One Pan Pork Steaks & Cabbage

[00:00:00]Going into a hot skillet with a seasoned pork steak. Use whatever seasoning you prefer. I use my house blend. I'm not worried about cooking them all the way through, just about 2 minutes on each side. When they look about like that, you want to remove them from the pan.

[00:00:14]Slice a small cabbage and layer it on the bottom. I'm adding a few sprinkles of Worcestershire sauce, a little bit of seasoning.

[00:00:22]Place your pork steaks back in on top of your cabbage. Now I layer a sliced russet potatoes.

[00:00:29]One packet of Lipton soup mix and beef stew mix. Add it to your favorite mixing bowl with two cups of beef broth and give it a real good mix. Now pour it over everything in the skillet.

[00:00:41]Cover with foil or a lid. Now into a 350° oven for an hour and a half. Some people may eat it with a roll, but I am definitely putting a piece of cornbread on this plate. I like just a splash of my Zippy's Zap on that cabbage. The one thing you won't need with it is a knife.
