a random YouTuber on >> May 16th, 2025, >> a random YouTuber even caught it. I'm sorry, but what was he doing? I mean, he took all of her stuff. Hell, the police even found the pool because they mentioned the cuts in it. And I heard somebody say that in one of the videos that I watched, but I that's true. They mention it being consistent with um what they believe he did in that pool as well as the microlastics in her body.

[00:32:59]But then you just keep like put her you get a body bag and some other bags and you put her in this my god in this little trunk like you monster. But then you just leave her outside your home and move it around a little bit. I don't know. Something very weird here.

[00:33:18]Steve Fischer also uploaded photos of Amazon packages that were right on David's doorstep outside of his house that have the same fake name of Victoria Mendes that prosecutors are alleging he used.

[00:33:32]>> This is another thing Steve Fischer put out. SF puts out. Look, we saw these packages with the same name he used to order the body bag and all the other things. ordered the burn cage, the inflatable pool, the chainsaws, the body bag, the trash bags, and everything.

[00:33:50]This is another interesting thing. In this brief made by prosecutors that was released last night, it said that David lied to friends and business associates and others who noticed the strong smell of decay in or around his home and vehicle before leaving on his concert tour at the end of July. went on to say that he parked his Tesla on the street around the corner from his home. Though, in my opinion, it seems like it's very likely for some of the people that testified to that grand jury about David probably talked about this at the beginning of July, just weeks before they're claiming he took this Tesla for the last time and parked it stream where David randomly brings up a bad smell in his bathroom to another creator. thought this was really odd because we heard the same thing being alleged by the private investigator Steve Fiser. He was claiming that there was people smelling a very bad smell when they were in his bedroom and his bathroom.

[00:35:03]This literally came out of nowhere in this stream. Because he was around them for a while and then he literally says, "I apologize if you smell this bad smell coming from my bathroom. I just took a poop." Like making a joke out of it.

Now, he has put out a statement and uh after I think it was after David's arrest, let's see, and said um you know, he's he's not >> Hey guys, so according to sources close to the David and Celeste Hernandez investigation, Neo, David's former friend, who has been very vocal about no longer being friends with him, seemed to have had nothing to hide when he was testifying in front of this grand jury, who is currently convening to bring a murder charge against David. Now, according to TMZ, he did not plead the fifth at all while he was being grilled.

[00:36:56]DA Beth Silverman. So, basically, everything that she was asking him, he was answering without any issues. This comes after it was speculated that Neo possibly did.

[00:37:04]>> Let me just read his post to you guys and we'll keep going down the little rabbit hole. So, Neo says, "I understand due to my silence and the silence in general, it leaves a void of information that everyone wants to fill, but at the end of the day, this case isn't about me. It isn't about you. It's about getting justice for the victim and her family. And I care a lot more about that than trying to fill that void because of public opinion. Obviously wasn't doing my part at first, but now I am. I've stayed loyal to my mindset and I will continue to. I'm not publicly going to give any opinion or emotion about this case because I find it disrespectful and not my place to weigh in on it, especially as it's still ongoing. I'm not going to spam posts to justify and perform my feelings and thoughts for the internet trying to satisfy people who have already made up their minds about me. In the time, the record will speak for itself and I'm moving on with my life. And his attorney said, you know, they they sincerely hope justice is ultimately served for the victim and the family.

I think if he was, he would have been arrested by now. uh having went and answered all the questions and have having you know putting out these posts that he's been cleared. I don't know that that's the case. That's not the police saying it, but I just think that he would be arrested now or we would see some sign of his involvement in the prosecution's brief. I mean, we know that on April 24th, so this happened April 23rd. Um, April 24th he ordered a shovel from Home Depot and that was delivered. May 1st he ordered and Amazon delivered two chainsaws. May 5th, defendant ordered an Amazon delivered a body bag, heavy duty laundry bags, and a blue inflatable pool. Um, so where was she from in all that time?

[00:45:59]From April 23rd to May 5th, um, when he gets the pool to do what he ultimately is going to do, he made the purchases under the fake name Victoria Mendes. On May 8th, he returned to that same area in Santa Barbara and again on May 31st.

[00:46:18]And on July 7th, he ordered and subsequently Amazon delivered a burn cage. Two months later, this was months before she ever made it in the car to be moved around around his house for months. She was somewhere else for months with him.

[00:46:45]Again, I told you guys his mom and sister. And I'm going to just only share that and I'm going to take it off the screen, but just to know they were going to other countries with him. So was Celeste, actually. Um, and it would be curious to know how she was able to do that as a minor. But they were traveling with him and they were a big part. his sister performed with him on stage. Um, my heart goes out to them and I really I I thought about it last night. You know, we see in these cases that we talk about the the parents of these people get attacked so horrifically. Stefan Sterns, Chris Watts, and sure the parents might be a little frustrating because they make excuses or this and that. Um, please leave his family alone. my like my heart breaks for them.

[00:47:35]Uh you think your child has done something so incredible and amazing and they've made this career for themselves uh earning by the time he was arrested over a net worth of over $3 million.

[00:47:49]Matter of fact, his net worth was only like 2.25 25 until um Celeste was found and the stream the streams uh people started streaming his music so much and talking about him so much his net worth grew up to right over 3 million based on what I was reading last night.

[00:48:09]his mom must have been really proud and then to find out he did this like I'm just really uh my heart goes out to them and I hope people will give them some grace and as well as Celeste family because they're all over and in you know people are talking about them too. Um this is a rabbit hole I'm going to keep digging and I don't care. It may not be maybe it's something better for me to do like pre-recorded videos of. I don't know. I'll I'll think about that. But regardless, I'm going to be following this one. I want I want all the facts. I want the details. I want to know and I want justice to be served. Of course, I I can't believe that somebody could so blatantly in our faces just hide like this in plain sight. Like I said, you're posting every day. Go through his post. I mean, not every day, but very frequently.
