Rekieta's Epilogue: The HRO Hearing Saga Ending Soon & His Desperate Cries for Attention Checklist!

[00:00:00]Hey guys, Luther Morgan here coming at you with another video. And today we're going to be talking about our old friend, everyone's favorite former Minnesota strip mall lawyer, Nick Ricada. And this is kind of an epilogue show. So we're kind of going over, you know, what's been going on with Ricada since the book came out and really what's next in the future. And really the only thing that is going to be changing about him and his story is this uh harassment restraining order that's coming up on June 5th. So, I figured um in preparation for that, how about we just go through and see what Nick has been up to? And good god, if you look at him from his stream yesterday, I mean, look at that nose. Could that nose get any redder? I mean, he looks like Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer. I mean, he looks like the uh the the novelty like glasses with the fake nose and the fake uh mustache, but that's his actual nose, guys. So, I mean, I I'm legitimately concerned, you know, for this guy's nasal health. Um, you can almost see like a clear line of definition on it. I mean, that that's just quite scary. And if we look over at his Social Blade, I mean, it doesn't really get much better. Uh, you look at this guy, I mean, he puts out about like what, two videos a week on average, and those are two live streams. So, not I guess not really a video, a live stream.

[00:01:17]And the views are are are not very good for a 400,000 subscriber channel, but again, it's almost all live stream views. And uh look at the look at the uh subscribers here. He loses about a,000 subscribers a month. Uh and that goes back all the way to like 2023. So going back to 2023, he loses about well, I guess 2,000 subscribers a month to 1,000. I mean, that's that's really sad.

[00:01:42]Look at his monthly views here. Just falling off completely. Uh yeah. So, our good friend Nick Ricada is in a little bit of trouble. So, I figured let's go through some tweets, some nice little short clips here. Uh, and then we'll get into some some react stuff. So, this comes courtesy of uh Gabe Hoffman, friend of the channel, and uh looks like uh Nick Ricada violated his probation.

[00:02:05]He's been missing drug tests uh March 16 and uh April 3rd. And uh yeah, this is back in April 2026. So, not so not uh new news, but again, I mean, if you're in any other state and you're violating your parole, you know, you're not agreeing to these drug tests that or you're not doing the drug test you agreed to, you know, that might violate your parole, but uh excuse me, probation. Uh anyway, so let's get on to the next clip. So, this is again Nick Ric is just desperate for attention. So, he's talking about raping people now.

[00:02:34]So, you know, this is a smart thing to say for a guy in the midst of trying to prove your nonviolent threat. And he's like, "I will rape that attorney's mother in front of the judge who will pay me. I will rape their grandmother, too." Then he says, "I will rape the bar association." So yeah, this guy's just completely desperate for attention and uh just saying the most insane crazy [ __ ] He's just kind of burning it all down. He knows that he's never going to he's never going to actually get his law license back cuz he's totally given up.

[00:03:00]He's totally defeated. Uh then we got uh Sean, potentially criminal here, friend of the channel, says, "This is why you don't huff Galaxy." Yeah, this is why you don't huff Galaxy gas kids. And then Nick Cricada's response which is just, you know, this is why you don't huff sandwiches fat. That's that's really all he can say is like Sean is fat. Like well Sean is a rotunda individual but you know he's also a licensed attorney and uh he has a much more successful YouTube channel. So you know just that.

[00:04:42]So, this is uh this goes into the saga with the Early Leopard 8351. So, if you're not if you don't know who this is, Early Leopard 8351 is uh Nick Ricada's alt account. So, this comes from Scare Bro, friend of the channel.

[00:04:57]And uh th this uh Reddit account just goes into hater like the the steeltoe hater Reddit and just like skitso posts about how Aaron's the worst person in the world. And it was widely speculated that it was Nick Ricada. Well, you know, unfortunately, you know, Nick Ricada, again, another clip from Alyssa here. Uh it was it's basically confirmed that that's his alt account.

[00:07:00]We're really going through the Alyssa folder here. It's Ricada Law. Josh Moon and Kiwi Farms are mad at the internet cosplaying in Black Eye Mugshot. So, this was the 2-year anniversary uh just a few days ago of Nick getting arrested.

[00:07:14]So, he cosplayed as himself like a true narcissist with a highly exaggerated uh black eye.

[00:07:21]Um, I mean his mug shot, he has a black eye, but I didn't really notice it.

[00:07:25]Excuse me. Um, so he did an overexaggerated one. Um, wearing the same clothes. I mean, it's very bizarre.

[00:07:32]This is so This is clearly like a cry for help. This is a look at me, look at me. So, I guess we're going to give him a little attention. So, let's play a little bit of this here. I'm not going to go through the full 44 minutes here, just a little bit.

