[00:00:00]Here is a video of Caitlyn Jenner with Tommy Lauren. Um, and Caitlyn Jenner is like somehow didn't understand that the Republican party um and its president were hostile to uh trans folks. And uh >> I think she realized it. I think she's more in favor of tax breaks. Like, isn't this kind of this says everything about what actual like rich people's priority priorities are on this kind of thing, right?

[00:00:40]>> Recently, I had my passport. I had to get it renewed. I sent it back. Comes back. gender marker M screws everything up.

[00:00:55]>> So, there's a form in there. If they made a mistake, you can uh correct it. So, I fill out all the proper forms. I'm not calling anybody.

[00:01:05]I'm not calling the president. You know, I got his personal cell number. I'm not calling anybody. I'm going to see if I can fix this myself because it's not just about me. It's about all people in this situation, >> you know.

[00:01:17]So, uh, I even sent a hard copy, uh, of my birth certificate, Caitlyn Marie Jenner, gender, sex, female. I I did everything. And they sent it back. M, they didn't change it at all.

[00:01:33]>> So, now I'm in a position, Tommy, that what do I do?

[00:01:39]>> This is a safety factor. Okay. I I can't travel internationally anymore. Okay. I can't use my passport. I can use Global Entry. It says F. I can do this. I can travel in the United States. License, you know, driver's license, pilot's license, everything. Gender marker F.

[00:01:57]Um, so it really creates a big problem and I'm trying to figure out at this point what to do. I don't blame President Trump. I love him. Um, but pause it for a second.

[00:02:08]>> A lot of people, this is a huge >> just a a note. We can let her finish that, but um, one of the things Trump brought up to the uh, Door Dash grandmother uh, during that publicity stunt was uh, they don't want to let they they wanted to let girls play boys or boys play girls sports. We're not going to do that anymore, right? You care about that, right? And she's like, um, can we stick to the burgers?

[00:02:30]>> I'm here to talk about the uh, overtime taxes. That's it. like even the grandmother. But the idea that Kaitlin Jenner does not blame the president really, who do you blame? Like who?

[00:02:42]>> Oh, it must have been a mistake because even though this was this is broad policy and I know trans people that are that have had this happen to them. This is the administration doing this actively. It must have been a mistake because I am exceptional. I am one of the trans people that doesn't have to worry about other people in my community because I have access to Trump. I have his personal phone number. I can give him a call and ask for whatever I want.

[00:03:08]So, I didn't think this was going to happen to me. I didn't think I was a part of a collective or a community and I had to have solidarity with others. I still remember when she came out as trans and she went on Ellen's show and they had a debate about gay marriage.

[00:03:22]She didn't even think gay marriage should be legal at that time. like the level of psychosis that this person has who by the way killed someone with her car and we don't talk about it at all.

[00:03:34]Um is crazy to me and but like this is exact it's the I didn't think the leopards would eat my face meme on steroids.

[00:03:46]>> I don't blame President Trump. I love him. Um, but for a lot of people, this is a huge issue, you know.

[00:03:56]>> Mhm. Mhm.

[00:03:57]>> Um, do do you know?

[00:03:59]>> And so that's kind of where I'm at right now. I have not talked to the press. I wrote I was in Mara Lago two months ago, wrote a letter uh explaining all of this to him, how it's affecting me and a lot of other people. And uh unfortunately, he wasn't there this week. that weekend.

[00:04:19]Um, actually I the Secret Service guy said he could get it to him, put it on his desk and stuff. I haven't heard from him. He's kind of busy right now.

[00:04:31]>> Yeah, he's busy uh signing off on policies that deprive you and other trans people of the ability to travel.

[00:04:42]I mean, this is just like first off and then you see Tommy who is like I I can't really speak to this because >> where does she stand on any of that?

[00:04:51]>> Because if I mention if I if I actually say if I if I acknowledge anything beyond that you've just said this to me, then I'm going to have to justify myself to my audience and I'm not going down that road. Meanwhile, the utter delusion I don't blame uh President Trump. I did send him a letter and the the Secret Service did say they could do, but I didn't hear anything because he's too busy to respond. He wasn't too busy to promulgate that uh new regulation.

[00:05:24]I mean, just um just like the the the the bootlicking associated with this, right? like the to watch like this level of an authoritarian mind >> just subject uh uh herself and watch her rights stripped away. Claim that she's also concerned about other people's rights being stripped away and still still not able to sort of connect that uh you know that that hand that has just like slapped her across the face. Can't see she can't see what arm it's connected to. It's just uh it is uh it is insane.

[00:06:10]>> Yeah. I will also just note historically that is the one uh thing that comes to mind for Hillary Clinton's State Department is she changed it so trans people could be uh identified properly on their documents.

[00:06:23]>> Well, today's Democratic party would say that we shouldn't prioritize that.

[00:06:27]>> Don't go too far to the left. Yeah.

[00:06:29]because uh >> so many people were upset with the uh the the gender identification with other people's passports.

[00:06:37]>> It made it so so much more complicated to get back into the country.