[00:08:39]And I need money for my daughter's birthday party. This is a man that lives in a three4 million dollar mansion and uh you know drives a Mustang and he doesn't have money for his child's birthday party. How about you get a job?

[00:10:37]He was still wearing his Jewish um uh you know attire. uh you know Nick decided to deploy an anti-semitic remark uh cuz he got embarrassed on a panel on I think it was Camelot show actually >> he legally allowed to come on Gabe Hoffman's earn yeah 100% I would represent him in any uh in any issues with that >> well you can't represent anybody because uh you lost your license to practice >> nothing would get my license back faster than representing Ralph in a lawsuit suit for coming on Gabe Hoffman's uh earn.

[00:11:19]So, uh this is just more like impotent seething from Ricada. We're going to get into uh to more of that in these other videos. So, this was a couple weeks ago.

[00:11:28]This was Nick Ricada's skitso uh stream, and this is kind of going to be our main event here. And uh again from Melissa, we're really going through her catalog today. So, give her a like, check her channel out, and uh this is Nick Ric is looking rough.

[00:11:45]>> And I've talked to him a couple times now. He swears that he did not >> see this is what he's like when he This is the everyday Ricada. This is when he doesn't have like his suit and sunglasses on, his hair is all messed up, or you know what what hair he has left, >> flag down, and he channels I don't know.

The people who are like the most >> See, the thing is like for people who don't know the the Ricada lore, Ricada has actually been on the receiving end of false flagging. So, I think it was years ago, uh, he had a beef with, I think it was Keeffles, who was a transgender individual, um, who was wrapped up in a controversy, and correct me if I'm wrong, but they were trying to do like getting, uh, hormones to minors or something in a Discord, something like that, and Nick Ricada called it out. This was back when, you know, Nick Cricada was a good guy. And, uh, so this person uh, started false flagging uh, Nick's channel. So Nick actually has a pretty good record of not flagging people's channels down. Uh especially compared to the quartering. You know, he's never flagged my channels down and he thinks I'm a serial killer. Um unlike the quartering >> mad at him, a lot of them flagged channels and so it's >> got the black tank top on.

[00:13:12]>> It's always been this facet of the sector ever since Matt Jarbo like don't flag channels but people do it a lot but whatever. So, he makes his >> So, so, uh, right here. And I'm going to zoom in here at the top. Uh, zoom out again.

An 18-year whistle pig. Uh, so yeah, for everyone that thinks that, oh, he gave up alcohol, he's sober now. It's like, no, he's just got a whole bunch on standby uh for when he can drink again once he's off of uh probation. So, I just wanted to point that out.

I think settlement is possible." It's like it isn't. It's not going to happen. So like uh that was a weird thing that the judge like just kind of accepted as well.

[00:16:56]>> Yeah, cuz the judge doesn't give a flying [ __ ] Nick, have haven't you figured it out already that the judge dislikes you? He thinks this matter is a waste of his court's time. And Aaron's win condition is just keep it going forever because he knows he's probably going to lose. Like in the actual hearing, he is probably going to lose cuz what you did probably does not fit the legal definition of harassment. So Aaron doesn't have enough for a harassment restraining order. What Aaron's doing is just dragging it out as long as possible. Don't you understand that? Don't you understand that sort of legal strategy? Didn't you go to law school, bud?

[00:17:30]>> But I don't know why we were in these settlement conferences. There's no point in them. But here's the problem, >> right?

[00:17:37]>> Well, there is a point to them. It's for you to stop wasting the court's time.

[00:17:42]>> It's the judge is trying to force you and Aaron to stop whatever gay internet feud you're doing and get out of his courtroom because every single day that you're wasting the court's time, that's another day that that a battered woman can't get a HRO. That's another day that some guy can't get an HR row because his crazy ex-wife is is showing up to his job and he has to wait another day because you guys have a gay lover's quarrel on the internet. Most of the most of this case has proceeded attorneys only or in chambers which means I get some secondhand report of my lawyer from my lawyers right about what's going on which generally you can expect to be accurate but they don't always >> but Frank White's an idiot just call him an idiot again just talk about how much you hate your lawyer >> you don't always know what's going on you just you have like a report of it, but none of it's recorded. So, this is Nick today. He's got his super red Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer nose. And I I watched uh not the whole thing continuously, but I watched it make maybe five minutes every like 15 minutes or so. All he does is just bitterly all he does is just bitterly seed uh about Aaron for about maybe the maybe at least an hour. I mean, it it's it's crazy. Like, this is his law career. this is what he wants to do. Um, this is why, you know, Rumble, I'm surprised Rumble isn't giving him a deal. But anyway, we'll see what happens on June 5th. Um, I don't really have a dog in this fight. You know, Aaron wins, Ricada wins. It's really just like the last loose ends for him and his story. So, uh, stay tuned.
